Mr. James Agee joins Peace Interrupted to offer a perspective grounded in decades of front-line law enforcement service and specialized investigation. Currently an investigator for a state agency, James is a retired Captain from the St. Albans Police Department.

Kirstin Christianson joins Peace Interrupted to share her insights as a biblical counselor with Side by Side Biblical Counseling. With a strong foundation in theology and care, she holds a B.A. in Christian Theology from Seattle Pacific University and has earned three certificates from the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF). Kirstin combines this biblical framework with specialized care for the suffering; she is a Level 2 Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider. Dedicated to equipping others and maintaining high standards of care, she is also an active member of the Association of Biblical Counselors.

Beth Broom joins Peace Interrupted to lend her expertise as both a clinical director and a seasoned counselor. She serves as the Executive Director and a Staff Counselor at Bridgehaven Counseling, where she also supervises the next generation of therapists. Additionally, Beth is the Executive Director of the Christian Trauma Healing Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping Christian mental health providers, pastors, lay counselors, and advocates with resources, training, and opportunities for collaboration. A Licensed Counselor—Beth holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She brings specialized knowledge to the conversation as a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) and holds Level 3 Certification with the Association of Biblical Counselors.

Dan Boeck joins Peace Interrupted to discuss the vital role of church leadership in addressing abuse. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Called to Peace Ministries, Dan brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to the conversation, having previously served as the ministry's Church Partnerships Coordinator. With 27 years of pastoral ministry experience Dan is passionate about ensuring that God’s heart for the oppressed is accurately reflected in the church's response to domestic abuse. He and his wife, Shannon, recently co-authored two essential resources: Domestic Abuse and the Dechurched and Rediscovering Christ: A Survivor's Guide to the True Church.
