This show is a discovery of life and the ever present question of why not? I'm interested in learning about our world and the people in it.
What are you hungry to do but hold yourself back? What are the places you want to go? Who is the person you want to be, the people you want to meet? What is holding you back, is it perfection?
If you have made the leap - what took you over the edge to follow your dreams? A health scare, a choice, a life altering event, or just that little voice inside saying "it's time."
I want to explore following your bliss.
For many years I shrunk myself and did what I thought was expected of me. What was safe, and small. I want to explore the idea of being kind to yourself and brave, and the theory that security is found in the brave acts folks take everyday.
Let's explore securing our happiness and the fulfillment of who we truly are meant to be.

In this short final episode of Season 1 - I just wanted to provide a quick update on the pod. We are taking a bit of a summer break, and preparing for some big moves (with our little family). More to come on that. I am on a new anti anxiety drug and it's changed my whole life. The reason I share this is to encourage anyone feeling crippled with anxiety on a daily basis - talk to your doctor.I should have made this a longer episode, but I'm having too much fun out in the world, living. I am learning and feeling my worth for the first time. This is like peeling an onion, and it's taking many months to uncover the truth. That monkey mind that says I have to hustle for my worth, and be productive, be busy - is getting quieter and quieter. We will be doing a new series when we start back up in season two - with readings from my book BE LIKE WATER - A Visual Memoir.Love you all.Stay tuned..... For bonus material please subscribe to this pod - you won't want to miss these rich additions. https://www.buzzsprout.com/2422452/subscribeOn this episode we talk with Rhianna Basore. Rhianna is an Actor, Money Coach, Entrepreneur, Filmmaker, and Writer. Rhianna is the founder of the Self Trust Fund, and StarFlower Entertainment - a media company. This conversation was a favorite - with tons of great vibrancy. We talk about the energy of money, creativity and the question - where did we get the memo that artists must always be "starving." Myth - Busted. We discuss the strong connection between money and creativity - and how it's so important for creatives to have support, time, and space to do their deepest work. I believe creatives will save the world - because they will always be able to find innovative solutions to complex problems. Maybe we can stop worshipping the traditional measures of success - and support the innovators, creatives, and folks who think outside of the box. Additionally we also discuss how to believe in yourself and the benefits of juggling multiple projects at once.Enjoy this conversation - and please download every episode. Share, follow, review and connect. I'd love to hear your feedback (especially if it's good). Just kidding. I'm here for all of it. Thank you.For more information about Rhianna Basore please visit: https://rhiannabasore.com/https://selftrustfund.com/______________I want to hear from you! Today in a special episode I talk about the adventures we had on our recent trip to the Philippines and what is going on right now in America.I wanted to talk about consent and politeness, and when to speak up. Right now, with what is happening so rapidly in America - this is not the time to be "nice," or quiet, or fear we will ruffle feathers. It is the time to speak up - LOUDLY and Often - and very, very Boldly. I had a couple situations recently (one at a spa, and one on the plane home) that made me very uncomfortable - so to protect my body and comfort I spoke up. How many times in my life did I keep myself in a bad or unsafe situation because I didn't want the other person or persons to think I was not "nice."How many times have I questioned myself before speaking up, wasting valuable seconds? It is the time for artists to get to work. Now more than ever it's time to create and express your authentic truth. If you are anxious about what's going on in the world, this is the best way to alleviate that. Also please download the app 5 Calls - it will tell you who your reps are and how to reach them. Very easy to use.I want to hear from you!
