Lex P
How do you feel when people accuse you of being white?
Belly Gang
I don't really feel nothing. Like, I look white, so you know what I'm saying?
Lex P
Now that I'm close up? It's a niggle. Yeah, it's a niggle.
Belly Gang
Nah, I mean, like, you got.
Dre Nicole
But you do got blue.
Lex P
Your eyes.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, they are blue.
Belly Gang
I mean, on me, it's black and white. So, like, you know what I'm saying? My skin is white. Like, if I'm running from the police, they gonna say, white male running down the street. They not gonna say black. Cause they ain't gonna be.
Lex P
You gonna get away, then I need to run with him.
Dre Nicole
I be like, we'll let him go.
Lex P
Yeah. Suspect is not armed. Not a danger. Okay, but. Okay. We making jokes.
Dre Nicole
We're playing.
Lex P
Have you used that to your advantage, though, being that you was in the streets and stuff like that?
Belly Gang
I tried. Like, I don't try to white right in. I don't try to write. They don't white in jail. They reverse it back to black.
Lex P
Oh, they got close to seeing that beard.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Look, but it ain't saying that. No way.
Lex P
I like you. You funny.
Belly Gang
And you gotta understand, like, white folk, they not gonna accept it. Cause they know it ain't.
Lex P
Oh, they know. They kind.
Dre Nicole
But I don't feel like they be knowing, though, because if we talking about going back to, like, civil rights times, it was so many black people that were passing as white.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lex P
But I feel like if he. Honestly, if he shaved all this, you could probably be passing. Yeah, maybe more so. Cause the eyes, baby. Real.
Dre Nicole
Why are you making that?
Belly Gang
You got contacts.
Lex P
What's up, y'?
Belly Gang
All?
Lex P
It's your girl Lex P. And it's
Dre Nicole
your girl Dre Nicole.
Lex P
And you are tuned in to another episode of Poor Minds, where a drunk
Dre Nicole
mind speaks sober thoughts.
Lex P
We got a guest today. We got a guest today. I don't care what you got going on. Whatever club you in. If you bouncing that ass like your friend do, you done heard his verse. If you be like this, you need to leave. You heard his song too, y'. All. Favorite rapper. Favorite rapper. We got Billy Gang in our building. I have a question. Where the name Belly Gang came from? We getting into it.
Belly Gang
Belly Gang Yeah, you just call me Belly Gang. Cowboy getting fat, is it?
Lex P
Oh, were you offended?
Belly Gang
I ain't got nothing like that.
Lex P
Oh, so you not affiliated?
Belly Gang
Nah, hell no. Nothing. No gang, none of that.
Lex P
Okay.
Dre Nicole
Because you had, like, a little beer belly.
Belly Gang
Yeah. Or dad bod, you know what I'm saying?
Dre Nicole
You know, I'm from Houston. In Houston, we call it a drink. Belly.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Lex P
Yeah, he be feeling drunk. You finna be.
Belly Gang
I don't do no drugs or nothing.
Dre Nicole
Don't play with him like that.
Lex P
I just had to ask. Cause when we see a Belly gang, them niggas be sleeping in the back of the club.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, they do. They be knocked out.
Lex P
Yeah. So we just had to make sure. So first of all, I just wanna give you your flowers and just say congratulations on all your success. Thank you, thank you. I feel like every time we in the club, all we hear is you.
Belly Gang
Thank you. Thank you.
Lex P
How does that feel?
Dre Nicole
Play a lot of your music?
Belly Gang
Yes, it feel good. I still feel like I got a lot of work to do, but it feel good, though, people going crazy to my music. For sure.
Lex P
Yeah.
Dre Nicole
How do you feel about, like, you know, when people be trying to call people overnight successes? I'm sure a lot of people try to say that to you, but you know that you've been grinding for a long time behind the scenes, so how does that make you feel if you see people say that online?
Belly Gang
I mean, really, to be honest, like, being serious. It only been, like, two years, like, being serious.
Lex P
So, like, see, value done made me mad.
Belly Gang
Kind of slick. It was, like, fast.
Lex P
So you, like.
Dre Nicole
I kind of am overnight.
Belly Gang
Yeah. But like, at the end of the day, though, like, I'm talking about my life. So, like, it took me a whole life to live this, to put it out there. So, like, I don't really care what they say, to be honest.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, Yeah. I respect it.
Lex P
When did you decide to get. What made you decide to be, like, let me take this serious? Cause two years, I'm not gonna lie. I've been singing since I was 9. I still ain't made it.
Belly Gang
Yo, you made it for sure.
Lex P
No, I want a record. You gonna put me on a record?
Belly Gang
All right, your hit.
Lex P
I'm trying to bounce that ass like she do. That's my friend.
Belly Gang
Nah, but I can't even bounce that
Dre Nicole
ass, so don't look at me.
Lex P
So. But when you went to the studio, when was you like, okay, let me do this for real? For real. Cause two years, I'm not gonna lie, you ain't been Grinding.
Belly Gang
For real, for real. I really was just like not really caring about rap.
Lex P
For real, okay.
Belly Gang
Just a regular store. Kept getting locked up. Like, the last time I got locked, I was finished up the 3D one.
Lex P
What that mean?
Belly Gang
I mean like three years do one in prison. So I was just like, man, I need to change my life. Like, you know what I'm saying? I got a little paper, like, let me try to change my life and work. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Lex P
That's crazy.
Belly Gang
And I got a son, he autistic. So like, I was just looking at my son every day like, man, there's no way I'm gonna be able to be here for him. Like, you know, sometimes you think as a parent, like, I gotta raise my child for a certain amount of time, I might have to raise him his whole life. I'm like, I gotta change my life. Like, I'm definitely going to prison or definitely getting killed. Like, I gotta change my life for sure.
Dre Nicole
So was that like the pivotal point where you was like, okay, I'm about to take rap series, or were you rapping for a long time?
Belly Gang
I was like rapping like one song a year.
Dre Nicole
Okay.
Belly Gang
Not really getting no motion, not really focused or nothing. But that's when it was just like, I don't really got. Now I don't chose the wrong path my whole life. I know I'm talented at rap, so let me just try that the professional way, you know what I'm saying? I had started businesses and other stuff and became like quote unquote successful. So like I knew, like, let me learn the rap business. See how that go, you know, being what's for me.
Lex P
Okay, so being that you popped off two years ago. Because I feel like the music industry changes so much all the time. Like, it's always been a real grimy business, but now I feel like it's even worse. So how have you protected yourself business wise?
Belly Gang
I don't really like coming in thinking, like it's supposed to not be grimy, like the business grimy. I just came from the worst type of business it is. So they really cakewalked me.
Lex P
Points were made.
Belly Gang
Yeah, like, you know what I'm saying, you worrying about the police and all type other stuff things like it really like a cakewalk for real. Somebody lying like there's nothing like, yeah,
Lex P
you used to that.
Belly Gang
Yeah. I mean, you got to just lawyer up. Like my being pretty straight. You know what I'm saying? Lawyer. Locking in with a lawyer you trust. You know what I'm Saying somebody who got something to lose. And you know what I'm saying? I did it.
Dre Nicole
You really talk like a Atlanta man. For real. Like, I love how Atlanta man be like, goddamn.
Belly Gang
Yeah, I just said that. I'm trying to be professional. I'm.
Lex P
Somebody got professional, but you got to be professional. This ain't nothing about this professional.
Dre Nicole
Ain't nothing about this professional. But your name is professional Cushington. No, his real name.
Belly Gang
I don't know about real name.
Lex P
Oh, that was professional.
Dre Nicole
We do our research over here at the Poor Minds headquarters.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Dre Nicole
Victor.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Dre Nicole
But y' all can't call him that. On the streets only we can.
Belly Gang
Your long name after my uncle.
Dre Nicole
So did you have a nickname growing up?
Belly Gang
Yeah, like Red Kush Stole.
Dre Nicole
Okay.
Belly Gang
I don't really like. Like, when people, like, make they own name up. Like, so, like that. Why my rap name is that? Cause like that what other folk call me.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, okay.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Dre Nicole
I don't like when people make their names up. I don't.
Lex P
It's corny. It is like, nobody call you Big Baller. Nobody call you Big Daddy. Nobody call you Daddy.
Dre Nicole
I mean, some people do be getting called Big Daddy. They be like, I'mma go by that.
Lex P
No, let me ask you this, though. Cause you be on. I said this about Mona Leo the other day. I said, you have to be careful when you ask Mona Leo for a fe, because she gonna eat you up. And it gets quite embarrassing. Now, you've been featured on numerous of tracks. Like, a lot, A lot, a lot, a lot. And they be feeling like, damn, I just fast forwarded to Belly Game verb. How do you feel when people do that? Cause it's like, obviously you have a relationship with a person or a friendship with a person. Cause I'm gonna say relationship lady, you know what I'm talking about. But anyway, you have like, you know, a friendship or a business relationship with the person, whoever song you on. How do you feel when people be like, damn, belly gang. I just fast forward to his part. Do you lean into that?
Belly Gang
I ain't never even seen that.
Lex P
I know you lying.
Belly Gang
I never seen that.
Dre Nicole
I've been telling you all the time you lying.
Belly Gang
Never seen that.
Lex P
Well, I'mma say what it is.
Belly Gang
I will say this. Like, the people that I do songs with, like, ain't got nothing to do with no business. Like, I just some. When I'm in the studio, man, when the spirit come down, man, I just do it right. I don't care what's in front of me. It could be A homeless man playing blues on the corner. Like if it time, it time to go, like.
Dre Nicole
So do you freestyle a lot of your verses?
Belly Gang
I write and freestyle. It's at a pen, like, you know what I'm saying? Like the desdor one, for instance, Like, I kind of like freestyle that one based off what she was saying, you know what I'm saying?
Lex P
That's that spirit, baby. I'm tell you right now, I don't give a fuck how you act. He in the lights and buying bags sometimes.
Belly Gang
Sometimes I like.
Lex P
You got the spirit of a trick.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, and we like that. We love the spirit of a trip.
Lex P
We spit right on it.
Belly Gang
I'm saying I don't really think, like at the end of the day. Did you listen to the whole verse?
Lex P
Did I.
Belly Gang
Did you listen to the whole verse?
Lex P
Yes.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool. Did y' all hear the act right part?
Dre Nicole
So you gotta act right to get the thing.
Lex P
Are you getting?
Belly Gang
You know, I'm gonna act right, you act right. You know what I'm saying?
Lex P
But it's sad because you like to fuck people. Friends.
Belly Gang
When I said.
Lex P
Cause you always talking about a bitch. Friends. I said, that's just like your friend.
Belly Gang
Hold on.
Lex P
When I say no in Desi Art song, he said, oh, your friend getting hit. Tell her. Yep.
Belly Gang
I said, okay.
Dre Nicole
He didn't say, oh, I can't take up for you no more.
Belly Gang
No, listen, listen, listen. I said, if your friend keep looking at me like that.
Dre Nicole
Uh huh.
Belly Gang
I wasn't even looking at your friend. She looking at me like that.
Dre Nicole
Then you was looking back though. Cause that's how you seen her looking at you.
Belly Gang
I mean, Corinthia
Lex P
do people if somebody's dating. But I'm saying, if somebody's dating you, do we gotta watch our friends. Have you ever.
Belly Gang
You said don't date somebody.
Dre Nicole
But if we. If we.
Lex P
You are though. I seen you pull up to that whataburger.
Belly Gang
Wait, what? I don't even eat whataburger.
Lex P
Are y' all pulled up to somewhere?
Dre Nicole
First of all, no whataburger. Slander was tolerated.
Belly Gang
I ain't gonna lie. Whataburger. Nasty. Excuse me, I'm a real fat, but whataburger ain't there.
Dre Nicole
You don't like whataburger?
Belly Gang
No.
Dre Nicole
Okay, being that from your. I mean, being from the fact that you're from Georgia. Is it just Georgia whataburger or is it like Texas whataburger?
Belly Gang
I don't ate. That's why I ate whataburger first before we had whataburger. Like it was nasty then. I just think it overrated. It ain't nasty. It's overrated.
Dre Nicole
Well, Shay agree with him. So maybe it's just a Texas thing. Cause she from Alabama, our producer.
Lex P
But Shay done took us a few places we ain't like, so it's even. Ok. But let me ask you this now. Cause I'm messy now. I seen a TikTok with you and my girl, yk niece. I seen you at the concert. You talking about, I'm bringing my baby out. Is that your baby? Are y' all together?
Belly Gang
They being my baby.
Lex P
What you mean, y' all together?
Belly Gang
What you mean by that? We got a song together. There's a lot of stuff we do together.
Lex P
Do y' all do other things together, man?
Belly Gang
No.
Lex P
Is she rubbing that belly game?
Belly Gang
Nah, man. I love yk, ok?
Lex P
That's all I had. I had to know.
Belly Gang
Nah, I love YK like, she a beautiful person. For real?
Lex P
Yes.
Belly Gang
You know what I'm saying? So, like, we gonna forever be locked in.
Lex P
You know, People have. But you know what I think people have? Like work wives and work husbands that make fire. Music together. Y' all need to always make music together. I don't care what goes on.
Belly Gang
We got, like, two new songs coming out.
Lex P
Y' all need to do a whole ep.
Belly Gang
We got one on her. Her album. One on my album.
Lex P
I'm ready for it.
Dre Nicole
I am, too.
Lex P
They make good music together.
Dre Nicole
Yes. And speaking of Atlanta and being from Atlanta. Cause yk niece is from Atlanta. Where are you from in Atlanta? Because we've been doing our research and online, it'd be a lot of. I believe that you from Atlanta, but it'd be a lot of discourse going on online. They be trying to say you ain't from Atlanta.
Lex P
For real.
Belly Gang
Where they say I'm from?
Dre Nicole
They be saying that you an industry plant.
Lex P
They be saying you from Orange, Texas.
Dre Nicole
Yeah. They be saying you ain't really from Atlanta. For real.
Belly Gang
I was born at Grady.
Dre Nicole
Okay. He a Grady baby.
Lex P
Okay.
Belly Gang
I don't live in Atomville. On Camelton, Duglyville. I don't live a lot of everywhere.
Dre Nicole
Jad is everywhere.
Lex P
So you moved around a lot.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Lex P
Okay. That's why people can't find you. I'm gonna find you in a He a move. I'm gonna find you in a yearbook.
Belly Gang
Yep.
Lex P
But I believe it.
Dre Nicole
I do, too.
Lex P
I don't think it's like an act.
Belly Gang
I think it just came out of nowhere. Like, I was private. Like, I got a son, he's seven. Like, I tried the whole family thing and everything. Moved to Rome, Georgia and everything. Like, as a grownup, like, where is that shit? Didn't work out. Rome, Georgia.
Lex P
Mm.
Belly Gang
That like two hours away?
Lex P
North, east.
Dre Nicole
Is it northeast?
Belly Gang
Yeah, north.
Dre Nicole
Oh, okay.
Belly Gang
Yep.
Lex P
So how's the relationship with your baby mama now that you've blown up?
Belly Gang
Uh, you know her.
Lex P
Yeah. I'll be lying. I'm sorry. The lion is just in me. Draya. Why would you ask me that?
Dre Nicole
You know I'm alive. Baby mama like the.
Lex P
Cause it's time to get into the bed.
Belly Gang
Nah, I look, I look, I love my baby mama.
Lex P
That's what he said.
Belly Gang
Yeah. I mean, you know, it ain't work out as a family, obviously, but since I blew up, like, it probably kind of weird for her, like, folk be noticing my little boy out in public. I don't really like that. You know what I'm saying? But, yeah, it's what it is.
Lex P
But raising your son, I mean, all seriousness, raising your son, like having a special needs son, how has that been for you? Like, the balance of it, learning. Because special needs, everybody is different. So what have you done to like, make sure you are doing the things that you need to do to show up as a parent and give him
Belly Gang
what he needs, man, to keep it all the way. A hundred. The rap stuff beam me up. Like, I can't be there. Like I want to. I ain't finna get up here and lie.
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
But obviously now I can flood the money like no other. That helps a lot with everybody, the whole community. But I really can't do what I want to do. Like, I was a full, like, hands on dad. Like, even when I left the house, like, I was still doing two, two, three schedule with her. Like, on and half and half, 50, 50, like, know what I'm saying? So now it just like, he just be there.
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
So it is what it is. I'mma figure it out, though.
Lex P
Yeah, I think.
Dre Nicole
Is your son. Is your son verbal? Is he nonverbal?
Belly Gang
He just started talking like three weeks ago.
Lex P
Okay. So exciting.
Belly Gang
Yeah. Like, he don't. He don't talk. Like he don't know how to. Like, if you be like you want chicken nuggets or a cheeseburger, like, he don't know. Like to say when he got to repeat what you saying.
Lex P
Okay.
Belly Gang
Yeah, but now he's starting to get, like, tired of, like, people not knowing what he trying to do. So he'll walk up and say like, I want goldfish or like something like that. So he's starting to talk.
Dre Nicole
Oh, that's good, that's good.
Belly Gang
But he is considered non verbal though.
Dre Nicole
Okay. I think that's such a great thing though because so many of the time doctors be telling parents that their kids are going to be non verbal and then a lot of the time the kids end up surpassing the doctor's expectations and the parents expectations. That's why I think you can't really put that label on them.
Belly Gang
Yeah, you never know that crisp me when they, when they first told me though, like I would crush like what. But I thought it was way worse than what it is though, you know what I'm saying? Like he, he, he, he way more advanced in certain stuff. So it really like a, a win and a loss in certain areas.
Lex P
Yeah, yeah. Do you want more kids?
Belly Gang
Yeah, for sure. I want a daughter right now,
Dre Nicole
baby.
Lex P
Right now you give a higher ass.
Belly Gang
I don't give a high ass.
Lex P
I know that's right.
Dre Nicole
Well, let me me ask you, now that you're becoming famous, how do you feel like it's affecting your dating life? Do you feel like it's affecting it for the better or for the worse?
Belly Gang
Worse over.
Lex P
Really?
Dre Nicole
Why?
Belly Gang
Everything on the Internet, you know what I'm saying? Everything on the Internet, like it's just worse. And on top of that I'm going tell you the truth, like I'm be honest with y' all up here so light. It's one thing when you like a grown man and you go out in public and you be like, oh, I like her, I'm gonna pursue her. But it's another thing when it like you just wake up like, like this everything that coming your way, like it's like now I gotta pick through, like now I gotta see like who here for this? Woo woo.
Lex P
Like yeah, okay.
Belly Gang
It's kind of hard.
Dre Nicole
So it's like a genuineness thing. Like you feel like you don't know when women, when you're interested in a woman, you trying to pursue her. You don't know if she really genuinely interested in you for you or if
Belly Gang
it's because no, I don't care about, I don't care about that. I ain't one of them tight people to be like, oh well, she might only want to be here. Cause I'm belly gang. I'm belly gang good. I work hard to be this. I don't care if this how she like, like I'm not going back. So you know what I'm saying? So I don't care about that.
Dre Nicole
I like that.
Belly Gang
I'm More so. Talking about like it's so many. I don't know how to pick through this. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Dre Nicole
There's so many options.
Lex P
That's first World. It's so many bad bitches. Which one do I choose? Okay, so. So I'm not gonna lie. Our audience is full of women and they're finna be in the DMs. And what is your type? Let the girls know. What's your type? What are you?
Belly Gang
What's your type? Man, you gotta be a good person. I don't got no type.
Lex P
You gotta type.
Belly Gang
I don't got no type. If you look at my past, not my roster. I don't got no roster.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, you got little his past history.
Belly Gang
If you look at my past, like everybody look different. I don't got no type of.
Lex P
Okay, but. Okay, but you said personality wise, you just have to be a good person.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Lex P
You know what's crazy?
Dre Nicole
You like funny girls.
Belly Gang
Yeah. Being funny is a plush. You know what I'm saying?
Lex P
Okay, Kyla, you first of all. Cause I said draya, did you not. I told you this when we was on the phone the other day. I said, I don't wanna ask him that, but I have to ask.
Dre Nicole
Cause I.
Lex P
Wait, you know we interviewed you at the BET Awards, right?
Dre Nicole
Oh, we did.
Lex P
You remember that?
Belly Gang
Mm.
Lex P
And I asked you this then. But I have to ask you again, just, just for everybody. How do you. But I'm gonna ask a different way. How do you feel when people accuse you of being white?
Belly Gang
I don't really feel nothing. Like I look white. So you know what I'm saying, now
Lex P
that I'm close up, it's a niggle. Yeah, it's a nigga.
Belly Gang
Nah, I mean like you got.
Dre Nicole
But you do got blue. Your eyes. Yeah, they are blue.
Belly Gang
I mean on me it's black and white. So like, you know what I'm saying? My skin is white. Like if I'm running from the police, they gonna say white male running down the street. They not gonna say black.
Lex P
You gonna get away then I need to run with him.
Dre Nicole
I'd be like, we'll let him go.
Lex P
Yeah. Suspect is not armed. Not a danger. Okay, but. Okay, we making jokes, we're playing. Have you used that to your advantage though, being that you was in the streets and stuff like that?
Belly Gang
I tried. Like, I don't try to white right in. I don't try to write that on white. In jail they reverse it back to black.
Lex P
They got close to seeing that beard.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, but it ain't. It ain't saying that no way.
Lex P
I like you. You funny.
Belly Gang
And you gotta understand, like white folk, they not gonna accept it because they know it ain't.
Lex P
Oh, they know. They kind.
Dre Nicole
But I don't feel like they be knowing though, because if we talking about going back to like civil rights times, it was so many black people that were passing as white.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lex P
But I feel like if you, if he. Honestly, if he shaved all this, you could probably be passed. Yeah, maybe more so. Cause the eyes, baby. Real.
Dre Nicole
Why are you making that face contacts on?
Lex P
I don't know. You gotta understand the industry that we're in nowadays. Niggas be doing a lot of things.
Prep (Sexual Health Advocate)
Yes, it's me again.
Lex P
And we prepped.

more Marketable I ain't nobody. I ain't did number get tattooed. That's the only thing I ever did to myself.
Lex P
Well, what tattoos you got? What's your latest tattoo? More so. Cause the eyes they real.
Dre Nicole
Why are you making that?
Belly Gang
You got eye contact zone?
Lex P
I don't know. You gotta understand the industry that we're in nowadays. Niggas be doing a lot of things to be more marketable.
Belly Gang
I ain't nobody. I ain't did nothing but get tattooed. That's the only thing I ever did to myself.
Lex P
Well, what tattoos you got? What's your latest tattoo?
Belly Gang
Rip? Poo Poo. My buddy died when I first started rapper.
Lex P
Oh no. Sorry about that. We done had died too. Her daddy died. My mama died.
Dre Nicole
Died is crazy.
Lex P
Rip. Rip, man, we know how you feel.
Dre Nicole
I got my daddy tatted, too.
Lex P
Yeah, she got. That's what I said. We know how you feel. Rip. To the gang, gang.
Dre Nicole
Ooh, Rip. Rest in peace to our fallen soldiers.
Lex P
It's Todd with my bad, y'. All.
Dre Nicole
Speaking of Ty.
Lex P
All right. Ty. What?
Belly Gang
What's she doing?
Lex P
Tom? Who we drinking today, my good sis?
Dre Nicole
Because whatever you done put in these drinks got legs cutting up good, okay? Cause it's meant to bounce that ass just like your friend do.
Lex P
It's reminiscent of it.
Dre Nicole
I taste a little Welsh's grape juice. You know yeah, so it is, actually. And so then I'm about to load some more dice in there. Cause this is called the overly loaded for our guy, Mr. Belly Gang Cushington today. This has some tequila. We have some cherry Luxardo liqueur. We have some lime juice. We have some Welsh's Concord grape juice in there. And then we topped it off with some ginger beer. And then I froze some grapes, and they are frozen with some rose, so that's still giving us a little bit of that sparkle. And then I added some loaded dice because we overly loaded in here. We too turned up.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Dre Nicole
You want to try that overly low.
Lex P
I'm trying to get ugly looty, that like that.
Dre Nicole
But I know I have a good palate. Cause I know grape juice will not taste.
Lex P
Well, I will say you do have a good palate. Cause I feel like food that I even try, like, everything that I like is stuff that you have put me on. For real. Yes, exactly. I feel like the first time I tried escargot, I was with you. The first time I tried caviar, I was with you. And I like that. You know, I actually hated salmon for a long time till I moved to Atlanta.
Belly Gang
Y' all eat escargot?
Dre Nicole
We don't eat it.
Lex P
No, we tried it, Andrea, and it was. But she dressed it up.
Belly Gang
I like snails.
Dre Nicole
It is it snails? It smells. It's a French dish.
Belly Gang
I moved out of the house because it was too many snails on the porch one time.
Lex P
Okay, I would like to see them on the porch.
Dre Nicole
She like. I would never cook one.
Lex P
Yeah, well, I think that I'm the type of person. I'm an adventurous eater.
Dre Nicole
But I do have a question, though. When it comes to escargot, is it like, exclusive snails, or is it the ones that be on the porridge? Do it matter where you get it from?
Lex P
That's a good question. I don't know.
Belly Gang
I think snails is snails.
Lex P
But now that's not the same. Cause fish is not fish.
Dre Nicole
What do you mean?
Lex P
Cause fish is not fish. Hoadney, you gotta understand, it's a difference between a tilapia and a sea bass.
Dre Nicole
But tilapia, not real fish, Stacy.
Lex P
Okay, well, it's a difference between a catfish and a salmon. They taste totally different. And a whiting, you know, they eat swordfish, too.
Belly Gang
But you can eat both of them, though.
Lex P
I'mma eat it all.
Dre Nicole
Exactly.
Lex P
I'm a eater. Okay, you a eater up looking for a eater.
Belly Gang
Oh, crazy.
Lex P
This your fault. Belly game. This. All right, all right, Dre what's up? What we be talking about?
Dre Nicole
So for the first topic, we're going to be talking about vulnerability in rap. Do we me. Do we feel like we are missing vulnerability in rap songs? Like, remember when LL Cool J came out with I Need Love? Oh, the rappers these days do not make ballads no more. Like, that was almost like a rap ballad.
Lex P
You know what? I. I thought she was about to say the other LL Cool J song. Wait, this is hard to see. I want to make sure I go up. That's a ballad. That.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, but that's also. He had a R B singer on the chorus, though, too.
Lex P
Okay, so you talking about a solo song.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, a solo song. So I feel like rappers are not coming out with ballads no more. Are we missing a vulnerability in the rap songs? I feel like all the. All rappers be talking about these days is how bad the be having money.
Belly Gang
Y' all listen to my album?
Dre Nicole
No.
Lex P
Are you gonna be mad?
Belly Gang
No. My whole friend do, like, the only one that's like that.
Lex P
See, now I feel bad.
Dre Nicole
Me too.
Belly Gang
Cause y' all probably heard it.
Lex P
It got some ballads on there, like love songs.
Dre Nicole
Love songs.
Belly Gang
I literally got a song called Heartbreak Me and YTB Fat. Hold on. What it called? Night Breakup Break up. Yeah. I'm literally like, damn. We spoke about a house on the lake. Like, what happened to that? Like, you know, I'm talking crazy.
Lex P
Oh, yeah, I need to listen to that.
Dre Nicole
You was hurt.
Belly Gang
Yeah, I was hurt. You ain't never been hurt.
Dre Nicole
I'm not saying that, but I think that men don't never show that a lot of the time. So us as women, we could be. We could be both going through a breakup. I don't broke up with you. You don't broke up with me, whatever. But I'm over here feeling like I'm really going through it, and you over there. Okay. Because I think men and women handle breakups differently.
Belly Gang
Yeah. I'm probably gonna handle it different, but I'm gonna make music for sure about my real feelings. Yeah. Yeah.
Dre Nicole
And I think, see, that's what make it different with being a musician, because you making music about it. But in real life, day to day, women don't know that men be feeling the way that they be feeling. Cause they won't say nothing.
Belly Gang
Yeah, I love my baby mama. And they ain't got nothing to do with you. They vulnerable.
Lex P
That got everything to do with me. Pick me, choose me, love me. Shout out to Grey's Anatomy. Anyways, I say all that to say, but that's the issue. The artists aren't the issue. We are. Cause of what he just said. He had a whole album full of, like, vulnerability and breakup songs, but we haven't listened.
Dre Nicole
We haven't listened to why?
Lex P
Cause we trying to pop that pussy.
Belly Gang
Nah. I do think the rap game lack that, though. For real.
Lex P
Yeah, it does, but it's because the consumers, like, we aren't listening to that anymore. But I'm gonna be honest with me. In my ear, the reason I don't really, like, check for is because I think y' all are not making. Like, I assumed that you weren't making that type of music, and that is. I will take accountability for that, because I think we don't take time to listen to albums and projects anymore. We just assume. You know what I'm saying? Cause I'm an assumer. Like, I will be like, oh, if I hear a single or two, I'll be like, oh, this is the type of music they make. This is all I need. I'm good. You know what I'm saying? Who's your favorite rapper?
Belly Gang
I don't got no favorite rapper. I don't have a favorite rapper.
Dre Nicole
Who do you have a favorite artist?
Belly Gang
Yeah, probably, like, Michael Jackson or Adele, something like that.
Lex P
You be in the shower. Hello to the other shower. I know. That's right. I love that.
Dre Nicole
Those are some good picks, though.
Lex P
Who is a woman rapper that you haven't worked with that you would love to work with?
Belly Gang
A woman rapper that I haven't worked with that I love to work with?
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
I don't know, man. All the girls reaching out, like, so.
Lex P
I know.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Lex P
I'm finna reach out. I need that verse.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Lex P
Me and Dre are doing a song for the tour.
Dre Nicole
We are.
Belly Gang
I got you.
Lex P
Let's get in the stool.
Belly Gang
I got you.
Lex P
We got one right over there.
Belly Gang
Watch all the heat right now.
Dre Nicole
We ready.
Belly Gang
Matter of fact, I got hits loaded up in the phone. Really?
Lex P
Let's do. I am so serious.
Dre Nicole
We just need to have a quick little meeting.
Lex P
That's what I'm saying.
Dre Nicole
But Lex gonna be singing, so who gonna write your verse? Cause he got mine.
Belly Gang
Matter of fact, y', all. I'm tripping. That's who y'. All. I would love to do something.
Lex P
Oh, my gosh. Well, I feel like we could, like, you know, it's gonna be like, a TLC thing. Yeah. Except you not gonna be in the video. You got to move to the back.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Lex P
You know what I'm saying?
Belly Gang
That's cool.
Lex P
But we can do this.
Dre Nicole
So then it's. I would want him in the video. He not.
Lex P
He not gonna get a verse because he gonna eat us up. He is not getting a verse that's
Dre Nicole
gonna make it go platinum.
Lex P
He gonna get it. They gonna hear his voice. They gonna be like, I'm fast forwarding Dre and Lex verse y' all need.
Dre Nicole
And I'm okay with that.
Lex P
Long.
Belly Gang
Don't nobody do that. Don't nobody do that.
Lex P
Okay, can I be honest? And this is no shade, because I love DEZ Dior. And when I play the song, DEZ ate her verse up. And this is why I get mad. Because I feel like people don't really listen to music. This is what the younger kids do. Cause DEZ ate her verse up and she whooping bitches, so keep it cute. You seen DEZ whooping ass.
Dre Nicole
I mean, she was.
Lex P
Yes, you did. You said it. Don't say it.
Belly Gang
I think. I think. I think dez, she was getting busy. I think DEZ stand on business in real life and on the track, period.
Lex P
Cause DEZ ate her verse up.
Belly Gang
DEZ stood on business on the verse period.
Lex P
And that's why I was so confused. Cause people was like, oh. I fast forward Dead's verse, and I'm like, why? Because the song is tell Me Now. So she asking him like, do you got a bitch living in your crib? Tell me now. Hoe ass nigga. She said, tell me now.
Dre Nicole
Just let me know so I could decide what I wanna do.
Lex P
She was asking the questions that y' all low key be wanting to know, but y' all didn't wanna listen. Cause y' all are haters. That's why they got in the fight in that club. Cause hoes be hating.
Belly Gang
Nah. This going crazy, though. Like, her whole album, really hard.
Dre Nicole
It is. It is.
Lex P
We get. We finna get one. I' ma say, tell me tomorrow. That's gonna be my song.
Dre Nicole
I don't know, but I feel like you do. You gotta ask the hard questions. I don't know why we'd be scared to ask that stuff. I would rather know so that I can know what I'm getting myself into.
Belly Gang
Yeah, like I'm gonna tell the truth every time about everything.
Dre Nicole
You be telling the truth, so you ain't gonna lie.
Lex P
Okay. So do you have a girlfriend right now?
Belly Gang
No.
Lex P
Okay.
Dre Nicole
Belly Gang.
Belly Gang
What?
Dre Nicole
I don't know if I believe you behind it.
Belly Gang
I'm looking for a girlfriend.
Lex P
You want a girlfriend?
Belly Gang
Yeah, I want a wife, man. Kids and all that, man.
Dre Nicole
Oh, that's so Sweet.
Lex P
Sweet. We gonna find you.
Dre Nicole
He said he ain't found a win.
Lex P
Okay, let me ask you this. We. Okay? We're going on tour. And let me tell you. Cause you know how it is to sell tickets and do a bit. So I'm letting you know, like, our tour, like, we sold out Atlanta in a day. Then we released a second day and it sold out in 15 minutes. Are you gonna pull up to the Atlanta show?
Belly Gang
For sure.
Lex P
You have to pull up and we gonna find you a boo.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Lex P
How about that? Oh. Cause the baddies, they be outside. Yes, we're gonna do a boo. Because it don't matter that you said it don't matter as long as they have a good heart.
Belly Gang
Yeah. As long as you're a good person.
Lex P
Oh, yeah. We finna sell out another show.
Belly Gang
And I keep it all the way real with everybody, like, who I come in contact with.
Lex P
Yeah, yeah.
Belly Gang
Like, we just friends.
Lex P
That's it. You told on yourself, we just friends. They be the girl, be in love.
Dre Nicole
But that's honest, though. Cause I feel like you're not in a. Hey, as a woman, you're not in a relationship until a man asks you to be his girlfriend.
Lex P
Okay? That's.
Dre Nicole
I truly feel that.
Belly Gang
Or ask you to, like, do girlfriend stuff. Like, I'm not even asking for all that. I don't even want all that. Like, girl, get to talking about, let me do this. Like, let me take care of you while you sick. I don't even want all that, man.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, just chill.
Belly Gang
Just vibe. Like, we just chilling you in the bed for me.
Lex P
Coughing, sneezing, I'm good.
Belly Gang
Ho.
Dre Nicole
Yeah.
Belly Gang
Nah, I mean, like, then it get to the point where it's like, okay, like this how I eat every night anyway. So if you just with us, cool. But like, this what I do every day anyway, this. This where I'm finna go. This type of stuff I'm doing, girls get confused and get to thinking, like, oh, this new to me. So, like, this new to her. So like, this what I want. This what I want to do. You know what I'm saying?
Dre Nicole
You take her to Nobu one night, she like, oh, we on a date. You like me and my N be here every Tuesday.
Belly Gang
I do like to date, though. I do like to go on dates. I love to go on dates, actually. I wish I went on rappers so I could, like, go on dates again regularly.
Lex P
You gotta book the back room.
Belly Gang
Yeah, I be.
Lex P
No, you ain't gotta. He said, shut up, girl. I got this. But no, I say that because I agree with him, though, because sometimes a man will just be courting you and treating you accordingly, and he's trying to get to know you, and maybe he don't like you, but this is his standard of dating. But you look at it like, oh, this is my king, my hero.
Belly Gang
But this the thing, though. Like, I can like you. What's wrong with, Like, I be telling folk that. Like, what's wrong with? Like, you know what I'm saying? This the perfect level we at right now. Let's just keep it, though.
Dre Nicole
Like, no, I agree. And that's why I was saying, like, I don't never consider myself in a relationship with somebody until they let it be known that they want to be in a relationship with me. Like, if you ask me, you have to ask me formally to be your girlfriend. You need to write the old school letter check, yes or no.
Lex P
Okay, now I do agree with that.
Dre Nicole
Or you need to send me some roses, ask me to be your girl. Like, it needs to be a gesture. Like, I need to know that you trying to be my man, not that we just been spending a whole bunch of time together, not that we done been on a few dates. That's not good enough. I need to know that we on the same page, and then I'll start telling people I have a man.
Lex P
I agree, but most women's minds aren't like that.
Dre Nicole
But it should be, right?
Lex P
But I feel like the situations that, like, you have been in or like, I have been in, it's like we go on a date with a nigga, and they be like, so what we doing? Is you my queen?
Dre Nicole
But that's a question, right?
Lex P
You asked me, right? But what I'm saying is, for his experience, it's not necessarily like that. Like, he might be trying to get to know somebody.
Belly Gang
I ain't gonna lie. I fall in love in 10 minutes. I'm walking right up.
Lex P
What's your sign?
Belly Gang
I love you, Pisces.
Dre Nicole
Oh, we love a Pisces. Man, Y' all are so in tune with y' all emotions.
Belly Gang
I'm walking right up, man, I'm in love with you. I don't even know you. What's up?
Lex P
Mm.
Dre Nicole
But then if she say, I got a man belly game, my man, you gonna be like, man, we just went to Nobu.
Lex P
Why Ruth Chris?
Dre Nicole
I don't even know you like that. Do n still eat at Ruth Chris? I don't.
Belly Gang
Not for real.
Lex P
I haven't been to Ruth Chris in a long time.
Belly Gang
Ruth Krispies in a minute.
Lex P
What Was the most expensive gift you ever bought for a woman.
Belly Gang
A baby.
Lex P
What? I'm a wee still paying for it to this day. Okay, okay. What's the second most expensive gift?
Belly Gang
Gift? I don't know, man. Expensive gift.
Lex P
Something.
Dre Nicole
Something that you like, tangible by.
Belly Gang
Yeah, I don't know, man. Probably a bag or something like that.
Lex P
Okay, we like a little bag. We love a little bag. It's lovels the bag. I might ask him after the camera.
Belly Gang
Nah, nah, I take that back. Some ice. Some ice. For sure. I'm tripping.
Lex P
We love a good gift now.
Belly Gang
Yeah, for sure.
Dre Nicole
Love a little ice.
Lex P
Period.
Dre Nicole
So one thing about it is we get. Always gonna get off.
Belly Gang
What's the most expensive gift y' all
Dre Nicole
done got that I done bought Four men. I bought a few things I was
Belly Gang
saying that y' all don't receive.
Lex P
Oh.
Dre Nicole
Received a Range Rover.
Lex P
Big Range Rover. And I was with this bitch.
Dre Nicole
Like, that paid off.
Belly Gang
She said paid off.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, I feel like you gotta say that part.
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
Cause you know, people, y' all still together.
Dre Nicole
We was never together.
Belly Gang
Oh, damn. Okay, cool.
Lex P
It was a big move, and it was a grand old time.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, we was never together. We was never together. But yeah, like, I do feel like you got to say that part, though. Cause dudes be buying girls gifts, and they be giving them a car with a car note. To me, that's not a gift.
Lex P
Oh, that's definitely not a gift.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lex P
And you ate that.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, that's not a gift.
Lex P
So.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, Lex, for sure.
Lex P
So I wouldn't say it was necessarily a gift, but it did help me with a lot of my debt. A guy I was dating paid my student loans off.
Belly Gang
Oh, that's hard.
Lex P
Yeah. So it was kind of like a, you know, a little one, two. And I was happy about that.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Lex P
And at the moment, I was kind of mad because he used to be a lecturer, and I hated that. But moving on later on in life, when I was trying to get my credit together and things, that shit slapped.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lex P
You know, it slapped really hard. So, yeah, that was the most, like, I guess it was a gift because I asked for something else, but that's what he gave me. And at the time, I was mad, but in the long run, it worked out in my favor.
Belly Gang
How y' all feel about, like, girls bang stuff?
Dre Nicole
I think you should same. I think if a man is. If y' all are in that space and this is your man and he's looking out for you, taking care of you, why wouldn't you Buy him stuff. Why wouldn't you reciprocate?
Lex P
I don't.
Dre Nicole
I don't understand that. I think you should.
Lex P
Beyonce bought Jay Z a short set. She said that in the song.
Belly Gang
Bought him a what?
Lex P
That was so good. Made me wanna buy him a short set.
Dre Nicole
Oh, she did say that.
Lex P
Yeah.
Dre Nicole
I think that that's nice to do. I think men love gifts and they love nice gestures just as much as we do as women.
Belly Gang
For sure. For sure.
Lex P
What's the best gift a woman ever bought you?
Belly Gang
Lot of stuff. I just lost some Cartier the other day. These girls, they went and bought them like.
Lex P
You lost some what? Some Cartiers. Oh, Cartiers ain't cheap.
Belly Gang
I don't even really know her like that.
Lex P
No, you know her like that.
Belly Gang
I know her, but, like, that was a good gesture for her.
Lex P
She bought some Cartier. She said, we be in love. She love you. If a woman is buying a man some Cartiers, I love her, too. I am. I am. This is. When he said Pisces, I understood because I'm not into signs, but I dated a Pisces. You ain't getting past me, belly gang.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Lex P
I know exactly what's going on. I know what's going on.
Dre Nicole
These men are really in tune with their emotions and feelings. Not like, in a sensitive way, but just, like, don't mind expressing themselves type of way.
Lex P
It's three over there.
Dre Nicole
Y' all got about four, five sisters.
Lex P
What's up, sis?
Dre Nicole
Talked about your break. Well, you talked about your feelings and, like, kind of breaking up with somebody. That makes sense.
Lex P
All right, what's the Next topic? Topic 2.
Belly Gang
What you say about them over there?
Lex P
I said it's three over there. Each of them probably got, like five sisses that they call sis that you. What's up, sis?
Belly Gang
You know. You know he love you. Oh, no, no, no.
Lex P
What's up, sis? You know he love you, girl.
Belly Gang
Man, he sleep, man. He died after the show. N man,
Dre Nicole
Ain't none of them said no. He lookin his eyes.
Lex P
He was looking down. Nah, I'm watching y'.
Dre Nicole
All.
Belly Gang
All right? I'm a good guy, man.
Lex P
You say what?
Belly Gang
I'm a great guy.
Lex P
You know what? Let me stop doing that. Cause you know what it's me doing. I'm letting the past and things. I'm prejudging you.
Belly Gang
Okay.
Lex P
You are a good guy. Cause you know what? I've been trying it this whole episode, and you ain't slipped up, up yet. Give him another shot, T. You want another one? Yeah. You need to slip up. It's time to slip up.
Belly Gang
Come on, let's slip up.
Lex P
All right, go ahead, dress topic too.
Dre Nicole
Okay, so for topic number two, why do men wait until you're ready to move on to finally get their together? Cuz that's a common thing with men. Like you'll be asking a man the whole time y' all in a relationship, can you do this? This is what I like. You be dropping hints, you be sending text messages, sending reals all type of stuff. And it is not until decide that you don't want to be with them no more that they finally be like, okay, let me start doing the stuff that she asked me to do. Why is that a common theme with men? Why does it take for you to lose your girl or damn near lose your girl for you to finally want to do the things that she asks you to do or get it right?
Belly Gang
You started off with like a rhetoric question. I ain't at me.
Lex P
But no, it wasn't aimed at you. I aimed it at you.
Belly Gang
Oh, okay.
Dre Nicole
It wasn't, it wasn't, I promise. It was a general question.
Belly Gang
I just mess with you. I don't know, I think like back when I did used to be like that, like it probably was just like, I don't know, just focused on so much other stuff.
Prep (Sexual Health Advocate)
Yes,
Lex P
it's me again.
Prep (Sexual Health Advocate)
It's the time for empowerment. And I've got a message for you. You gotta think about sexual health no matter what, where, or with who. Yeah. Yeah. To all you lovers out there, ain't no judgment. This is your cue.

is Bethany Frankel from Just Be with Bethany Frankel. Let me be blunt. Most dog food is junk. It just is. And I'm not feeding junk to Biggie and Smalls. That is why they eat just food for dogs. It's real 100% human grade food with ingredients I actually recognize. Not mystery pellets pretending to be healthy. And once I switched, the difference was obvious. Better digestion, better skin, more energy. Dogs who actually feel good instead of just surviving dinner. Here's the thing. You care about quality. You make an intentional choice to be healthy. So why are you gambling with your dog's health? So let's think about our furry babies. Go to justfood for dogs.com right now and get 50% off your first box. No code. Just try it. Because once you see the difference, you're not going back.
Dre Nicole
You dating a girl and you do some fucked up shit. Say you do it a few times and then she keeps taking you back and then you like oh I got her. She ain't going nowhere. Do you feel like she just never gonna leave? And that's why y' all be feeling like I could just not change.
Belly Gang
I'm gonna feel like she not going nowhere. I'm just being honest like you know what I'm saying? I never really dealt with nobody like genuinely going somewhere though now that I think about it.
Lex P
For real.
Belly Gang
Yeah, they might move On. Cause they got to. But like. Or like it just makes sense mature wise. But like if I wanted to, I could.
Lex P
You could. So you don't feel like you got.
Belly Gang
I would never do that though.
Lex P
Like, right. But I don't know.
Belly Gang
Cause the way you said I would never do that. I don't even like girls that got boyfriends. Like that's a immediate turn off. Like if a girl like just want to with me cause I'm a rapper, but she got a boyfriend. I hate that. Like I'm not gonna be that rapper, that ho. Like I ain't doing that at all. Never. Like, you know what I'm saying? I don't like that.
Lex P
It's crazy that you say that because I had a conversation with somebody about that and they were like success, really successful men who are like securing themselves. Like they don't get off like that at all. Like dealing with it really is a difference. So you don't have anybody from your past where you feel like, damn, that's the one that got away.
Belly Gang
I got one that I feel bad about, but like not really like she got away.
Lex P
Nah, you just feel bad.
Belly Gang
How you think she got a boyfriend now?
Lex P
I don't know.
Belly Gang
I would never hit her and be like disrupt that, you know what I'm saying? I respect that. Like she probably got a nice guy living a good life, but if they broke up, they broke up with.
Lex P
Would you?
Belly Gang
I don't know. Like, I care about people so like I know the life I'm living. Like he ain't gonna be able to fit in it. So like I wouldn't even put nobody through this that ain't ready for this and then enter in like this. Like she know me from a whole nother life. So like now it's just like you couldn't. I wouldn't even want nobody to learn this. Like this treacherous. I'm sure y' all know.
Dre Nicole
So. Yeah, I mean. And also too, just because something didn't work out with you in a person and you might feel bad about how it ended, that doesn't mean that you want to rekindle it or they just want to get back with them or that y' all will be a good fit. So you prob just like, damn, I wish it wouldn't have ended that way. But she probably better off.
Belly Gang
Ain't really end bad. I just wish like, I don't know. I don't know, man. Sometime be wishing like, dang, should I have became a rapper? Like, but like this my passion like this for me. So Whatever came with it, just come with it. Kind of like my son. Like, I wish I could be there every day, but I know this more important if you want a roller coaster in the backyard. I did what I got to do, but you know what I'm saying.
Lex P
So what businesses outside of rap do you want to do?
Belly Gang
Do I want to do? Probably nothing. This is really what I want to do.
Lex P
Okay.
Belly Gang
I probably say, like, after I'm done with rap, I might want to fuck with tech or something like that. I got ideas and stuff like that.
Lex P
See? You know what? We need to link him with Chamillionaire. Chamillionaire used to rap. Now he good.
Belly Gang
Yeah, but that's like Camila Terry band. I don't even want to focus on that. But this, like, you know how I really do this? Free, for real.
Lex P
What?
Belly Gang
Like, I love this rap stuff. Like, this what I do. For real. Like, I like this for real. I ain't just looking at this like a chick.
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
You know what I'm saying?
Lex P
So you do it for the love of the game. But I always say the people don't charge for features.
Dre Nicole
Do us one.
Belly Gang
I don't charge for features.
Lex P
You don't? We about to call you tomorrow. No, we finna do this shit right now.
Belly Gang
We got 5, 600,000 in features waiting. Like, I don't charge for features. Like, I gotta feel it.
Lex P
Like, you know what? Sometimes you just, you know, get a little one, too.
Belly Gang
Nah, I don't feel all right. I tried doing that.
Lex P
Well, okay, so when. What. What do you charge for then? Like, what do you decide that you're gonna charge for?
Belly Gang
Shows, deals?
Lex P
Some people you need to charge.
Belly Gang
I show everything else. Features. I feel like that's my art. So, like. Okay, it don't make sense for us. Like.
Lex P
Nah, I'm glad you said that. Cause it be a lot of people that should.
Belly Gang
Well, you gotta understand, like, I'm talking about charging up front, you know, like, you do the splits and all that. Like, we own. You know what I'm saying?
Lex P
Oh.
Belly Gang
Like, it basically like, I feel like I need to own this much of the song because of this. Like, you know what I'm saying? Oh, you ain't. Like, I'm just getting it out, like, nah.
Lex P
Cause we ain't just getting that. What the hell?
Belly Gang
We ain't just getting.
Lex P
Like, you playing chess. Yeah, yeah.
Belly Gang
That how it go. That's the industry standard, though.
Lex P
I didn't know that.
Belly Gang
Y' all do a song together. Like, y' all split it up half and half.
Lex P
I Thought people was just paying for a feature and you go about your day.
Belly Gang
Nah, didn't know that.
Lex P
I learned something new today. Go ahead.
Belly Gang
Some people be like, I want a hundred thousand and half the song.
Lex P
Damn, I want zero dollars. You can have whatever you want. I just need a verse.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, but you know what? I feel like I saw that the other day online, and I can't remember what artist said this, but they was basically like, whenever they do features, they make it mutually beneficial. Like, it's like feature for feature because they don't want the artist to want a portion of the proceeds from the song. So it's kind of like if I do a verse for you, you do a verse for me, and we.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lex P
And my might be harder than you.
Dre Nicole
Right? And that's what it is so that we don't have to split.
Belly Gang
Well, usually that's what the paperwork say. Like, it'll say, like, that person want to swap.
Dre Nicole
Oh, okay.
Belly Gang
But like, me, like, I go in the studio and feel like, this what I want to do. Like, I'm gonna hit that artist up and be like, hey, you sent me a song. I really like it. Do what I'm gonna do. Like, I'm not gonna be like, hey, you owe me a verse. Send it back. Like, nah, I'm doing it. Cause did what I want to do. The lawyers can put all that in there. But, like, I don't even really play paperwork games. Like, just give me my half of the song. I'm good.
Dre Nicole
Like, yeah.
Belly Gang
You know what I'm saying? But, like, it's just stuff like. Like Montana. Like, me and Montana. I got on his song. I think the paperwork say we all swapped. But, like, I know, like, me and him probably gonna do music in the future anyway.
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
So it's just like.
Lex P
And you don't want to force it. Like, I just did this, so you have to do this now.
Belly Gang
Exactly. Like, I don't care about that stuff. Like, I just did a song. Biggest plug. Like, I know. Like, his rollout. Like, he finna use the song I did on feature for him. But, like, I'm not finna come in the middle of his rollout and be like, give me a song. It just don't even make sense. You get what I'm saying?
Lex P
Yeah, that's smart. I didn't know. Like, I thought every time I saw somebody on the song, they was featured. I thought I was like, damn, I wonder how much they paid this person or paid this person. But that's very interesting. Okay, go ahead. Sorry. Go ahead, girl. I'm a little chatty today. That's. Sorry, baby.
Dre Nicole
So to get back to the topic, do you ever feel like men know intentionally what they doing wrong in a relationship or they have to wait until it's over to finally recognize, like, the error of their ways?
Belly Gang
Y' all ask me for all the game, ain't it? Nah, I think it's like both of them. Like, sometimes I have felt like, damn, I know I'm doing it wrong. Like, but then sometimes like six months after the relationship I've been on look back like, I ain't even know I was doing that wrong. But I see now, like, I was doing that wrong. I think when you get with your next partner, like, you learn about the one before, you know what I'm saying? Cuz you be like, damn, she sure do that different than her. Like, I do that different than him. Like, know what I'm saying?
Dre Nicole
Stuff like that, that makes sense. But then I also feel like with women, where do you find the disconnect? Because I think if you tell me, and a lot of the time when you in a relationship, they'll feel like you nagging. And then if you get out the relationship, they'd be like, well, damn, I ain't even know I was doing this wrong. When you break up with them, well,
Belly Gang
it depend on if you crying wolf. Like, if you cry, if you just run around here just crying about stuff that don't matter, then when you get to crying about something that do matter, like, I ain't. I'm gonna look at that as like, you nagging. But if you like grown women, like, hey, look, I'm coming to you about something like, need to be emotionally intelligent and understand what I'm saying. Like, you know, you should definitely understand.
Lex P
Let me ask you how you feel about this? Some men that are watching right now, that's gonna be mad. I've noticed men will hate on other men when they feel like women date men that have things going on, that have money and things like that. So how do you deal with men hating on you?
Belly Gang
I ain't never in my. I thank God today on my son head, I can lay down, go to sleep every night knowing I never hated on another man. Like, yeah, my big brothers and cousins taught me that from day one. So, like, when it come my way, I just act like you don't even go on. You gotta think, like, especially with a girl like that, that shows a girl who she need to.
Lex P
Like, I'm glad a man said it.
Belly Gang
Like, you get to Hang on, somebody, like, a girl gonna know, like, oh, okay, cool. Like that. Who I need to be looking at then, you know what I'm saying? You can't never downplay nobody to up yourself. That would never work. I don't know why people do that. That's crazy.
Lex P
Okay.
Belly Gang
Yeah. I actually hate that for real.
Lex P
I mean, they do that. I think a lot of men, they be happy, like, when they see a woman going through something because she chose this man that's successful or anything. So when something happens between them, they be like, see, see, you should have gave this type of person a chance. But I feel like that's more so of your character versus your net worth. Like, if a person is a bad person, that has nothing to do with the amount of money they make. You know what I'm saying?
Belly Gang
Man, let be real, man. Don't no girl want nobody who ain't got this type of life figured out, like, you know what I'm saying? I ain't talking about this. I'm talking about, like, in 2026, like, you least want somebody who is living in a purpose.
Lex P
You know what I mean? Whether that's Tatiana. Yes. To Tyler Ty ain't said nothing on.
Belly Gang
Yeah, like, no matter what you doing, like, you could be a locksmith or a plumber or whatever you doing, like, living in your purpose. Like, you know what I mean?
Lex P
Yes, I'm glad you said that.
Dre Nicole
Because I like men. They be sure of themselves.
Lex P
Yeah, I agree. I'm glad you said that. Cause I feel like sometimes when women say it, it's like it comes off the wrong way. But, like, I feel like it's a group of people that just be so happy. Like, when women get played or a man does something, I'm like, you are living vicariously through somebody who doesn't even know you. Money that you'll never have. But you have to understand that this has nothing to do with their job but who they are as a person. You know what I'm saying? So I just had to ask that. Okay, so now it's time to get
Dre Nicole
into the be bow. About, about, about, though.
Lex P
So the bed topic is sex topic, but.
Belly Gang
Oh, the bed bed.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, I ain't.
Lex P
They never know. They never know what we saying.
Dre Nicole
No. The bed. The bed. Brought to you by sodxo Shout out to S. Y' all know we love Sodic, so we are always talking about sodic. So on the show, I have been using Sodic. So for years now. It is my favorite feminine wellness brand. And yes, I love the coochie wise, it's my favorite. And she also has travel size now, so you can take it on the go with you, which is a must, because when you on the road, you need to still be fresh, bro.
Lex P
You gotta watch that coochie.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, you do.
Lex P
Have a girl ever been bouncing like her friend doing that twerk? When was funky? You smelled some twerk. Win before.
Dre Nicole
She needs something.
Lex P
Let's keep it real.
Belly Gang
I'm gonna tell y' all some real.
Lex P
Thank you. Wanna hear the real? We want to hear it.
Belly Gang
It's the real shit.
Dre Nicole
We'll send her a care package as well.
Belly Gang
No, I wouldn't know. I would never even let her know this.
Lex P
Oh,
Belly Gang
how can I say that? What she wouldn't know? Okay, I'm gonna say, like, in the recent past, one of the baddest I ever seen in real life, right? I'm like, no way. Ain't she unknown? Like, no way. Like, something gotta be wrong.
Lex P
You would.
Belly Gang
And they got that paper, like. And they proving it and. Okay, cool. I linked with him. I don't know what it was like. Went right. It went right. You know what I'm saying?
Dre Nicole
It smelled like three cans of bounce that ass.
Belly Gang
And I only. I ain't even the type of person. Like, this girl will never know who I'm somebody or nothing. Like, like, so that was crazy to me. Everything else was like. You know what I'm saying? So it just like. I don't know.
Dre Nicole
But what.
Lex P
When did you smell it? When she sat down, when she was
Dre Nicole
dancing and when y' all was in the bathroom. And the hell was it? Was it what?
Belly Gang
What was it?
Dre Nicole
Was it musty? Was it?
Lex P
See, this is why you gotta spoiled. You have to keep this in your bathroom for the women that come visit you. Yeah, I'm serious. I think every man.
Dre Nicole
And a little bit of the oil, too.
Lex P
If you got women coming through, just keep that salt xo in your bathroom. Give them an option. I'm.
Dre Nicole
I feel a little smear.
Lex P
If you have.
Dre Nicole
You need to keep that in your bathroom.
Lex P
Yes, keep it in your bathroom. So she can go feel good, right? She can freshen up a little bit.
Dre Nicole
Little rejuven oil.
Lex P
Listen, where was y' all at?
Belly Gang
Check this out. I'm not finna say that, but check this out. Check this out. If you got to do that on top of that, like, nah, I don't even want that to mask what going on. Like, on somebody. On somebody natural. It just went right. You know what I'm saying?
Lex P
Okay.
Belly Gang
I ain't Gonna lie. Like, I. I am kind of used to water, so like, you know what I'm saying? Like, it just went right, like. But it. It. It surprised me. Cause everything else was so light. You know what I'm saying? Like from the health to the hygiene to the everything. Like it's like, no, that shit just threw me off. Like, you know what I'm saying? That was crazy to me though. Like, that was crazy.
Lex P
Well, you know what? I'm gonna tell you this. Just put this in your bag and put it under these sink.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Lex P
So you can have it as an option. Hey, after the club.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Lex P
Slide it to in the back.
Dre Nicole
And if I'm being honest, I don't think that rejuvenable gonna mask that.
Lex P
Yeah, that's not gonna match that phone.
Dre Nicole
That sound like a. That's doctor problem.
Belly Gang
Yeah, that what I'm saying.
Lex P
Oh, yeah. It was something deeper than that. Look, we got salt. XO can do so much, but if you got to go, you got to go to that doc.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, for sure.
Lex P
I wanna know, was it the twerk win? Was she dancing? Did she sit down?
Dre Nicole
Was it. She just said it wasn't a twerk
Lex P
when it was the sit down. Elle.
Dre Nicole
They was about to.
Lex P
Y' all was about to.
Belly Gang
I'mma say nah, hell no.
Lex P
See, he didn't say that.
Belly Gang
No way.
Dre Nicole
Making up stories.
Lex P
See, see, see. See how you do.
Belly Gang
How you even know I do stuff like that?
Dre Nicole
Sex.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Lex P
You got a son.
Belly Gang
I might be celibate.
Dre Nicole
You have a child.
Belly Gang
He's 7 years old, but that's.
Dre Nicole
You do that.
Belly Gang
I might be celibate.
Lex P
When last time you had sex, you
Dre Nicole
be talking about bounce that ass. Just like your friend. Dancing it good. You think? We think you about to go home.
Belly Gang
We dancing at the club.
Lex P
Oh, that twerk when was funky.
Belly Gang
No, no, no, no. I was telling her, like bouncing down like your friend dude that's at the
Lex P
club, like, what was funky?
Belly Gang
I think like we was talking and like, she had kicked one of these. Like, one of them. Yeah, she had. She was sitting like you and did one of them. And I was like, hold on.
Lex P
If that thing spraying so from afar.
Dre Nicole
You smell that?
Belly Gang
Nah, I was like, close up. A lot closer.
Lex P
Hey, I don't blame you. If that thing spraying you ain't staying.
Dre Nicole
Get the fuck out. Cause he didn't want it easy.
Belly Gang
Nah, I never do that. I ain't just the type to be like, hey, you. Whoa, whoa. Like, nah. I just was like, okay, cool. Notice like ain't that shit over with?
Lex P
But that's why I'm not being funny. That's why, like, we're sensitive down there, and people need to be careful what they use down there. For real. Cause it can be so many different things. It could have been the soap she was using. She probably didn't. It could have been. She didn't bathe for six days. She probably just maybe fucked up on it.
Belly Gang
This the thing. Like, some girls, you might be like, okay, cool. I ain't have no business like, anyway. But like, her, like, that's. Surprise.
Lex P
It was surprise. So you didn't give her a second chance to clean that coochie?
Belly Gang
What do you mean, second?
Lex P
Like, did y' all go on a second date?
Belly Gang
Uh, nah.
Lex P
Damn, you strict.
Dre Nicole
I respect that, though. Cause we've had men on the show, and just people that we've talked to in real life, and they be like, they smelled it, and they still had sex with them. So I respect the fact that you
Lex P
was like, I do.
Dre Nicole
I do. I'm good on it.
Lex P
And you should be.
Belly Gang
Yep. I'm scared of that.
Lex P
Use that salt. Excel so you don't scare Belly gang off, y', all, please. He got it under his sink. He got it under his sink.
Dre Nicole
So we want to talk about two men. That's where women be seducing them with their eyes. And do that work? Like, can you really seduce a man with your eyes? Like, when you look at him and you give him the stare, is he supposed to know what it is? Do you feel like they work for you? Lex, have you ever seduced a man with your eyes?
Lex P
You know, I got a lazy eye. It gets to drifting, bitch. So I can only. You got three seconds to look at me, ho ass nigga. Are you not gonna know I want you? It's not lazy. No, it's crooked. I'm crying.
Belly Gang
Why do y'. All. Why do y' all want somebody to just know? Like, first of all, I don't even gotta know I'm coming anyway. But, like, I'm just saying, like, for other folk. Like, how do y' all expect for a manager? No. Cause everybody ain't like me. Everybody ain't finna just be like, I just know. But, like, how do y' all expect that? Like, you know what I'm saying?
Dre Nicole
Cause I'm old school in the sense that I feel like a man is supposed to approach you. He's supposed to holler at you. I shouldn't even have to give you no look, like, if you interested, if you see me and you interested, you should just Walk up. You should try to approach me, send me a drink, do whatever. I should not have to give you no sense signal. However though, if I am giving you a signal, you should catch that.
Lex P
What's your signal?
Dre Nicole
Me?
Lex P
Yeah. Look, I'm a. I'm in the club.
Dre Nicole
I don't feel like I could do what you did.
Belly Gang
The Range Rover, man.
Lex P
How you get the range?
Dre Nicole
To be honest, I didn't really have to do much.
Belly Gang
Okay.
Dre Nicole
But I don't know, like, I just feel like this gonna sound cocky a little bit. Pop it probably. But I just feel like I have like a aura and I'm kind of like.
Lex P
Sexy.
Dre Nicole
Yeah. Seductive, Sexual. A little bit. So I don't really be having to do much. So I just feel like I just kind of like, look, it worked on me.
Lex P
You want a drink? Ty send a woman.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, that worked on me. I just kind of look, but I don't like that.
Belly Gang
Like, buy me a range. Like
Dre Nicole
not look like buy me a range. But I'm just saying, like, I just give a look and then I feel like it's my aura. When a man really get to know me, like when we spend time together, we get to know each other. He be with my personality, my vibe, my intelligence, my, like everything. So I think that's more. So would it be. But I think if a man is interested, he should just try because you never know unless you shoot your shot.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lex P
I agree. But I also think like in conversation, like when you're talking to somebody and you're on a date, I think eye contact is true. Is so important.
Belly Gang
It is.
Lex P
I think it's so weird if I'm talking to somebody like one on one and they're not looking at me in my eyes, I'm like, I'm talking to you. Like people. You never realize how much people hate eye contact. And a lot of times when people don't want to make eye contact and be like, I think you.
Belly Gang
You got something high.
Lex P
Yes. You not being. Why can't you look me in my eyes? And I think the, you know, the eyes are a window to the soul. So it's like, if I can't sit up there and talk to you and look at you in your eyes, what's tea? But I think giving eye contact is so passionate, even when I'm having sex. Look at me, nigga. I'm taking it.
Belly Gang
I ain't gonna lie.
Lex P
So, like, we in love.
Dre Nicole
People be having ADHD too.
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
You talking about the eye contact. I think like, the older I get like the eye contact and sick like they just change the game.
Prep (Sexual Health Advocate)
Yes, it's me again
Lex P
and we prepped.
Prep (Sexual Health Advocate)
It's the time for empowerment and I've got a message for you. You gotta think about sexual health no matter what the will with who. Yeah yeah. To all you lovers out there, ain't no judgment. This is your cue.

food brands don't really want you seeing how their food is made, just food
Dre Nicole
for dogs is the opposite.
Lex P
They actually invite you in. You can walk into any of their kitchens and see real human grade ingredients like chicken, beef, carrots, and peas being prepared right in front of you. It's real food made in real kitchens. Nothing is hidden behind labels, and that kind of transparency says a lot. Nothing to hide, everything to love. Go to justfoodfordogs.com and get 50% off your first order. And then you got blue eyes.
Belly Gang
I ain't talking about me. I'm somebody looking at her.
Lex P
Oh, but I'm saying, but you're looking at you, but she looking at you.
Belly Gang
I don't know what she see.
Lex P
Yeah, she seeing them eyes. She like this. Look at my babies. My future babies. Oh, look, he said, ah, you funny. I like you. We are having a ball.
Dre Nicole
We are.
Lex P
Okay, okay, okay. So now it's time. Time to get into the bop.
Dre Nicole
Hey, the bop. Hey, the bop. Bow, bow, bow, bow, bow.
Lex P
Okay, so for my bop of the week, I have made this. You know, the girls, we always have to have a good song on our pictures on Instagram, right? So I made this song on my story just because, like, I'm a Texas girl. Dre is a Texas girl. I'm from a. A small town, and there's this song by Ella Langley called Choosing Texas, and it's a song. And you know, one thing I will say, I think the best two genres that do this is country music and rap music is tell stories. A rap nigga gonna tell a story. I grew up in the hood. My mama beat my ass. I never went to class. They gonna tell you a story about how they came up. But you know who else does that? Country singers. Ella Langley has a story called Choosing Texas, and it talks about how she was dating this man that she was in love, and he played her from a girl from Texas, and he was choosing Texas. Tell you something about a Texas girl. It's gonna change your life. Tell him, Dre, how Texas girl changed your life.
Belly Gang
I love Texas.
Dre Nicole
They do.
Lex P
I know you do. You've been cheesing since you sat down on that couch.
Belly Gang
I ain't even know y' all front, sis.
Lex P
I know they.
Dre Nicole
Exactly. I'm from Houston, though. Is she from Orange?
Belly Gang
I'm from D. You look like you from Houston.
Lex P
Yeah, I'm from a small town called Orange, Texas.
Belly Gang
Yeah, yeah.
Lex P
I'm from the.
Belly Gang
What is it?
Lex P
It's like the. Literally the last town before you hit Louisiana. So, like, I could literally walk to
Belly Gang
Louisiana from my house, unlike the i10.
Lex P
Yes.
Belly Gang
Okay.
Lex P
They Used to call orange the last taste of Texas.
Belly Gang
Okay.
Lex P
Yeah.
Dre Nicole
I like boudin, what they call it now.
Lex P
The last. Now I'm the mayor of Orange, Texas.
Belly Gang
You will, for real.
Lex P
I'm the mayor down there, man. I'm that.
Dre Nicole
No, she the best thing that ever came out of Orange.
Belly Gang
Are you the mayor, though?
Lex P
No, I'm not the mayor. Literally.
Belly Gang
You should run for the mayor.
Lex P
When I come out there, I be feeling like the man when I walk through.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool.
Lex P
Love going home.
Dre Nicole
I do agree with him, though. I think you should run for the mayor at some point.
Lex P
Maybe at some point when I'm, like, done working. Yeah. But I have to change things.
Dre Nicole
Yeah.
Lex P
You know, vital right there. It's time to clean it up. But you know what? I am going to do a. I'm going to do a turkey drive this year for the first time. I'm going to do a turkey drive this year. Cuz I feel like for Thanksgiving, like, I don't really ever do anything.
Dre Nicole
That's your give back.
Lex P
So I'm going to do it. I'm going to do a turkey drive this year in Orange. Don't be ding me, though. But yeah, anyways. Choosing Texas Lang. That's my bop of the week. What song y' all been listening? Who going? Who going?
Dre Nicole
You can go.
Lex P
What song you been jamming this week, baby?
Belly Gang
I'm telling you right now. I don't give a How you ass. I'm in the buying and buying back.
Dre Nicole
Exactly why? You heard what he said.
Lex P
Tell me now.
Belly Gang
Me and Dis Dior. Tell me now.
Lex P
Man, that's a Bob. It is. Dre. Do you remember when it came on at Camp Saturday?
Dre Nicole
We was lit, bro.
Lex P
It came on. I was so mad because they did a video from the whole day. And that was the best part. Cause me was like, me and you.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, we was.
Lex P
Cause that's a mood. You know how people come out with a verse every now and then? You like this eats. Cause this is real life. Ask these niggas to tell me now. I need to know right now. Let's stop beating around the bus.
Belly Gang
It crazy. Cause, like, when I went to Texas, hey, night. They said that was our biggest song in Texas.
Lex P
For real?
Belly Gang
Yeah. Like, it usually be like friend dude or like Bird, like Popeyes. Like, we went to Texas. It was like, Tevin. That was our biggest song. Like, that's crazy just came out.
Lex P
Like, we. We hosted a party in Houston, and we was at camp, which is one of the most popular clubs in Houston. When I tell you, tell me now dropped. Everybody stood up, yo. Everybody stood up. And that's what I would say that y' all Rob.
Dre Nicole
Yeah. Can't be leaked.
Belly Gang
Rob with my boy Chris.
Dre Nicole
Yeah.
Lex P
Shout out to Chris.
Belly Gang
Yeah.
Lex P
You need to host a party out there.
Belly Gang
I'm went out there. I literally just went and did all that.
Lex P
That's when you.
Belly Gang
When that one night when he was at Whataburger. That was like three weeks ago.
Dre Nicole
Getting that B O B. That breakfast on the bun.
Lex P
That's what he was in. Getting that Whataburger. I know you got that water burger,
Dre Nicole
little taquito Dre, what's your bout? Also, Tiada got another song.
Lex P
Another one?
Dre Nicole
Yeah. It's called Trauma Bun. Shout out to Teyada, man. Cause T, I really been making a comeback. Not that he ever live.
Lex P
Oh, he know he did leave.
Dre Nicole
I don't think so, though, because I feel like he never. You know how you have people who have had their moment, right? And then they wasn't relevant no more.
Lex P
Oh, I never.
Dre Nicole
And then they came back. Yeah, T, I never stopped being relevant. Like, he's always been relevant, like, from music to movies to whatever. But, yeah, his last two singles have been really, really good. They're all. Especially the old.
Lex P
Huh?
Belly Gang
How you know?
Dre Nicole
Because I follow a bunch of old. My uncles, and they love that.
Lex P
Especially when they be.
Dre Nicole
And they be having their hat tilted to the side.
Lex P
Don't let them get in that slingshot. What? Let them know. Let them know. Yeah, they be in the gym. Yeah.
Dre Nicole
Boomeranging.
Lex P
Saving for that $50 hood as a stat.
Dre Nicole
Yeah, they love it, them old niggas. But I do too.
Lex P
Trauma bond. Trauma bond. But the reason I say. I'm not gonna lie to you. I feel like the old rap heads. And maybe you can chime in on this. I think they see what's going on. They like, it's time for us to come back. Yeah. And we gotta let y' all know. Juvenile ti2 chains, they coming back. They are.
Belly Gang
With a binge on specific ones. Going crazy. Tip. Definitely going crazy. Like, it feel good to see, like, somebody from the city that, like, know way more than us new. New people, like, standing up for it. Not everybody doing the right thing, though. Not. Not all the old doing the right thing. But some of them.
Lex P
Well, what do you mean they not doing the right thing? You don't have to get specific, but
Belly Gang
they ain't doing the right thing.
Lex P
Like, you feel like they trying to keep up with the sound now.
Belly Gang
No, not all the old Atlanta artists are doing the right thing. Right now. Oh. Know what I'm saying? But you have people like TI2 chain, like, they doing the right thing. You know what I'm saying? They embracing the youth. Not, like, doing nothing wrong to the youth.
Dre Nicole
I agree, T. I've been coming out with them vibes. I be listening to it in my car.
Lex P
Why are you looking over there?
Belly Gang
Y' all might not know what I'm talking about.
Dre Nicole
We don't. That's why she kept asking.
Lex P
Well, I think. I think, but I don't want to
Dre Nicole
say it because I just feel like, let's leave it alone.
Lex P
That's what I said. I'm leave it alone because it's not that type of porn.
Belly Gang
Crazy.
Lex P
Yeah. I think y' all should do a song together.
Belly Gang
Me and Tip got, like, two, three songs together.
Lex P
Didn't listen to it. See, that's how I. But I.
Belly Gang
No, I. He ain't out yet. I ain't out yet.
Lex P
See, why you trick me like that?
Belly Gang
Tilt really got some hard, like, if you do like I. He let me hear, like, a lot of songs, and the ones I got on go crazy, like, so.
Dre Nicole
Damn, Belly Gang. I was going to say we should take our shot. You already took yours. I didn't take mine with me, like, every day. That's not a special occasion.
Belly Gang
Y' all just talking crazy.
Lex P
But has this been your favorite interview, though?
Belly Gang
Mm.
Lex P
He lying. Don't look at me with that blue eyes. You ain't Usually people say it with more glee.
Belly Gang
You said my favorite interview. This is my favorite interview ever. I love this interview.
Dre Nicole
Now I believe you.
Belly Gang
Oh, my God. I can't live without this interview.
Lex P
Start calling us sis. I see it in his eyes. Eyes.
Dre Nicole
Time for him another shot.
Lex P
Oh, yeah. We need one last one, cuz we. We f. To close it out. What we got next, Dre? It's the.
Dre Nicole
So now it's time to get into our favorite segment of the show.
Lex P
Yes.
Dre Nicole
Which is pour your heart out. You know, if you have any questions, send them to ask poor minds gmail dot com. That's as K P O-U R M I N D S gmail dot com. Send us your questions. Send us your testimonials. We ain't got a testimonial in a minute, though, I think, because we've been doing good.
Lex P
I think they're dead.
Dre Nicole
Okay, well, that's a different perspective. So let's get into it. Belly Gang, do you think you give good advice?
Belly Gang
Yeah, for sure.
Dre Nicole
Okay, so we going to see cuz they be writing us some wild stuff sometimes they do. Hey, Queens. I've been listening to you guys for almost a year now, and I just want to say I love y' all now. Okay, so I've been talking to this guy for a few months. We started off as friends, but he slowly started to become more. I'm kind of starting to like him, and I could feel that he likes me a lot too. We haven't had sex yet, but so far he gives the last B in the bdb.
Lex P
Damn, she.
Belly Gang
Hold on, back up. I don't. Got lost what you said now.
Dre Nicole
She said I'm kind of starting to like him. So basically she said, we started off as friends, but he started to become something more. I'm starting to like him, and I could feel that he likes me a lot too. We have not had sex yet, but so far he gives the last B
Belly Gang
in BDB on loss on that.
Lex P
BDB is a big baller. Okay, so he's the baller, but he don't gotta be.
Dre Nicole
You don't know if he got the big deal. Exactly. Okay, so the thing is, he used to talk to my best friend's cousin, who is also somewhat my friend for two to three months, but I didn't find that out until after we had already been talking for a couple months. Do you guys think that I should give this a chance to turn into an actual relationship, or should I end it before it gets too deep because of what he had going on with my friend?
Belly Gang
That's. That's. That's some message right there.
Dre Nicole
See the confetti?
Belly Gang
They in the DM with it. They sending y' all dms like that.
Dre Nicole
They be sending us messages.
Belly Gang
So. So, okay, like, you met somebody, they. You feel like they're a baller, but she used to mess with your best friend. Cousin.
Dre Nicole
Yes, yes.
Belly Gang
Should you fuck with them?
Dre Nicole
Which is also kind of her friend too.
Belly Gang
I mean, I don't know, like, me personally, like, I'm gonna give a man point of view. Like, I don't mess with nobody who I know. Like, don't mess with somebody else. But, like, for a girl that different could, like, girls be. Oh, I used to talk to him whole time, man. You just talk to that man, like, so you just. I probably, like, ask the cousin, like, what you think. You know what I'm saying? Yeah.
Dre Nicole
So you would ask.
Belly Gang
Yeah, I would like, ask her, like, what you think?
Lex P
I guess I just feel like the only reason she's considering it is because he's a baller.
Belly Gang
Matter of fact, man, if you feel like he a baller man. Baby, shoot your shot, man.
Lex P
I'm weak.
Belly Gang
Get your money, man. Fuck that. You never know. Might be your ticket.
Lex P
I mean. But I do think if it's that serious, maybe have a conversation. But I feel like there's so many men out here who are successful that are doing things for themselves. So I feel like if you have to write it and ask, should you do it, you shouldn't do it. I feel like it's just too many men out here to be trying to talk to somebody that's in close proximity.
Dre Nicole
Yeah.
Lex P
Like, it's. It's never that deep, so.
Belly Gang
But some people only meet like that.
Lex P
That's what I saying. There's a skill issue.
Belly Gang
Yeah. Fact.
Dre Nicole
Skill issues. Be real. But I don't know. I feel like girls be still doing it, though.
Belly Gang
Girls don't girls be liking who. Who the fold, like, exactly.
Dre Nicole
They be wanting to with somebody because they seen you with them and they seen what he did for you. So then they be like, oh, well, he'll probably do it for me too, so let me fuck with him anyways.
Lex P
And it never works out like that.
Dre Nicole
They don't be giving a damn whether it's somebody friend that they know.
Lex P
They trying to bounce that ass like they friend do. You did this. Take accountability.
Dre Nicole
They was doing this before him.
Belly Gang
What's wrong with two girls teaching each other how to twerk? Like your being twerking, like.
Lex P
Cause it gives you not shaking that ass good enough. Bouncing like, she. She's bouncing it. That's how it came off.
Dre Nicole
But sometimes she do or she needs to not bounce it at all. People can't twerk.
Belly Gang
I mean, it's us.
Dre Nicole
We the girl. We the birthday.
Lex P
We can't bounce that ass like a friend.
Belly Gang
Cause neither one who twerk the best out of y'. All.
Lex P
Two leg. No leg.
Belly Gang
No.
Lex P
It's both pretty bad.
Dre Nicole
Nah, she twerk better.
Lex P
It's both pretty bad when we be making videos. Cause we gotta keep up with the TikTok kids and shit. They be like, ooh, wow.
Dre Nicole
They like to dance. They be like, Drayle J.
Lex P
No, I can do a boom cat. 5, 6, 7, 8. I can do that. But twerking, I can't twerk now. I can do an eight count. You know when I. I can do that.
Belly Gang
You know the TikTok swimming?
Lex P
Yeah, I can do that. That is. Yeah.
Dre Nicole
I never knew that was a swimming.
Lex P
Okay, we got one more question.
Dre Nicole
Never knew that.
Lex P
And we going to wrap it up. Hello, ladies. I need advice on my love life. I finalized my divorce In July of last year and have recently started dating again. After being with my ex partner for 14 years, I was excited to get back out there. However, I am new to online dating and I genuinely think that the dating pool is a bit murky. I recently met someone, and while we've gone on a few dates, the experience has been lacking compared to what I believe I deserve. When we are together in person, he is all about me, which I love. Unfortunately, when we are apart, his communication is lackluster. He responds hours or even days later. Though he is charming, I don't want to feel like I'm wasting my time. What advice would you give a woman trying to date again?
Belly Gang
Let me see that.
Dre Nicole
He said I need to read this myself.
Belly Gang
Okay.
Lex P
He wanted to see if it was a name on there, what you was looking for.
Dre Nicole
She was. He was trying to make sure she wasn't talking about him.
Belly Gang
Talking about me.
Lex P
That's what you be doing.
Belly Gang
I don't. I don't. I don't really respond. Nah, I be busy. I don't like using the phone to
Lex P
like, you thought this letter was about you.
Belly Gang
I just want to see the name on it. Cause he was laughing like, I knew it.
Lex P
I knew it.
Belly Gang
He was laughing like he gave y' all that a song. That why I said, let me see that.
Lex P
I knew you wasn't she.
Belly Gang
No, I am she. I just don't like using the phone to, like, show my love.
Dre Nicole
That's me too. We twins. I am a terrible responder.
Belly Gang
I don't like you.
Lex P
You know what? Y' all would actually be.
Belly Gang
People do understand this a device, right? Like, these are apps on the phone. How can I show my love like.
Lex P
Cause all it takes is just like, hey, good morning. I hope you have a great day.
Belly Gang
No, I'm talking to a piece of plastic. This is a piece of glass.
Lex P
So send a voice note. Hey, girl, you still.
Belly Gang
I'm talking to a piece of plastic.
Lex P
No, you have to, baby. I'm telling you right now. And then just give a little verse before you go to work. It takes two seconds. Women really appreciate being thoughtful. So freaking for this woman in this situation. It's too early. If you are dating somebody early on, this is when they supposed to show out. So if he's already showing you that things that you don't like, it's time to move on. I don't care. Honeymoon stage needs to feel like a honeymoon.
Belly Gang
Nah, that's that toxic shit.
Lex P
No honeymoon should feel like. Oh, my God, he's so happy to talk to me. He's so happy. Honeymoon should feel like a honeymoon. We're getting to know each other.
Belly Gang
What about when a honeymoon stays over with?
Lex P
I mean, I feel like, yeah, honeymoon stage ends now. That's when it's like when things go wrong, more conversations need to happen. But she said this is early. They're online dating. And he's already showing you he's not good at communication. If he's not good at communication early on, do you think he's gonna be better later on? N get worse. Y' all get worse.
Belly Gang
If she move with him, she ain't gotta worry about that man gone.
Dre Nicole
Yes, she do.
Lex P
Look what that show is Pisces. I told you, I'm right here.
Belly Gang
I'm right here in the other room.
Dre Nicole
Now we not.
Lex P
See? See, I told you.
Belly Gang
You want to talk to me, just come in the other room. We live together.
Dre Nicole
What about the times you not there and then you not responding too?
Lex P
You know what he doing? And she gonna be like, tell me now. He ain't gonna tell her that.
Belly Gang
Why y' all think folk just be doing wrong if it's like that?
Dre Nicole
Nah, I don't think that.
Lex P
I really.
Dre Nicole
To be honest with you. This gonna sound so bad, but I don't even be thinking about a when he not around me.
Belly Gang
Exactly. That's perfectly.
Dre Nicole
Do not be thinking about what he doing.
Belly Gang
That's how it be. I don't even care what a girl doing.
Lex P
Yeah. What do you mean? What's cheating?
Belly Gang
What's cheating? For real? If there's anything in 2026. What's cheating?
Lex P
If there's anything that you did something with another woman that you can't tell your partner, that's cheating.
Belly Gang
I'm saying, what if you tell her?
Lex P
Is she okay with it? If she's okay with it, then technically it's not cheating.
Belly Gang
What I did. Like, what's up? I don't care about that, though. I'm rocking with you.
Dre Nicole
Well, that's considered an open. Well, I would assume she's okay with an open relationship.
Belly Gang
Oh, okay.
Dre Nicole
Cause if my man told me he cheated, and I'm not okay with that shit, he's about to be single the same day.
Belly Gang
At least she ain't, like, beating him up and doing all that.
Lex P
Oh, no, no.
Dre Nicole
I don't put my hands.
Lex P
You done got beat up before.
Dre Nicole
Cause I don't want them to put their hands on me.
Lex P
You done got beat up before.
Belly Gang
I won, Peter. I done got stabbed, shot at.
Dre Nicole
You got stabbed by.
Belly Gang
He got stabbed twice right here. I don't got Shot at and all type of stuff.
Lex P
Yeah, you ain't shit. I knew it was your fault.
Belly Gang
Even other stuff, like, all type of stuff. Women are crazy.
Lex P
What did you do to. So are men, though. Y' all be doing things and wonder why women snap. It is. It's a. I feel like.
Dre Nicole
Well, this is where I kind of feel like. Pause. Yeah, everybody be doing.
Belly Gang
Yeah, everybody be doing.
Dre Nicole
Women be doing. As an adult, you should know how to keep your hands to yourself. And you shouldn't do nothing to somebody that you wouldn't want them to do to you. I'm not about to stab. No, I agree. Or swing on a. Because I don't want him to do that to me. But that's just me personally. But I understand that a lot of the time, people don't have that much control over their emotions. But they need to find the control.
Lex P
Cause it gets serious. You know, how many you know, I love true. I love true crime, by the way.
Dre Nicole
Crime's a passion.
Lex P
Yes. That's serious. A man don't think he just doing little one, two, girl end up coming kill him. Or she'll come kill the side bitch. Side bitch didn't even know you existed. It's a lot deeper than just, oh, I'm talking to lies will literally end up real. Real deadly. Yeah. And you lucky.
Belly Gang
Who own lotto. See, that's the thing. Like, I ain't telling no lie, but I ain't gonna lie to you. Know what's crazy? That you say that. Like, I'm learning. Like. Like in the recent past. Like, that everybody just ain't funny.
Lex P
Like, yes.
Belly Gang
Who are crazy. Yeah, people are crazy.
Dre Nicole
Like, people be crazy.
Lex P
Have y' all ever heard of the Betty Broderick story? No. Okay. Y' all go look it up, and y' all gonna see. I'm telling you, it's a crime of passion. She's still in jail. She shot her husband and his new wife in the bed. Cause she felt played. Sometimes I feel like when people get
Dre Nicole
played by their feelings.
Lex P
Sometimes when people get played, like, we've all been played, right? We've all been played. Some women just be like, I don't give a fuck. Move on. Some women, they not gonna let. Some men, they not gonna let that go. They didn't let that go. I know you got some battle scars. You got some battle wounds.
Belly Gang
Oh, yeah, for sure.
Lex P
Cause they didn't let that shit go. So the best thing to do is just. I'm glad you said it. You keep it real.
Belly Gang
Nah, keeping it real make them folk More matter.
Dre Nicole
Might as well just lie.
Belly Gang
You toxic, man.
Dre Nicole
Me? Yeah, you talking the funny thing about me, I swear to God, I'm really not. Cause I don't lie. I just don't say nothing.
Lex P
Queen.
Belly Gang
That's even more toxic. Nothing. Not saying nothing.
Dre Nicole
Okay, let me. Let's backtrack.
Lex P
Okay. I don't be doing.
Dre Nicole
I really don't.
Belly Gang
Okay. Okay.
Dre Nicole
Like, I be so good in relationships.
Belly Gang
Such a cheat.
Lex P
She's an angel. She really is. Loyalty. Yeah.
Dre Nicole
I'm really great until it get to that point, like, if you do something. I'm not even a tit for tat person. I'm gonna just cut you off. But if you wanna come back, I will sleep with one eye open.
Belly Gang
But you'll let them back though?
Dre Nicole
Possibly.
Belly Gang
Okay, cool. That's right, though.
Dre Nicole
I wouldn't trust it, though.
Belly Gang
So you gonna be with somebody you don't trust?
Dre Nicole
Huh?
Belly Gang
You gonna be with somebody.
Dre Nicole
You know, I think trust is one of those things. Where do we ever really trust anybody? Cause I don't.
Belly Gang
I'mma put my full trust in you.
Dre Nicole
That's that. And that's real deep. I think that's great. I don't be trusting people. For real.
Belly Gang
Why?
Dre Nicole
Because I feel like most people not trustworthy. And then most people always end up showing you why you can't trust them.
Belly Gang
Yeah. Every human got flaws, though.
Lex P
Yeah, I agree. That was a moment.
Dre Nicole
What you think now?
Lex P
How y'. All. I feel like the counselor now. How we going?
Dre Nicole
Cause her ex don't be trusting people either.
Lex P
We gonna admit it.
Belly Gang
You don't be trust.
Lex P
No. Because I know how I get down.
Belly Gang
Oh, you get down like that.
Lex P
You know, what I do is what I do. And I does what I does. When I'm loyal, I'm loyal. But once that. Yeah, you wanna play? We can play hard, nigga.
Belly Gang
Why you don't just leave them, though?
Lex P
Cause sometimes I still love you.
Belly Gang
So you wanna have that and no. No, get back to.
Lex P
No, it's not about the get back, but I don't know. You know what I'm gonna tell you? I don't know. I don't think anybody has love life. We don't. Nobody has anything figured out. And I'm gonna be honest. I'm still trying to figure out life.
Belly Gang
You know what I think, for real, though? I think, like, if you put yourself first and care about yourself and, like, you know what's a good person?
Lex P
Yeah.
Belly Gang
If you be a good person every day to yourself, the other person gonna feel that and y' all gotta come together. Like, you being a good person for yourself. I'm being a good person for myself. I got boundaries. You got boundaries. If the motherfuckers get crossing up, we ain't for each other. When I meet somebody, when they cross up together, right. You know what I'm saying? It's perfect.
Lex P
And honestly, I just feel like I'm the type of person, like, I love my friends so much and I have so much fulfilledness in my friendships and things like that. So I feel like I be happy, I'd be cool. Like, if I have a relationship, it works out cool. If it don't, cool, But I'm happy in life. Like, I'm content. My job, I have an amazing job. My family's straight, my friends are good. So it's like, to be in my life and to be my man, you have to be really, really peaceful and really cool.
Belly Gang
You got kids?
Lex P
Hell, no.
Belly Gang
You got kids?
Lex P
No.
Dre Nicole
No.
Belly Gang
Oh, my God. How old you are?
Dre Nicole
I'm 34.
Belly Gang
How old you?
Lex P
I'm going to be 37 in August.
Belly Gang
I ain't got no kid. Okay, cool. So we two different.
Lex P
We on a different plan.
Dre Nicole
Different. But I mean, I think it also goes into what's more important to you is trust and more important to you or love? Or do you think they both go hand in hand?
Lex P
They going hand in hand with.
Dre Nicole
Have a child in general for, like, a relationship.
Belly Gang
I think love, like, trust. Like, I'm going, keep it our way 100. Like, we humans. Like, a girl going to see. See somebody else. She like, period. Like, it's nothing I could do about that. Like, I'm gonna see somebody else I like. But, like, love gonna make me be like, I ain't gonna do her like that. Like, you know what I'm saying? Especially if we could be real with each other. Like, I cannot trust you, but expect you to be real with me, though. You see what I'm saying? Like, I cannot trust you. Like, okay, let's say I be like, I don't trust her when it comes to like. Or you could be like, I don't trust him when it come to gambling. You know what I'm saying? So I know if he go to a casino, like, he's gonna gamble, right? But, like, I could. I still know that he gonna come tell me, though. See what I'm saying?
Lex P
Okay, Belly Gang, let us know what you got coming up where they can find you all that good stuff.
Belly Gang
You could just Google my name. Belly Gang. Kush, everything gonna come up. I got a new single on the Way I know what it is and all that, but he just gonna come out of nowhere.

Belly Gang

Lex P

Belly Gang
Yeah, for sure.
Lex P

Belly Gang
I only got one album out of
Lex P
my whole life, but that's crazy. You said you only been doing it for two years. I think the only artist that we've had on this show where he was like, I just started doing it, and it shocked me how quickly he made it was Rob 4, 9. But I think his was a little. I think he said like three or four years. Yeah, but two years is crazy.
Belly Gang
Seriously, like two years.
Lex P
That's insane.
Belly Gang
Yeah, for sure.
