If you want to accomplish anything that’s on your list to becoming the best version of yourself, well you can’t do that without confidence. If you don’t have the right self-image about yourself, you’re going to end up being angry at yourself and at others because you will be stuck in the same place all the time. So how can you build confidence and build your self-image when you don’t even have the energy to do that, or you don’t even know how to act confident because, you’re not a confident person? How can you deal with all the social anxiety and say NO to people or form your own boundaries in order to build self-respect?...

First of all, overthinking is not just being an over thinker but it’s a complexion that leads us to anxiety and perfectionism. So how can we detach from this and have a better control over our thoughts?. How can you do that and how can you stop perfectionism and detach from you worst thoughts? How can you bring back peace into your mind and feel like you are just letting it be?

What is people pleasing? People pleasing is when you consistently strive to please other people, and when you’re doing that, you’re sacrificing your own needs and wants in the process. Usually when you’re a people pleaser you’re not even aware of it, because you think that the way that you do everything for others is making you a good person and you are under the impression that you’re doing everything for a good cause. When in reality you’re actually struggling with the fear of saying no to everyone. Of having your own opinion and not caring if everyone accepts you or not. People pleasing is so normalized that we’re not even aware that we do it. So how can we change it and get our transformation that’s going to lead us to a better self.

Some of you are waking up early and you’re going through your schedule and some of you are oversleeping laying in bed not having energy and binge eating or watching tv the whole day. So, both of these examples are routines. These are routines that you’ve built throughout the time. And now the question is how can you switch from that bad routine to the routine of your dreams. The routine that can bring back purpose in your life. First you need to understand that a routine is built from habits. All of your morning habits or daily habits, they're the reason of why your routine is so bad which leads to having a bad day, to having a bad life. So, we need to learn how to change our habits in order to change our routine....

In this episode you will learn how to change your beliefs and work on creating a self-image. How can you get in touch of the sense of self. What is the sense of self? And how can you know who you truly are...

How can we get prepared so that on our journey we are more aware of what we’re doing or at least know where we’re headed. And how can we deal with the surprises that come our way? How to not drain our energy and still stay focused and with the same desire that we began in the first place.?

Self-belief is restoring the belief that you were born with but it got lost throughout the years. And self-love is acceptance. To accept who you are and to love yourself for that. Now here comes the big question. How to believe in yourself when no one else does. I’ve been in the same situation for a very long time. What hurt the most wasn’t just that people didn’t believe in me, but the fact that I also didn’t believed in myself at all.
