I come in the spirit of the sons of Issachar. Sons of Issachar. In the Bible, if you study about the sons of Issachar, you don't know a whole lot about them, but there are a couple of things that they're known for, and it was in their ability to understand or to perceive times and seasons. They, they had, let's just call it. And I believe all of us have it if we tap into it. I wrote a book called it about it, called knowing you ought to get it. A lot of people are getting it and it's changing their lives. I pray that you are a part of those. A lot of people, but they had a prophetic insight and they had the ability to determine times and seasons. And why is it important to understand times and seasons? It's important to understand times and seasons, even as the wise Solomon taught us, because there's certain things you do in certain times and seasons, which means that if you do the right thing in the wrong season, you're doing the wrong thing. Are you tracking with me? So we're not just moving randomly or arbitrarily through life. We're moving according to our recognition of times and seasons. And so the scripture says about the sons of Issachar that they understood times and seasons, but not only that, but what the people of God ought to do. So they had revelation and then they had guidance. So I feel like my job today is to really bring you revelation about the season that we're in. And the Lord even gave me the ability to regionalize the season for us here in Los Angeles and California. I know you're global and trust me, it will apply to you in some degree or dimension. But I asked him, lord, regionalize the revelation so that it really hits home for those who be under the sound of my voice. So it will be a regionalized revelation, and then it will also be practical application. And I believe the end result of this will first of all be clarity. You're gonna have some clarity about the moment that you're in, and you're gonna have some comfort, because some of you gonna realize that you ain't as crazy as you thought you were. That's one. Others are gonna realize that you're not going down. You're actually going up. So it's going to orient you to the reality of your trajectory. Because if I was the enemy, if God was lifting me up, if I was the enemy, I would convince you that he was taking you down. Hey. And so the prophetic orients you properly so that you won't think that God is killing you when he's developing you. Are we tracking? And so my hope is that there will be an orientation and an alignment that will allow you, one, to have clarity, two, to have comfort and to move confidently in your calling. If I do that, then I'm gonna get up out of here because I gotta go somewhere and then go somewhere else, and y' all pray for me. All right. All right. Turn to your Bible real quick. We're gonna ground ourselves in Jeremiah, chapter 29 and verse 11. It is not an unfamiliar passage of Scripture, but what is unfamiliar to most is the context in which this word was spoken. We're going to talk about that a little bit today. Just a little bit today. My wife, Pastor Sarah, sends her love and her greetings to you. She's at home in Dallas, Texas, recovering, doing well. And we just thank God the enemy tried it. But guess what? No weapon formed shall prosper. You know why? It shan't prosper. It shan't prosper. I like that. Shan't prosper because it can't prosper. Let me just say this real quick. Let me get into the tech. We always say things like, and I understand the heart of it, and I understand, but it's not accurate. And it drives me crazy. Devil, you should have killed me when you had a chance. As if the devil is merciful. As if the devil weighed his options and said, you know what? I think I'm gonna grant mercy today. Not kill you. No. He comes to kill, steal, and to destroy. So he couldn't. I understand the language, but he couldn't. And you have to understand that. And you have to understand that, because if you find yourself in moments where the warfare or the, the battle is very heavy, you gotta know that you've already been pre qualified to withstand it and to come out like gold on the other side. I wish I had about two hours with you today. Even the devil is God's devil. That's how powerful God is. Even the devil. In the first chapter of the book, talk about Job. What I don't get into was who started that fight. People, People think the devil started that fight with Job. The devil didn't start that fight. God started that fight. Because God was getting ready to 10x job, he started that fight. Let me just tell you real quick, I said it. Let me tell you real quick because I don't get a chance to spend a lot of time with you. I miss you. Okay? Scripture says Satan is walking throughout the earth, you know, seeing who he can disrupt. And God says, what you doing, Satan? I, I'm just going throughout the earth looking to see whose life I can destroy. Then the Lord said, have you considered my servant Job? God like you just sign me up, you know, he's already telling you his intentions. God says, well, since you're out looking for somebody to destroy, have you considered my servant Job? And then God watch this allows him to afflict him up to a certain point. He says, you can do this, you can do that, you can do this, you can do that, but you cannot do this. What was that all about? That was about God's understanding and insight about what Job could handle and what it would take to ultimately get him to 10x. Because if you go to the end of the story, he was 10x. Everything he lost, he received tenfold. Are you tracking with me? So even the devil is God's devil? I'm not saying the devil is holy, but I'm saying even God will allow the enemy to bless you. You're not ready. You're not ready. That's all right. That's all right. He'll allow the enemy to. He'll use the enemy to create the

for God to bless you in. Are you tracking with me? And when you understand that and when you settle that in your spirit once and for all, you move through life differently. Jeremiah 29:11. I'm going to read it. Old King James, actually, new King James. First, here's God. This is his word to you today. For I know the thoughts I think toward you. First of all, I'm thinking toward you, not around you, not about you. I'm thinking toward you. If I know the thoughts that I think toward you. Says the Lord. Thoughts of peace, the Hebrew shalom. That's not just peace, like peace. This is nothing broken. This is wholeness. This is everything good. Right? I'm looking at you multi dimensionally. This is beyond your happiness and your comfort. This is me making you whole and complete like I designed you from the start. Getting you back to that man. I wish I had four days with you, says the Lord. Thoughts of shalom and not of evil. I don't possess an evil thought in my mind about you. So when you ideate on evil, just know I'm not thinking through you, somebody else is. Thoughts of peace, thoughts of shalom and not evil. To give you a future and a hope. For I know the thoughts. God's thoughts are not just thoughts or ideas. God's thoughts are plans and strategies. So what God is saying is for I know the plan and the strategy that I have for you. I'm a strategic thinker, says the Lord. Right. I. I cause all things to work together for good because those things are a part of my divine strategy. I know how to pull this from over here, pull that from over here and put all this together. Boom. And it blesses you and prospers you. Watch this. And gives you a future. Don't be frustrated in the present. Because sometimes what is frustrating you in the present is setting up the future that is more glorious than you would have known to even pray for. So you got to trust me in the frustrating present that's leading to the fulfilling future. Are we together and a hope, Right? That word hope speaks to expectation. So it's not just I hope things go well? No, I expect things to go well. In other words, when I understand that God cannot lie, it is. It is designed to produce an expectation in you. And that expectation is what gives you the ability to move through life with what I call radical optimism. Yes. I don't even have to see it. All I have to do is hear it speak, Lord, just speak it. Because if you speak it, I will receive it, I will possess it. And it will become my focus. And not only my focus, but my expectation. It will become my joy and sorrow. Just speak it to me. If you don't speak it, I can't do nothing with it. But once you speak it, I'm locked in. I'm locked into this thing because you're speaking. Watch this. From the realm and the dimension where the thing exists already. You don't have to make nothing up. You are God. It's already done. The moment you think it exists, just speak a Word. And that's how we ought to posture ourselves today. God, just speak a word. April. Just speak. Just speak. I'm fertile. God, I'm fertile. Come on, somebody. God, I'm first. Just tell him right now. Lord, I'm fertile. I'm fertile. I'm. I'm just. Just speak a word. Watch this, and I will carry it full term. Speak a word, and I won't let disappointment abort it. Speak a word, and I won't let warfare abort it. Speak a word, and I won't let doubt or discouragement. Discouragement or disappointment. Speak a word, and I hold it. Oh, I wish you would speak a word. I will steward that word until fulfillment. I will not cast away my confidence. I will not fumble the word. Speak it. Some of you. Can I just move like this a little bit? Some of you are not going to get a new word. God is going to dust off that word because time has gone by and circumstances have gone by, and you have put that word back on a shelf somewhere, and it's dusty. And the problem with it being dusty is you can't see it. That's why the Bible says, write the vision and make it plain so that he may run. Who reads it? In other words, I am. I'm gonna make up a word momentalized. Oh, that's good. Preachers have that liberty. My momentum is reactivated and reinitiated when I dust it off. So for some of you, it's not going to be a new word. It's going to be the dusting off of a word, and it's going to give you the type of clarity that will allow you to run until you see it fulfilled. So, Father, we love you so much. We thank you for the opportunity to get into your word. It is a lamp unto our feet. It is a light unto our path. Lord, I thank you for the rich and radical love that you have for your sons and daughters. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight. I thank you for the spirit of wisdom and revelation and insight and knowledge and prophecy and full access to heaven's resources to be a blessing and a gift to these, your sons and daughters, who you love so richly and dearly. Have your way in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. God bless you. Please say something kind to somebody on your way down. Po favor. I've got more message than I have minutes. And that's okay, because we're going to figure it out together. Let me speak prophetically. Let me move into Sakar for A moment. And if you're taking notes. Well, I don't know. Just. Do you. I think that they're going to put some stuff up there. But the region, the region, this region, Louisiana, and all of what LA represents and what LA represents, God has. He's done certain things in certain regions for certain reasons. It is not a coincidence that LA has been for years and still is the creative capital of the world. Right? That's not by coincidence. That didn't just happen. That was by God's design. Right. And it's not only the creative capital of the world, but it is also one of the culture capitals of the world. In other words, God has given LA influence. I was in Israel several years ago, and I was walking through the old city in Jerusalem, and there was a little boy, and he spoke Hebrew and I speak English, and he looked at me and I looked at him. And we were trying to figure out how we were going to communicate together. Because I don't know Hebrew. I know a couple of words. Shalom. That's about all I got for you. Shalom, chabad, you know, that's it, you know, and he didn't have. And so I said, I'm. You know, I said, I'm from America. And he's like. And we couldn't connect. And then he's like, oh, America. And then he starts singing Eminem. I said, I'll take what I can get, you know, but what hit me was the reach, the reach, the influence that God has given to. To this region, that, that is important and critical. A lot of times people will look at that and talk about the negative things that, that, that we are exporting, you know, but, but you always have to see, when you live with a God conscious, when you live with a God consciousness, you. You live with a redemptive consciousness. So you stop whining about what is, and you begin to creatively imagine what could be. So if we have this reach and we know that God is all about reaching, then I begin to imagine, how can I take that same reach and that same pipeline and pump out the gospel for good? You have to think like that or you'll think too small. Because God is a redeemer. The whole gospel is about redemption. So as it relates to la, as it relates to this region, we're talking about creativity or the imagination, which is a major God thing. We're talking about culture and the influence that we have. And we're also talking about care. LA is a very caring place. And I think that one of the reasons that and all this is Jesus kingdom type of stuff. To be honest, when you think about that, you know, you talk about influence, talk about imagination, right? That's faith, that's all that kind of stuff. And then we start talking about care. All that's Jesus stuff. And one of the reasons why we in this region, and I'm going to expand it beyond LA in just a minute, but one of the reasons why this region we've gotten good at care, is because of the diversity that's in this region. See, when you have to be around people that don't look like you think like you are of a different background or culture and you get to do life with them, you start caring about them. Are you tracking with me? And all those things are by God's design so that we can move differently. This is who we are in this particular region. This is what we offer. And so the point that I'm making is when I come back to the region, let me tell you what's happening in this region. And this is not just la, this is also New York. This is also places like Miami. And there are places and regions overseas as well that have some of these same ingredients. Because God needs these unique ingredients to fulfill his plan. Are we tracking together? Can I talk to you in a kingdom way today? Okay, now here's what's going on in this region. Now that we kind of understand what the unique God kingdom contribution of this kingdom is. Here is. This expression is rather. Here is what's going on. This region is in a necessary shaking. This region and all of those attributes that I described, they are in a necessary shaking. Shaking in order. This is important. I don't know if I gave them that. I guess I didn't. This region is in a necessary shaking, shaking in order to rearrange for its promised latter glory. Say that again. So right now we are in a shaking, and we are in a shaking because in this shaking shaking there is a rearrangement taking place. And this rearrangement that's taking place is taking place because there is a ladder glory for this region that will be greater than any former glory. Ooh, I wish I There's a ladder glory. Okay, so you might not be church. So what do you mean by ladder glory? The glory of a thing comes to pass or comes to fruition. The glory of a thing manifest. Everything has a hidden glory in it. Everything that God creates has a hidden glory in it. And when that thing that God creates comes into alignment with the purpose for which God created it, it becomes glorious. And the shine of it becomes so bright and so dominating that it literally repels everything dark and evil. Even you have a hidden glory. So when I talk, that's so when I'm talking about a glory, that's what I'm talking about. And there's a latter glory LA has experienced. Dr. Nita talks about it. All kinds of movements, from Azusa street in the early 1900s to the Jesus movement later on in the 60s and early 70s, all these things were crazy movements. This church is a movement. It did not exist. The grace that was moving through Hollywood and this industry did not exist 24 years ago before this church was here on the level that it's moving now. I'm not saying we were the only ones, but I'm telling you, I saw it, I witnessed it. It wasn't there. People thought that I was crazy. When I told them that God called me to plant a church in Hollywood, they backed up off me like I had the plague. It's gonna cost you this and cost you that, and you're gonna be crazy and you're gonna turn away from the faith. I'm like, first of all, where's the faith that you have? Because there was a hidden glory. And I was crazy enough to believe that if I spoke into it, if I kept prophesying, if I kept loving, if I kept speaking and decreeing and declaring the word of God, if I kept praying, if I kept raising up leaders, if I kept investing, if I kept building ecosystems and barriers, I was crazy enough to believe that we can shift things, and we have, and we yet continue to do. And so the latter glory is greater than the former glory. So this shaking, family shaking, I'm going to drive down your street in just a second. The shaking is necessary for the rearrangement. Now, here is the challenging part about the rearrangement. It is dizzying. It's dizzying because think about it, man. It's like you have something that needs to change. Yeah, we know it needs to change, but at least it's steady. It has predictability in it. Come on. See, some of y' all be praying for stuff, but you don't really. You, you, you, you. You're not in agreement with your prayers because you're praying. Watch this. For things that are so big that it requires a complete rearrangement of what currently is. And so when God starts rearranging it, when he starts dismantling it, right? Here's the thing. When the shaking comes, everybody gets shook. Wouldn't it be cool if all the quote Unquote, wrong people got shook and not the right people, which you have no way of determining one from the other. But we think we do. No. When God is shaking something. Watch this. He shakes in a region. When he's shaking something in a region, in that region, he shakes two things, systems and subjects. Man, I wish I had some Deep Kingdom people up in here today. He shakes two things. He shakes the system and he shakes the subjects in that system. And he does not differentiate the righteous from the unrighteous. In the shaking. Everybody gets shook, but we get shook for different reasons. Can I talk like this for a minute? When the reason. Shakespeare. Everything shakes. The systems and the subjects, the unrighteous and the righteous. But watch this. When the unrighteous. I'm talking about those who are never going to get it right. Come on, somebody. Remember that movie Life Can't Get Right. Y' all gotta go back and watch that movie. It was funny. There's a character named can't get right. Can't get right. Just Couldn't get right. Everybody gets shook. I digress. The unrighteous or those who are out of alignment are being shook. Watch this. To be dispositioned. Track with me. The righteous are being shook to become disciplined for position. I'm going to help about two or three people. Everybody gets shook, but people are getting shook for different reasons. One is getting shook because God has taken your position away from you. We've seen. Seen it in our industry. People we thought would always be on top can't even find them. And people that God has been nurturing on the backside of the desert are all of a sudden those who have paid the price, those who have. Have been tried and they've never denied and they're ready to be tried again. Those who have been steadfast and unmovable, all of a sudden, God is beginning to highlight them. Some are being dispositioned, some are being disciplined for position. And I might just throw in. It's not in my notes. You have to be disciplined and tempered and shaped for the thing that you're praying for. You think that this version of you is. Can handle that place of power, can handle that place of impact and influence. You think that this version of you can do it. And I'll tell you right now, this version of you cannot. Because if this version of you could, you would be there. God is brilliant and he's strategic and he looks and he scans you and you're like, yeah, I feel good now. Yeah. Yeah. But you. You don't have. You don't have two Commas in your bank account count and you get too deep with one comma and you start acting funny. Come on, man. Or. Or. Or influence. Or. When you move about town and people know you and they start calling your name and start treating you a particular way, will it change you? Maybe a little bit. So, God. The only reason why is you are not fully experiencing the promise is because God loves you too much to send you out there half baked. And you have never been on that level. You've never been in that place before. You've never been in that position. So you think that you're good because you're good on this level. But I can tell you right now, going from level to level is a whole new experience. And I'm telling you something. The. The humility that it takes, the self awareness that it takes, the soul awareness that it takes to live and to function and new levels and new dimensions, your focus on that, when you really understand what's going on, your focus on that will be more than the joy of going to the next level. Man, I wish I could talk to you people, be excited about the next level. I don't get excited about the next level. I start thinking about the work. I start thinking about God. What am I gonna have to go through? What, death? Am I getting ready to have to die for this resurrection? Because a true next level should be a resurrection after a death. Can I talk to you like this today? And so we're in a time of a necessary shaking, right? And so for those of us who are pursuing God, this is about a time of stabilization. I was talking to one of our staff, and I said, how are you doing? He said, stable. I said, perfect word. I'm glad they didn't say I'm doing great. I'm glad he didn't say I'm doing horrible. And all that can, you know, be true in moments. He said, I'm doing stable. I said, that's it right there. Amen. To be stable and to be steady is the number one thing that we can be in this time. Are we tracking? All right, so now, let me see here. The shaking. Oh, here. Good. About to get real. Good, man. The shaking is the shifting of grace. We have a lot of fun. I. I've got more message than I have minutes. But I wrote a substack article last week called When Grace Lifts. I want you to read that article. They'll put a QR code up there. Take a picture of it.
B
Screen.
A
There it is. Look at that guy's handsome fella, right There, look at that, the scan, that QR code. Because I won't be able to fully articulate in this message. This point of the message is important, but I want you to read that article in substack. It's going to bless you. So, grace, grace, the shaking is the shifting of grace. And it is when God, for your sake, lifts grace in certain areas. I'm not talking about salvation. Grace. Bible says in Ephesians 2, for by grace we are saved through faith. It is a gift from God, lest any man should boast. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the type of grace that. That God extends while you are in development. It's almost like training wheels, right? While you're developing your ability to ride the bicycle, there are training wheels. But after a while, let's be honest, the training wheels get in the way. They are no longer helping you. They. They're actually hindering you. They're actually deforming you. Because by the time that you ought to be developed enough to graduate to riding without the training wheels, you're still using them for the safety net. I'm going to quote something from the article itself. Grace is a covering. Grace is the protected environment there. It is in which God allows us to grow, to fail, to learn, to mature without the full weight of consequence collapsing on us before we have the capacity to bear it. That's a series all by itself. It's when God covers you, protects you while you're growing, while you're a little baby Christian, or while you're still developing in that particular area. Because remember, the same God that knows what you can handle also knows what you can't handle. And this particular type of grace is timed according to your stage of development. And it is brilliant enough to know when it's helping you and when it's hurting you. Let me give you another quote from the article. What was once protecting your growth begins to limit it. The very covering that kept you alive in one season can keep you small in the next. So there's a wisdom, there's a time for the grace, the covering over this area where you're still playing. We're not talking about ignorance. We're not talking about, you know, a lack of capability. We're talking about now. Oh, I feel like since I'm experiencing all of this grace, then that grace must mean that it's cool. Come on. Ooh, y' all quiet now. That means you're really thinking, I ought to sit down there and cross my legs and just Talk to you right here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I miss construing the goodness of God. You got to read the article. And so God in his brilliance says, okay, I'm going to have to begin to lift this grace a little bit because it's been there long enough for you to develop. And if I keep it there, watch this. You can develop no further. And so what was once a canopy becomes a ceiling. And God in his love for you, in his love for you, starts lifting grace. Watch this. And you think he's mad at you. He's not mad at you, he's excited for you. Because he knows that he's developed something in you that is strong enough to withstand and to do well without the grace. I remember, tell you a story real quick. I remember in 2000, this is when I really, really gave my heart to the Lord. In 2000, I was prospering in all of the external ways, right? But inside I wasn't like spiritually, like as a man of God, like, you know, I wasn't far from it, right in my decision making in certain areas. And so I sought God and it was a trip. I've never felt this before. I sought God for seven months straight. And at the end of the seven months, I felt, I knew in my knowing that if I didn't shift and turn to him and really walk according to how I knew I should walk, the grace that had covered me all of those years, that had covered all the mistakes, was getting ready to be rolled back. I sensed it in my knower. There was no physical evidence or signs, but in my knowing that, that knowing was like, man, if I don't shift now while I can, and I shifted and you know, 26 years later, I'm standing here right now. But I knew in my spirit, and I don't even want to think about what would have happened had I not responded to the lifting of the grace. Some of you, what you're feeling right now, we're almost there, almost there. We're almost, almost there. What you're feeling in this season is God's love lifting grace. Because it's a disservice to you to cover something that you're supposed to walk out in fullness. You need grace for other stuff. There's some people in here right now and you spending all your grace on the wrong stuff. You need grace for stuff that's beyond your control. You need grace for faith to move into new territories, a new dimension. You don't need grace for no stupid stuff on the side. Oh, that Felt harsh. But no, like, some stuff. Some stuff is stupid. In the context of your purpose, in the context of your calling, in the context of why God has his precious breath, feeling your lions, feeling. When you look at that, and you take all of that, and you take how fearfully and wonderfully and awesomely made that you are, and you take that, and you look at the needs that are in the world, and then you look at that little stupid thing over there. It doesn't even match. Yeah, two claps. That's all right. I don't do this for claps. I don't do this for claps. I do it for transformation. And so right now. Right now, you're being shaped for your promise. Oh, and it don't feel good. Let me tell you something real quick. We're almost there for. So this last. The last, oh, I'd say 45 days have been unbelievably difficult. I mean, like, God has been reaching inside my chest and just rattling me to my core. And I'm like, God, I ain't do nothing like a little kid. Like, what I do. Hey, do that, man. You see me praying and fasting, you know, and walking in my integrity, and God do that to me. Leave me alone. I mean, like, in every way that a person can be shaken, I been shaken. And then my wife has the accident, you know, four Saturdays ago, and that could have been unthinkable in its consequence. She could have not been here or could have been completely paralyzed and all that kind of stuff. I'm like, lord, why are you doing this to me? I'm your friend. And just bizarre things. Just bizarre things coming out of nowhere, just being shaken to my core. And I got up and I was preaching at a church in Miami the other day, and I said, all these things have happened. I said, but if I'm honest, I'm stronger in the spirit than I've ever been my entire life. My entire life. And the reason why I'm stronger in the spirit than I've ever been in my entire life. Watch this. This is important because I am also deader than I've ever been. Man, I wish I could explain that to five or six people. I tell my staff all the time, you can do anything if you're dead enough. I learned that from Jesus. You study Philippians 2. It talks about how Jesus just kept on dying. Watch this. What was the first death? The first death was him taking on the form of a man. Come on, man. Divinity turning into humanity. That's one level of death. What was the second level of death, him finding himself. You can study this when you get a chance. In Philippians 2, him finding himself in appearance as a man. It's one thing to sign up for it. It's another thing to be in it. Because he could have easily said, oh, heck no. He could have said, the devil is a liar. I want my glory back. But the Bible says in Philippians two, in being found in appearance as a man, it says, and he humbled himself, right? He didn't say, why you doing this to me? But then he dies some more, he says, and being found in appearance as a man, he humbles himself. And then he says, and becomes obedient. Now he's submitted in this process. That's another death. And then it says, obedient to death. That's another death. And then it says, not just death, because it could have just been a nice little in your sleep. But then it says, even the death of the cross. Boom. So we see the Lord dying. Multiple levels of death, multiple levels of surrender and sacrifice and obedience. But look at the reward. It says, and therefore, as a result of that, God has highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name of things on earth, things beneath earth, and things above earth. What am I saying? That for every level of death he went through, it procured for him another level of dimension, of victory and dominion. Are you tracking with me? And sometimes the issue, family, the issue of sadness, the issue of difficulty, sometimes the issue simply is, you ain't dead enough. Isn't it interesting? In order to have certain procedures, you have to be good and dead. They have to anesthetize you. And they keep doing it. You ever gone to the dentist and they keep. How's that feel? You're like, I feel this. I'm like, well, let me get you some more. In order to get the job done, sometimes we have to watch this. Be willing to die. The Bible says, blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. You mourn when something dies. And sometimes, since we are unwilling to crucify ourselves, which we often are, because I don't know about you, but if I had to be Jesus, that cross, I'd have been like, can we. Can I get lethal injection, please? Can I just get. Can you just give me something to drink? And I. You know, when we have to design our own death, our own spirit, just for clarity, our own spiritual death, death of your flesh, not be sound, biting me. When we have to design the circumstances around our submission and obedience, and death. We won't die. Well, we will possum that thing. We will possum that thing. We ain't going all the way out. And so in a season of shaking, God invites you into involuntary dying. And it hurts the most when you resist it. Some of you are chasing relationships that you're supposed to mourn. Some of you are chasing opportunities that are moving away from you on purpose. When God is saying, just start mourning. The longer you delay the mourning process, the longer you delay the healing and the clarity the. That's required to move into the next thing that God has for you. Because the only reason why God is killing it is because it's keeping you from what he sees for you. Are we tracking? So we're being shaped. I gotta land this thing. So we're being shaped right now for the promise. Now let me say something right now when I talk about the promise, I'm talking about God's plan or God's promise over your life being bigger than your plan. If we go back to Jeremiah 29:11, when God says, for I know the thoughts, that means that God knows the thoughts, the plans. I've already got a strategy in place for your future. And I'm going to tell you right now, it's bigger than what you think. It's more glorious than what you could prescribe for yourself. Just think about the most glorious expression of yourself right now. And that is not even the beginning of what God is talking about when he's talking about his plans for you. And so here's some areas that you're going to be shaped in. I'll finish here. These are the areas the. This will be the outcome of this. The shaking season that is developing you, number one, you are going to begin to move with precision. You're going to have. You're not just going to make moves. I feel this. Oh, this is so good. You're not just going to make moves. You're going to be more like God. And you're gonna. You're gonna have. There's gonna be precision in your moves. Are you tracking with me? You will be so disciplined in your spirit that you would rather not move than move outside of a precise way. Are you tracking with me? That's who you're gonna be, and that's who you need to be. Because ain't nothing in this world random. Not a thing, not a bracelet, not a microphone, not a shoelace, not a nothing, not a tooth. Come on, somebody. Not a nose, not a nostril, not an eye, not a nothing. Is random. So why would you be. Number one, you're going to move with precision. Number two, this is what he's developing in you. God's going to take you to another level of self control and this is everything because right now we are in. I talk about all the time. We're in an attention economy which means that you wake up every day in warfare. What do I mean by that? You wake up every day and somebody has a strategy for your next decision. Hello, somebody. Every company, every influencer, everybody who is trying to sell you something literally has a strategy for you in the morning. So you think you just wake up, oh, it's just such a beautiful day. Let me just see what this day is. Is going to be. No, baby, people's strategy is already at work. That's why you can't grab your phone the first thing. Come on, somebody. I need to see what time it is. Get a clock. They still make those? They do really nice ones. Get a clock. Why? Because I pick up that phone, I'm activating somebody's strategy. So just let that sit for a minute. Situate yourself here from heaven so that you can move according to your strategy instead of being a victim to somebody else's. Are we tracking. This is self control. So we've got this. The powers that be are trying to manipulate us and get us watch this out of ourselves and to respond to ultimately become a consumer. So you got to have self control. You got to have inner dominion. These are the. This is number two. Second thing. God's going to be developing you self control, inner dominion. It's interesting, the Greek word for self control in the New Testament, one of the Greek words literally means inner dominion. To have inner dominion. Dominion. If you have dominion on the inside, especially now because people are going to say stuff and do stuff and if you don't have. And I'll get to the next one is self regulation. If you don't know how to regulate self. I almost tell you a story. If you don't have the ability to take a minute and breathe and get your insides together with what's coming at you, you're going to look up and you're going to be in handcuff, Hello, somebody, or worse. So. So God's going to be developing this in you. So self control, self regulation and then excellent spirit. I got to stop because I want to pray. What do I mean by an excellent spirit? An excellent spirit is a very intentional spirit. It's like I'm not just like. Like God. If you've called Me to do something, I'm writing it down. I am studying, I'm making space for it right now. I'm on a 21 day fast. I started to like, exercise my apostolic prerogative to cause one to be on it, but I didn't want to do that because, you know, I am. I'm like, I'm the apostle, you know, But I didn't do it because I want y' all to flow in your autonomy. But I started. For Dallas and those who are following me on social media, we're on a 21 day fast for clarity, four things we're praying for clarity, fasting for clarity, for wisdom, for strength to endure right inner dominion and faith. We're going to need all of that. So let me land this by saying an excellent spirit is when God shows you something, you're not playing with it, you're serious about it. Like I should see evidence of the word that's over your life by what's on your calendar, by the books that you're reading, and by the people that you're associating with. That is an excellent spirit. It's how you carry yourself in everything that you do, even the little things. You have an excellent spirit. It's intentional, it's focused, it's deliberate. It's like God, Oh, Lord, oh, Lord, how, how excellent is your name? Come on, stand with me. I want to wrap this up and pray for you. Couple things, few things really quickly. God is shaking. But there is a grace in the shaking for you to remain. You see images of hurricanes passing through regions and you see the devastation therein. And if you've ever been in that and you've ever had loss, sorry, and this is not to be insensitive. But then you will see an anomaly. We saw it with the fires here, Malibu, where you see all these particular houses gone and one standing. You see these hurricanes and you see the sweeping devastation that that shaking caused on a street. But then there's one house that's standing. Watch this. And not only is it standing, it is now standing out. That's what some of your lives are going to be. I can come in here and preach about anything and everything, but I came in here to prophesy to you and tell you the truth. We're in a shaking and it's not a human shaking. God is allowing it. Systems are being shaken. Systems that many of you are called to are being shaken. And let me tell you something, I don't mean to sound insensitive, but let me just say it. Good they needed to be shaken. There is a new wave and a new breed that God is raising up. Out with the old, in with the new. The challenging part about it is that gap between out with the old and in with the new. But the beautiful thing about that gap is that's where you're developed, so that when you come into the new, you won't be dysfunctional like the old. You hearing what I'm saying? God's not doing more of the same. He says, behold, I do a new thing. Shall you not know it? Shall you not watch this become who you must become in order to be qualified to stand in that place? And so then the type of spirit is cultivated in a person that says, God, don't stop the shaking too soon. I don't like it. I hate it. And God, please don't. Don't let it go one second longer than it should. But please, God, I've come this far. I don't want to be underdeveloped. Don't let it stop one second sooner until I am equipped and prepared and dead enough to live on this level. Are you tracking with me? I want to pray for you. I also want to say, oh, my God, look at the time. I also want to say, one is not just a cool local church. One is a divinely established and orchestrated incubator. Global greatness, that's what she is. She is a kingdom doorway. From here, many of you, you will go. It's already happening. That's why the reason why we could survive in this one building doing multiple services is because we send people out. One is reflect. I'm in other countries, literally other countries, and they're one church. People in Ghana, in the uk, in Denmark, in South Africa, in Canada. And I believe that you do this, but if you don't, even as it relates to how you are generous in supporting one, don't treat it like it's cheap. It's not. It's expensive, and it's divine. And I'll tell you one way that you know that God did it is because even when the founder steps away, it's still thriving like he never did. That's a God thing. So honor it. Don't tip it, honor it. You're a part of it. I've learned that to the degree that you invest in the house, you receive the grace that's on the house. Now, I want to pray for some people. I would have you, you come forward, but just receive this in your heart. I want to pray for those four things that we're Praying for in the fast. And listen, if you want to start, you can start tomorrow. You can be on the last 14 days. 14 is a great number, too. But we're praying for clarity because we're going to need to be clear. We're going to need to be able to differentiate between our thoughts and the strategy to manipulate us. That's out there every. Almost every book. Almost every book. You know, at least half the books that are out there right now are all about trying to manipulate you into doing something or to manipulate others. It's really trippy, man. It's a whole economy on how to manipulate you. It's crazy demonic. You're gonna need clarity. You're gonna need wisdom. One thing to see clearly, it's another thing to know what to do. That's where wisdom comes in. What do I do with what I see? And then endurance. You gotta weather this season. You gotta weather the shaking. But there's grace to remain. I promise you there is. God's not finished with you. He's not finished with la. He's not finished with the industry. He's not finished. He's not finished with any of that. He's not finished with this region. Come on, somebody I know, we're going through some stuff and our government and our, you know, the resources, all that kind of stuff, but God's not finished. When God sets his seal on something, it's that it just has to come in ways. That's the good. Look. Study children of Israel. They up and down, up and down. But there was a covenant. There's a covenant over this land. People prayed for. I'm one of them. You know, people before me prayed about what would come through here so that God would give you endurance, strength to endure. And fourthly, that God would give you a greater measure of faith. It's going to take faith to walk out this new thing that God is doing. So, Father, I just thank you so much for this opportunity to spend this time with your sons and daughters. I thank you, Lord God, for what you're doing in their lives. Father. And I thank you for those that you're touching. Thank you, God, for those that you're literally saving, that you're introducing to yourself, God in this season. And I pray, God, that you would give them that clarity as they lean into you, as they lean not into their own understanding, but as they acknowledge you. I thank you that you will guide their paths and, Father, give them wisdom and insight and knowledge. And Lord, I pray by the Holy Spirit, that's what I want you to give them. I want you to give them the Holy Spirit, God, that they might hear and know and perceive and flow in truth. And then God give them strength. You said when we make ourselves weak, your strength becomes strong in us. So Father, we declare that without you we can do nothing. But with you all things are possible. And then Father, I pray that you would increase our faith. Build us up, God. Lord, we want to be people who are not wanderers or hopers, but people who move with great faith and great expectation. People who can literally taste the and see it already being done and move accordingly. Now I just want you to repeat after me. Heavenly Father, I thank you for your love. I feel it. Heavenly Father, I thank you for your word. I receive it. Heavenly Father, thank you for Jesus. Thank you for making him who had no sin all of mine, all of my weakness, all of my limitation, all of my shortcoming you placed in his body, nailed it to the cross and put it to death. And just as he was raised up free and victorious because I'm in him, I'm raised up too. Now Holy Spirit, have your way. Fill me to the overflow. I declare that you are my Lord, that you are my guide, that you are my keeper, that you are my friend. Now embody me with everything that you are that I might speak right, think right, move right. I'm yours, Lord. Now Jesus, you are the prime example of what it means to surrender perpetually. God, I accept your brilliant plan and your process for my life. I will not resist it. I will yield to it because I trust you. I trust your thoughts toward me, I trust your plan for me and I trust the future that you have for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus name, amen. Amen. Amen. Hey family.

Speaker: Pastor Touré Roberts
Date: May 18, 2026
In this message, Pastor Touré Roberts shares a prophetic and practical teaching entitled "The Grace to Remain." Drawing inspiration from the biblical story of the sons of Issachar and the context of Jeremiah 29:11, Pastor Touré speaks directly to the current season of "shaking" being experienced both individually and regionally (particularly in Los Angeles and similarly influential cities). He unpacks what it means for God’s grace to "lift" and why this is a pivotal moment of formation, discipline, and preparation ahead of greater purpose and "latter glory." The teaching is rich in biblical insight, encouragement, and practical exhortation for those navigating seasons of transition, challenge, or uncertainty.
“If I was the enemy, I would convince you that God was taking you down, when He’s actually lifting you up… The prophetic orients you properly, so you won’t think God is killing you when He’s developing you.”
(03:00, Touré Roberts)
“Even the devil is God’s devil… God will allow the enemy to bless you. You’re not ready.”
(06:10, Touré Roberts)
“Don’t be frustrated in the present. Sometimes what’s frustrating you is setting up the future that is more glorious than you would have even known to pray for.”
(10:00, Touré Roberts)
“What was once protecting your growth begins to limit it. The very covering that kept you alive in one season can keep you small in the next.”
(32:05, Touré Roberts, quoting his own Substack article)
“You can do anything if you’re dead enough. I learned that from Jesus.”
(41:48, Touré Roberts)
“A true next level should be a resurrection after a death.”
(30:50, Touré Roberts)
“To be stable and to be steady is the number one thing that we can be in this time.”
(29:20, Touré Roberts)
“You need grace for stuff that’s beyond your control... not for no stupid stuff on the side.”
(37:44, Touré Roberts)
