Nani grew up speaking with her grandmother in Ladino, the nearly-extinct language of the Sephardic Jews. This led to learning traditional songs in Ladino and her 2017 record Andalusian Brew. Always interested in growing as a person and as an artist, Nani eventually started writing her own songs in Ladino, resulting in the 2023 release Ke Haber. Currently Nani is currently in post production on Nani sings Nina a tribute to Nina Simone.
