Beautiful Vancouver, Canada. I love it. How long you been in sales for?
Natalia
In high ticket closing for just over a year. Over a year in sales, sales and like different aspect of it. Mostly in tech. Over 10 years.

Okay, so between tech sales and high ticket sales, we have over 11 years of experience. Is that what I'm hearing? Awesome. And today I'm excited to have you because I know that you have a great pitch and a great product you're working with. Tell us a little bit, tell the listeners a little bit about the product you're on. Who's it for, what's it about, what's the problems you solve, some of the challenges you may be having and we'll jump into it.

Yeah, absolutely. So the product that I sell is a brainchild of a social media expert who's been in the space for 20 years. His name is Brendan Cain. Yeah, the guy's legit. He first recognized the opportunity for utilizing social media and then you, way back when MySpace was just around, so it's been like. Yeah, he's been around for quite some time. He's worked with the likes of Mindvalley, Taylor Swift, Rihanna. So like there's a lot of expertise there. And I work for his company called Hook Point. It's his brainchild. And essentially what we do is we work with solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, business owners or content creators who are looking for a method, formula driven approach based on science and data on how to go viral in their own way in a rinse and repeat structure that they can repeat, essentially giving them empowerment and authority over the way that they create and post content.

That's a Lot there. We got to break that down there. Okay, so you're selling a product right now. Just a service is a product is like AI. Is this a service? What is it?

Yeah, so it's a consulting service. We work with people one on one.
Kayvon K
So you consult people one on one on their social media?
Natalia
Exactly, yeah.

YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, all of them except for Twitter. Okay. Everything but Twitter.
Natalia
Yeah.

And you, you said something with science approach, Science based.
Natalia
Yes, it's. I have to use more industry jargon. Essentially it's reverse engineering viral content to make it work for you specifically.

So this is paid or viral.
Natalia
This is all organic. Organic content.
Kayvon K
So this is organic. Okay, so we help people with organic content basically go viral.
Natalia
Yes, exactly.
Kayvon K
Okay, and who's this? Who's the target market? It's like, you know, if we looked at exactly the target market, who would it be?
Natalia
So anyone who's. Honestly, we work with everyone. Everyone from like a grave digger to a coach. We work with a lot of digital businesses. So people who are in the coaching space, you know, E commerce and things like that. So anyone who's really a core believer in building their personal brand on or their business brand on social media and.

These people, what would you say, the tendency, like the number one problem for these people, what would it be?
Natalia
They don't have reach. They can't get their message across.
Kayvon K
Okay, so they're not. They're basically algorithms. They're not picking them up. They can't get their message across. They don't have reach. And the product and service you offer is showing them how to get that reach.
Natalia
Yes, exactly. How to communicate with people and, and.
Kayvon K
And then you with a target audience. Right. Is sounds like really anybody, but more business owners, influencers, coaches, solopreneurs, content creators.
Natalia
Yes, exactly.
Kayvon K
People that want to leverage their social media organically and get more reach. Is that to drive business, Drive awareness? A little bit of both.
Natalia
Mostly to drive more business. Everyone is here. I mean, it's all fun and games for people. So you do get like the 1 or 2% of the people being like, I want to change the world, but it's rare. Most of them are there to drive revenue.

Okay.

So essentially this is just a really great way to market yourself and tell your story.
Kayvon K
Okay, and tell me how this, how do people, how do they, how do they measure, you know, results or progress here? Like, how do you. How do you guys know that someone's been successful?
Natalia
Views essentially the easiest metric. Because this is all organic. If you are getting like significant Amount of views. Like, we're talking a million views per post. And consistently, like, every week, you're creating content that gets like, a few hundred thousand views. Millions. 17 million, whatever it may be. That would be the easiest way to measure. To measure progress, because most people that I speak to have not had more than like, 5,000 views per post.

Okay, so people are going from, wow, 5,000 views all the way to a million views.

Yes.

Awesome. Okay, well, here we are. This is the point of the show where you are pitching me. So I'm. Let's just say I'm a solopreneur looking. I'm getting 5,000 views on my post, and I'm looking to go viral to get to that million per post. We figured out my problem. We kind of understand my pain. Obviously, you know where I want to be. I want to, you know, I want to drive traffic, I want to drive leads. And we're at the point where you got to pitch me. Here we go. Close me, Natalia.

All right. Okay, Kevon, So Hook Point can definitely help you with the issues that you're having with your business, which is you're just not able to leverage the current method of mass communication in the right way to reach your target audience, but at the same time to have mass appeal. So a lot of people get into social media thinking that, oh, it's so easy. The entry level, the barrier to entry is so low. I can just go in and create content. And then they go in and they get nothing. So they put in a lot of effort. They don't know what the hell they're doing. They're creating content and they're not getting the views or the reach or anything like that. The reason for that is they actually don't know how to do it. The system is so sophisticated that if you don't have the right strategy, if you don't have the right approach, if you don't have a way to do it week by week and you have no controlled variables or data points, you're not going to see success because you have no idea why you're getting the results that you are.

You've lost me. You have lost me and I'm sure you have lost a lot of our listeners. We are. Wow. We're going beyond just selling products and features.
Natalia
Yeah.

You. You put in some insults there. Insulting me, that I'm not doing a good job. We. There is a lot here. So let's break this down. Right.

Okay.

I'm a big fan. In a. In a situation like that, I'm a big fan of the. As a result of.
Natalia
Yeah.

So I would start. I would be more in the. In the context of. As a result of you, right after we spoke, as a result of you not being able to organically get to the reach of a million followers, seems like you've been on the treadmill of 5,000 followers. Is that correct? Yes or no?
Natalia
Yes.
Kayvon K
Yes. So as a result of what we do based off a science, fa. Science based information and direction, whatever that might be, you have the terminology on that, but based off a scientific research, we know exactly what it is you're going to need to do to be able to get to that 1 million views. Does that make sense?

Yep.

Now, here's the thing. It doesn't matter. I'll tell you right now, it doesn't matter. If we come to you and tell you you have to do this, this and that. If you do not like that, if you are not in alignment with the formats that we tell you you have to use, it's never going to work. So we got to make sure that we have the right formats for you. Formats, meaning there are different ways to go viral. We want to ensure that we have the right way, not only just to go viral, but the right way you're going to be in alignment with that so you can actually connect with your audience. And we can do that all in. What's the timeline?

Six months.

We can do that all within six months. Now, before we move forward, I want to ask you this. Suppose not making promise here. Suppose what does your business look like in six months from now when you are posting one, two posts a week and they're not getting 5,000 views. They're getting million views. Half a million views. Heck, we've had some people even get over 500 million views. Now, I can't promise that, but I can promise massive significant difference of where you're at. What does the business look like?

Well, it completely changes everything.

At that point, you shut up, you listen, and then you only ask the one question. You never have to ask for the sale. I'm not a fan of ask for the sale. I'm always, I want them to salivate for the sale. So where should we go from here? And at that point, then they might have questions and then you can go into your products, your features, all of that. But if you put your pitch that long. Oh, my God, you're, you, you lost me out. You're just, it's going too far. So there's a lot here. You're, you're. We could work on that pitch and we're going to work on that pitch a little bit after the show here to help you out.

Yeah.

But what I would love to know is if we take a step back and based off what you were saying and what I was, you know, what I, what I've showed you, what stands.

Out for you to simplify.
Kayvon K
Yes, simplify. Okay, so let's try that again. Let's try to simplify the pitch. We got the time, we got the energy, we got the space right here, right now. Let's do it.
Natalia
Okay, so what we can offer you is a structured approach in the way that you can create your social media content, having full control over what you create and having a rinse and repeat structure to your content that you can post every week and get millions of views as you do that. We've done that time and time again for so many of our clients, and I have no doubt that we can do the same for you.

Okay, so let's, let's, let's look at this again. We're talking about what we're going to do for them. Let's start talking about the results of not. We're going to show you how to do this and, and we're going to tell you what to do. We're going to give you this so that you get. Start with the result of, as a result of working with us, you can expect what? Confidence. You can expect confidence every time you post, knowing you're posting the right material, the right stuff, so that when you put that post out there, it's going to get a million views. Is that they want to go million views or is it they actually want more leads? Is it they want more dollars in the business? You know, so as a result of our scientific based approach in social media in years, 20 years working with the likes of Rihanna, I think you said, and Hollywood people. Wow, Taylor Swift. That's enough. You don't need to say you can trust us. You don't need to say that. You, you know, we, it's like, that's enough. That's a, that's a lot of credibility right there alone. Right?

So let's take a step back here and ask the question again. What's sticking out for you? What are you thinking? What are you seeing that you can maybe tweak in your pitch so that it lands a little bit harder but also shorter and not so much verbiage.

So it's going back to here's what you can get with our program that solves your issue right away and then getting them to imagine what it would be like at the end of the process, stating the results that they will actually achieve.

Yeah, but it's starting. I want to make sure. Right. We understand it's starting not off of what we're going to do for them. It's starting off as a result of what we do.

Or you could do the do you know how, right. Do you know how most businesses struggle to go organic, to go viral on their organic media? Okay, so what did we learn today? Right. I just want to make sure we understand that today we learned that having the pitch needs to be clear and it needs to be concise.
Natalia
Yeah.
Kayvon K
It cannot, you cannot ramble on action steps. If your pitch is longer than a minute or two minutes when you're pitching, it's already too long. How can you take a two or three or four minute pitch and put it down at 30 seconds like that elevator pitch that is impactful enough for them to say, yes, that's what we need to work on. Once you do that, you'll be able to sell more stuff, connect more, and have actually better conversations.
