Let's take a look at the recovery process using the Grayman method from the OCD Help app. What you're looking at here is an example of somebody's tracking using OCD Help app. We have the total column of minutes ruminated, active minutes ruminated. Then the next column is W to 9, wake up to 9am, 9 to 12, 12 to 3, 3 to 6, 6 to 9 and 9 to morning. We also are tracking the level of anxiety and the level of overall daily stress. One important thing point out in this specific screenshot is how gradual and linear the recovery process is and how the total minutes of rumination reduction goes exactly parallel to anxiety reduction. Looking at this screenshot, nobody can say that, oh, it's just a fluke. Oh, it just happened to be like that. You can see that in the beginning it's a little bit rocky. So at the bottom, right, first few days a little rocky. The person's used to the system, completely understandable. But if we look at the entire month, there's step by step gradual improvement. So we can see that this person worked really, really hard to get to level zero anxiety because they to get to level zero anxiety, they needed to get to level zero ruination, which they did. And we can see the hard work here. So not a fluke, not an accident, just hard work. And if their brain is capable of this, then your brain is capable of this. You can do this.
