It just feel like I'm moving and progressing in life or whatever. But sometimes I had to learn the hard way to help you slow down. Like, rest is just as more. How you say that rest is just as important as working out.

Yeah, I always say that. I hated that era of like. Remember we used to be like team no sleep.

[Drea Nicole]

Hashtag workflow, grinding, snoring when I die.

Like, I did try the Einstein thing one time. Yeah. Like, I'll try different people that try regimens and sleep patterns or like food or herbal things. But he used to do like three hours wake up three hours wake up, three hours. I tried that.
