Paula and Thommo took the stage at The Running Show at ExCel to take questions from the audience, most of whom had just registered and picked up their numbers for Sunday's big race.

So, it was all about last minute prep for Sunday, what to eat and drink, how to get ready if like some you'd just jetted back in from Boston, or like one person who had taken 5 days to cycle, walk and run to the capital from County Durham(?!)

Thommo and Paula talk about their personal marathon highs, tips for what to actually think about while running and of course how the London crowd will push you along with so much support, you might actually have to slow down to make sure you don't go off too fast!
