Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy has made impressive advancements in treating patients with blood cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma, for more than a decade now. In this episode, we traverse the challenges and innovations of cell immunotherapy and better understand the design behind these logic-gated, genetically engineered cytotoxic cells with Dr. Yvonne Chen, a leading expert in the field.
