Today we had Scott Nelson on the show from Joovv. Joovv is a company that makes light devices that help improve mitochondrial health.

The mitochondria and ATP created by the mitochondria is responsible for proper genetic expression. This is our phenotype. Without healthy mitochondria (we have about 3,000 to 10,000 per cell) and ATP production we have a transcription issue when it comes to our genetic replication.

One of the many things that influence the mitochondria is light in the right frequencies. Many things impact mitochondria but none impact them as much as light.

We’ve done a number of shows about blue light and the dangers of nnemf (non native emf) but not as many about getting therapeutic light.

The best light is always going to come from the sun. No man made device will ever be able to replicate what the sun can do for our health.
