Brian was working in London as a lawyer and in 2012 he decided to come to Hong Kong to work for an international law firm. Around 2018 he decided to quit his job after a series of stressful events, he was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. It took him eighteen months to recover. Brian decided to share his story and to assist others experiencing similar episodes.

Brian founded “Whole Business Wellness” in 2020 to help companies build thriving cultures using lived experience sharing, mindfulness, resilience building, experiential learning and 30 years of business leadership experience.

He also created MoveMEN! as a community and safe space for men to explore vulnerability through life’s ups and downs using movement, meditation and mindful dialogue.

Brian shares the story of the evolution of his business in the podcast. How he trained as a Yoga Teacher and a Meditation Teacher and how he brings his expertise and experience into the workplace. He also shares clients stories highlighting how everyone has a different experience and how he assists his clients, amongst other things, to slow down, to sleep better and to improve their relationships.
