So we'll just call it distress. Whenever you are in intense distress, uncomfortable, bothered, whatever you word you want to use. Not at peace, let's call it right. Whenever it's like that, that's always going to be ocd. People who don't have OCD don't experience anything close to the level of distress that you are experiencing.
