One of the most practical things I've learned from spending time with billionaires and common folk alike is this: treat rock stars like regular people and regular people like rock stars.

We all carry two deep desires: to be special, and to belong. And most of the time, famous people are starved to just feel normal and connected, while "regular" people are starved to feel seen and celebrated.

I'll get tactical on how this actually plays out. The words you use, the questions you ask, and even the facial expressions you give can make a massive difference. Getting this right has opened massive doors for me, and it's a reward in and of itself to know that you're helping people feel truly "seen." I think these strategies could transform the way you approach your interactions in life, too.
