Your OCD recovery is built on moments, meaning that you get a thought. In a moment, you get a thought. How did you react to that thought? You won this round, you lost this round. Right? You get another thought. How did you react to that thought? You won the round, you lost the round. And these moments either, little by little, power up your OCD and make it worse, or little by little, reduce your OCD and make it better. So it's magnitude of moments that are making or breaking your recovery, and every one of them counts. So you have to be really focused. Okay, a thought came in. How did I react to that thought? How do I not make my OCD stronger by at least take that power back and make it weaker? Emergency session is available. The link is in the description.
