It's "Marathon Week"!

Her 5 Gold and 1 Silver medals are an all-time record for a female British Olympian.

Laura discusses her shift from cycling to running, noting her struggles with shin splints and the challenge of balancing training with childcare. She also discusses fuelling and how it's so different to fuel while running compared to having a bottle with you all the time on a bike!

She is running the London Marathon for the Ectopic Pregnancy Trust.
