After being diagnosed with an acute auto immune illness that left her body unable to create energy to do any daily activities, Jennifer Olley was left to find a way to heal herself as the medical community said there was no cure. Starting with a book from a Wales physician, she changed her diet, then quickly realized the key to wellness is through regulating the nervous system.

Everyday is a spa day, was her mantra that got her through healing herself. We need to regulate our nervous system so our immune system can turn on and the body can heal itself.
