You are in control of your ocd, even though it doesn't feel like it. You really are. The more behaviors you do, the worse your OCD is going to get. The less behaviors you do, the lesser OCD is going to get. So if today, this is not sometime in the future line in the sand kind of thing today, if you do less behaviors than you did yesterday, you will be one step ahead. And if tomorrow, you're going to do less behaviors than you did today, you will see your anxiety drop a little tiny bit. And then if you do it next few days, you will see your anxiety drop some more. And I showed you this, and I will continue to show you this in the tracking of my clients, that this is exactly how it works. Little by little, you need to drop the behaviors that you are doing. Whether it's rumination, compulsions, avoidance behaviors, you need to be stepping them down. I'm Ali Graymond. I'm an expert in OCD recovery because I've been working with clients for the last 20 years, and I can tell you anybody can fully recover. If you need help, the link is below.
