Today. I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone in having deterrence to your recovery. Everybody has something that holds them back from recovering faster. It could be family situations, job situations, stressors. There's always something. And the way I approach recovery work with clients is we say that we're not going to wait for the unfortunate situation to clear up before we start doing recovery work. We're going to start doing recovery work in that situation, the way life really is. Because life will always be stressful. A little more, a little less. But that's life. That's normal. So we need to recover in that, with that stress, in that stress. That way you're not running the risk later of falling into it when you get stressed out again. Emergency session is available.
