A lot of the times when you have an OCD, thought afterwards, maybe the next day you have this tiredness, this almost kind of like. Like a poisoned feeling. Not quite that, but on a physical level, it just. You feel the after effect of ocd. So if you're feeling that, not necessarily that, you'll feel that every time, but if you are feeling that, that's normal. A lot of people are experiencing that, and it just the aftermath of extreme distress the day before. So look at it as part of the process. We learn from the mistake of where we fell through with rumination compulsions, and we try to do better the next time. Don't dwell on what happened, just move forward. Emergency session is available.
