Alright, we know what you’re thinking: self-help books? Oh boy. *insert eye roll here* Butttttt hear us out! We know that there are opinions circling out there that self-help books are either overrated, a scam (do they really help?) &/or are corny. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the “self-help” industry creates a lot of noise about how whatever they are currently promoting is the “next best thing.” Unfortunately, the contents of some of these books & what we hear is not completely in line with the truth, which can be concerning when seeking help in any area of life. We are here to tell you that many self-help books are not scammy, have some truth to them & are actually worth reading!
