Dr. Jackie Piasta DNP, WHNP-BC, MSCP is a nationally recognized Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and a leading expert in menopause care. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), she is passionately committed to redefining midlife health for women. Dr. Piasta is the founder of Monarch Health, a concierge clinic dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized, and virtual healthcare focusing on perimenopause, menopause, sexual health, and hormone management. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Piasta earned her nursing degrees from Vanderbilt University and is a committed educator. She teaches the menopause curriculum at Vanderbilt and leads a clinician mentorship program, training other healthcare professionals in evidence-based menopause management. She currently treats patients via telehealth in multiple states and is a frequent speaker and published author.

Teyonna Bowman is a two-time breast cancer survivor, an empowering menopause speaker, and the founder of Pausitive Outlook. Diagnosed with hormone-sensitive invasive breast cancer at age 35 and facing a recurrence less than five years later, Teyonna underwent treatments that resulted in medically induced menopause. Her personal, challenging experience with severe and isolating symptoms inspired her to fill a critical gap in women's health conversations.
