What is your mind? Your mind is just a series of pictures that you take every second. You take 25 pictures and every picture have 57 perceptions. You'll understand immediately the definition of the word insanity. Most people say that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different result. Unfortunately, it's not true. This is actually the definition of tenacity. Not only that is not true, it's gone. The past is not past if you don't let it pass. The spirit is a nothingness that can bring about a somethingness for no reason at all. So if you say I'm spiritual, but I do energy work, you are not spiritual. You're an engineer hiding as a monk.
B
And I'm excited because we have Mir back. And today I want to get right into it. I think it's the most important part of the series, which is what we're calling as the inner empire. I mean, in Mayor, before we actually get into anything like structured yet, like, I want to start off and I want to ask like this question because I was thinking about this before we, before we got together here today. And I, and I think, like most people think, mindset is about either motives, motivation or confidence. But when the pressure of life, of what family of work actually hits like that, real pressure, I feel like something else takes over. So I'm curious, when pressure enters in someone's life, what does it reveal about them rather than what it actually creates for them?
A
So at any given moment, you can be cause or effect. So cause is you decide for something to happen and it happened exactly as you want. So you are the author of the result. And effect is when something happened to you. Okay. When your mind affect you, you're in fact, your mind never helps you everyone think about, oh, I need the mindset. No, no, no, no. You need yourself. Your mind is your enemy. And I know it's different, but I will explain it and you'll see that it's actually makes sense. So let's start. What is your mind? Your mind is just a series of pictures that you take. And every second you take 25 pictures and every picture have 57 perceptions.
B
I just want to hear this again. Your mind is like taking a picture. And, and when, when we say your mind, can we go deeper maybe and say a thought is you're saying or just, just your mind?
A
There is no two words that are the same. And the problem is that people mix. When a person do not know something, he use synonyms.
B
Yes.
A
So you are if you are. If you don't know anything about computers. So you say, well, you know the box, the thing, the processor, the, the screen. You don't know what you're talking about. When someone use synonyms to describe one thing, he actually broadcast that he doesn't know. And it's good for you to know. For me, for any person that when I find myself using synonyms, I don't know, I actually don't know. It's really amazing to realize when you see someone that use synonyms, the person do not know because otherwise he will be sharp as this is the word, the exact word. A surgeon don't call a valve in the heart just valves, but he will have the exact name of the valve in that connection. He will have to every piece a specific name. And if he thinks that it's more or less the valve, the heart, the thing that moves something. Don't, don't use this surgeon.
B
Yeah. Okay, so I want to, I, I and I know we got clear. I have I actually learned that from you from our last episodes is let's get clear on definitions. Because if we both, or if we both think different of each definition like the definitions, then we're, we're already on the wrong page, right? So when you say mind, let's, let's define the mind. Because you said the mind makes up. Was it 55? Did I write that? 55.
A
And the mind is a series of pictures.
B
Is a series of pictures.
A
Every second when you are awake or when you are or when you are asleep, you take pictures. Every second you take 25 pictures and every picture contain 57 perception. Of course, the normal perception, sight, smell, etc. But you have for example, the perception of direction, the perception of emotion, the perception of pressure. There are 57 different perceptions. It's quite amazing. And this mind is very interesting because what it does, it says when you the spirit don't know, I'm going to ask the mind to tell you what to do.
B
Okay?
A
So the mind there and every time that you the spirit check out. So the mind give you automatic commands. And the body we have like a machine, it's like an actual robot. So what you see is people trying to fix the mindset and the problem never solve. And when the problem doesn't solve, the law is that if you try to solve a problem and the problem doesn't solve, you're trying to solve the wrong problem.
B
Yeah, okay, I like that. I like that. So now there's two clear definitions we need to get. I want to get clear on. Number one is when we Say mind, what does that mean to you? And then when we say spirit, what does that mean to you?
A
So the mind is actually there's a series of mind, but let's start with one. It's a series of picture pictures that you use in order to solve problems related to survival. When you. The spirit departure. And we will speak about the spirit within a second. I just want to demonstrate to the listeners what is the mind. If you close your eyes right now, and I will ask you to think about a dog. Okay, Just. Just picture a dog. Okay. What is the weight of the dog?
B
The weight of the dog?
A
Yeah.
B
35 pounds.
A
Excellent. What color is it?
B
White, gray.
A
How far is he from you
B
in the next room?
A
Okay, perfect, perfect. Now with your right index finger, very important. Right, not left, right index finger, point to where is the dog? Okay, now open your eyes. You'll see that you didn't do that. You didn't point to your brain. The pictures are not in the brain. You actually have all of this picture which is part of your mind. You picked up a dog, that is something that's sitting in your mind, and you looked at that and you told me where it is, what's the color? And I could ask you a lot of thing. I could ask you what's the feeling of the dog? I can ask you what's the. How tense is his muscles? I can ask you a lot of thing about the dogs. And you will tell me, because you are looking at a picture and what you looked at is your mind. So the mind is a physical thing. Actually, you will see that the mind is so amazing that if you put yourself on a scale that is very, very accurate scale, and you think about bad pictures, you'll see that your weight will go up. And if you put yourself on the same scale and you think about light pictures, good pictures, you see your weight will go down. And actually you feel it. When you have a bad day or a bad decade, you see people go down. You know, like. People start to bend. They feel that they have weight on their shoulders. The weight on the shoulders is the weight of their. Of the pictures. They actually have a way that can actually be measured. If you actually look at a lie detector, what lie detector does is someone tell you something, you bring the picture closer to you. And the lie detector measures the resistance of the picture. Because the picture is actual physical thing that can be measured. It has a resistance. It's quite amazing. So if you understand that your mind is what makes you a robotic, you'll understand immediately the definition of the word insanity. Most people say that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different result. Unfortunately, it's not true. This is actually the definition of tenacity. This tenacity. Tenacity. You continue, you do the same thing again and again and again. You continue on a given course. It's tenacity. If you have children and let's say your child needs to go to the shower and is, you know, small child, and you tell him, go to the shower. Go to the shower. Go to the shower, Go to the shower. That, that's tenacity. You're doing the same, expecting different result, and then eventually goes to the shower after half an hour of asking, and you need to ask another half an hour, go out of the shower. Go out of the shower. Tenacity. Insanity is actually attention Stuck in the past. My definition of the word insanity is attention stuck in your mind.
B
Stuck in your mind.
A
Attention. Attention.
B
Yeah, attention.
A
Yes, tension stuck in your mind. Which mean you don't see what in front of you. You look at the past. You look at the past. So you're insane because you go forward and you're trying to look backward. It is insane, okay? And you'll see that all the insane things that people do is not because of what happened in front of them, is because of what turn on in those big pictures in the mind. Let's say you had a girlfriend. Oh, you know, and she was a nightmare, okay? And you know, and, and after a very long time, you managed to get rid of her. You know, she got stuck to you like a gum on the, on the, in the, on the bottom of the shoes. So you, you take, you got rid of her, okay? Now you had this unbelievable experience and you decide, you know what? I'm not going with girls. You even starting to contemplate maybe guys. But you say, no, okay, fine. And you'd like, you're not going out with girls. You had enough for three months. After three months, you decide, you know what? I'm ready. You go out to a bar, you sit down, you order martini, and you smell the smell of this beautiful lady. And you turn and she has blonde hair and she is beautiful and you are, wow. And you say, can I buy you a drink? And she says, yes. And you say, what will you drink? And she said, bacardi with Coke. And you like, immediately, your ex nightmare was drinking Bacardi and coke. And you say, oh, that's attention. Stuck in the past. You act insane because of what, what she's doing now. That you compare to what's happened to you in the past. Actually, your past is the sum of all your limitations.
B
The. The past is a sum of all your limitations. Of your limitations. I want to hear, I want, I want, I want to make sure people hear that. I think this is. That, that, that is very powerful. Your past is a sum of all your limitations. That's it. That's simply it.
A
Yeah.
B
So.
A
So the more the past, the more you look at limitation, the more you make yourself useless. So mindset, while everyone love this, they don't know what mind is and who do. The setting. Where is the setting? Like where is the where. Where do you actually click? I select this one and they. They select that option. The mind you actually is something that you want to get rid of.
B
So how do people get stuck then? Because I would say if you're. From what I'm hearing is if your mind is just a sum of all your limitations from the past people. I would assume some people get stuck in the past, which means they get stuck in their limitations, which means they start to believe a story that is not true.
A
Not only that is not true is gone. The past is not past if you don't let it pass.
B
The past is not past if you don't let it pass. So how does one who is prone to be stuck in the past, stuck on that negative, stuck in the stories that make them feel whether it's comfortable or safe or they're just their identities attached to it, how does one start to change their way of percept the. I would say the pictures. You're saying the pictures that happen in our mind so that they can start moving to the future or the present versus being stuck in the limitations of their past.
A
Okay. Like anything not these two levels. Number one, knowledge. Knowledge. The moment that if you hear this podcast and if you actually understand what I'm saying, because the fact that someone here do not mean that they understand because they don't understand all the words and because what I say is so different that you need to take some time to let the medicine work. First time that you hear me, it's like, what are you saying? What, you want definitions? What? What? But if you let the medicine work and you actually listen to this podcast again and again and again and actually realize what I'm saying, you'll see that knowledge alone bring control. If you just know about it now, you just know next time that something will happen to you. You will see. One second, I'm upset with her, not because of what she did, but because of the past. Because if it was the first day that she met you and she said you look silly, and you'll say, oh, she looks so nice, you'll go to your friend, she told me that I'm silly. You'd be very happy. Yes, but five years into the relationship and she says silly, and you say, hey, don't call me silly. Why do you talk to me like that? It's not because of the words that coming out of her mind, of her mouth, but because of these words turn on many, many, many pictures that you had an argument. And in that argument she said, silly, not you silly. It's silly. And it's all equal to everything else. All the past is equal to all the past. And so you feel that what she's doing is not okay, but in reality it's nothing. So she say, I'm stupid. Okay, good. Someone there wrote to me in on Instagram. I see lots of people fighting on Instagram. Someone wrote to me, you know, you're a dirty Jew. And I wrote to him back and I said, thank you. Thank you very much. I really. You. You reminded me I need to go and take a shower. But if I'm like really upset about being. Someone told me I'm a dirty Jew and if I'm stuck in the past, I will take it very seriously. And how serious can you get? Dead serious.
B
So it's interesting because one would say you just have a strong mindset or you have the ability to brush off the past and let the past not do. Dictate your. Your present, which then dictates your future. As we know, you, you talk about internal order, having inter. I, I've researched a little bit and you and you spoke about in the mind of having internal order. Well, what does that mean to you?
A
Okay, so logic. Logic is the ability to see similar things as similar, different thing as differences and identical thing as identical. So if I see this, if I see this pen and I think that it's an elephant, I'm cuckoo. Because it's not similar and not identical, but I think it is. Yes. So order is this ability to put similar things together with similar things, identical things as identical things, etc. This is what order is. And it's logical. And the mind is organized in that way. It's organized by date, by time, by location, and it seems very, very, very, very logical. And initially it was set up by us, by the spirit. And we'll get to what is the spirit in order to help us in situations that we thought we cannot Take responsibility. But the mind outgrow its usefulness. Because when the mind become the master of the body instead of you being the master of the body, then you have a set program that you have to operate on. And when you have a set program in a universe that changes all the time, the program will always be wrong. Because this lady in the bar, although she likes the same drink like the nightmare, she's different.
B
Yes, yeah, I understand that. So I want to just. I want. I know you talk about this and, and it's, it's ingrained in you, but I want to make sure people who are listening, they're really understanding some of this because you just said the mind is, can be programmed a certain way and the body in. Is a different program. And then the spirit now is. We haven't even got into that yet, but is a different. Is a different program.
A
So programmer. The programmer is the spirit, the mind is the software and the body is the hardware.
B
Okay, so the program is the spirit.
A
No, the program is. The programmer is the spirit.
B
The programmer is the spirit.
A
Yeah, the person that tried the program. The program is the mind and the body is the hardware. So the boss is the programmer that wrote the program.
B
And I thought you said the mind was software. The mind was software.
A
Yes, that's correct.
B
Okay, so the mind is the, is the software and the programmer is the spirit.
A
Exactly.
B
So what is spirit? What is spirit? Let. Let man. And, and I'll, and I'll tell you this. I will say this on a personal note. I have been struggling with spirit. I, I say I'm in a fight with spirit. Doesn't mean I don't believe in spirit. I'm in, I'm in a. I. A constant fight with this thing that we call spirit. And trying to understand the difference for me the difference between spirit and religion or universe. Because those are. I feel like those are all very different things, but all similar in the same.
A
Yeah, they know the. The. The very different. That is really the. The when you find some internal conflicts. When like you say I'm, I'm in a fight, it is only because what fighting do not understand. When there is a war, there's a misunderstanding. The war finish when the misunderstanding goes away. The same thing happens here because you use the word universe and you use the word spirit and they use the word religion. They're not even in the same area code. It's like different, different. Big, big, big, big difference.
B
So let's, let's. Let's. Let's talk about that. Let's talk about the difference between you got mind, we got spirit, we understand body. Body is just our flesh. Like but. And I, and I, and I believe that like body is, is like the last. Like you, you're way better off controlling your mind and spirit than your body because your body will follow through. The mind and spirit does that.
A
Yeah.
B
Are we on the same page on that?
A
The hardware, it's a total, it's total effect and you're giving it command and it will do whatever you say.
B
And most people work on body, but not mind or spirit. And wonder why body never actually changes.
A
Yeah, yeah. Most people believe so. This is a very interesting thing. So you imagine that you had the programmer that wrote a program to operate a computer.
B
Yeah.
A
And imagine that the programmer will forget he had an accident and he forgot that he was the programmer. And he doesn't know that there is a program. And he really worship the operation of the computer. It will be very fun. Yes, that's exactly what happened for people. They don't know that as a baby, let's say as a child, they had no program, very, very little program. So they were the programmer and everything was possible. And they could throw the body and, and do almost anything with the body and no problem, no worries, no nothing. And somehow everyone is. You put a three years old baby in the street and 50000 people will go around and help him and give him food and protect him and like no problem. Yes. You put a 50 years old person in the street and no one will look at him. Why? Because the more you accumulate past, the more you become a machine, the more you become a piece of a physical thing. No one look at the stone in the street. You are as solid, as heavy as you allow your mind to control you. Because you become a robot and actually a dead robot. Because every day that pass you become closer and closer and closer to becoming totally a stone, totally physical. But when you are young, when you're a child, you have a lot of future. Why do you have a lot of future? Because you don't have past.
B
Yeah.
A
The past is what actually rob you from your future. The past is what rob you from the future. But you can have at any given moment of time, you can remove your past and have total amount of future forever. How do you have total amount of future forever? By knowing that you are not your body, the body die, not you, the spirit.
B
So how do we define spirit? So we're very clear on this, what does spirit actually mean? And then while we get through that definition, I want to See if we can ask that question is, does the mind control the spirit or does the spirit control the mind? And as humans, do we have any control at all?
A
Okay, so the first thing to know is that you are the spirit. You are the spirit and you have a mind and you have a body. Like you say my mind, it's correct. My mind, it belong to me and will define what's this me? It's the spirit. And you don't say my spirit because belong to who? When you say my spirit. Okay, no problem. To who is it? Belong to me. Okay, so who is you? You are the spirit. And we will explain it within a second. So to understand the spirit, to understand the definition of the spirit, we first have to look at what is the smallest number in this universe? Exactly. Exactly. The smallest number in this universe is two. And what is the proof? For every force, there is counterforce. The seven mean nothing if you don't have eight or six. For every beautiful, there is ugly. For every big, there is small. For every man, there's, there's a woman. For every force there is counterforce. Nothing survive along. The atom is composed of electron and proton. So you nothing, nothing, nothing survive alone in this universe. You cannot look from one side to the other and find something that is one. But someone say, but there is a heart. The heart is a concept, but the heart composed of twos. Everything in this universe is composed of two. The smallest unit is two. No one can find a nothingness. There is no absolute zero. Why? Because there is one and minus one, but there is no zero. Zero do not exist. Like 100% do not exist. There's a concept of 100%. But if you show me 100% black, 100% white, 100% red, or 100% anything, you'll see that it doesn't make sense because everything changes all the time. You look at the pen and it looks very stable. But there are trillions of electrons that moving at the speed of light on a planet that turns at 360,000 kilometers per second. And you want to tell me that this is stable? Everything's changed. Everything is changing. So absolute is unobtainable. There is nothing absolute in this universe. It's all composed of twos. So if I look at the pen and assuming that this pen is composed of two, when I'll break it down, break it down, break it down, break it down, break it down to the beginning. I will get two plus and minus. I will get the first atom that composed of pluses and minus, plus and Minus. That's correct or not?
B
I. I would say, yeah. Like you can't have all, all plus and no negatives. Or you're saying it's is one, but
A
one is actually, it has to be one for one.
B
Yeah.
A
To be one for one. Okay.
B
So because of effect, they can't just all be cause, can't be all of effect.
A
Exactly, exactly. That. That's why when I push something, I'm caused and it is the effect when I stand.
B
The monks believe, right. Like if you, if you push, you keep pushing and you let go, it comes back. Right. So you're either pushing or it's pulling back. If you pull, pull, pull, pull, you let go, it pushes forward. But they do believe that when it's center, that that's what they call as peace, stillness, wholeness.
A
Yeah, that. That's why they use believe. Because believe is something temporary and it's. It's a lie. You need to believe. You don't believe that mine. I don't believe that. My name is Mayor. I know my name is Mayor. If I need to believe, it means that I actually don't know. So they can believe whatever they want. But the truth is this stillness, this stillness have atoms that moving at the speed of light. So where's the stillness? Nothing is still. Nothing is still the temperature change. So there's expansion and contraction.
B
Yeah.
A
You understand the turn and you call it still. It. It is actually such a limited view. And that's why you need the belief. When someone needs belief, he. You need to know that he doesn't know. It's a very temporary thing. If I say I believe you, it means a second ago I didn't and a second later, may I will, may not. But if I know you are saying the truth, I know I don't even need the proof. Okay. It's really different. Belief is actually a statement that admits you. You need to believe when you don't know. So for example, if we look at superstition, superstition, a lot of beliefs and the, the purpose of science. Science was invented in order to eliminate superstition, to eliminate belief, to bring such a, such a proof that you don't need to believe. The purpose of science is to eliminate superstition.
B
Yes.
A
So superstition is a system of belief and science is a system of knowingness. I know I can prove it 100 billion time. It will repeat the same thing hundred times here on the moon. I know I can predict it. Big difference.
B
So back. I want to keep us on the, on the idea of of the spirit. Right. And. And we. We are not spirit. You said I am not spirit.
A
No, no. You are the spirit and you have a mind.
B
We are. So I don't have a spirit. I am spirit. I am spirit and I have a mind. So this might answer the question. If I am spirit and spirit is the programmer, then I am the programmer of my life.
A
Exactly. But there is an inversion. Like this programmer that had amnesia and now he worship the laptop. Imagine, imagine. Let's take it in a different way. Imagine that I'm a driver and I drive a car. Okay. And so I'm the driver and the car has all kind of systems. And the system will be the program. There's hydraulic system and electronic system, etc. And then you've got the physical thing, which is the car. Imagine that one day, because I drive for a long time, I will decide that I'm the car. I will decide that I'm inside the car and I am the car. And if the car turns to the side. Oh, I'm turning to the side. And if the car had an accident and it's painful for the car, so it's painful for me. And if the car has no fuel, I'm tired. Imagine that. That what will happen. It will be ridiculous. Yes. The guy will be cuckoo. Kiki. That's how every. That's how everyone operates. The car is your. Okay, just a car.
B
So my body's not tired. My mind and spirit are tired.
A
Not your. Not your mind is tired because it's physical like the car? Yes. So they are. They have all kind of manifestation. But it's you, the spirit that define. Because you can be extremely tired. Extremely tired. And then this blonde comes about and the tiredness is gone.
B
Yeah. So the question then is how do you. How does one know the difference when they're operating from their mind or their spirit?
A
Okay, so, so, so. So let's finish the definition of the spirit. Okay, so we said that the. The. The physical universe is composed of two. So we can say that something is anything that compose of two.
B
Something is anything that compose of two. Yes.
A
Makes sense. Good. Now if the smallest. If the smallest particles of this pen is two, what created the first two cannot be composed of two. If the iPhone started in, I don't know, 2010, let's say whatever. I don't remember when. 2009. This is when the iPhone started. Before that there was no iPhone. IPhone did not create the iPhone because the iPhone was not. Did not exist. Yes, correct. What created the physical universe? This physical universe? Started with two, and it's continuing. What created the physical universe cannot be physical.
B
Okay?
A
So nothing, nothing is anything that do not compose of two, but have the ability to bring about two.
B
So what is nothing then?
A
Nothing is. The spirit is the thing that the not. It's the not thing that do not compose of two, but can bring about the two. So you can bring something out of nothing. Your red is not my red. You. You have. You look at two kilo and you think it is heavy. And I look at two kilo and I think it's light. Maybe you look at some food and you think it's healthy. And I think it's not. Some people, there are some thin people that can eat everything they want. They never put on weight. And I can walk next to the food that they eat, and I will put on weight. Why? Why? Because I, the spirit, define what will happen with my possessions. The spirit is a nothingness that can bring about somethingness. And you cannot hurt the spirit. You can hurt the possession of the spirit. You cannot hurt the driver. You can hurt the car. And if you realize that, you realize that the only thing to handle is the spirit. Because everyone trying to fix mindset and fix them, fix the software and fix the hardware. Why don't you fix the program?
B
Okay, now we're getting somewhere. How does one fix the program? Or how can I tap into the programmer who, who. Someone who's new to this, you know, how do they even define or be able to separate the difference between what they think is spirit versus mind versus body versus, you know, the programmer and the software?
A
So the body is very. Is very visible, and it is a machine, like a doll, that you can operate. Yes. The mind is those pictures that give the doll commands when the spirit is not there. And how do you know if you are there? You are there when everything that happened is perfect. When you are there, everything is perfect. Moments of emergencies. You can define an emergency as a moment of heightened willingness to be yourself. I'll give you a story that was heightened willingness. You are more willing to be yourself and not rely on your mind or your body. I'll give you a story that was on the news in Israel. There was this very, very poor family that. Living in a very, very small town in. And the whole. This family had four kids, father and mother. And the family was playing pianos. And they were making money from playing this piano. They were teaching piano. This is the only source of income. And they had the fire in this shack, in this house. It's not even a house. And they had the fire. And the four kids picked up the piano and took it out, this huge piano. And they took it out and they served the piano. And the fire department came, turn off the, the fire, etc. And they wanted to move the piano from the middle of the road. Five big men couldn't lift it. They had to bring a crane. Four kids, 6 years old, 7 years old, 9 and 12, picked up this piano.
B
Is this a true story?
A
It's a true story, yes. I can find the link for you. It's in Hebrew, but I don't know
B
if this was a meta, you know, a self development, metaphorical story. This is a true story.
A
True, true story. It's an actually something happen. You take this thing, you take this, this situation and you say how? How at that moment the spirit give the command and the body obey. This is emergency moment of heightened willingness. When the willingness to be yourself is high, the barriers are small. And when the willingness to be yourself is small, the barriers are high. Because the barriers are just a manifestation of how much you rely on the physical universe versus on yourself. So when things happen exactly as you want, exactly as you want, then wonderful, it's you. And when it doesn't happen as you want, your body control you or your mind control the body. And that basically says you checked out. I'll give you another story.
B
Okay, the spirit, not you, the spirit checked out.
A
You, you are the spirit. When I say you, you are the spirit, you are the spirit.
B
When I hear this and I think about what you're saying and I look around and I see so many people, I'm going to say either trying or struggling or living out of some sort of alignment. It sounds like all those, what you are, what you're saying is it's easy to say that all those people are not living in their spirit, they're living out of their spirit or against it.
A
So what? You can say that all of those people departed and left the body to be controlled by the mind. And so they look at the body and they don't even experience a problem. It's the mind that's telling them there is a problem. You take one of those guys that have a lot, a lot of problems and he's like devastated, etc. And you put him at the moment of emergency. I put him in underwater for five minutes or for one minute and you'll see that all his problems are gone. He's not thinking about this problem, he's not any more depressed and blah, blah. And he's very energetic. And he's fighting for his life, which means that actually he's telling him a story. It's not real. Because if it was real, how come if you don't have a hand, I can put you in the, in, underwater for 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, you will not grow a hand because you don't have a hand. It's not a show. But these mental things, while it is very real for the person, it's painful, it's devastating, it is not real, it is not real. They doing it in order to hide something, to justify. Then we can go into the different mechanism of why is it actually happening. Actually, I can tell you a lot that it will be very hard for you to chew, but if it happens to you, it helps you in a crazy way. If it happens to you, it helps you. I'll give you a story, okay, which will demonstrate it. I was in a seminar in Canada with maybe 50, 60, 70 people. And one of the guys came from Israel to the seminar. Most of the people was from Canada, from all over the world. But there was two guys, two Israeli guys, one of them from Israel, very, very, very, very, very famous musician in Israel, like really celebrity. And I see him standing, this is a five day seminar. And in the second day I see him standing the whole day. And I went to him and I said, gilly, why, why are you not sitting? And he said, I cannot. I said, what do you mean I cannot? He says, I have this thing, hemorrhoids. I said, oh, do you want to handle it? He says, of course. I said, good, let's fix it. He said, come on, you cannot fix it. I said, you are right, I cannot fix it. You can, I'll just help you. Now this is around many people. Yes, we can. You can just ask those people. You can just chat to any one of my long term student that was there, I can give you names and they will tell you it happened. You can call him, never mind. Yes, Gili Zakay, he will be very happy to tell you. So we're sitting and I'm telling him, okay, let's fix it. Everyone is around, yes, 40, 50, 60 people. And he's telling, mama, are you crazy? I said, no, but I trust you. So I said, okay, Gilly, so how does it help you? He told me, tell me, are you crazy? How does it help me? It's painful, I cannot see it, I cannot sit, you're forcing me to sit. And he's like getting upset. And I said, okay, fine, I understand, but how does it help You. He says, what are you having problem with your ears? It doesn't help me. It's painful, it's terrible. I want to get rid of it. I said, okay, how does it help you? How does it help you? And he's like. And like upset with me and making jokes out of it. And all of a sudden you could see a person that something happened. You can see the whole face change. Like everything changed. And he started to cry and he started to laugh. And I said, what's going on? And he said, hold on, hold on. And he's like. And everyone looking, Everyone is looking. What's going on? And he's crying and laughing and laughing. What's going on? He said, you will not believe it. I said, what? He says, look, my brother died when I was about 15. And my brother was my whole life. He raised me, he taught me everything about music. He was the best musician, much better than me. I admire him like no one. And my brother also had hemorrhoids. And when he died, I just realized that this started about a week after he died. And I'm holding to it because this is the only thing that left for my brother. Wow. And I said, that's amazing. Blah, blah, blah. And I said, how is the emerald? He said, no, that's still there. I said, okay, fine. And he goes out. It was, I think it was 4pm we continue until 10pm at night. The next morning he come and he brings me his underwear. That's weird. He said, look. I said, look, and I see blood. And he said, the hemorrhoids exploded and gone during the night. I said, what do you mean? He said, they're gone. No pain, they're gone. Something exploded there. He showed me the underwear and I said, wow, that's amazing. Now, this happened, I think six, seven, eight years ago. I don't remember exactly when. Many years ago, up to today. Never had again. Hemorrhoids, you can call him.
B
So that's the whole people manifest their pain concept.
A
If you have a problem, any problem, you have any limitation, you have anything, it helps you. If you have glasses, you're trying not to see something bad that you've done. Clean your hands and you'll start to see if you have. Yeah, and I've done it with many people, not with one. I know, I know it sounds weird, I know it sounds weird, but nothing happened to you by mistake. You are the boss. And if it happens to you, it helps you.
B
If it happens to you, it helps you.
A
Yeah, in a crazy way. In a crazy Way like he's holding to his brother. Yes, I'll give you another story. So you get the idea. I have a friend in Cape Town and him and his brother, his brother is a genius, like really genius, like someone really clever. And he's admiring his brother and everything. And this guy came to me because he cannot make decision. He's very educated and everything, but he cannot make decision, cannot get a job. Nothing is working for him, nothing is working for him. And I sit with him and I said look, it helps you, it doesn't help me, I want to get out of here. He says, I'm saying it's helping me. Say no, it doesn't help me, I'm trying to die, I want to kill myself, it doesn't help. So I said okay, fine, let's have a look. And we look, look, look, look, look, never mind how. And he got to this situation when they were 6, 7 years old in England. Him and his brother were very, very good and smart, etc. And the school got a team of from the TV or something to interview them as promotion to the school. How good is the children? And they asked him a question and his brother question and him a question and his brother question. And they asked his brother a question and he couldn't answer. He couldn't answer the question and he, the brother got very embarrassed and they say okay, not a problem, we'll ask you and ask him. And he knew the answer, but he didn't answer because he didn't want to embarrass his brother, to damage his brother, to insult him, that he knows and his brother knows. Don't. And since then he's trying not to know. Since then he's trying not to know. He realized since then he's still protecting his brother, but trying not to know. This thing happened, I want to say about eight, nine months ago. Since then he was not working for years. Yes, just small jobs here and there. Since then he first got a job to as manager of a gym. Few months later he got the job of this big executive in a publishing company. He never mind the first job as the manager of the gym that he started to make money, some stable job. This second job that he got paid him probably five times than what the gym paid him. And he fixed the relationship with his ex wife, fixed the relationship with the boy, with the child that he has got married, everything in nine months. He's I want to say 38, 40, something like that. His life was on hold since the age of seven.
B
Oh wow. Because he was trying not to know just like people. When I heard you say, you saw my, you saw my reaction. For those of the people that can't see, I had a reaction because I, I still, I couldn't believe it. People who need glasses don't want to see. Wash your hands and you'll see. Now I get what that means, but I, I want to break that down. AKA what you're saying is if I need glasses, most people need glass. I, I just have a hard time with it because some people just have stigmatisms or they, they're blind from a very. They're like. One of my great friends was a very good person. He's a doctor. He's done really great. He's only been the nicest guy I've ever met. He's had glasses since he's three years old. You're telling me at three years old he didn't want to see. He had, he had, he had things he had to wash his hands of.
A
Yeah. I'm telling you that he's not living once. And he bringing with him the mind these pictures he bring with him from past life. Yeah, he's still trying to fix this thing. So my, my one friend tried to fix it from the age of 6, 7 and your friends trying to fix it from two lifetimes ago. And you'll see how easy it is when you do something bad. Is it true that you're hiding it? You're not going to the newspaper and say, I just stole hundred dollars. You hide it. You're gonna hide it. Yeah. You put things, some kind of a barrier between you and the world so they cannot see. Yes. Every time you do something bad, and people do a lot of bad things all the time. Every time you do something bad, you put more of these screens around you. And why the screen? So no one can see you. And you become blind and you will see that how much you have you actually, if you think about havingness what you have, you don't have a car, you don't have a pen, you don't have a wife. You have the communication with the pen, you have the communication with the car, you have the communication with the wife. If you cannot find the car because you don't remember where it is, maybe you don't have a car. So when, when you cut, when you put around you those screens, you cut the communication with the world and you will not be able to have, you will not have a job, you will not have success. You will be in because you cannot look outside. You'll get stuck in the past. And you will be insane. Coco
B
Cuckoo insane. So I want to tie this to, to success before we come to an end here. I wanna, I wanna tie this to other business or, or success in specifically with own business owners or entrepreneurs or people starting who've tried, you know, they're, they're, they're trying to get the X. They're doing all the things people are telling them to do. They, they've tried multiple different avenues and they just still haven't reached success. And then guys come around that say, oh, success is easy, money is easy. You just gotta believe like what? Where does the mind, the spirit, the body get, I would say conflicted in, in the process of all of that, where then all of a sudden the body, the mind has taken over and they've abandoned their spirit.
A
As an entrepreneur, why the spirit abandoned? That's basically why you ask and why you become useless. You don't use your full potential. Yes. Because when the spirit, you don't use your full potential. Why you? The spirit is perfect. And anything that is not perfect is not you. Because you are perfect. You're very good. If by mistake you done something damaging in order to protect the beings that you damage, you say, okay, in order for me never to do it again, I will put a mind that will tell me in this situation what to do to make sure that I protect you. I know that I'm limiting myself, but you are more important for me than me. Because I'm so powerful, nothing can happen to me. And you put one limitation and one limitation and one automation, another automation and more automation and more automation and more automation. And one day you find that you're not there anymore. You can control almost nothing. You need an emergency in order to break these limitations.
B
Yeah, I hear that.
A
So a person that tried to be successful, what happened is he, he needs to go through the steps of getting out of this situation. And how is it number one, learning knowledge. Knowledge bring about control and control bring income. So knowledge is the first thing that raise you a little bit above, make you a little bit. Cause above the mind. So when you learn something, you don't rely on the mind. You know, when you play guitar, if you know how to play guitar, you don't say ah, how, what is it? A.m. dM? No, you, you just know how to play. Yes. Yeah, because you know it's you. But when you need to look at the mind every second, oh, what is it? What is it? You don't really play. You sound very bad. Yes. And that's what happened. In life, when you look, when you need to look at the mind, or when you are looking at the mind, you always delayed. Why? Because there are billions of pictures. And you look and you look and you look and you look. By the time you come back, everything gone. This process of looking at the mind is thinking. While people admire thinking, thinking is for the stupid. Clever people, no, think. Only stupid people think. Because thinking is a substitute for action. You act only once. You know if you didn't do this email is because you still don't know what to do with that. But if you know what to do with that, you just sit and do it. It's a minute, it's a second. If you sit and you procrastinate, is because you don't know you have something there that get you to think. And people that start to think, they cannot act, so they start to consume. More entertainment.
B
Yeah.
A
And the more you can consume, the more you confirm that you are in effect and not cause. And you're in a dwindling spiral that takes you down and down and down. So the first step, getting out is knowledge of the basic principles of this universe and of the spiritual universe. That's the first thing. First of all, you need to really understand. Once you start to understand, you need to go through a process of deleting your own mind. The person with the highest potent. The person with the highest potential is the. Is the being. The being is. Has the highest potential. And to bring result, you need to remove the energy and make it into potential. Most people said, no, it's energy, it's not. The energy is your enemy.
B
The energy is your enemy 100%.
A
Because in me is the spirit. I'm the source of energy. The word spirit in Greek is theta. And the word theta in Greek mean the source of energy. The ultimate unlimited source of energy. The spirit bring energy. So any person that said that he's spiritual and he deals with energy, talk nonsense. Why? Because energy is physical. It's not spiritual. Energy is physical. It's in the physical universe. It's composed of two. It's moving from one place to another. So if you say I'm spiritual, but I do energy work, you are not spiritual. You're an engineer hiding as a monk.
B
Interesting. So what does one trump the other?
A
Yes. If you work with energy and you think that it's spiritualism, you will not be able to be a spirit because you don't know what it is. Spiritualism can be defined as the process of removing any physical effect from you. If you look at Buddhism believe that when a person will not need anything physical, he will know. Buddha is the, the one that knows. This is the definition of the one, the word Buddha. And they believe that if you will disconnect from any need physical, from any connection with physical things, you will become the one that knows. And physical are composed of energy. What does it mean physical thing? If I look at a piece of a mess, something that has a mess, it's just a condensed energy. So if you deal with energy and you think that you're spiritual, you are confused.
B
Okay? Is there such thing as spiritual energy?
A
No, because the word energy mean the release of potential. Let me, let's define the different words. Because you've got energy, you've got potential, you've got force, you've got etc. So, so what is energy? If this is if, if I have this thing, if I have this thing and it's sitting here, this is a potential, okay? The moment that I release it, this release of potential transform into energy. So energy is the release of potential. It has to be in the physical universe because it has change of possession position. So because we're dealing with inner space, it has to be the physical universe. Because the physical universe is composed of matter, energy, space and time. And the first thing is space. And within the space you put a particle and you cause the particle to move and that movement is what release energy. The spirit is a nothingness that can bring about a somethingness for no reason at all.
B
Spirit is nothingness that can bring some spring somethingness for no reason at all. All which comes to the end really here of what we've been talking about is if we were to believe spirit is the programmer, your mind is what we call is the software and your body is the hardware. And you are not your spirit. You are your. Sorry, you are your spirit. You have your mind. So my mind, but it's not my spirit, it's I am spirit. And then the mind, obviously spirit control the hardware, then it's safe. And we know spirit is programmer, then it's safe to say that we as individuals actually have the power within us to be the programmers of our life, AI to be the programmers of our spirit.
A
So that we can of the spirit. We are the spirit.
B
We are the spirit. And when we lose sight of this or we are out of, I'm just going to call it out of alignment of this. It is because we have abandoned our spirit and we have allowed our mind or body to take over.
A
That's correct. The spirit abandoned its possession, not the Spirit, we didn't abandon the spirit, we abandoned our possession. And I don't take care anymore of my car. So the car deteriorate or I don't care anymore of my marriage. So the marriage deteriorates. And when I care, when I take care of something, when the spirit is there, it. It get created, okay? Something. And when the program is not there, it get deteriorated.
B
So how do we take care of it? Because you can. I want to put this in perspective. I know to take care of my car, right? I got to make sure I put oil in it. I got to make sure I clean the tire, take the tires, I got to make sure I keep it clean. And I got to make sure I just, you know, ideally put into a warm garage, all of that. Don't drive it hard, don't let people wear and tear on it, all of those things. Right. How does someone do that for spirit? How can you continuously day in take care of spirit just like you would take care of a car?
A
Okay. So the way that the. What the spirit does, the taking care is creating more and more ideas. Now this is really unbelievable if you think about it. Anything you see, any physical thing used to be an idea. Have a look. Someone had an idea of a microphone, someone had an idea of air, someone, anything, anything that you see around you, any physical thing used to be an idea. Which mean that the spirit, like the, the composite parts of the physical universe is pluses and minuses. What the spirit used to bring about the pluses and minuses is ideas. It's this nothingness. Because idea is nothingness. It's not physical. You put an idea there and you will see that it will come about. It might take you a day or two or 70. How many days it will take is based on how much you have enemy. What's the enemies of ideas? Your mind. Your mind is the enemy of you. Because the mind say, no, you cannot do anything. It's already set. We have a program. This is how the program work. You said no, I can write any program I want. I can change the program.
B
Yeah.
A
So if you are there, you will see that you can change the program, which is whatever you want. And if the program is set and you don't believe or you don't know that you can change it, God will not help you.
B
Well, we just said God now.
A
Yeah, I said even God will not help you. Yes. Yeah. And we can define God as well.
B
How do we define God?
A
Ah, it's very simple. So God can be defined as the allness of all the honest allness of all.
B
Wholeness of all. I'm sorry, yeah. The whole God is the wholeness of all.
A
The all. A l l allness. All. Yes.
B
Yeah.
A
So it is. It is. God is. Actually, you'll see that right now. Most of the. If you look at the history of concept of people, they used to have a God of this and a God of that, and a God of that, and a God of that. Which means it's a limited God. Yes. As the people progress, they started to think, no, God is all over. He is the Creator, that's much higher level. And as they deteriorate, they started to think, no, no, no, no, no. It's all physics. There's a Bing bang and it just happened. It's just physics. It's just energy. Is just energy. It's. But it's nonsense because what caused the heart to start beating? Yeah. Yes.
B
What created the Big Bang? Right? I mean, what creates.
A
What bring the first two particles. Just tell me what. Bring the first two particles. Because it's not particles. Because it's the first. First. Exactly. So it cannot be mechanical.
B
Yeah.
A
And not be mechanical. It's not logical.
B
So is God universe or is those two different things?
A
No, different things. Universe is just a set of laws. The physical universe is a universe that compose of plus and minuses. It has a specific clause, a space in the physical Universe composed of 8 points. If you look at one corner, another corner, another corner, another corner,. Four corners of the room, you have space and the space is controlled by you. It's not there. If you don't say that it's there. You, the spirit, you put it there. So the physical universe is just a set of laws, but those set of laws are just agreed upon, they can be changed. That's why physics changes all the time. Even the Newtonic physics change. Why? It's not that they discover something, someone come up with an idea, there's a postulate, there's a theory. And then someone put it there, put it there, put it there, put it there and all of a sudden it's there. It was not there before and before. Before you understand that this is what actually happened. You're a slave. You're a slave to the past. You're a slave to what's already been created. You're just in. In some kind of a jail and you are slave. And you have to. This is what you have to do. So, successful person. I came to South Africa, I didn't know English, I couldn't speak English. I had very long hair. Earrings, bracelets, just by mistake, they didn't connect them. I was very wild and I came to South Africa and I just had the idea, I'm going to make this deal and, and I'm going to sell this system. And they told me, are you crazy? There was two, two companies here before you. They spent millions of dollars. They went bankrupt. You without money and with long hair and an accent. Even in Hebrew you have accent. You want to go in a sell to British Petroleum. Are you crazy? I said, no, I'm not crazy. I'm just realist. I know how you create things. They said, what? I said, you're creating by an idea. They said, what do you mean? You're creating values. I'll demonstrate it to you. So I came to South Africa three months, $100 million deal at the age of 31.
B
Yeah.
A
Since then, every, every time I just started a new business. I'm doing, lending to. I'm doing some lending business. I'm lending money to. For. For different deals. And the, the lawyer says, no, it's impossible. It's impossible. It's impossible. And I said, of course it's. First of all, I just. You just need an idea. And they said, no, no, this is a law. I said, I know, but the law is junior to the ideas. And I said, we're going to do it like that. And they're all. It never been done before, but it's so logical. And all of a sudden I created a whole new business that turning hundreds of millions of dollars with an idea. No one could do this business because the law do not allow it. But I found a way to do it because I had an idea. Because I knew that the physical universe is my slave. I'm the boss. I am the boss. The law is my slave. I'm not breaking the law. But I can find the new idea that will reshape things.
B
A new. A new belief, almost possibility.
A
Why it's not a belief? Because idea is something that I put there and I don't even look for confirmation. I know it's done.
B
Yeah. Well, it's the Roger Bannister story. Are you familiar with the Roger Bannister story? The four minute mile?
A
Four minute mile. Yes, of course. Right.
B
The Roger Bannister was the four minute mile. Right. And for those just quickly. Right. Is before Roger Bannister ran underneath the four minute mile.
A
Right.
B
I think it was like 1950 something. The universal belief said it was not possible. Doctor said that the heart would actually blow up in the chest cavity. But on that day he decided to believe something different. And then he ran it. Now, what makes that story powerful was no one ran it under four minutes up until that day. And seven days later, someone else did. And a couple days after that, another person did. And ever since then there's been over 4, 000 people, high school kids doing it. And what change the belief that it was possible?
A
Actually, the limitation. What changed? Up to that moment, everyone agreed to the past. And he had a moment of heightened willingness. He removed this spots and he said, why not?
B
Why not?
A
A year later, 2,000 people ran four minutes, Mike.
B
Yeah.
A
Less than four. 2,000 in one year.
B
Yeah.
A
So. So how come? Because it's just nonsense. I am the boss and I'm not serving the body, the body's serving me. I'm using the body. I'm not serving the body. But everyone, everyone. If I need to do a job, if I need to do a job and I need to not sleep for three days, I don't get out of this chair for three days. And people tell me, but. And in between I go to the gym and people tell me, but are you not tired? I say, I'm not tired. Maybe the body is tired. But see him, it's not my. It's his problem. I'm telling him what to do. I'm not tired. The body may be tired. I'm not. So I'm the boss and I'm saying body, this is what we're doing right now. I was in the Israeli army. I was in one of the most difficult units in the. In the Israeli unit. We, we. The course was two years. We started 4,000 people and we finished 21. And the people that finish was not the strongest, not the most cleverest, not the most anything other than the one that know, that knew that everything is possible. Everything is possible. Never said no. Whatever the commander said, jump from the airplane without parachute. Not a problem. Just no problem. No problem. The only, the only answer that I had is no problem. And they asked me for some crazy stuff. I was not the strongest physically. I was not even the cleverest. Not nothing. It's just. I just knew I can make something out of nothing.
B
Because you believed it.
A
Because I knew it. I didn't believe it was. It's like you see me and you see me. You don't believe that you see me, you see me. I knew.
B
You just knew. The spirit just knew.
A
Much, much stronger. Much. It's beyond the gradient scale. It's above the gradient.
B
It is. It just becomes. It becomes absolute. So I as we come to the end here. I really want to leave this out with people. How do we take this brilliant conversation we just had and be able to give it to somebody where they can actually start implementing this into their life, implementing this in their business. Start taking inventory, responsibility, or we talked about earlier, we say order, taking order back. What are the things that we can do so we can start moving towards this and start being able to be the spirit to which programs the mind and gives the body what it needs?
A
Yeah. Okay. So the first thing we can do, which is quite simple, a cycle of action is start, change, stop. Okay. Start, change, stop. So many people can starting. Many people can change thing, but very few can actually stop. They cannot close the circle. Yes. Now every time you open one of these cycle of actions, you put a picture into your mind that now become your boss. It consume your attention. So unbeknownst to you and against your wishes, your attention going to the past and you start to be cuckoo. So the more open cycles you have, the worse you are. Stress is actually a point where the number of open cycle exceeds what you are willing to experience. That's stress. So if you sit and you just make a list of all the open cycles you have, anything you need to call this person, you need to punch this guy from the age of five, you need to tell your wife what you've done in Vegas. You need to do all the things that are open cycles. Yes, all those things. If you just sit down and write them. Just write them down. Write them down, you'll see that you will have a relief. But just by writing them down. Because by writing them down, you become a bit more cause over them. You put them there where before they put it to you, they pull you in. Now you say, no, I'm the boss, I'm writing them down. The moment that you wrote them down, you take one item, the easiest, and you close it, handle it, fix it. Then the next item, you look at the next item and you decide, I'm not going to do it now, I'm going to do it. But you make it causatively, not as an effect. You decide, I'm not going to do it, regardless of the cost. Then you take the next item and you decide, I'm doing it now. And you don't stop even if it takes you three days. You continue and continue and continue until you get to it done. And you continue to do that every, every, every day. Every day you close 1, 2, 3 cycles and continue with your life. Close 1, 2, 3 cycle and continue with your life and all of a sudden you'll see that money will run after you. Why? Why? What's the logic? Do you agree that control equals income? If I control my car, I will have the income from my car which is arriving safely to where I want. Yes. If I control my mind, let's say I have a thought and I can control it, it will not bother me anymore. If I can control my employee and get him to do what he needs to do, I will have more results. If I will control my mouth, I will lose my weight. If I control my wife, I will become a magician. So it's really powerful to. So control equals income. Okay. Control equals income. When you don't have income is because you don't control what's going on around you, you are blind, et cetera. What we spoke, the, the mind control you, not you. So control equals income. And control, the word control mean is the ability to start, change and stop. So every time you leave something not close, you start, you change and you didn't close, you lose control and you lose income. You want a practical, easy, bulletproof, I'm willing to put guarantee money, guarantee on how to make money come to you. Make a list and do what I told you and you will see money come to you and if not come back to me and I will give, I'll give you money.
B
I mean, I think that's the most powerful thing I've heard is, is controlling in order to feel, even in order to feel like you're in control is to close the loops. So I mean that I, I think that one thing could change so many people's lives. And, and what's happening is, is the fact that, hey, write down all the open loops in your life, all of them, and then you start hammering the ones you want to you, you think you can do and then the ones you don't want to do the ones that you can do. Today you make the decision that you're not going to do that, which is a sense of control. And then I loved what you really loved. What you said is all stress is too many open loops one body or one person can handle.
A
Yeah, just too many. The number of open cycles is greater than what you are willing to experience.
B
I think we're going to leave it right there. So again, thank you and we'll be back at part two.
A
Thank you, thank you.
This episode of "The Vault Unlocked" dives deep into why unfinished tasks, open cycles, and unresolved matters not only sap your mental energy but also quietly drain your income and hinder personal growth—especially for founders and entrepreneurs. Kayvon and his guest, Mir, go far beyond standard mindset advice, questioning the very definitions of "mind," "spirit," and "body," and exploring how past experiences, definitions, and internal misalignments can put a cap on success. The conversation challenges many assumptions about motivation, mindset, "energy work," and even the nature of belief, with practical advice on regaining control and unlocking new revenue.
Reframing Insanity and Tenacity:
“Most people say insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Unfortunately, it’s not true. This is actually the definition of tenacity…Insanity is attention stuck in your mind.” — Mir [10:15]
The Past and Limitation:
“Your past is a sum of all your limitations.” — Mir [12:35]
On Spirit and Ownership:
“You are the spirit and you have a mind and you have a body. Like you say ‘my mind’, it’s correct. It belongs to me...You don’t say ‘my spirit’, because belong to who?” — Mir [25:13]
The Programmer Analogy:
“The programmer is the spirit, the mind is the software, and the body is the hardware.” — Mir [19:33]
Practical Wisdom on Unfinished Tasks:
“Every time you open one of these cycle of actions, you put a picture into your mind that now become your boss. It consume your attention…Stress is actually a point where the number of open cycles exceeds what you are willing to experience.” — Mir [76:07]
Closing the Episode with Action Steps:
“If you sit and you just make a list of all the open cycles you have...you’ll see that you will have a relief just by writing them down…Close one, two, three cycles and continue with your life and all of a sudden you’ll see that money will run after you.” — Mir [78:00]
