Here's another example of one of my clients tracking and you can see that they've gotten themselves to a point of 01 level of anxiety, but there's still a little bit of rumination there. And I want you to be aware that you have to keep tracking until it's completely zero. If it's still a little bit here, if there's still a little bit of rumination about your OCD topics, it means your OCD is still a little bit alive and you might feel fine, you might have zero anxiety, level one anxiety, but it's still a little bit there. And in a stressful situation it can easily come back. So track until you get to the point of complete zero, that you don't get OCD thoughts on your specific topics, that you don't ruminate about it at all.
