The biggest thing in OCD recovery is progression in recovery. So no matter how slow your recovery is, as long as there's progression, you will get there. It doesn't matter how slow the progression is. Whatever works for you is fine. So I say this to you all the time. Even if you reduce by 1% each day, you will get to 100% in 100 days. It's just about progression. Do a little teeny tiny bit more than you did before. A little less rumination, a little less compulsions, avoidances, reduction wherever you can. Don't be a hero, but do something and do it consistently. Consistency is the key. Emergency session is available. The link is in the description.

Instead, it’s the steady, consistent effort and tiny steps forward every day that build true, lasting freedom from OCD’s grip. By focusing on what you can improve, even incrementally, and celebrating that daily progress, recovery is not only possible—it is inevitable.
