We’re onto Week 8 in our Road to London Marathon series and this week we’re joined by a Cycling legend.

Our very special guest is Olympic Gold Medalist and Tour de France Winner Geraint Thomas who after retiring from cycling needed a new challenge….. and what better than the London Marathon!

A complete novice runner he’s still getting used to ‘running etiquette’, how far to run during training, the problem of hills and the balance between gym and road work. Despite this and being ‘all engine and no chassis’ he’s determined to take on a very tough family Marathon challenge.

Plus tips on dealing with injuries and we check in with Charlotte, our first time Marathon runner, to see how her training is going.
