Episode 4 Without access, patients cannot benefit from novel and innovative therapies such as cell and gene therapies. The value of these therapies to patients is therefore limited to the extent to which they can be accessed. A necessity for effective patient access is early patient involvement by directly involving patients and learning about their expectations and needs.
