In this episode I talk to the co-authors of the book, “Digging Into Nature: Outdoor Adventures For Happier And Healthier Kids”, published by the American Academy of Pediatrics and co-authored by pediatricians Dr Glassy and Dr Tandon.

We discuss Dr Tandon’s extensive research into the benefits children get from spending time in nature, what nature might look like for urban dwellers, barriers that prevent us from getting into nature and how to overcome them.
