Today, I just wanted to tell you that recovery is not easy, and you're fighting and you're strong, and you can do this. And I think when you start recovery work, it's like, how can I stop all rumination? How can I stop all compulsions? And it's just one situation at a time where you delay, where you do just a little bit less. Just a little bit less. That's all. All you need to do, not all or nothing. Because as you do less, as you can see from my examples in the app, your anxiety starts to go down. So it's easier to do even less going forward after that. So stepping down the behaviors that feed the disorder, because that's what controls the level of anxiety, even if you're stepping down little bit by little bit, it. It will add up over time, and the speed of your recovery is completely in your hands. You can do recovery work and go from level nine anxiety to, let's say, level one anxiety in 30 days. And I've shown you proof of that from the app of my clients. You can do it in three months. You can do it in six months. No one is rushing you. So if you need to go slow, and if you feel like that's the only way you can do this, then do that. The idea is that you need to do something every day. Little bit less rumination than the day before, a little bit less compulsions than the day before. Even if you did a thousand, thousand compulsions, but you did one less today, it still counts, as long as you can keep continuing to reduce. I'm Ali Graymond. I'm an expert in OCD recovery because I've been working with clients for the last 20 years, and I can tell you anybody can fully recover. If you need help, the link is below.
