She had been abducted, held overseas, and forced to continue her medical research — all as part of Faison's plan to devastate Anna before swooping in as the hero.

It took a psychic vision from Olivia Falconeri, a chemical pressed against a latex mask, and a memory about a place called Andermat that never existed to finally bring it all down. By 2013, the story had moved to Cassadine Island — Robin still captive, the real Duke chained in the tunnels, and Anna finally closing in on the truth she had been chasing all year.

It ends in a church. Patrick Drake is seconds from marrying someone else. Emma looks toward the back of the room. "Mommy."
