Fear, anxiety, worry, and insecurity have become constant companions in human life and often seem so natural to us. Yet God did not create man to live in such perpetual fear, but rather to live in a conscious union with Him, drawing life, peace, and fulfillment directly from His presence. In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explores the origin of need in man, the relationship between need and fear, and the dangers of pursuing material fulfillment without God. He further reveals the origin of miracles, and how openness to the Quickening Spirit leads believers into a consciousness of no lack, freeing them from fear and positioning them to experience God’s abundant provision. In this message titled “The Origin of Fear As We Know It," Pastor Jeffrey Walter explores how our sense of separation from God due to a lack of awareness of His presence brings about need, and how the inner hunger to satisfy our needs through external things gives rise to fear. Fear, therefore, is not merely an emotion but a symptom of separation from the consciousness of God’s presence.Through Scripture and practical teaching, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains how becoming “poor in spirit” awakens us to the indwelling presence of God and restores us to a life of dependence on Him. He encourages believers to learn to walk in the Spirit and depend fully on the Lord through humility, repentance, and surrender, which will bring us into a life of freedom, peace, security, and true fulfillment — a life in which fear no longer reigns. Key Scripture: John 6:33-35 (KJV)33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. 34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. 35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. The Lord promises that in Him we shall be abundantly satisfied. Yet many believers often struggle with a lingering sense of lack, burdened with the pursuit of what they think will bring them fulfillment. If God has promised abundance in Himself, why do we still feel deficient? Do we truly lack anything, or have we not yet to come into a deeper consciousness of our sufficiency in Christ? In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explores the origin of need in man, the relationship between need and fear, and the dangers of pursuing material fulfillment without God. He further reveals the origin of miracles, and how openness to the Quickening Spirit leads believers into a consciousness of no lack, freeing them from fear and positioning them to experience God’s abundant provision. In this message titled “The Origin of Need As We Know It,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explores the origin of man’s need, establishing how the separation between the internals and externals of a man gives rise to the consciousness of lack, and how this has implications for man’s walk with God. He distinguishes between spiritual and carnal need, cautioning against pursuing fulfillment of need outside of God. He reveals a higher spiritual state, which is grounded in a deep awareness of sufficiency in God, and frees man from the illusion of deficiency. Ultimately, he presents God as man’s ultimate need, urging believers to seek His kingdom first rather than pursue Him from a place of lack, trusting Him to supply “all other things”. As you listen to this message, may you truly pursue the Lord beyond every sense of carnal lack, and find that oneness with Him that brings true fulfillment.Key Scriptures: John 19:21 (KJV)21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.Matthew 6:33 (KJV)33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.Other Scriptures: Genesis 1:26-27; Psalm 36:8; Genesis 2:19-21; John 17:19-21; Genesis 3:1-7; Mathew 6:19-21; 25. What if the key to overcoming fear, temptation, and inner struggles is not in fighting harder but in surrendering more deeply to God? In this message, Pastor Jeffrey Walter, through a Q&A session, explains how to approach the scriptures using Joel 3:10 as an example. He emphasizes refraining from giving ourselves to our own understanding and instead urges that we surrender to God's light. Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains how to observe both negative and positive emotions (rooted in worldly success) without engaging or identifying with them, but rather surrender all situations (both good and bad) to the will of God. He emphasizes how God’s power in situations can only be seen when we come to the place of full surrender. He also highlights Jesus Christ as the perfect example of the kind of life that every man must live—a life of humility and complete submission to the Father’s will, which is then followed by glorification.Beloved, as you listen to this message, may you be encouraged to let go of the need to be in control, which is of the flesh, and rather continually surrender and trust God even in uncertainty.Key Scripture: Matthew 26:42 KJVHe went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. Other Scriptures: Joel 3:10, Malachi 3:1, Luke 12:20, Romans 14:17, John 5:30 [All scriptures in KJV]

God has given us free will—the ability to choose what to desire, believe and pursue. Yet, this freedom often creates the illusion that we are independent of God, leading us on the futile journey of pursuing self-determined good while neglecting the pursuit of His perfect Will for our lives. In this message titled “God Is God Alone,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the true purpose of free will and the need to surrender to God’s Will and Wisdom. He explores the sovereignty, immutability, and perfection of God’s Will and Wisdom, emphasising the need to accept that God will always do His Will. He cautions against the self-sabotaging pursuit of desires contrary to God’s Will (kicking against the prick) and shows how believers can practically surrender and align with His divine purpose. Though surrender may agitate the flesh, he urges believers to yield to God and embrace the peace found in pursuing His perfect Will. As you listen to this message, may you be empowered to surrender your desires wholly to God and discover His perfect plans and provision for your life.Key Scriptures: Acts 9:5 (KJV)5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.Psalm 100:3 (KJV)3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.Other Scriptures: 1 Corinthians 8:6; Deuteronomy 10:15; John 15:13; Jeremiah 29:11; Isaiah 53:6; Psalm 103:7; Isaiah 46:9-11; Revelation 4:11 [All Scriptures in KJV]

The journey of faith is rarely a smooth path. There are times we struggle to yield to the Word of God, which is sent to lead us into our promised inheritance. When we resist the Word, we find ourselves in a dry and spiritually parched place: the wilderness. But what is the point of the wilderness in our faith journey? Why does God allow us to go through it? In this “Communion Service” , Pastor Jeffery Walter teaches on the purpose of the wilderness in a believer’s walk with God. He explains the root cause of the agitations and bitterness experienced in the wilderness, and why the Word of God seems to lose its initial potency in this season. He further reveals how God uses the wilderness to break the self-reliance and ego of the flesh, emphasising that absolute surrender is the only way to obtain true peace and spiritual authority. Ultimately, Pastor Walter urges believers to yield their will to God, trusting that He leads us through the wilderness not to destroy us, but to do us good. Beloved, may this message empower you to surrender your will to God, so that His good will may be fulfilled in your life.Key Scriptures: Deuteronomy 8:16 (KJV)16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;Ezekiel 36:26 (KJV)26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.Other Scriptures: Deuteronomy 8:1-8, 15-16; Genesis 32:24-28; Galatians 2:20; Jeremiah 24:1-7; John 1:13 [All Scriptures in KJV].

Most Christians believe that the way to fight fear, anxiety, painful emotions, and negative thoughts is to resist or suppress them when they come up, but what if this is actually strengthening these emotional and spiritual bondages? In this message titled “Ye Resist Not Evil—Part 2,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains how resistance rooted in fear, control, and self-will often keeps believers trapped in cycles of anxiety, trauma, and inner conflict. He contrasts living by the flesh—fear, control, and self-preservation—with living by the spirit through faith, trust, and dependence on God.Rather than suppressing or battling negative thoughts with arguments or constant mental warfare, Pastor Walter calls believers to surrender fully to God and stop trying to control outcomes themselves. He emphasizes observing fearful thoughts and painful emotions without engaging or suppressing them and allowing God’s healing and providence to work freely. Beloved, as you listen to this message and put it into practice daily, may the Lord lead you out of every trauma or emotional and spiritual bondage and bring you to a place of surrender where you can experience peace, healing, forgiveness, and freedom. Key Scriptures: Matthew 5:38-41 KJV38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: 39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. 40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also. 41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. Many believers desire freedom, power, and true faith, yet remain trapped in cycles of striving, self-effort, and frustration. The path to faith begins where self ends.In this message, titled ‘Surrender: The Path to Faith’ Pastor Jeffrey Walter reveals how the self seeks to take the place of God - even in spiritual matters. He explains how a man's ego (self) can imitate faith, prayer, and dependence on God while still operating independently of Him. True faith, however, cannot be manufactured by human effort; it is imparted by God to the surrendered heart. Pastor Walter emphasizes that until we dethrone self and yield fully to God, the life and power of God cannot truly dwell in us. Prayer itself must move beyond self-centered desires into surrender to the will of God.This message offers a deeper understanding of how the "self" interferes with spiritual growth, why surrender is essential for genuine faith and love, and how yielding to God opens the door to faith and love. This message will challenge you to let go of your will and embrace complete dependence on God.Theme Passage: Genesis 3:7-11Other Scriptures: Isaiah 14:12-13, Isaiah 31:1, Genesis 2:25, Genesis 32:28, Deuteronomy 7:11-15, John 16:20-28 [All Scriptures in KJV]

In our journey of transformation, we often try to deal with the evils within us by instinctively confronting the wrong desires, false thoughts, as well as the negative emotions they stir up within us. Yet this approach often leaves us struggling even more with these evils, rather than truly overcoming them. But there is a better way: do not resist evil.In this message, “Ye Resist Not Evil,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the deeper meaning of the principle “an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.” He points out how we often err in our instinctive response to evil desires, falsehoods and negative emotions that arise within us. Highlighting the dangers of confronting evil from ourselves, he presents the Lord’s way to overcoming evils and emphasises that our battle is to not resist evil, but to turn away from it and not yield to it. He further offers practical guidance on how to deal with evils, drawing a clear distinction between allowing evil and obeying it. Ultimately, he urges believers to embrace this path, no matter how challenging, assuring that it is the sure way to overcome evils.Beloved, may this message inspire you to embrace this true path to overcoming evil, so that you can experience genuine freedom.Key Scripture: Matthew 5:39 (KJV)39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.Other Scriptures: Matthew 5:38-41; John 14:30 [All Scriptures in KJV]

The greatest struggle of man is not in knowing what to do or what he must become. All men have a good appreciation of this because the scriptures show us this, but the struggle is in the feeling of inadequacy. That we do not have what it takes to become what God says we can become, and those who have been able to achieve it are somewhat special. In this message titled “The Lord as the Way - Part 2”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter highlights the difference between believing in God and believing in Jesus, emphasizing that while many acknowledge God, they struggle to trust Jesus (the Divine human) as the source of grace, strength, and ability needed to live out God’s will. He confronts self-doubt and the habit of disqualifying oneself, explaining that everything we lack—faith, discipline, wisdom, and perseverance—is fully supplied in Christ. Rather than giving in to discouragement or feelings of inadequacy, He urges us to trust in the grace supplied in Jesus, persevere in faith, and step into our calling with confidence—knowing that He supplies all we need to overcome and grow as believers.Key Scriptures: John 14:1 KJVLet not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. John 14:6 KJVJesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. God is able and always willing to help, deliver, and give us His peace in the midst of life’s chaos. Yet we still struggle to access His help—not because He is absent, but because we are unable to access Him and take advantage of what He has already made available. So, what is hindering our access to God, and how can we gain access to Him?In this message titled “The Lord As The Way - Part 1,” Pastor Jeffrey explains the believer’s relationship with God and how we should respond to His commands. He addresses common misconceptions that distort our view of this relationship and how we approach Him, emphasising the need of knowing who He truly is. He further sheds light on the meaning of Jesus’ words, “I go to prepare a place for you,” presenting the eternal pathway by which we can access Him. He explains why this path often feels challenging and how it can be practically pursued, affirming it as the sure way to God. Finally, he urges us to wholly rely on the Lord—who is the way—trusting Him to supply all we need to walk this path. Let this message spur you on to pursue the sure path to access God and partake of His goodness—trusting Him as your dependable help.Key Scriptures: John 14:3 (KJV)3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.John 14:6 (KJV) 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.Other Scriptures: John 14:1-6, 14; Matthew 5:8; 4:15.
