Lavelle Dante

Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
There's some people who would prefer to only be and some people who don't want to do that at all. I'm willing to, especially if I really, really like you. We getting downhill.
Lex P
We can put that thing down, flip it and reverse it.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, you can do it to me and act. Do it to you tomorrow. This could be your night.
Lex P
So that means that y' all are into.
Lavelle Dante
But that's not necessarily a role. I don't know. I feel like. But I feel like everybody the same. A part of me feels like everybody has somebody that can make them gay. Like, everybody has somebody that could. Like, if you meet the perfect person, you'll go gay. Like you.
Lex P
I know.
Lavelle Dante
I know my you'll go gay. I feel like everybody.
Lex P
What's up, y'? All? It's your girl, Lex P. And it's.
Draya Nicole
Your girl Draya Nicole.
Lex P
And you are tuned in to another episode of Poor Mind where a drunk.
Draya Nicole
Mind speaks sober thought.
Lex P
We got a guest today. We got a guest today. Now, if you are anywhere on social media, you are going to recognize this person. They are an entertainer, a content creator, a a comedian, and everything above a performer. The list goes on and on. We have Lavelle Dante.
Lavelle Dante
How y' all doing? How y' all doing, huh?
Lex P
It's that professional lab.
Lavelle Dante
It's because I'm drunk.
Draya Nicole
We had him on that patron.
Lavelle Dante
That's my military lab.
Lex P
I know that's right. Well, thank you for coming.
Lavelle Dante
So glad you all invited me. I was like, finally some recognition, you.
Lex P
Know what I'm saying?
Draya Nicole
Well, we had to recognize you because you are hilarious.
Lavelle Dante
You think so?
Draya Nicole
Yes. You keep me rolling.
Lavelle Dante
I made myself laugh, too.
Lex P
I know that's right. Okay, I want to start from the beginning.
Lavelle Dante
Okay.
Lex P
So where are you from originally?
Lavelle Dante
Jacksonville, Florida.
Lex P
Jacksonville. And you still live in Jacksonville. So how did you get started on TikTok?
Lavelle Dante
So I'm in the military still. I was active duty, and I was stationed in Kansas. And think, like, during COVID I was already making content for a while, but I never thought of, like, oh, I want to go viral. Like, I was just thinking, like, I'm making my friends laugh. Even though I had, like, a small following, I was like, oh, I'm just gonna make something funny. Like, this is gonna crack these up. So I would just do stuff, like, do skits and stuff. And then one of my friends, my friend Aquila, he was like, you need to get a TikTok, blah, blah, blah. So I made a TikTok. I didn't know, like, how to use it. And, like, my fifth one I made got, like 250,000 views. And I was like, I'm a star, darling. But that was way before the. My recent, like, wave of, like, blowing more. I just had, like, a, Like, a hundred to two hundred thousand followers. And it was like that for, like, a while. Like, it took a while for me to get that. And then I decided, like, I needed to leave active duty. I was like, I know if I leave active duty and I have more time to focus on content, that I'm gonna go viral. Like, I just told myself that I believed it. And then that was, like, November of 2022 that I started that process, and I still had my old account. And then By June of 2023, I signed my final paper. I was gonna leave to Jacksonville. And that was when I made the first, like, check that phone video.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
And all of my stuff that week, the week that I was packing my bags and finna leave, every video I posted went viral.
Lex P
That's gone.
Draya Nicole
That's crazy.
Lex P
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
That's what I meant to do it.
Lex P
Yeah. Cause jumping out on a limb to especially do content creation, it's scary. It's scary as hell.
Lavelle Dante
And I was thinking it was gonna take a long time. Like, I wasn't planning on it being, like, the next day. I was in my mind, okay, I'm gonna work hard. I'm gonna keep posting until I get it right, till I find, you know, my niche. And it was literally like, just the most random thing, you know? It's crazy. It was, like, the least effort. Content. Yeah, like, the content. Me with a booger in my nose. Like, just me acting stupid. And that's what everybody loves.
Draya Nicole
Yeah. It's just you being yourself. And I feel like what's even more scary than, like, creating content is performing Live. Which you do a lot of live shows. So how did you get into doing live shows?
Lavelle Dante
So not okay. So shortly after that, I went home. I was going viral, stuff like that, and a bunch of celebrities and creators, like, just was following me. It was like, crazy. Like, I'm like, oh, my gosh. Keisha Cole. Oh, my gosh, Jasmine Sullivan. It was somebody who followed me, and then B. Simone followed me. And I love B. Simone. B. Simone. Like, I used to watch all her YouTube videos and stuff, and I don't know if I DMed her first or if she DM me. Like, I think she responded to one of my videos. I think I said, I love her. And then she sent me an audio message laughing. Like, she was laughing, like, about one of my videos, and she was, like, laughing with her cousin. So then later on, I just went out on a limb, and I was like, can I call you? Like. Cause I just wanted to talk to her. Cause even, like, from the time that I left Kansas to back to Jacksonville, Florida, everything that I seen her go through in her YouTube channel, I went through, like, my money was funny. I did DoorDash for three days. How was that never done?
Lex P
Did you have to deliver Taco Bell? Yes. I was so happy. I love talking to.
Lavelle Dante
No, I drove when they had me drove and I had to make a ride on the dirt road. I said, this is the last you gave up, please.
Draya Nicole
He said, I don't know where the hell I'm at and who back there.
Lavelle Dante
But, you know, it's crazy. Even though I was unemployed social media that month, I made the same amount of money I made in the military.
Lex P
Oh, wow.
Lavelle Dante
I was like, oh.
Lex P
I was like, I'm all, I don't need this. Yeah, that's right.
Lavelle Dante
But so I just wanted to talk to her because I resonated so much with her, her journey of, like, growing, even though mine happened, like, a little more rapidly. It was like it mirrored what I witnessed her go through on YouTube. So we was trying to call. She gave me her phone number, and we were just on FaceTime. We was just laughing. Like, she was laughing at everything that I said. And usually people just be. I can look at you and be like, ah.
Lex P
That was not.
Lavelle Dante
That was just me.
Draya Nicole
Just now when we was doing a.
Lex P
Little intro, I was like, you so silly. She wanted to drag somebody. There he goes. There he go.
Lavelle Dante
Literally.
Draya Nicole
I mean, it's the facial expressions. I think that when people can make do comedy with their whole body, that's a telling. Cause some people. I mean, it's easy to tell a joke, but I feel like when you can tell a story by making the faces and.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, my God. Okay, okay, okay. But so we was on the phone, and we did not. Like, I kept. Like, I did want her to hang up, so I just kept telling jokes. Like, wait. Like, I just.
Lex P
She was like, well, I'm finna go. Let me tell you what happens next.
Lavelle Dante
And she was like, bye, boy. Bye. Bye. So we was laughing. And then right before she. Everything literally aligned. I moved back, and she came to Jacksonville to do a show. And I think we was talking about her show and, like, me coming or something. I think I told her I bought tickets, and she was like, why you bought tickets? Like, I would let you come in, but she said, you want to open up for me? I was like, who? Cause I've only been posting, like, funny videos. Also, I was not planning on being a comedian.
Lex P
Really?
Lavelle Dante
I can sing.
Lex P
I know same. I can hit a little tube.
Lavelle Dante
I was like, I wanted to drop some music. I'm gonna be an artist.
Lex P
I felt you on that one.
Lavelle Dante
But the video, I'm like, okay, well, this is what people like, so. And it was easy. This is so easy to just, like, be funny. It's so natural. So I'm like, okay, let me stick to my funny stuff. And then later on, I'm gonna drop some music like Jamie Foxx.
Draya Nicole
I know that's what Lex be trying to do, too.
Lavelle Dante
We. Is we gonna do it.
Draya Nicole
Y' all should do it. Do it.
Lavelle Dante
And we're gonna blow y' all mind.
Draya Nicole
I believe it. I'm gonna be front row in the show.
Lavelle Dante
But okay. So she asked me to go to open. I said no, because it was like, girl, come on now. I just, like, I just moved back. I'm just being funny. Like, come on. I'm just posting videos. It's a different ball game. But the next day, it was just, like, so heavy on my heart. I was like, I need to do this. Like, it was just the same feeling of me, like, deciding to leave Kansas. It was that same, like, thing. And I was like, okay, well, it's now or never. Cause she coming at the end of the week.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
So I text her. I was like, can I do it? And she was like, yeah. And what's crazy is, even before then, it's been people telling me that I need to be a comedian. So I would, like, write jokes or I would, like, be in the shower. And just like, you know, when you in the shower, I come up with the best ideas for me So I literally would be, like, imagining, like, myself doing stand up and performing, but I never, like, really took it seriously. So when she offered it, I, like, thought of all of that, and I, like, wrote my set and I did four shows with her.
Lex P
Wow.
Lavelle Dante
Cause it was two shows for two nights.
Lex P
That's the first time you've done stand up.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. Open a. First night, I did five minutes, but I felt so good. The second time, I was like, I'm.
Lex P
Staying up that long.
Lavelle Dante
I paid 10. I said I did 10 minutes. She was like, yeah. But also, a lot of people think that I just came out of blue and like, oh, my gosh. His talent just came out. I used to do a lot of public speaking and speeches, and I was the class president. And I'm a meteorologist in the Air Force, so I have to speak in front of large crowds, period.
Draya Nicole
The meteorologist. You smart. Yes.
Lavelle Dante
Look at me.
Lex P
It's hailing, bitch. It's gonna rain. I know. That's right.
Lavelle Dante
So it's like, I used to, like, perform and stuff when I was younger. I just, like, took a break from it, so it kind of, like, just reemerged. Like, me doing that hurt. Giving me that opportunity, it reminded me that I was a performer and I was an entertainer. And then right after I did that, she was, like, the first celebrity that I met. And it was just so much so fast. Like, because I was going to work, I was in my military stuff. I was in school, I was taking my classes, doing my homework. And then I would go drive to the set or drive to the venue, go to the green room, rehearse, and then perform. Like, it was no moment for me to even sit and be like, oh, my gosh, like, talk to her. Like, it was just snap, snap, snap. And then once it was all over, I cried. Like, I was like, oh, my gosh.
Lex P
I mean, the fact that you did a show and you did five minutes, and then you went back and was like, I'm ready for 10. I don't think people realize how long that is. And being on stage time. Yeah, that shit is hard.
Lavelle Dante
It feels like an hour, even for comedians. Like, it take a long time to master that. And then right after that. So what got me back into comedy or got into comedy? I posted a video. Cause I loved it so much. I was like, how do I keep doing standup? I just made a video, and I asked the people that follow me and Cousin Tierra. I don't know if y' all know who that is.
Lex P
Oh, I'm familiar I know who that is. Friends with my best friend, Belyn.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Lex P
Okay, okay.
Lavelle Dante
She DMed me and connected me with my first, like, booking agent. And he booked me a show. He was like, oh, we finna get you a show. We finna have you. And then as he booking the show, he was like, people was in the comments saying, oh, we want you to come this city. This city. He in the comments, like, yep, we going on tour. That's before I even agreed. It doesn't matter.
Lex P
Let's go.
Lavelle Dante
But we did, like, five cities. I sold out everything.
Draya Nicole
And that's amazing.
Lavelle Dante
My first show I did was in, like, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and I felt a little unprepared. It was funny. Cause I'm just funny. But I was like, I'm not prepared enough. So I did 45 minutes, and I read my emails.
Lex P
45 minutes is nuts.
Draya Nicole
That's a long time.
Lavelle Dante
And then the show I did after that was in Atlanta, and I did an hour on stage.
Lex P
Now look now.
Draya Nicole
Sold out show.
Lex P
Atlanta, bitch. But this is what I. I'm so glad that you're talking about this, because this is what I tell people. I think when you make that transition from social media to real life, you're never going to lose. Because I get being entertaining in front of these cameras. Right. But we see so many people come in this content creation space, and then it doesn't translate in real life, and they can't make a career out of it. One thing I know, baby, me and Dre can sell out some venues, and we gonna entertain the fuck outta y'.
Lavelle Dante
All.
Draya Nicole
Yeah.
Lex P
In real life, it definitely gives this.
Draya Nicole
So it's different.
Lex P
The fact that you have made that transition so quickly and you're still only, like, scratching the surface. I can't wait to pull up this episode. Like, yeah, when you get your Oscar, I'm like, yeah, I had him on the show. Yeah.
Draya Nicole
And his Grammy for his album.
Lex P
For our album.
Draya Nicole
I'm sorry, Yalls.
Lex P
Album. Stop trying to write our album.
Draya Nicole
You right, y'.
Lavelle Dante
All.
Lex P
Album. Okay, okay.
Draya Nicole
Can I be y' all hype man on stage?
Lavelle Dante
You could do, like, the interlude.
Lex P
Ooh. She'll be like, yes.
Draya Nicole
Drea's interlude.
Lex P
I like that. She gonna be like, hello. I know that's right. Okay. I want to talk about. Okay. You're still in Jacksonville. I want to know why.
Lavelle Dante
I'm in the military still, so you.
Lex P
Still have to, like, show up.
Lavelle Dante
And me, I'm in Jerrell. Yes. You know, I be doing way more than people know, but so monthly, like, we do have to commute there. My family's there and I was gone for so long like active duty, just, you know, you get taken away. There's a lot of benefits on the military, but it's cons as well. And I miss so much of my niece and nephew, nieces and nephew life. And I just like being like in driving distance of my family because we grew up so close. But within the last week I've been driving so much far, like back and forth. I'm like, I'm going to move to Atlanta.
Draya Nicole
You should. I think Atlanta would be great.
Lavelle Dante
And the flights are cheaper.
Lex P
Yes.
Lavelle Dante
You know how much flights are out of Jacksonville? How much they be like $600.
Lex P
I already know flights are come to Atlanta.
Lavelle Dante
Like you know how like you can get a last minute flight out of Atlanta and it'd be like less than $100.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Well, if you need a sometimes, maybe sometimes depending on where you're going. If you're going to another big city.
Lex P
Well, Atlanta is a life are expensive now. So I can only imagine a hub like Jacksonville that's not a big hub.
Lavelle Dante
It's not a big.
Lex P
Yeah, worse.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. It'd be like 6, 700.
Joseph Rees
Show me how good it could get today, God. And show the rest of the world what we already know it can't get. No better than being hella black, hella queer and hella Christian. My name is Joseph Rees. Joseph Rees

Lavelle Dante

Lex P

Joseph Rees
Of shelves and how we as black queer folks relate to our Christianity. Listen to Hella Black, Hella Queer, Hella Christian on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcast.
Lex P
Well, y', all, I just got approved for my amex, so I am an amex hole now and I have a Delta reserve card. So baby, I'm outside. We outside. Yeah, hanging past.
Lavelle Dante
You going to be in the lounges?
Lex P
You know I'm finna be in the lounges.
Draya Nicole
Gotta be in the lounges.
Lex P
They approve me. I said Like Drew Ski did. Me, me. Y' all approve me, so I got your companion pass. Cause, you know, with the del come back out. So if you need to hop on something. Big mama.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, yeah.
Lex P
You know what I'm saying?
Draya Nicole
Episode two, you said you ain't gotta tell me twice.
Lex P
But no, I think that it's so crazy. I always tell people, if you are a black content creator, you need to be in Atlanta. Everybody is out here. And one thing I will say, we love to collaborate. So it be so crazy when I hit people, I'm like, hey, we need to have them on the show that now. But, like, y' all don't live here.
Lavelle Dante
I agree and disagree.
Lex P
Why you say that?
Lavelle Dante
Because I feel like wherever you are and whatever resources that you have, you need to do everything that you can to make your dreams come true there.
Lex P
Right.
Lavelle Dante
Because you can be put in a place where you have all the resources, but you don't have that discipline or you don't have the belief in yourself, you know, or the drive. So even me being in Jacksonville or me being in Kansas, I wasn't in Kansas City. I was in Kansas. So it's like there I still was pushing myself, making content, learning different things because it's. Because I wanted it.
Lex P
It was in you.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. So moving somewhere is not necessarily going to make you. Yeah. It's not gonna change the way you approach your dreams.
Lex P
Well, I say it's different.
Draya Nicole
It's.
Lex P
You're already in the like. If you have, like a big following, if you already made your strides in your city and then you trying to take that next step. I think if you're just starting, you can just start in your city.
Lavelle Dante
There's benefits to moving, but, like, I was able to grow my cause, especially now we have the Internet.
Draya Nicole
Right.
Lavelle Dante
You have the ability for everybody to access you and your talents if you post it and if you're being consistent, if you're trying to.
Lex P
To.
Lavelle Dante
What I'm trying to say, elevate your content and not just be stagnant, then, like, it can grow. Like, I'm proof in the pudding. I was a jack fact.
Lex P
But I'm saying for. But now where you're at now I'm moving.
Lavelle Dante
I need to.
Draya Nicole
That's what I was going to say. I mean, social media has changed so much over the years. I think when we were younger, when I made the decision to move to Atlanta, we had to move out here. We didn't have a choice. Like, staying in Houston was not going to help us get to where we.
Lex P
Were I was in Houston.
Draya Nicole
Yeah, that's where I'm from.
Lavelle Dante
Y' all from Houston?
Lex P
I'm from Orange. I'm from even smaller.
Draya Nicole
It's like two hours away from Houston.
Lex P
But I live in Houston for Tennessee.
Lavelle Dante
But yeah, I feel like Texas is big. It is, but I feel like, you know how they say Atlanta is black Hollywood for sure. No, Atlanta, no Texas is big. It's a lot of people really give me like the entertainment.
Draya Nicole
It doesn't. And especially in 2016, no shade, anybody?
Lavelle Dante
Houston. If I do a show there, come pull up.
Draya Nicole
But you ain't wrong though. You not lying. Like, especially back then. Like I said, 2016 is when I moved to Atlanta. Trying to get into media and entertainment. It just wasn't a lot of space for that out there. And we didn't have TikTok. Instagram wasn't what it is now. So you had to make the move to Atlanta, Louisiana, New York, if you really wanted to do something. You made a really good point just now when you said like if you live in a small city, you can still create the content as long as you have the drive. It's gonna blow up. It's gonna go viral. People don't care if you in fucking 10 bucks too. People gonna still watch.
Lavelle Dante
Literally. You just have to post it. There's so many people that be like, oh, they be trying to wait for everything to be right.
Draya Nicole
Yep.
Lavelle Dante
It's like you have to post. Just do it, just do it.
Draya Nicole
Put yourself out there.
Lex P
So I wanna talk about your transition into the drag scene. Cause you have really taken over. And when I Do you do your own makeup?
Lavelle Dante
Yes.
Lex P
Face beat.
Draya Nicole
That's a beat.
Lavelle Dante
I know how to draw too. I used to do graphic design.
Lex P
Okay, so you have a. See that resume long enough.
Draya Nicole
So how did you get into makeup? Are you self taught?
Lavelle Dante
Did you self taught? I got into makeup because after I came out, I wanted to make my family mad.
Lex P
You came out? You gay? I had. I didn't know.
Draya Nicole
I do think you have to ask though.
Lex P
You do?
Lavelle Dante
Okay, well, clearly these bitches don't.
Lex P
We thought you. You might like to just play dress up. You know, they be men on. What's that? TikTok.
Lavelle Dante
I guess we in Atlanta, you know, they.
Lex P
Yeah. You know what I'm saying. But go ahead.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. So I came out after I left and I don't know, it was just something in me. I think also so much of me was bottled up because I didn't necessarily know that I was gay. I don't necessarily know. I don't like when people say, oh, that person gay or that person gay, like, you can sense it. You can sense their queerness, but you can't necessarily tell who. What made them jump in their draws. See, that's why, you know, it's like, how do I know if I never do that? I was still a virgin. People was like, you gay? I don't know.
Draya Nicole
I don't know what I like.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. So it's like, okay. But I think it was a part of me, like, I just was trying to see, like, if my family was.
Lex P
Gone, how they react.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. How they was going to react. And I also just wanted to just start doing more stuff. It was so much like queer expression that I never was able to partake in because of, like, the way I was raised and just, like, religious values and stuff. And I had my own apartment. I'm like, bitch, I'm out of here. Yeah, let me go to Ocha. And I just, like, started drawing, like, playing the eyeshadow and stuff. But I just watched YouTube videos, and I just kept doing it more and more.
Lex P
Does that face be beats, honey? I mean. Cause you're a handsome man, but when you turn into that. What's your drag name?
Lavelle Dante
My drag name is Italy Bouget.
Lex P
Italy Bougie.
Draya Nicole
I like that.
Lex P
I love when they name them cities. See, I stripped one time. My name was Chyna. I went by Paris one time. We love to take them over the world, baby.
Draya Nicole
I like Italy.
Lavelle Dante
I never used Italy. My drag mom name is British.
Lex P
Ooh, okay, okay. Does she have her passport?
Lavelle Dante
I don't know.
Lex P
See, I didn't have my passport.
Lavelle Dante
Probably.
Lex P
I was hungry. I'm in. You know what I'm saying?
Lavelle Dante
I don't have mine.
Lex P
You don't have yours. Italy. Italy.
Lavelle Dante
I need to get one.
Lex P
You need to get one.
Lavelle Dante
Ultimately, with me being in the military and stuff, like, when I did leave the country, your orders is all you need.
Lex P
Okay?
Lavelle Dante
So I was like, okay, well, I don't need to get a passport. I'm in Germany.
Lex P
Oh, right. I know. That's right. Okay. That does make a big difference. So, okay, so. But talk about your transition into the drag world. Like, how have they been accepting of you? How has the experience been? Cause that's very different.
Lavelle Dante
That's so crazy. Cause my friend asked me that earlier today. Michelle. Hey, girl. It hasn't been bad. I feel like all of my experiences, I'm very grateful, but they're a little bit more elevated than normal because I have a following. Yeah, I don't like that. Because I'm still a person. But you, you know, people, you kind of lose your humanity because you have a platform and people just treat you differently and treat you nicer and kinder. So I may have missed some of the cattiness, you know, because people like, oh, I know him. Or they already know me.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
So I haven't really had like any bad experiences. And I. So my transition into drag was not necessarily me performing on stage. I did a pageant.
Lex P
Oh.
Lavelle Dante
So I did. I performed once the same. The week that I did the drag pageant. I had three shows that weekend, back to back in three different cities. I was driving back and forth from Miami to get my garment made. Then I drove back to Jacksonville, drove to Alabama, did a show, came home, stole my gown, stole my dress with my friend. The people came, I rehearsed with them and did the pageant that night.
Lex P
I know that's right.
Draya Nicole
And I won and you won, period.
Lex P
I've done drag before. What? I have. What's up?
Lavelle Dante
Where we at?
Lex P
I did do drag. So we have a show that just came out on BET her called Travel Queensland. By the time this episode drops, y' all will have seen this episode. So we went to Key west and one of the nights we went to a drag show and like, they. What was the name of the club? Draya. I'm a little tipsy. I can't.
Draya Nicole
I can't remember the name of the club.
Lavelle Dante
Watch the episode.
Lex P
Watch the episode.
Draya Nicole
But y', all, oh, my God.
Lex P
It was a time. So I was like, let me surprise Draya. So I went backstage. They had on this big wig. I put on my little leotard. My makeup already be looking like drag makeup anyway, so they didn't have to do nothing child. But it was being a person who's been on stage, it was so, like, intimidating because you have to really, like, get your Beyonce on. Like, you gotta perform. I don't have to see. Cause it's easy.
Lavelle Dante
Well, I guess you, I don't know.
Draya Nicole
I think, are you an entertainer by nature though?
Lavelle Dante
It's in me. It's in my bones.
Lex P
Yeah, I was horrified. Mind you. I've been on two sold out tours before. I've done it all.
Lavelle Dante
I love being on stage.
Lex P
See, I get horrified every time.
Lavelle Dante
And they giving out money, bitch.
Lex P
Yeah, they was. That's a motivation.
Draya Nicole
They was passing out.
Lex P
That's when I almost turned into Paris. Come on, bitch.
Lavelle Dante
I'm about to get it.
Lex P
But it was a good experience.
Lavelle Dante
I think the reason why I like be so comfortable performing is because I Know everybody who's coming to see me wants to have a good time. Like my audience, like the women that follow me. Cause my main demographic is black women.
Lex P
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
It's like, I know they think I'm funny. They don't. Not with no bullshit. They not with the men. Trying them for real. Cause that's what I stand for. So, yeah, I like just being around them. It's like I'm with my friends, my homegirls.
Draya Nicole
I feel you on that. Because I be feeling the same way when we go on tour and when we perform. I'm never really that nervous because I feel like the people who paid their money to come see me want to have a good time. They're here for us.
Lavelle Dante
They're here to laugh.
Draya Nicole
As long as we show up and we be ourselves. Because they're used to watching us on the show, so they already know what to expect. As long as we be ourselves, we're gonna have a good time. And it's gonna be lit.
Lex P
So not me. I be nervous as hell.
Draya Nicole
Yeah, she be nervous.
Lex P
Every time I melt, I be losing my mind before I go. Why? You know what it is? I think it's because I have such a personality, but I'm very introverted, so I always feel like I just want to make sure I'm everything that they expected me to be. You know what I mean? Like, I don't want to show up for them, so I just be nervous every time.
Lavelle Dante
But you are enough. And you know what I did to make me like, this is like a random side note to make me very, very comfortable with who I am. When I first started making my content, I stopped using filters. I just, like. That's why a lot of my content, I would just wake up and just put the camera on me. Because I would just force myself to be my most authentic self on my platform. So it's like, I know they like me. Yeah, they like this. The video. This video went viral. And it's crust in my eyes, Literally.
Lex P
And that's a good point that you made. Cause I got that way. Like, I'll still use a filter every now and at the end of the day, every Friday when poor minds drop.
Draya Nicole
Y' all gonna see me.
Lex P
Y' all gonna see me with no filter in 4K. That's why when I have another show called Love Lex P, I do. I was no makeup. Sometimes I just roll out of bed episode.
Lavelle Dante
If they don't like you, whatever.
Lex P
Right?
Lavelle Dante
It's people that's gonna like you. It's derangers that'll treat you better than the people you know.
Lex P
Right, right, right.
Lavelle Dante
And you and your most authentic form. So it's like, who cares?
Lex P
You know what I'm saying? I'm interested to see how our next tour is gonna go. I don't know if I'm gonna be nervous on stage. We ain't been on stage in a long.
Draya Nicole
Feel like you'll feel more comfortable, though, because at this point, I feel like you'll be used to it. You'll be more used to it. And I always tell you, you're hilarious. Just be yourself and people going to have a good time. I feel like when you put that pressure on yourself a lot of the time, then you can't be authentically funny because you're putting the pressure on yourself to be funny. So you're not being naturally who you are. So I do have a question. Have you always been, like, the funny friend, the funny family member? That's why you.
Lavelle Dante
And you know what's crazy? I used to think, like, everybody that I knew was goofy. Y' all always laughing. Everybody know. But I was like, oh, my gosh, I'm just funny.
Draya Nicole
I'm just hilarious.
Lavelle Dante
It's just me, because everybody that I know, every experience that I have, like, work, like when I was deployed, when I was. It's another thing called ntc where you're, like, out in the desert, like, you're training.
Lex P
Oh, my gosh, sir, you're hardcore.
Lavelle Dante
Not necessarily. I'm a meteorologist. I'm an Air force.
Lex P
Okay, okay.
Lavelle Dante
A chair force. That's what they call it. But still, it's like, so many settings, whether they're good or bad, whether we're stressed, whether we're tired, everybody that I'm with, always laughing, like, it's always a good time. I do love that about me. Like, I always am, like, I'm never really in a bad spirit.
Lex P
Yeah, that's good.
Draya Nicole
That is good.
Lex P
Because, you know what's crazy is usually, like, people always say, like, the funny person in the group is the person that's always like, that has the most hardships. And you bring that energy around to make everybody feel good, but usually they're, like, left empty.
Lavelle Dante
I do be going through it, you know, because I be thinking about the world. Like, I'm like, oh, my gosh, there's so much stuff happening. Yeah.
Draya Nicole
Are you an airpod?
Lavelle Dante
Yes. I feel stuff hard, and I feel like I'm a little bit of a prophet. Just a little bit.
Lex P
Like, I be like, she is, too.
Draya Nicole
You do that's what they say in the comments.
Lavelle Dante
That's what I probably are. Like, my videos, even though my video is funny, like, it's so many people that feel so connected to the stuff that I be saying. And they be like, when I first was doing my stuff about, like, infidelity, even though it's like jokes and stuff, it was people messaging me like, you're spot on. And I just ended my engagement. I'm like, oh, my God. But even like, when I'm like, one on one on people, sometimes I'll be talking to them and they'll be like, I need to hear that. Yeah, of course you did.
Lex P
I'm telling you, I think people.
Lavelle Dante
What's your sign? I'm a Taurus Earth sign, darling. I'm a Virgo.
Lex P
Oh, Virgo. She a Virgo.
Lavelle Dante
The bartender. Speaking of the bartender.
Lex P
Speaking of the bartender. All right, we gonna get into our first topic.
Draya Nicole
Well, now we gotta ask.
Lavelle Dante
Wait, what's top of your drink?
Lex P
I'm a Leo. I'm August 17th.
Lavelle Dante
My birthday. August 26th.
Lex P
Yes. Like, I'm on the cusp. Oh, my God.
Draya Nicole
That was my dad's birthday.
Lex P
Really? Yes.
Draya Nicole
My dad passed away in 2020. But that was his birthday.
Lavelle Dante
What's his name?
Draya Nicole
Marshall. The same amount right there. But he died. He died in August of 2020. Actually, like a few weeks before his birthday. But his birthday is August 26th. That is wild. I need me a shot now. Okay.
Lex P
Come on, Marshall.
Joseph Rees

Lavelle Dante
I think what I've had to make peace with is that every iteration of my my voice is given to me by God and I love it.
Joseph Rees
Books that validated our identity.
Lavelle Dante
The library now for me is a safe space. As someone who is writing books that.
Lex P
They'Re trying to take off of shelves.
Joseph Rees
And how we as black queer folks relate to our Christianity. Listen to Hella Black, Hella Queer, Hella Christian on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Draya Nicole
And speaking of, Ty, what we drinking today? What we drinking? Ty?
Lex P
This is tasty.
Draya Nicole
All right, so Just like him. This is cute. This is sexy.
Lex P
This gives entertainment.
Draya Nicole
Okay, this is the La Vellarita. All right.
Lex P
Ooh, I love it.
Draya Nicole
So we have some tequila, we have some muddled strawberries, muddled mint. We have some mint mojito syrup, and a little bit of lime juice. So it's giving mojito. And then we topped it off with a guava sparkling water. We garnished it with a beautiful strawberry and some fresh mint. So this is the La Vellarita.
Lex P
This is really good.
Draya Nicole
Tastes delicious.
Lex P
That strawberry is fresh?
Draya Nicole
Yes, very. I love me a little muddled mint. I ain't gonna muddle it, but I love it.
Lex P
I am weak.
Lavelle Dante
Okay, Michelle got you.
Lex P
Want one?
Lavelle Dante
You got one?
Lex P
Yeah, she got one.
Draya Nicole
I made sure my girl had one.
Lex P
Okay, so for the first one, we are going to play a little game called delusional or delivered. Okay? So we're gonna take turns reading off a list of delusions. You'll say whether it's delusional, but you kind of still lowkey. Believe it or it's delivered. You let that lie go. You know what I'm saying? So is this delusional or deliberate? For example, he just needs time to grow into the man I deserve. Do you think that's a delusional belief or you've been delivered from believing shit like that?
Lavelle Dante
Me, Both of y'. All delusional.
Lex P
Needs time to grow into the man I deserve.
Lavelle Dante
Delusional.
Lex P
That's delusion.
Lavelle Dante
I feel like people are who they are, and you can't be. He got potential. He's a good man. Savannah. No. Hell no. This is who they are. This is the reality.
Draya Nicole
I agree.
Lavelle Dante
Literally, in front of you, he ain't. He don't got no job, his fingernails dirty.
Draya Nicole
And I hate a dirty fingernail. Cause why? Because if you taking a bath every day, that water is gonna trickle through them nails.
Lex P
If you even. First of all, if you rinse your dishes before you put them in the dishwasher, that'll clean your nails. So now I know you got dirty dishes in your sink. If your nails are dirty, I just know you dirty.
Lavelle Dante
You don't wash your hands.
Lex P
You don't wash your hands.
Lavelle Dante
You don't even think to say, ooh, let me. Yeah, you know you don't give a damn about nothing.
Lex P
You know, if I see dirt under your nails, I know you don't give a damn about.
Lavelle Dante
You don't give a. Your draws.
Lex P
Ooh, Frisket all up in there.
Draya Nicole
All type of crib.
Lavelle Dante
You wearing them socks all week. Crusty and you playing the damn game all day.
Lex P
Ooh wee.
Lavelle Dante
Delusional.
Lex P
Delusion.
Draya Nicole
I think it's delusional.
Lavelle Dante
Next question.
Lex P
Oh, y' all don't think. He said next. Y' all don't think people can change, though? I do.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. Well, you change on your own time. And hit me up when you're ready.
Lex P
Okay.
Draya Nicole
I think people have to change on their own accord.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. I don't feel like women should be waiting on the sidelines for a man to get ready. Cause there's so many. It's 8 billion people in the world. That means about 4 billion ready and ready to rumble.
Lex P
Ready. 4 million are ready to rumble, right?
Lavelle Dante
Billion.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Well, no. Some of them kids. I don't know the exact number, but you know what the to talk about. It's plenty of that. Speak Spanish, German, all around the world. That's ready.
Lex P
Yeah, I feel you on that. I be. You know, I used to be that girl that would be like, somebody stuck. I just be ready to embrace new things. I just feel like in this season, I'm in. I'm just like. I'm that girl, and I be having a.
Lavelle Dante
You are.
Lex P
You know what I'm saying?
Lavelle Dante
You should feel like you're that girl if you watching this. You that girl.
Draya Nicole
Amen.
Lavelle Dante
You might be, unless your nails dirty.
Lex P
And these are stuff. Okay, Dre, what's next?
Draya Nicole
Okay, I can fix him with love and loyalty. Delusional.
Lex P
Delusion.
Lavelle Dante
Delusional.
Lex P
That's definitely delusion.
Lavelle Dante
Cause he just gonna feel like he the shit when he ain't shit.
Draya Nicole
And he gonna feel like you just gonna stay and put up with.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, you doing all this shit Police. You shouldn't be doing all that shit for. Ain't shit. He don't even deserve all the love and loyalty. You holding it down for a motherfucker that ain't paying for your nails to get done.
Draya Nicole
Cause why your nails done?
Lavelle Dante
You're a clown.
Lex P
Clown. I think that the more you love a man that's not valuing you, the worse he can actually get because you are enabling his behavior. And he feels like it's okay because deep down you know and he know that he ain't shit.
Lavelle Dante
You. No, he don't know. Cause you making him delusional. You valuing a man with no value. Are you kidding me? Let him know the truth. Y' all need to start being obvious.
Lex P
With these n. I agree.
Draya Nicole
Let him know what's up.
Lex P
Leave him. Where they at.
Lavelle Dante
What you did today. You don't got no hobbies. You don't got no goals.
Lex P
What you been.
Lavelle Dante
You been on this game? How long you been on this game?
Lex P
I don't fuck a nigga up. What you did today? He ain't did shit. Oh, I don't fuck em up real, man.
Draya Nicole
Cause what you doing with your time?
Lex P
You know what? It's called something, they said. I can't think of the name of it, but they said that's something that people do. Like if somebody calls them and they haven't been doing anything all day and they try to act like they're doing something, it's a name. Lying. Well, yeah, lying, but there's an actual name for it. Cause people feel like bad when people try to make them realize, like, you haven't been productive today. And I'm not saying that you have to be productive every day. We need a break. But to be doing nothing all day, every day, ask a nigga what he doing.
Lavelle Dante
But a lot of people feel that side note. I feel like a lot of y' all be confusing relaxation with laziness.
Lex P
Hey, come on now.
Draya Nicole
Cause you need a break.
Lavelle Dante
After you do it, you need a break. But it's how long. How long of a nap you gonna take?
Draya Nicole
Cause why you need a nap when you ain't did nothing?
Lavelle Dante
How many episodes of Netflix you gonna watch? It's time to get up and get productive.
Lex P
Let's go now.
Draya Nicole
Netflix should be your break. You should watch two episodes today.
Lavelle Dante
Time that break, you gonna take a nap. Set an alarm, you wake up, it's the next. Oh, shit. It's time for me to get ready for bed.
Draya Nicole
You been in bed all damn day.
Lex P
Oh, I gotta get ready. Get ready for bed. And you been in bed. You ain't gotta get ready for shit.
Draya Nicole
I guess, you know, they gotta go do their nighttime facial routine if they do that.
Lex P
Cause we see the nails and the draws. See? See? Okay. If I don't chase it, it means I don't want it enough.
Lavelle Dante
100% delusional.
Lex P
You think that's delusional?
Lavelle Dante
No, no, no. Wait, what's the.
Draya Nicole
If I don't chase it, what's the options again?
Lex P
You either say, delusional, I'm drunk. Or delivered.
Draya Nicole
Yes.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, delivered. They delivered. Yeah, I guess.
Lex P
Like, you believe that?
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. If you don't. If you ain't chasing, you don't want it.
Lex P
Yeah, I think that's too.
Lavelle Dante
Ain't nothing coming out the sky.
Draya Nicole
I think that applies to everything except for people. Because I feel like you shouldn't chase people. You should let people be who they Are.
Lex P
Oh yeah.
Draya Nicole
And if something is not working out, let it go. But when it comes everything else, when it comes to your goals, when it comes to the things you want out of life. Yeah, for sure. If you're not chasing it, you don't want it enough.
Lavelle Dante
I agree. But I also disagree because you can want something like a person and try your hardest, but if you are trying your hardest, that might not be the people that you need in your life. So you might get it. But it's like, is this compatible with you when it comes to like your dreams, your goals? If you're not putting all the effort into making it happen, how do you expect it to happen? Yeah, like the door is not gonna unlock themselves.
Lex P
I don't believe they're necessarily chasing a person, but I think if you and a person are chasing a goal together, like we've been in this rough patch. Let's get back to being good. I think that should be something done together for sure. So I think that's a way you can do it. But as far as dreams go, I don't have no sympathy for lazy people when it comes to work wherever. I don't care if you have a nine to five, if you're a manager or if you work at Taco Bell content creator. I don't care if you want something and you want to move up in the world, you have to work hard.
Lavelle Dante
I do though.
Lex P
You do what?
Lavelle Dante
I have sympathy. I mean, because it takes a lot to, you know, you got to overcome like that barrier at Lock. We was all in that space where it's like, I'm not sure if this is going to happen for me.
Lex P
Right.
Lavelle Dante
And is we were blessed enough to like take a leap of faith and start seeing the fruits of our labors or at least like just have an extra little boost of confidence. But the people with less confidence may never be able to escape the reality that they live and see more for themselves.
Lex P
Right. I agree with you. But the reason I say that is because we see that hard work beats talent. It's so many people that are on TikTok or on tours or in movies and people be like, oh, they suck, but they work they ass off. And you at home talking about how good you can sing, how good you can dance, but you at home because you don't wanna get up.
Draya Nicole
What we were saying earlier, put out the content.
Lex P
Put out the content post. Cause this person was brave enough to post. So that's why I say I get like having sympathy. But I guess being in this space now and even when I had my nine to fives, baby, I always got upgraded. Even when me and Dre met, we were both bartenders at a bar. Literally two weeks of working there, they asked me to be a manager. Cause that's how I am. In every single space I'm in, I'm gonna go super hard. Cause I always wanna be like, oh yeah, let's ask. You know what I'm saying? So I guess when it comes to like hard work and chasing something, I've always chased everything I've wanted as far as like career wise and all that.
Lavelle Dante
But that's cause you've always had your calling. Like even now, like you're living in maybe a reality that you didn't imagine for yourself.
Lex P
Right?
Lavelle Dante
And there's not a lot of people who would chase something that they can't see.
Lex P
Right? That is true.
Lavelle Dante
So it's like, why would I put in the effort? Why would I do that? So it's like you do have to do the work to dismantle that thought process. But it's so much put against our community that'll make people like, there's no way that that's gonna happen for me. Like that's not tangible or they see us as other. I always tell people I'm no different from you. Literally, I'm just pushing myself. I'm chasing something that we may have not seen. I know my career may be something that nobody has ever seen before, but it's like I'm just trying. I'm doing things outside of my element. So it just takes that. And I don't know what is going to be needed for people to snap out of the minimal vision that they see. Because it's so much more. I feel like people don't know that like how outrageous and how abundant God's power is.
Lex P
I'm telling you, delusional.
Lavelle Dante
Because they just see the cap. They think like this is the most that's gonna happen and don't think it's enough for everybody. Yeah, it's somebody else in your neighborhood that did it. It's like, oh well, they must be the one lucky person you could do it too.
Lex P
Literally.
Draya Nicole
It's enough room for everybody.
Lex P
Y' all know that's my favorite saying. Just cuz it's a Chipotle right now. That don't mean they going to not build that McDonald's across the street.
Draya Nicole
So maybe it's delusion. Cuz I always say this. A healthy amount of delusion is good for you.
Lavelle Dante
But I don't, I don't know if it's delusional or faith. I'm not delusional.
Draya Nicole
I know y' all think you delusional a little bit.
Lavelle Dante
I know it's going to be.
Draya Nicole
I think you have to be a little delusional to step out on faith and like you said earlier, see something that other people can't see. Like, I believe in myself enough to make this happen, and I know it's going to happen, even if all these people around me are doubting me. It's faith, too, if you're a believer for sure. You know, God is the higher power. He's the reason for everything. We couldn't get to the spaces and places that we into without him for sure. But you still have to have a certain level of delusion and belief in self.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
To end up becoming successful and end up seeing what other people can't.
Lavelle Dante
Like, it's like a such an unwavering, like, unquestionable feeling of success or more to me, like, I get what you're saying. And it's also, like, I don't necessarily put that burden or responsibility on myself because I know that there's something else that's driving me, that's opening doors, that's leading me, like, there's no reason for me to be, like, trying to convince myself that I'm good enough. Because he is.
Draya Nicole
Amen.
Lex P
Come on, now.
Draya Nicole
Don't worry.
Lavelle Dante
We about to go to church.
Lex P
That's it. You was raised in church. Oh, hold on now. I heard him. I heard it, too.
Draya Nicole
Boy, it's good now.
Lex P
I do. Dre, please read this next one. Cause I actually had this conversation with my friend yesterday.
Draya Nicole
Oh, yeah, this is a good one.
Lex P
He ready? It's the best comment.
Draya Nicole
We got this. And then we got one more topic. Then we gonna get.
Lex P
We gonna get nasty. It's almost Mr.
Draya Nicole
Nasty Time. Calm down.
Lavelle Dante
Because I never talk about this type of stuff.
Lex P
Like, oh, we getting nasty now.
Lavelle Dante
So it's time for an exclusive.
Lex P
Okay, okay.
Draya Nicole
Read this one.
Lex P
Then we go.
Draya Nicole
Once I hit insert goal, I'll finally be happy. Delusion.
Lavelle Dante
Say that again.
Draya Nicole
Once I hit insert goal. Whatever your goal may be, I'll finally be happy. Once I hit this goal, I'll finally be happy. I think that's delusion. Because you only can be happy when you make the choice to be happy. Happiness is a choice. No certain level that you arrive at in life is going to make you happy. Because if you're not happy internally and you're not happy with self, it doesn't matter. How much money you have in the bank. It doesn't matter what you got going on. You still never going to be happy with your life.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
You gonna always find something wrong.
Lex P
I agree 1000%. Cause it was crazy. Cause I was talking to my friend the other day, and I was just like, I made another goal for myself of, like, what I want to do, and I was just like. And once I reach this goal, I know, like, I can feel like I did something, and I'm there, and I'm like. She was like, you're lying.
Draya Nicole
Yeah.
Lex P
She was like, you just don't have a lie. You had this conversation. You were like, oh, once me and Dre get on tv, I'll feel like I did it and I made it. And she was like, look at you. You still talking about, oh, once I do this, once I do that. So I 100% agree. Like, sometimes you have to stop and be like, look how far I've came. And you gotta just stop and clap for yourself and be happy in this moment. Because the moment that we're living right now is the moment that we used to fight for and be like, God, if you just get me in front of some cameras or make me have this and make me have that, I will be happy. And it's like, we get that. And it's just like, oh, this is nothing. This is normal.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. You have to be, like, so grateful for everything. I remember just learning that, even, like, when I pray. Are we getting religious in here?
Lex P
Come on, now.
Lavelle Dante
But no, I remember when I just shifted my prayer from just asking God for stuff, for being thankful, I would just pray and be like, thank you. Thank you for this. Even my bad experiences. Thank you for showing me how strong I am. Thank you for showing me that I can endure this. And a lot of people are always so focused on the next stage of their life. Like, oh, like, this is not enough. I'm ready for the next level. I'm ready for what's here. What's here? And you're not even looking around at all of your blessings. I've been taking my Biology 2 class. It just ended.
Lex P
Come on, now. You is smart. I like that. And, you know the weather. That's a black king right there.
Lavelle Dante
Listen. Okay, My teacher was telling me how. And I don't know if I'm saying this correct, but he was saying, one American, even at, like, the, like, low income, uses enough resources for 32 people in Kenya.
Lex P
Oh, my God.
Lavelle Dante
Ain't that crazy?
Lex P
That's crazy. I know me alone. I Can probably eat six cans of beans by myself.
Lavelle Dante
But, like, they eat, like, rice and beans.
Lex P
That's what I'm saying.
Lavelle Dante
Don't quote me. I ain't trying to say, like, oh, y' all ain't got no money or nothing like that.
Lex P
No, but.
Lavelle Dante
But it's just like, there's people who are way so, like, lower privileged, and you're not even considering how blessed you are because you think about the next stage and like, okay, well, I need this because only this will make me happy. And it's like, well, you're not. If you're not grateful for what you have now, why would I give you anything more?
Draya Nicole
Why would I increase your terror? Why would I give you any.
Lavelle Dante
You don't even know what you have. You have money in your account. You got a house, you got an apartment. You eating every day. I mean, and you ain't even saying thank you for that.
Lex P
That's true.
Joseph Rees
Show me how good it could get today, God, and show the rest of the world what we already know. It can't get no better than being hella black, hella queer, and hella Christian. My name is Joseph Rees. I am the creator and host of Hella Black, Hella Queer, Hella Christian Base, Fully Black, fully queer, Fully human, Fully divine podcast that explores society, culture, and the intersections of faith and identity. Lavelle Dante
I think what I've had to make peace with is that every iteration of my voice is given to me by God, and I love it.
Joseph Rees
Books that validated our identity.
Lavelle Dante
The library now for me is a safe space. Space. As someone who is writing books that.
Lex P
They'Re trying to take off of shelves.
Joseph Rees
And how we as black queer folks relate to our Christianity. Listen to Hella Black, Hella Queer, Hella Christian on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast.
Draya Nicole
What do you think it is, though? What do y' all think it is about us as humans? Just no matter what we accomplish, no matter that goal that we check off, that we say, oh, my God, I can't wait to do this. And then once I do it, you.
Lavelle Dante
I feel.
Draya Nicole
I' ma feel like I've arrived. And then we get it, and then we're just like, okay, this is cool. On to the next thing. Like, why can we never be content? Because the Bible talks about being content, and I feel like that's something I struggle with because I'm never content. I just always want more. I Never feel like it's enough.
Lavelle Dante
That's great.
Draya Nicole
You think so?
Lavelle Dante
Maybe. And that's the thing. Like, we. It's all, you know, coming after all of us.
Lex P
It's capitalism. Y' all don't wanna hear that. Y' all don't love. So if we didn't live here, it's capitalism.
Draya Nicole
If we didn't live here in America, we probably would.
Lex P
The country has fucked us up, I'm telling you.
Draya Nicole
Fucked us mentally.
Lex P
It's an American thing. I'm telling you. That is exactly what. Don't get me getting awoke now, but I think that is something that is in American people.
Draya Nicole
I mean, she right, though. Capitalism, the white man.
Lex P
We didn't have this feeling before they.
Lavelle Dante
I'm in the Air Force. And none of her political statements have anything to do with me.
Lex P
Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, we not.
Draya Nicole
Amen, brother.
Lex P
We gonna move on.
Lavelle Dante
Put that on there.
Lex P
Yeah, put it across the screen at the bottom.
Lavelle Dante
This is the interruption from the program.
Lex P
We gonna move on. Get me in my walk bag. Cause I get to get mad, but.
Lavelle Dante
When I get out.
Lex P
Exactly. We on they ass.
Lavelle Dante
That's when we gonna do the second episode.
Lex P
Yeah, we gonna cut up. I'm gonna put you on that ass. You're coming back. All right, Dre, go ahead with topic two now.
Draya Nicole
Okay, so for topic number two, I wanted to talk about what's your villain origin story? Because I feel like we all the villain in somebody's story. No matter how good of a person everybody try to paint they self out to be. And somebody out there that's going to have a whole different perspective of you and gonna be like, no, in my story, they did some whole ass. He is not a Lavelle, is not a real nigga. He's lying.
Lavelle Dante
Ain't nobody gonna say that.
Draya Nicole
Not one person perpetrating a fraud. He is not who he say he is. I mean, they gonna say that about me, too. I'm just saying, you know, it's somebody out there that has a different story to tell other than what we think about ourselves and who we think we are. So I think we all are dealing in somebody's story. What would y' all say is Yalls Village Village villain origin story? What's the pettiest thing that's changed your personality forever? That made you have a breaking point and a turning point in your life? Did he say I'm teasing?
Lavelle Dante
I said I burped.
Lex P
I always be burped.
Lavelle Dante
You want me to go first?
Lex P
Yeah, go ahead.
Lavelle Dante
I think being a gay, black man in the South. Because you have to navigate the world so differently. Like, there's so much times where you have to turn who you are on and off. And it's already enough for me to turn down my blackness in order for me to be safe and feel comfortable, but for me to like, every. All that. Who I am, all of my personality, my character is bottled up. That's a part of me that was never showcased up until I was like, 18, 19. So now I am very. Like, if you make me uncomfortable, I'm cutting you off. Like you are. Maybe I need a therapist.
Draya Nicole
I do that too, though.
Lavelle Dante
But it's like when you sacrifice your just who you are for the world, for the acceptance of the people around you, and you hear them talking about the community that you know that you're in, like, oh, they're gay. Ass, booty. Digging the booty ass digger. Like, you know, digging the booty ass. But you hear that a lot.
Lex P
Women like that.
Lavelle Dante
And I'm at a point now.
Lex P
Sorry. We talk about we getting nasty, getting ready. We start.
Lavelle Dante
I'm warming it up. I get it now because it's like just tradition. It's just thing. Like, hey, it's taught. But when so much hate comes to you, it comes to a breaking point. And a lot of people, you know, they take the measures that I wish nobody does. But sometimes it's like, you know what? I'm not letting nobody else try me ever again. Yeah. And that's how I am. Like, when people make me uncomfortable, if.
Lex P
You stay, it's a little bitty thing. You cut them off. So they probably.
Draya Nicole
Oh, he's a bitch.
Lex P
He just. I ain't even do nothing.
Lavelle Dante
Even. Like, I don't be trying to be mean. That's another thing. I think my. Like, when I. I carry that on me so much, if I do a meet and greet, like after my shows and stuff, I see still don't let nobody make me uncomfortable. And I try not to be rude, but I end up being somewhat like, hold on, I don't like doing that. But it's like, I'm a person. And a lot of people, they. Or even if I'm in public, I'm in the grocery store and you come at me with a flash on. I'm a human being.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Turn that camera off.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Hello. How are you? What's your name?
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Cuz I don't know what's going on. And I'm from Jacksonville, Florida.
Lex P
Y' all get scrappy out.
Lavelle Dante
I got my. In my trunk.
Lex P
We went To Jacksonville. You remember we hosted that party together.
Draya Nicole
No, we had a. And I had a ball. I had a great.
Lex P
I was.
Draya Nicole
Sorry.
Lex P
I was. It was fun.
Lavelle Dante
It's fun, but it's dangerous.
Lex P
Exactly.
Lavelle Dante
That's another thing where I'm from.
Draya Nicole
We was out of water, though.
Lex P
Do that matter?
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. Like, no. Oh, we everywhere.
Lex P
Exactly. No, it didn't make no goddamn difference. I got a ball at that hotel room in case my body was.
Lavelle Dante
It's a lot going on. Like, that's another thing, like, growing up in the hood, like, it's just so much different. Things that kind of made me, like.
Lex P
I know all about Jacksonville. So I had this era in my life where I was, like, so interested in, like, gang drama. There was so much on Jacksonville. It was so interesting.
Draya Nicole
Yeah.
Lex P
I said, ugh, y' all get down and dirty. Y' all have a lot of rappers out there.
Lavelle Dante
It's a lot of rappers.
Lex P
And I said, ugh, this is messy.
Lavelle Dante
It's a lot of rappers. A lot of.
Draya Nicole
And they had embellished socks.
Lavelle Dante
Yes, the globs.
Draya Nicole
That sounds so disrespectful.
Lex P
That's what it's called.
Lavelle Dante
You know what else I. Disrespectful? Dwarfism.
Draya Nicole
Dwarfism does sound.
Lavelle Dante
I'm not gonna say the words from Snow White. They. Little person. Little people.
Lex P
I think that's.
Lavelle Dante
Then you call them little people. I think you're not supposed to say the M word.
Lex P
What?
Lavelle Dante
That rhymes with fidget.
Lex P
Oh, me. Gee.
Lavelle Dante
Don't block that out.
Draya Nicole
Wait, we're not supposed to say that either.
Lavelle Dante
We can't say that. No, that's the celery.
Lex P
That's derogatory.
Lavelle Dante
Yes.
Lex P
I never.
Draya Nicole
It's hard to keep up, Lavelle. It's just keeping y' all uprogatory these days.
Lavelle Dante
I'm keeping y' all up. And if y' all slip up and say the F word on here.
Draya Nicole
What's the F word?
Lex P
Oh, I don't say that.
Draya Nicole
Oh, we don't even use that. We don't use that word. That's not the part.
Lex P
You know, they already hate her.
Lavelle Dante
I'm just playing. We're in Atlanta.
Lex P
They're.
Lavelle Dante
They're allies.
Lex P
We are.
Lavelle Dante
They have a drag queen on their show.
Lex P
Exactly.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, yeah, right. Starring and featuring. But no, no, but that sound. That sound like a. I feel like dwarfism. Sound like a professional dwarf.
Lex P
Like, dwarf is dwarf.
Draya Nicole
Sound unserious. I take it serious.
Lex P
You think of seven. You nicking a Snow White.
Draya Nicole
I do, because that's how I got introduced.
Lavelle Dante
That sound like Magic or mythical. They need a professional name.
Draya Nicole
It's in the same realm with trolls.
Lavelle Dante
No, they.
Lex P
She's going down on her arm.
Lavelle Dante
We need to cut all this out.
Lex P
She's going down on her own.
Lavelle Dante
You said. Oh, no, no, no, no. I get what you're saying. It sounds magical.
Draya Nicole
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
And they're not magical.
Draya Nicole
It's real, but it's not.
Lavelle Dante
They're not magical.
Lex P
They not magical.
Lavelle Dante
That's not funny.
Lex P
They not. I'm not laughing.
Lavelle Dante
They laughing behind the screen.
Lex P
I think dwarfism is the proper word.
Lavelle Dante
Because like medicine, they need a scientific word.
Lex P
That's the.
Lavelle Dante
Not dwarfism don't sound like no, because they put it in Disney movie. It's like they playing see y' all married. They need to put it in like a serious. The latricity.
Draya Nicole
The what?
Lavelle Dante
Like, like the science word. I have latricity.
Lex P
He's electricity crazy. No, that's all you got. Electrocuted. I always think of what's his name from Game of Thrones. Tyrion. Uh huh. Cause that's what I think. That's what he says when he's like dwarfism. And I think it sounds professional.
Draya Nicole
I think of that man that used to play in all the shows back in the day.
Lavelle Dante
The man that played Leprechaun.
Draya Nicole
No, it was a black man.
Lex P
Beetlejuice. Did he pass away?
Draya Nicole
No, it was another man, but he used to be on the park. He was in everything.
Lavelle Dante
What movie was he?
Draya Nicole
I can't remember his name.
Lavelle Dante
And I think he was Bad Santa.
Draya Nicole
Yes.
Lex P
What was his name?
Draya Nicole
I don't know. I can't remember his name.
Lex P
Damn. RP to him.
Draya Nicole
All right.
Lex P
Peace.
Lavelle Dante
Well, I don't know why.
Lex P
I don't know that he.
Lavelle Dante
You can't.
Draya Nicole
I don't think you could pass away from being small. It's not cancer.
Lex P
Well, you know, sometimes this.
Draya Nicole
We need to cut these hard.
Lex P
No, I think sometimes the only reason I ask because you know, like, you know, if you have like a small heart.
Draya Nicole
Lavelle like me, he trying to find a small body.
Lavelle Dante
Ooh, cut it out.
Draya Nicole
Let me make sure it's the right man, though.
Lavelle Dante
Somebody love that Somebody love.
Draya Nicole
It was Gary Cole.
Lavelle Dante
Me. Oh, Gary Kaufman.
Lex P
Ain't nobody tell me not.
Draya Nicole
Oh, this is him. This is him. This is who I was talking about.
Lavelle Dante
Gary Coleman passed.
Draya Nicole
He did.
Lavelle Dante
A long time ago.
Lex P
No, but Tony Cox did.
Draya Nicole
No, he's alive.
Lavelle Dante
Gary Coleman.
Draya Nicole
Gary Coleman died a long time ago.
Lavelle Dante
We not mixing them up, okay?
Lex P
No, we're not.
Draya Nicole
We know the fights.
Lex P
Cause dwarfism. People do not.
Draya Nicole
Well, who Died.
Lex P
Gary Coleman.
Draya Nicole
Gary Coleman not told me.
Lex P
But I don't think Gary Coleman had dwarfism. Him. Yes, he did. Yes, he did.
Draya Nicole
Then why he didn't grow?
Lex P
He did grow, cuz. What you talking about? Willis versus grown. Gary Coleman is two different sizes, but he. Oh, you right, Ty, let's move on.
Lavelle Dante
Shut all this up. Okay.
Lex P
No. So to circle back, though, to what villain origin story?
Draya Nicole
Well, to circle back to what Lavelle was just talking about as far as, like. And this is sidebar, because this has nothing to do with a villain or why can't get villain origin story out.
Lex P
See, he didn't have it, did he?
Draya Nicole
Who didn't have.
Lex P
He was loved, but he didn't have it.
Draya Nicole
Maybe his parents was bothered.
Lavelle Dante
Gary Coleman said he had a kidney. See, I don't know the first word.
Lex P
He wasn't a dwarf.
Lavelle Dante
He had a kidney transplant. He was little, though. Look how little he is.
Lex P
But he didn't have dwarfism. He didn't. He wasn't a dwarf. Big dick.
Draya Nicole
Big dick.
Lex P
How do you know? Big dick's nigga slanging it.
Lavelle Dante
Y' all don't cast me for this. I'm short, too.
Lex P
They not. I'm short too. We all dwarfs. I suffer.
Lavelle Dante
No, we not.
Lex P
I suffer from giantism.
Draya Nicole
Yeah, she's a giant.
Lavelle Dante
That's not a word. We not finna play Cyclops. I'm here with you guys.
Lex P
We're.
Draya Nicole
We're part of the men living part of the community.
Lavelle Dante
Y' all really are the lgbt. Are you part of the. Are you lgb? Are you B?
Lex P
No, I'm the B. Actually, they think I'm the T, but I'm not the T. Who think you the T. They always say I'm the T and I'm not the tea.
Lavelle Dante
But you just said you was the drag queen, so it's like, well, you.
Lex P
Know, it was fun, but I'm not the tea. I have a full vagine down there.
Lavelle Dante
Does you upset?
Lex P
No, it doesn't. You know what? It's crazy. When they first I first heard that they called me Fish when I was, like, in college, and I went to the gay club with my gay friend at the time, and they was like, oh, you fish. You fish. And I was like, I don't know what that means. Trout. Salmon.
Lavelle Dante
Miss me, darling?
Lex P
But I never got offended because I always thought, like, trans women, like, they did their makeup, their hair, like, they were ahead of us. And when it came to the lace.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. And it's like, I just showed up.
Lex P
Yeah. I was like, oh, you think I'm giving tea? So I always took it as a compliment. So it wasn't until, like, I got in the social media world, where I realized, like, they were trying to be offensive. But to this day, I never found it offensive. Cause originally I thought that was, like, a compliment because I'm like, that means my makeup, my hair. I'm giving.
Lavelle Dante
You're comparing me to the most glamorous version of feminine expression, literally.
Lex P
Cause that was, like, the time where, like, Amaya Scott was, like, huge. And, like, people used to be like, oh, who does her wigs? Who does her makeup? So when people was telling me that, I was like, oh, yeah, I'm T. I'm very. I'm T. But not.
Lavelle Dante
I need to move to Atlanta.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Y' all are so forward thinking. It would never be a bitch in Jacksonville to think that's a compliment.
Lex P
Oh, no, it don't. Who is who T?
Lavelle Dante
Who?
Lex P
Be ready to square up, literally. No. Yeah, I like it. I've always been like, okay, yeah, I'm a doll.
Lavelle Dante
Love the doll.
Draya Nicole
I love it. I love it.
Lex P
I'm a doll. You know what I'm saying?
Lavelle Dante
Yes. The doll.
Draya Nicole
It's my favorite compliment.
Lavelle Dante
They fine, y'. All. They so fine than you. Real life fine. Not the cameras. Like, I came here like, damn, in real life, am I straight? Am I gay?
Draya Nicole
No.
Lex P
See, you gotta question yourself a little bit like that.
Lavelle Dante
They're just pretty. That's enough.
Lex P
Thank you. Like, I ain't need no coochie now, Dre myself in the gorgeous story.
Draya Nicole
But before I got that, I was just going to say, I understand what you were saying, because sidebar. This has nothing to do with the villain origin story, but I was having a conversation with somebody the other day, and they really had pissed me off. It was a straight man, and he was basically just saying that he feels like people choose to be gay. Like, it's a demon on them. And I'm like, as a black man. As a black man in America, you're trying to tell me all of the odds are already stacked against black men as it is. You think that they would want to add another layer of shoes?
Lavelle Dante
I want to.
Draya Nicole
That makes their life even harder. Being a. Being a black man is already hard. Being a black gay man in America is even harder. You think people are choosing that route because they just like, oh, yeah, this shit leave.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
Like, no. At the end of the day, people don't have a choice about those things. So I could see how it could make somebody, like, start your villain origin.
Lavelle Dante
Straight men are part of my villain origin. Origin story.
Draya Nicole
I can understand that too. They. Mine too.
Lavelle Dante
And my content. Because my whole life, I've always. There is no black woman woman that I know in my life that haven't been disrespected or sexually assaulted, sexually harassed by a black man. Even me, when I was little and everybody was slapping a girl's booty. I'm like, let me slap her booty, too. And I remember slapping this girl booty. Her name was Destiny and. But I remember looking at her and seeing how upset she was. And after that, I was like, oh, my gosh. Like, I'm just partaking and following the lead of everybody around me. But it's like we are hurting. They're people.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
And so many straight black men, I feel like, don't see women as the same species. They're so rude. They're so disrespectful. They don't see y' all as equal. And a lot of them didn't even vote for Kamala because they don't think y' all have the ability to lead.
Lex P
Hey, come on.
Lavelle Dante
Just because you have a vagina. But yeah, they are part of my village origin story because they so.
Lex P
They.
Lavelle Dante
Are not all of them.
Joseph Rees
Show me how good it can get today, God, and show the rest of the world what we already know it can't get. No better than being hella black, hella queer, and hella Christian. My name is Joseph Reeves. Joseph Rees
Books that validated our identity.
Lavelle Dante

Joseph Rees
Of shelves and how we as black queer folks relate to our Christianity. Listen to Hella Black, Hella Queer, Hella Christian on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Lex P
Not all of them, but 90%.
Draya Nicole
90%.
Lex P
I was gonna say 99.
Draya Nicole
I feel like every 90.
Lex P
No, the reason I say that, I'm not being funny when I think of every tough situation I've been through in my life outside, and I'm not even being dramatic outside of losing My mom. When I think of every tough shit that I've been through in my life, it's connected to a straight man. Seriously. Every trauma, every. Anything that I've been, like, through, something that hurt me so bad, and I'm like, why would you do that? To me, it's connected to a man. Whether it was a man, I thought it was my friend, a family member, or somebody I was linked to romantically, every time I think about always a man, it's always been a man. My villain. When I was about to talk about my villain origin story.
Lavelle Dante
We skipped you.
Lex P
It was about.
Draya Nicole
I'll go last.
Lex P
Oh, go ahead, go ahead.
Lavelle Dante
Let it go.
Lex P
Lastly, so my villain origin story was. I always talk about. This was the man I met when I moved out here, started dating. I mean, he was.
Draya Nicole
He literally.
Lex P
I remember having a conversation because he was already in the industry, and I was like, hey, me and my friend are trying to start a show. Can you, like, help us get, like, an internship at the radio or maybe get us an interview up there?
Lavelle Dante
And he was like, what's his name?
Lex P
Now you. I ain't that drunk. You tried it. But I. He literally told me, you are the type of woman that needs to be seen and not heard. Those were his words, verbatim.
Lavelle Dante
No way.
Lex P
I swear. And I swear. Who this nigga saying they is.
Draya Nicole
He told you that, too. When we were trying to start our.
Lavelle Dante
YouTube channel, and what y' all did kept going.
Lex P
Only. Only only for a year ago for him to ask to come on the show. He asked our producer at the time that we had before Shay to be like, oh, yeah, I would love to come on this show. I bet you would. Hoe ass nigga.
Lavelle Dante
He said, y' all need to be seen and not heard.
Lex P
He said I need to be seen.
Draya Nicole
He said, y' all talk too much. Y' all need to be seen in the.
Lavelle Dante
And these the men. Y' all making eye contact with the club.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
And going home. And can I say that he go home and sucking his balls, and he said, you need to be seen and not heard. Correct. You ready to go home? Just cause you see the bottle service, you see the bitches with the sparklers, you like, oh, that's the nigga I want.
Draya Nicole
That is what they be doing.
Lex P
And that. Honestly, I think that, like, really put a fire under my ass. And honestly, till this day, it still does.
Lavelle Dante
I can't believe that. But don't let that be the fire. Fuck him.
Lex P
No, it's not. Fuck him. Cause you're gonna see me on tv. Every time you get on TikTok, every time you get on anything, you're gonna see my face. Face.
Lavelle Dante
I want. Do you ever think about that? Like, your ex is like, I wonder if my ex see me right now.
Lex P
I know he does because I had another ex ask me to come.
Draya Nicole
I know they do. I know they see what's.
Lavelle Dante
You fumble the bag ass.
Draya Nicole
You see what the going on bumbling us is crazy.
Lex P
That's what I'm saying.
Draya Nicole
But they do.
Lex P
Damn, I feel so bad for you.
Lavelle Dante
I be looking up somebody sometimes.
Lex P
I know they be like, I mean.
Lavelle Dante
I wonder what they going through.
Lex P
Not. I know they be looking at you like.
Draya Nicole
Like, damn, that's this doing it.
Lex P
And I will always be the villain for that. I love it. I hope that I was the worst thing that ever happened to you. Honestly. I hope you're out there saying how bad I am, because people gonna be like, you're a liar.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Lex P
Cause Lex is amazing.
Lavelle Dante
Let's interview our girl.
Lex P
Yeah. So let it out.
Lavelle Dante
Let us know what's your village or villagen? Come on.
Lex P
Y' all both said that.
Lavelle Dante
What's your village?
Draya Nicole
Why we can't get the word out. Lavelle.
Lex P
We struggling.
Draya Nicole
Okay. So for me, I think it's a mixture of two things. Number one, just always feeling extremely misunderstood by people that I think it made me feel like, okay, cool. Well, people are committed to misunderstanding me anyway, so I'm just gonna close myself off to people and I. And then also having fake friends, like, being friends with people. I've always been a really genuine friend. A really genuine person. When I meet people, I show up as my authentic sel. It's not nothing that I'm not willing to do for my friends. And I feel like I've been in so many situations with other girls where I thought they was riding for me as much as I was riding for them. And now you being a whole completely different person behind my back. You talking shit about me. You low key, a little jealous, weird. And I think it's made me very mistrusting of people to the point that I think that I kind of screw up with relationships before they get a chance to blossom. Because I automatically assume because I've been in so many situations like that, that everybody is going to be like that.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
And I don't open my heart up to really, like, I'll make a new friend and we can get kind of cool.
Lavelle Dante
Still be like.
Draya Nicole
But I'm still kind of side eyeing you. Like, okay, we gonna see what you go.
Lavelle Dante
That's not good.
Draya Nicole
It's not.
Lavelle Dante
It's. I mean, it's good to be prepared for things shifting, but it's not good to prejudge people based on previous experiences.
Lex P
That's true.
Lavelle Dante
And I get what you're saying because, like, recently, like, how you saying the drag scene? Not shading nobody, but it's certain things. It's very difficult for me to get booked as a drag performer. Very difficult. And, I don't know, probably the same thing because I have a platform because people may think, like, oh, I may take their job, or, you know, and it's like, in order for the art form to continue, in order for people to get more eyes on our community, when you want a motherfucker like me to show up at your club and participate and want to be involved, because I'm not coming here trying to take over and take nobody's job. I really come, like, very humble. But I had a conversation with one of my mutuals, Ruth, Ruth, Thalia. She was telling me, like, well, you need to look outside of yourself and realize, like, you're young, you're attractive, you're spontaneous, you have a growing career, you're a comedian, you touring the world. Like, there's so many things about us that are normal to us. Like, this is my norm. My norm is I'm a talented, fine ass bitch, y'.
Draya Nicole
All Mood.
Lavelle Dante
No, I'm saying, like, that's your norm. But a lot of people, they see you and they don't see that in themselves, and they feel, like, indifferent, and they will start attack. They really be jealous of you. And you don't understand that you coming in with so much humility because you're so used to how great you are. And they don't know their fullest potential, so they like just being shady and being weird. But everybody not like that. You was around people that was insecure. You was. That was in Texas. You're a new city. Every. All the here thing.
Draya Nicole
No, it was here, too.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, was.
Draya Nicole
Oh, unfortunately.
Lavelle Dante
But still, like, you know, your tribe, I don't think you should still, like, be so cut off because it's like, you still have time to really build your complete. Your family, I would say, because family is not necessarily the people you relate to. It's the people you choose. So if you coming to everybody like, oh, this bitch might try me. Oh, this bitch, you know, even, like, it's things that you may not really be trying to do, but it may show off. Like, that she been a little closed off, or she been a little Weird now you being the weird one because you're prejudging me.
Lex P
Me?
Draya Nicole
Yeah. Cuz you trying to stay away. So don't get your feelings hurt or your feelings.
Lavelle Dante
You just have to allow the people to not hurt you. Like no. No matter what, nobody do what nobody say. Like at the end of the day you are you, you have your career, you still that and they acting weird but still be open to more family.
Draya Nicole
And you know what's crazy though? The older I get, I feel like I try to like I'm like okay, you know what? I'm not going to let past situations hinder me from creating new relationships. And even recently something so crazy happened with me and one of my really close friends and I just was not expecting that shit to happen. We got into it over something so stupid and not to like place blame but it was like her fault and I just couldn't believe I place blame but. But it was savage. But bitch, it was you. And I feel like, like for the the period of time that we've been friends, I've been so welcoming, so cool, so understanding, non judgmental about everything that goes on in her life. And like I was having a really rough day that day and she just like spazzed on me and I was just like what the.
Lavelle Dante
You know. A lot of times also it's two things I need to say but the main is some people don't be prepared for that type of kindness. Some people don't they be thinking like oh this might be up to something. Like why she being so nice to me? Why is she being so kind to me? Why she being so real? And they'll self sabotage the relationship like. Like because they, they think something gonna happen eventually. So they'll just be like whatever. Men do that. A lot of men, they do. They'll be with a that's so real and so great and cooking food and got a job and doing all type of shit. Rubbing your feet. Cheat and be like just start some but cheat on you.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Because you think she too good for you.
Lex P
Yeah. Oh 1000% yeah something and that that's a real thing.
Draya Nicole
You will be dating me and sometimes who think or know that you too.
Lavelle Dante
Good they just self sabotage relationship instead of working on themselves and rising to the occasion and meeting your wife.
Lex P
Yep, unfortunate I won't be there to stick around. But anyways, let's get nasty. He ready to get into the bed. He said enough of all of these positivity. It's time to get nasty and talk about booty. Hoes.
Draya Nicole
Now it's time to get into the bed. Bow the bed.
Lex P
About the bed.
Draya Nicole
Bow, bow, bow, bow.
Lex P
Okay, for the bed topic today. I know that's right.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Lex P
You finna wake up. Cause this ain't that type of bed. We don't sleep in this bed. Okay. You understand?
Lavelle Dante
Not until after and only I'm sleeping. Cause you going home.
Draya Nicole
Exactly.
Lex P
Ooh. You make him go home. Do you have a man, or are you dating right now?
Lavelle Dante
I have my little shit, you know.
Lex P
Your little fine shit. You know, that's what the young kids say.
Lavelle Dante
Little fine shit. I love saying that. I be saying tall shit, smart shit, fine shit, short shit.
Lex P
I know that's right. Okay, so today we're going to talk about our roles in the bedroom. Still a thing.
Lavelle Dante
Are we all.
Lex P
They're not for gays. Y' all don't do, like.
Lavelle Dante
If you're living in the stone age, darling, if you got a. And you want them, you have to give up that hole. We both. We both got the same.
Lex P
Everybody want to feel it, like, just top and bottom.
Draya Nicole
So you verse now. Everybody is versed.
Lavelle Dante
I'm. I'm lying. I'm lying. Okay. There's some people who would prefer to only be penetrated and some people who don't want to do that at all. I'm willing to, especially if I really, really like you. We getting downhill.
Lex P
We can put that thing down, flip it in reverse.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, you can do it to me, and I can do it to you. Tomorrow, this could be your night.
I know you'll go gay. I feel like everybody.
Lex P
Sid Colson, the basketball player, y' all know who. Sidney. I know her.
Lavelle Dante
We're mutuals.
Lex P
Oh. But she has a girlfriend, so I don't want to be disrespectful.
Draya Nicole
That will make you go gay.
Lex P
What?
Lavelle Dante
Wait, let me make sure that's her.
Lex P
What?
Draya Nicole
I mean, look her up, too.
Lex P
Cause you know what? She. She's funny. She's fine.
Lavelle Dante
She's wearing a ponytail.
Lex P
She has, like, nice. She got, like, a little. She always. Yeah, she do wear, like, a little puff sometimes or like a bun. And she's.
Draya Nicole
So.
Lex P
I think it's her personality. Cause she's funny. She's not too masculine and she's not feminine.
Lavelle Dante
This is my. We mutual.
Lex P
I love her. Literally, Like, I would be in a full blown. Like, if that's the only person in the world. Cause I do not like coochie. I don't like women.
Lavelle Dante
But like, honestly, she do it for you.
Lex P
I'm sorry. This is no shade to her girlfriend. Cause I know she's in a happy.
Lavelle Dante
World, but that's just the only person you're super attracted to.
Lex P
Only person. Like, if she was single and she was like, hey, let me take you out, I would be like, absolutely.
Lavelle Dante
I don't know what girl would make me straight.
Lex P
You don't. I'm sitting right here.
Draya Nicole
You got two of them.
Lex P
I would put it on you. Lavelle. I have hoops.
Lavelle Dante
Yes.
Lex P
I got. Clicking your heels to go back. Tattoos. He talking about.
Draya Nicole
I got tattoos.
Lex P
You got tattoos.
Lavelle Dante
And the grill.
Draya Nicole
We love a grill.
Lex P
A bottom one.
Lavelle Dante
I got.
Lex P
And I got a grill. You said, I got a grill. Like, that's gonna really.
Lavelle Dante
And a grill.
Draya Nicole
I love a grill. Maybe not for you.
Lex P
He do something for me. Exactly. Oh, my God.
Lavelle Dante
Let me get my out of God.
Lex P
So you think that every man, they would have a man, they want a.
Lavelle Dante
Man, they be beating their meat with their homeboy.
Draya Nicole
So then being gay is a choice.
Lavelle Dante
It's not a choice if everybody. I don't feel like it's a choice. I'm just saying, like, there's somebody that can get that ticket feeling going, make that coochie. Well, I don't know. I don't want to say everybody, but I feel like it's the same way. Like, it's like flavor. Like, I can't choose what flavors I like.
Lex P
Yeah, you just know what you like.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, like, even guacamole. I've had avocado toast the first time this year, but I had it again at Dunkin Donuts and I really like that one. But I like the one at the restaurant I was at.
Draya Nicole
Right.
Lavelle Dante
And I'm like, that's the only one that was good.
Lex P
But I get that analogy.
Draya Nicole
That makes sense.
Lex P
So. But you've never seen a woman that you would be like, I hit that.
Lavelle Dante
It be bitches at my shows.
Lex P
That I be like, I'll give you some.
Lavelle Dante
It was one girl. She was like. It was one girl. I was in Chicago with Michelle. I was. I almost brought that bitch back to this airbnb.
Lex P
What she look like?
Lavelle Dante
She was short. She was like brown skinned. She was super, like, she had a really. I like her accent. Okay. And she was just, like, down at the. Like. Like, I was on top of the stage. So we had already took pictures, and she was trying to kiss me, like, on my cheek during the picture. And after, she was like, oh, my gosh.
Lex P
Like, that's him.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, my gosh, that's Bill.
Lex P
And I was like, it's gonna be Mom. It's gonna be Daddy. Should have took off that wig. Said, hey, hey.
Lavelle Dante
No, no, no. I wasn't in drag. Oh, you wasn't a drag? So that was my birthday show. So I was dressed like Lil Zane. Like, I had on, like, a. I was Did a watching. I had on a chain with, like, that spin.
Joseph Rees

Lex P
Okay, so you have had a woman.
Lavelle Dante
That you wanted to her, and I like. I don't know. It's a couple different ones, but I think I really love, like, super country girls.
Lex P
You describe Drea, a short brown skin with an accent.
Draya Nicole
I am.
Lex P
He said, well, Dre, you can't really answer this question. Cause she go, you know, you done been a. What's your type for a female? I don't think you've ever answered that. Hmm.
Draya Nicole
I just like beautiful girls.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, I don't have a type either.
Draya Nicole
I don't think I have a type. Just like with men, I vibe with who I vibe with. I like who I like. Like with girls. I mean, you do need to be.
Lex P
Attractive to me, but you like fem women.
Draya Nicole
Like, I do. I do like feminine women. I do.
Lavelle Dante
I like studs.
Draya Nicole
I've never seen a stud that made my coochie tingle.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, so you like, like girls?
Draya Nicole
I like girly girls. Like, I like girls that look like me.
Lex P
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
That's the type of girls that I used to mess with when I used to date girls.
Lavelle Dante
So I don't have a type.
Draya Nicole
You know what I'm saying?
Lex P
You don't have a type.
Lavelle Dante
Fine is fine.
Lex P
What's your fine shit look like now? Like, if you had described him physically.
Lavelle Dante
My gosh, this is very. Yeah, detailed. We like the same height. I think he, like a little taller than me. He got like locks.
Lex P
Ooh.
Lavelle Dante
They not like super long.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
But I like them. Yeah. And his eyes, Brown.
Draya Nicole
I like locks.
Lex P
Let me ask you a question, cuz I know this is like very scandalous. In the community, do you mess with DL men?
Lavelle Dante
No.
Lex P
Not at all?
Lavelle Dante
Hell no.
Lex P
Because I have talked.
Lavelle Dante
That scares me.
Lex P
Well, there are some men out there, some gay men. Like, they own.
Lavelle Dante
They with it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, they with it. But it's like, aren't those trades or is this. Yeah, that is. But I can be trade too. It's not.
Lex P
It's just like you can't tell.
Lavelle Dante
Okay. It's just if I'm dressed a certain way, you just can't tell a certain way. Yeah.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
I'm not with that because it's like, if you're not comfortable with showcasing your show, especially now that I have a platform, like, you might be scared, period. But I don't know, I don't think I would do that just for like my safety and like, you know who the fuck I am. I ain't nobody's secret.
Lex P
Come on now.
Lavelle Dante
You should be proud of who the fuck on y' all are.
Draya Nicole
Would you date someone? Would you date a trans woman?
Lavelle Dante
I had. I just confused the two. I don't know.
Draya Nicole
You don't know?
Lavelle Dante
There is somebody that I used to talk to that transitioned recently. And in my mind I've been thinking, like, I wonder if the person that I fall in love with transitions later on in life and would I still be there with them. And I probably would.
Lex P
There was this person I used to follow. I don't remember their name on TikTok at all. Cause I actually don't see them post anymore. But they were a married couple and the man transitioned and she stayed married to him. Like he was a full blown woman and she was like, I still love him. I don't care. Dick's still hitting. We still in love.
Draya Nicole
Dick's still hitting. Dick's still slapping her.
Lex P
So she was like, he's still there. Yeah. But I don't know, I think that's an interesting thing. Cause you know, everybody says you can't help who you love. And you know like you just love a person. You don't love all the physical things or whatever it may be. You know what I'm saying? So maybe that's why I'm not having luck and love. Maybe I need to date a woman.
Lavelle Dante
Maybe a trans woman. Cause then you with a girl. But then it's like you still.
Lex P
They got a penis.
Lavelle Dante
They still hitting it.
Lex P
I don't know. Trans women be fine.
Lavelle Dante
And they. Trans women have a big dick. They do that work.
Draya Nicole
They be real, real talking about that.
Lavelle Dante
They work good. I don't know if I've seen footage.
Draya Nicole
And they got titties. They got everything.
Lex P
Yeah. And I don't mind a little titty. Yeah, you might like titties.
Draya Nicole
Don't bother me.
Lex P
It just be vagina that I'll be like, ooh, exactly.
Lavelle Dante
So maybe you won't see that. And if it's kind of like dark with a little moonlight peeking in, you getting a full like low light experience of balls and stuff. Yeah. So you getting the best of both of the world.
Lex P
That's why I say it's one person in the world that I would be. I would do that. I would go downtown.
Draya Nicole
You would.
Lex P
I would drive downtown with the windows down.
Lavelle Dante
You know who I love?
Lex P
Who?
Lavelle Dante
Willow Smith.
Lex P
Okay. Willow's a cutie.
Lavelle Dante
Willow.
Lex P
Willow is a cutie. I like her confidence in like who she is. Like she never gave a fuck. Like I want to do rock music. I'm going to do pop.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. When she came because we've been like the same age. Age. So when. With my hair.
Lex P
With my.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, when that came out. I've been in love with her.
Lex P
Yeah. She's a teeny tiny hair was about. Yeah. The hits that stick like Greek the mood. That is a talented family.
Draya Nicole
The whole family. For sure. Jaden too.
Lex P
Yeah. So do you feel like role play in the bedroom is dead?
Draya Nicole
Role play.
Lavelle Dante
Role play.
Lex P
I'm sorry. Rolls in the bedroom.
Draya Nicole
No, I don't.
Lex P
I my.
Draya Nicole
I do not like closed minded men. I like men that are open minded to whatever. Because I believe, I truly believe in the bedroom. Some men feel like, oh, I'm not gonna do this. Cause I feel like that make me gay. Nothing makes you gay if you doing it with a woman.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. Well.
Draya Nicole
Tell me something.
Lex P
Would pegan make a man?
Lavelle Dante
Maybe a little. That's like kind of. That's like teeter totter.
Lex P
That's crossing the line. Teeter tot. Come on now.
Draya Nicole
But see for me.
Lavelle Dante
What'S this peg shape like?
Draya Nicole
Yeah, a peg leg.
Lex P
Oh my God. But you know what? I'll say this. Me and I can't speak for other tall women. Cause like, I'm a tall woman, I have a lot of body. You know what I'm saying? Always say this. I am 5, 8, 59 right now. I'm 175. I'm a lot of women. So I do like sometimes I'm very dominant in the bedroom. I am usually. But when I come across a man that just dominates me in the bedroom, that's very rare for me. I really like that. So I think like, I do like the role reversal in the bedroom sometimes.
Lavelle Dante
Are you dominant?
Draya Nicole
I am.
Lavelle Dante
Me too.
Draya Nicole
But I like somebody that's gonna dominate me more.
Lavelle Dante
That happened to me before.
Lex P
Really change your life, huh? When a man, I mean off the.
Draya Nicole
Bed, if you just be looking up like.
Lavelle Dante
And they was talking and all type of stuff.
Lex P
Yes.
Draya Nicole
I'm like, I love a little talk.
Lavelle Dante
But in my mind I'm like, like, you do this often?
Lex P
Yes. That's the scary part.
Draya Nicole
This on the first time, it's like.
Lavelle Dante
Okay, this is too scripted.
Draya Nicole
Oh my gosh, you done said this before.
Lavelle Dante
You got all the right words to say, but it's working. I'm still here.
Draya Nicole
I like a little whisper in my.
Lex P
Ear, a little grunt. I think men that, especially with, like I said, cause like, I'm a bigger woman. So I feel like men that are very confident with me the first time and they're dominant in the bedroom. I like it, but it also gives like, oh, you a hoe, you a freak, you nasty. You do.
Lavelle Dante
Do y' all like talk and stuff?
Draya Nicole
I do.
Lavelle Dante
I don't say nothing.
Draya Nicole
You just quiet the whole time.
Lavelle Dante
Because I'm goofy.
Lex P
I am.
Lavelle Dante
And not only am I, not only am I. Okay, it was like one person. It's been a few times that I talk, but it's like everybody laugh at everything I say. So it's like I'm shutting up. Cause I'm serious right now. Like, I don't want to be like, Even if I say, they're like, ah.
Draya Nicole
So if they say something, you just don't say nothing.
Lavelle Dante
Don't ask me no motherfucking question.
Draya Nicole
What do you do? You just be like, it don't matter.
Lavelle Dante
No. Even if we are talking. Uh huh. Don't ask me no question in the bedroom.
Lex P
Oh.
Draya Nicole
I mean, I love to ask questions.
Lavelle Dante
Don't ask me nothing.
Lex P
I love Scott.
Lavelle Dante
Long conversation I'm tired.
Lex P
No, they need to know, do this bussy feel good? And you need to answer.
Lavelle Dante
I'm here, I'm still going.
Draya Nicole
But you might leave. Like once you leave, you might be gone.
Lavelle Dante
If it was, I would have stayed.
Draya Nicole
You would have just gotten.
Lavelle Dante
I would have came with. With an excuse.
Lex P
Oh my gosh.
Lavelle Dante
I would say, call me. Somebody call me.
Draya Nicole
I'm not saying if it's bad.
Lex P
Yeah, I just think talking in the bedroom is like the sexiest. It is.
Draya Nicole
It's very.
Lavelle Dante
No to me. It's like. I think cuz the movies have really like painted a picture of what sex is for me.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
And they don't talk. When have you ever seen they do talk? They don't the music be going.
Draya Nicole
They be like, give me this pussy.
Lavelle Dante
No, they don't. What movie you watch?
Draya Nicole
Tubi.
Lex P
That's the real. Okay, what movie you watch?
Lavelle Dante
No, back in the day, like, no, they didn't. What you remember? Love and basketball. What song was playing? And she no talking, all action. I like a little blue light.
Lex P
I'm winning.
Lavelle Dante
And a playlist going.
Lex P
I like a playlist going.
Lavelle Dante
I don't like red light. Red light is demonic.
Draya Nicole
The blue lights remind me of Billy.
Lavelle Dante
That was Stacy scene. You talking when they. Them fine niggas came in with all that blue.
Lex P
Blue.
Lavelle Dante
Me blue.
Lex P
I don't care. I just need to see. I like to see.
Lavelle Dante
But you can see better with blue than red.
Lex P
Well, I don't care. Turn something on tv. We can have Grey's Anatomy playing. Turn the light.
Draya Nicole
We really gonna be in that bitch with grays.
Lavelle Dante
What's the longest that you ever had sex?
Lex P
Ooh, like, I'm not gonna lie.
Lavelle Dante
I told her before the longest was 30 minutes.
Draya Nicole
Like actual sex.
Lavelle Dante
Like a man penetrating.
Draya Nicole
Yeah, like 30 minutes.
Lavelle Dante
About you.
Lex P
I'm not going to lie. So I went on a trip to Costa Rica a few years ago. I went with this gorgeous. I mean, he looks like a Greek God. He's so fine. And when I tell you it was like hours. Like, it was like we would kind of take a little break and we would go back, but it was like a whole. Like he could. He was different.
Lavelle Dante
The first person that I was like. Like my first Nikki link. Gosh, I shouldn't say this.
Lex P
Yes, you should.
Draya Nicole
It's a safe space.
Lex P
This is a safe space.
Lavelle Dante
We was watching Modern Family and I was like doing that for like three.
Draya Nicole
To four hours for real, without like nutty.
Lavelle Dante
He was like shaking.
Lex P
See? See? But sometimes it's not.
Lavelle Dante
I would know. I Was distracted. Like, I'm watching the show.
Draya Nicole
See, I guess I'm thinking of. Okay, we had sex for 30 minutes.
Lavelle Dante
No, we didn't stop.
Draya Nicole
He nutted.
Lex P
And then.
Draya Nicole
Yeah, of course. You can start again later.
Lavelle Dante
It was like.
Draya Nicole
It was just not so.
Lavelle Dante
Before.
Lex P
You was liking the feeling.
Lavelle Dante
Everybody was so, like.
Lex P
Everybody. I know.
Lavelle Dante
That's so. Like, from the beginning earlier, like, before it started, we was, like, kissing this stuff and getting it started and trying different positions. But we got in one position that was like, perfect. Like, I'm watching tv, you right here. And we.
Lex P
Yeah. Sometimes when you hit that sweet spot, you gotta just stay right there.
Draya Nicole
But how could you go that long? I don't know.
Lavelle Dante
That was the longest. That was. That was just like a rare day. I don't know what I said.
Draya Nicole
I don't know what I.
Lex P
But that's why I say sometimes when you're just like. It feels good. Y' all are in that moment. I told y' all that trip. We was off shrooms, so we.
Draya Nicole
We had 20.
Lex P
But see. Yeah, that makes sense. It was a lot. It was a lot going on.
Lavelle Dante
No, it wasn't like going on.
Lex P
Oh, it was.
Lavelle Dante
But also when I first, like, started having sex, I would think a lot. Like, I would be my. Like, I would be having sex, but I'd be just in my head. I'd be like, his head kind of.
Lex P
Big, but it's cool. No, see, I don't.
Lavelle Dante
I didn't like the outfit he had on.
Lex P
See, you doing too much. He a real Virgo. Yes. Cause what.
Draya Nicole
He cute, but him socks was throwing shadows.
Lex P
No, I was definitely, like. It was like an in the zone, very sensual, outer body experience.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Lex P
And I was like. I didn't even realize. Cause I'm not a person. I don't like to have sex for a long time.
Draya Nicole
Me either.
Lex P
But it was. It didn't like that.
Lavelle Dante
Let's get it over with.
Lex P
I was like, oh, my God.
Lavelle Dante
Don't get these over. Let's go to bed.
Lex P
Mm. Mm.
Draya Nicole
20 minutes. I'm ready to be done.
Lex P
I promise.
Draya Nicole
Let's wrap this shit up.
Lex P
If he called me right now, I'm on a flight.
Lavelle Dante
That man.
Lex P
Yes.
Lavelle Dante
What's his name? I almost got you.
Joseph Rees
You almost got me.
Draya Nicole
I'm waiting too. Cause I know who you talking about.
Lex P
I'm weak. We might have to.
Lavelle Dante
Maybe on the Patreon.
Lex P
Yeah, maybe. We gonna have to spend the block on that one. We might take another trip.
Lavelle Dante
That's the last nasty question.
Lex P
You.
Draya Nicole
You want some more?
Lavelle Dante
That was nothing. We really get into the nitty gritty.
Lex P
You know what you want to get into?
Draya Nicole
What's the nitty gritty?
Lavelle Dante
I don't know. I don't know. That's enough. That's enough, guys.
Lex P
No, you want to talk.
Lavelle Dante
You want to talk about.
Lex P
We be. We be trying to keep it pg.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, you're right. You're right.
Draya Nicole
But we can get nasty. Nasty.
Lex P
We can.
Lavelle Dante
One more question.
Lex P
What are. No. Okay, I'll ask you this. What are your limits in the bedroom? Like, do you have. Have you ever been in the bedroom with somebody? They were like.
Lavelle Dante
You were like, no, I have limits. I have limits.
Lex P
So what don't you do? You're not gay he ass, right?
Lavelle Dante
I'm a gay black man.
Lex P
Well, I had to make sure.
Lavelle Dante
You got to eat a little boo. We all are.
Lex P
Okay, so you eat a little ass. What was in the bedroom that happened when you was like, this is too far.
Lavelle Dante
If I'm in pain, it's over.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
And it's not like. Cuz that's pain if you get penetrated. It is, but like, okay. It was one person I was talking to and before we was getting started, like, we just kissing and stuff. And he like, like, wrapped his arms around me and grasped my back. I said, what the fuck?
Lex P
Ooh. He was too freaky. It almost turned sinners in that motherfucker.
Lavelle Dante
Ouch. I was like, this is outrageous.
Lex P
He was mad.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, thanks.
Lex P
You got mad.
Draya Nicole
He was revisiting the moment we just.
Lavelle Dante
Got started, like y' all barely kissing.
Lex P
Ooh. Ooh.
Lavelle Dante
He really, like, scratched me, like.
Lex P
And what did you do?
Lavelle Dante
I said, what the fuck? I said, I think. I think I said he was aggressive. I was like, that was really aggressive. And that was a trigger word for him. He was like, I'm not aggressive. Yes.
Draya Nicole
He started going off. You being aggressive right now?
Lavelle Dante
No, no, no. But it was a lot like you just scratched me. Like, it just. It took me out of it. Okay?
Lex P
So that, that's.
Lavelle Dante
It's certain things, like physical things. And I know some people, like get slapped and stuff like that, but to me it's like, are we fighting? You gotta be gentle.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
You gotta be. It's gentle, but rough. Like, if you too gentle. I'm laughing. You're tickling me.
Lex P
It is a fine line.
Lavelle Dante
Yes, yes.
Lex P
Yeah. It's a little rough, but not too rough. I don't like that.
Lavelle Dante
You can't choke me. Not too hard. Uh oh. Besides, what the fuck is happening in here?
Lex P
That's when people don't know what they Doing. If you tell a man to choke you and he squeeze like you're esophagus, they know a real man, you can tell if he's a freak. If you tell him to choke you, he automatically knows the squeeze sides.
Draya Nicole
I like a little air. Air passage stoppage sometime we don't got.
Lavelle Dante
To do all that. Just.
Draya Nicole
I do. I like it. I like a little slap.
Lavelle Dante
I like. I like oxygen while I'm.
Draya Nicole
I like a little slap.
Lavelle Dante
You eat ass?
Lex P
No, she don't. You know, make.
Lavelle Dante
But make them get wax and all that.
Draya Nicole
Oh, for sure. I'm not eating no hairy butt. I did you did you like.
Lex P
Have you ever seen a booty hole? You did Mic. Cuz. Sometimes they be blown out.
Lavelle Dante
Sometimes they be.
Lex P
They be blown out. I've seen it.
Draya Nicole
You're. You ain't blown out?
Lex P
No, I was watching. Remember I told you my friend sent me that video of her pegging somebody and his booty was blown out from her?
Lavelle Dante
I don't know.
Lex P
I think it was just blown out in general.
Lavelle Dante
No, that pig.
Lex P
I don't.
Lavelle Dante
She was going too hell.
Lex P
Like that booty hole has been through it.
Draya Nicole
Been through it.
Lex P
It was in the military, which is you.
Draya Nicole
Grenade.
Lavelle Dante
Been through much? Well, it was the Marines, something.
Lex P
Marines or something. Something was going on down there. So. Have you seen a booty hole like that?
Draya Nicole
A blown out booty hole?
Lavelle Dante
I don't think so.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
No.
Joseph Rees

What would you do though, if you said like, if you opened it up and you was like, oh, as a.
Lavelle Dante
Straight woman, I see you're going. I'm gonna see a nude before we do anything.
Lex P
Oh, okay.
Draya Nicole
You say you gonna see what?
Lavelle Dante
A nude.
Draya Nicole
Oh, yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Let me see. Let's see your resume.
Draya Nicole
Let me see that bussy.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah. Okay, before we get started, before I drive anywhere, I'm not gonna lie.
Lex P
If a man sent me a picture of his butthole, I would be horrified.
Draya Nicole
Who is that? That. Is that somebody we friends with that has.
Lex P
No, we're not friends with Freddie Gibbs, but he definitely had his booty on. On the Internet.
Draya Nicole
No, not him. I'm saying one of our friends, I feel like, told us that a dude has sent her a picture of his booty hole. I can't remember who.
Lex P
I don't know, but Freddie Gibbs actually has a nice booty hole.
Lavelle Dante
Who is that?
Lex P
He's a rapper. So you can Google. Yeah, you can Google Freddie Gibbs booty hole.
Lavelle Dante
It'll come up.
Lex P
But I guess he sent that to his baby mama or his girlfriend at the time. She probably asked for it and she posted it. I don't know.
Lavelle Dante
You probably get on some real freaky stuff.
Lex P
Like, you know when they do the videos, I. I don't. I always see the picture. You know, when they do the video and they, like, push it out and push it in. What does that do?
Lavelle Dante
When they flip it out?
Lex P
They like. Well, they like.
Draya Nicole
If you can flip it out, they frightens me.
Lavelle Dante
No, they flip it and they get real big.
Lex P
Well, no, they don't flip it out. They just, like, make it contract.
Lavelle Dante
Some people do that. I don't know what it is about.
Lex P
What is that? What is that?
Lavelle Dante
It's another thing, like, when they, like, try to, like, flex their booty cheeks back and forth, like, relax.
Lex P
The dancers do that.
Lavelle Dante
Like, girls do it and they booty it. Be big. Yeah, but if your booty, like, kind of hard and you just.
Lex P
We just see the joint, like, just.
Lavelle Dante
Take a picture.
Draya Nicole
Now, y'. All.
Lavelle Dante
I hate that, too. Sometimes, like, I've had sex before where, like, they'll stop and they try to.
Lex P
Right cheek, left cheek on you, and it's not.
Lavelle Dante
Chill out.
Lex P
I feel like that's cute, you trying to show out.
Lavelle Dante
No, you're not.
Lex P
If you have a muscle booty, you can't hit the right shoe.
Lavelle Dante
You can't do it. Now, if you had some shit going and it was like, oh, like, it.
Lex P
Got that wave to it.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, but if it's hard and you.
Lex P
I can already talk. I already know what it's hard.
Lavelle Dante
Yes, it's, like, hard.
Draya Nicole
Like two rocks moving.
Lavelle Dante
Lily Chill out.
Draya Nicole
Now, see, this is what scared me about a blown out booty ho. I feel like you can't control your farts. Like if you bent over and somebody eating your butt, how you gonna.
Lex P
What if you got a pool? It sound like this.
Lavelle Dante
It's like. It's not open. It's not open, but. But it has to escape a little at the end. I feel like they parts be loud. Real loud.
Lex P
That's op.
Draya Nicole
You can't control it like that.
Lavelle Dante
What's all that about?
Lex P
That sound like a trumpy copyright. Now I have heard. See, we're breaking down, miss. Okay, so you can help us. Yes. Now, I have heard if you have a blown out booty hole, that it's hard for you. Like sometimes they you boo boo on yourself.
Lavelle Dante
I don't know about that.
Lex P
You don't have any friends that have a blown out booty hole?
Lavelle Dante
No.
Draya Nicole
They ain't gonna just voluntarily.
Lavelle Dante
They wouldn't even tell me.
Lex P
Like, also, it's like embarrassing if you.
Draya Nicole
Have a blown Yellowville somebody hole blown. Now I just thought she was.
Lex P
If I blew out my booty hole last night, I would tell Dre.
Lavelle Dante
But you know what's crazy?
Lex P
I'd be like, oh, my God, Dre, I blew out my booty hole last night, girl.
Lavelle Dante
But you would. You have to give it some time. You might have to give it some time, like, okay, my shit might retract.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
But also, I don't even talk this sexual with my friends.
Lex P
You don't?
Lavelle Dante
No. My friends or I gots to know what went on. Barely. Not really. They don't really talk to me about stuff like that.
Lex P
When Draya was telling me a story one time, I said, this is getting juiced.
Lavelle Dante
I've never even seen my friends, like, naked. Oh, my God.
Lex P
Oh, that's cool.
Draya Nicole
Hey, See, I be butt booty naked in front of my friend.
Lex P
Really?
Draya Nicole
You was just trying to show us your chest.
Lavelle Dante
That's cause you said you wanted some.
Lex P
Of this so you and your friends don't be like, naked in front of each other. I've seen her booty hole.
Draya Nicole
It's a man thing. I don't think men just be.
Lavelle Dante
I've shown like, girls. Like, girls have seen like, my dick.
Lex P
Okay.
Lavelle Dante
And be like, ooh, Val, what the fuck?
Lex P
You got that thing down there?
Lavelle Dante
Y' all wanna see?
Lex P
I do.
Lavelle Dante
For real.
Draya Nicole
Lavelle, I got your thing on.
Lavelle Dante
I'm not showing her.
Lex P
Okay, you don't have to show me.
Lavelle Dante
Maybe on the patreon.
Draya Nicole
Stay tuned.
Lex P
Okay, but you and your friends Y' all don't get, like, naked in front of each other. Y' all don't change.
Lavelle Dante
No, me and my closest friend, like, I've known her for the longest, we black out drunk and woke up in separate beds. Like, we don't even sleep in the same bed. No. I don't know what that is.
Draya Nicole
That's crazy. Sleep in the same bed all the time.
Lex P
And y' all never. And they never messed around. Me and my male friend, we slept in the same bed, but we ended up for real.
Lavelle Dante
Was he gay?
Lex P
No.
Lavelle Dante
Exactly. And what you did, you said he.
Draya Nicole
Was scooting that booty bag.
Lavelle Dante
You scooting bag. It's going down. You ever scooted the back on my friend? No. Like, when you was in the bed, like, and you wanted something, you just did.
Draya Nicole
Like, on my man.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
Oh, yeah. I do that all the time. But I also just, like, let you know, like, I'll lift my leg up. I'll be getting real frisky. I'm not gonna leave nothing to the imagination. You know exactly what I'm trying to do.
Lavelle Dante
You know what thing I do? I don't even. I'm saying all of my little tips.
Draya Nicole
Cause I don't got time for y'.
Lavelle Dante
All to get, like, once we, like, kissing and stuff, I know how to, like, lift my leg up and put my big toe in your draw and pull them off.
Lex P
Can you see that? No, I've never. How did you learn how to do that? You wrapped it around that big toe.
Lavelle Dante
Once you pull them down a certain length, you could put your big toe, like, in the waistband. And he be grabbing and pull it. And once you get a grip of it, he could pull his legs out.
Lex P
Oh, you were funny.
Lavelle Dante
And we kissing, and I'm.
Lex P
Them toes like this wrapped around.
Draya Nicole
I' ma try that.
Lavelle Dante
I'm taking the zipper off with my. My.
Lex P
I have a wig.
Lavelle Dante
Not for real.
Draya Nicole
That's a real talent.
Lex P
For real.
Lavelle Dante
I know. You need to learn how to do that.
Lex P
No, I'm gonna learn.
Lavelle Dante
And it's kind of sexy.
Lex P
Like, ooh, it is my drawing with his toe.
Draya Nicole
But I think with a girl, that's not gonna go over well. Cause they gonna think you a hoe. Like, how you learn how to. You know how to take draws off with your big toe. What the fuck? You learned that.
Lex P
I gotta do that big toe, too. It'll work.
Lavelle Dante
It would.
Draya Nicole
I like the big toe.
Lavelle Dante
Once you grab it, you just put it in there and say, I like that.
Lex P
But honestly, I like. I don't really wear bras anymore. When I used to. I used to like when a guy would, like, reach around, just.
Lavelle Dante
That's cute. But it's like, I hate that moment where we have to stop kissing. It's like, okay.
Lex P
Yeah, I don't like that either. It needs to be a smooth.
Lavelle Dante
So that's why I learned how to.
Lex P
I'm a workout.
Lavelle Dante
Use my other body parts.
Lex P
Cause I usually just.
Draya Nicole
I just be naked already.
Lex P
Okay, see, that's the problem. Not you just be naked. No waiting time. Hey, come on. Okay.
Draya Nicole
What's waiting on you, boo?
Lex P
We gotta move on. We gotta move on.
Lavelle Dante
That's enough, y'.
Lex P
All. So now it's time to get into the item of the week. As y' all know, per usual, this unit is by Richlook Hair. This is the curly unit that she made. I had this on for the Travel Queens premiere.

My item of the week is my live standup comedy shows. Go to the link in my bio. I might be in your city. City. And you know what to do. Get the tickets. Even if you don't live there, get the ticket because I can use the money.
Lex P
Her use the money is support a black king.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, black entrepreneurship here.
Lex P
And you, you could get some used beauty.
Draya Nicole
Yes, I actually have some. I think I have some.
Lex P
You know what I'm saying?
Draya Nicole
I got you.
Lex P
I'm gonna give you a little package. So now it's time to get into the bop. Hey.
Draya Nicole
The bop bow. The bop Bow. Bow. Bow.
Lex P
Bow.
Draya Nicole
Bo.
Lex P
Okay, Our bop of the week is the songs that we've been jamming this week. I cannot believe I haven't made this my bop of the week. And I'm not just saying that because she's one of my faves this season. If y' all been watching. Love, Lex P. Y' all know I'm reviewing Real Housewives of Atlanta, and I have never made a housewife Song. Y' all know they all like to do music and do whatever, but this is actually a bop. So Shamia has a song called Never had, and it's actually really fucking dope. It gives R and B. And you know who she works with? Her and Drew. Well, I don't know if she works with, but Drew did an episode. She works with RL Drew does songs with RL oh, shout out to RL Y' all know that's our. Hey, RL but, yeah, Shamia has a song called Never had, and it's giving, like, good R and B. Like, Shamia really has a voice on her.
Draya Nicole
She can sing. She has a very nice voice.
Lex P
Yeah. So it was like, okay. I'm actually. I've really found myself when I'm, like, listening to music and I'll go search for a song, I found myself going back to the song, and I know if I go back to a song, I like it. Usually if I listen to a song one time, I'll be like, oh, it was cool. But I never go back to it again. I caught myself going back to it again. I was like, okay, it's bop of the week worthy. Okay, so shout out to Shamia. Never Had. That's my bop of the week, period. So, yeah, that's my bop of the week. What y' all been listening to?
Lavelle Dante
Let me look it up. Hold on, hold on.
Draya Nicole
So I've been listening to Young Thug and Future got a new song called Money on Money.
Lex P
Okay. Okay.
Draya Nicole
And I really like it. You know, typical trap music, get you lit in the car.
Lex P
I feel like people were being too critical on it. You think? So what was. They were just like, oh, this not it. I'm just like, y', all, this is. I think it was a. I thought it was a bop.
Draya Nicole
I think it gives your usual Young Thug Future collab what you would think it would sound like. Like, I feel. And I feel like Young Thug, you know, he just got out of jail not that long ago. I don't know if. I don't know if this is his. Is this his first?
Lex P
I think it is the first song. Yeah.
Draya Nicole
I think this is the first song that he's dropped. So I feel like for this to be the first song that he's dropped since he got out of jail. I think it's a good song.
Lex P
But somebody made a good point. I saw a TikTok today that said, like, the reason, like, these mainstream artists, these A list artist songs aren't hitting because now the consumers, they want a TikTok bop. They want a lulu limit. You know, no shade to them girls, but that's what they want. They want a quick that they can make a TikTok to. And if it's not TikTok worthy, it seemed as a flop. And I just don't agree with that. So fair. What you been jamming?
Lavelle Dante
It's my turn. Yes, I've been listening to a lot of old school music. I love old school music. But I have been listening to money, long superpowers.
Draya Nicole
If I attract you, I'm always attracted.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. She a Virgo too?
Lex P
Oh, she is.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. I love her. And I've been listening to. Hold on, I just love lost it. Oh, I've been listening to fl. Millie, bedtime.
Lex P
Okay. Okay.
Lavelle Dante
I like fl.
Lex P
And she just had a baby. Congratulation.
Lavelle Dante
Congratulations, darling.
Lex P
Okay, shout out to flow. Millie, do you give good advice?
Lavelle Dante
Duh. You know I am. I used to read emails to give advice to everybody.
Lex P
Oh, that's right.
Draya Nicole
Well, we gonna get into our favorite segment of the show, which is pour your heart out. If you have any questions, send them to ask poor minds gmail dot com and yeah, let's get into it. This question alone.
Lex P
Oh, you want me to do mine first?
Draya Nicole
I could do it.
Lex P
Okay, go ahead.
Draya Nicole
Hey, Dre and Lex. First off, I just want to say I love y' all and watch y' all all the time. Okay, here's the tea. I was getting to know this guy. It was long distance, international, not domestic. Everything was great in the beginning, like it's supposed to be. Chemistry, consistency, all that. He even sent me money to reimburse me for Chris Brown floor seats and baked Vegas. The concert's in September, by the way. He was supposed to come see me twice, but had to reschedule both times because of work. Then suddenly, I'm barely hearing from him. Texts got dry, 3 to 5 hours between replies, short 5 to 10 minute calls before bed. And sometimes nothing at all. From what he was giving me, he started giving crumbs. I didn't say anything. Cause I figured maybe he's grinding. Before his trip, he was supposed to come in six days. I felt something was off, but tries to let it play out. Day four, he calls randomly and says long distance isn't for him. I knew it. Mind you, he's the one who asked me if I could do long distance in the first place. I tried to offer a different perspective, be understanding. And again, first few days after that, cool. Then back to the same drive up. At this point, I'm over it. I texted him Saying, you showing me what's up. I don't feel like you want this. And the connection is not growing. He replies the next morning, talking about how the distance is, why his communication is poor. Boy, be for real. I said, it is what it is. But now he wants to take his back. So now I don't. Wasted almost three months and I can't even see Chris Brown. The tickets are selling for, like, 2K each. Like, I'm the only one taking the L, my time and my man Christopher and Summer and Bryson, too. So what would y' all do? I don't want to be a bad person, but I'm tired of always being the one who gets her time wasted and gets nothing in return. I've never even had floor seats before.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, so what's the question? She said, what should she do?
Draya Nicole
What should she do? Because he want the tickets back, and the tickets are selling for like $2,000 each now. And now that they not talking, she's like, should I give the tickets back?
Lavelle Dante
She gonna come get him?
Lex P
Yeah. How he.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, they might name on them. Who? Who email they in. I guess he bought the ticket, but where they at? Who got him?
Draya Nicole
You know how it is these days. It's probably in the email.
Lavelle Dante
If it's in my they, mine.
Lex P
If they're in your email and you transfer them to yourself, they're yours, man.
Lavelle Dante
Go to that concert.
Lex P
Out of the concert.
Draya Nicole
Yeah.
Joseph Rees
Show me how good it could get today, God. And show the rest of the world what we already know. It can't get no better than being hella black, hella queer, and hella Christian. Joseph Rees

Lex P
I don't like people who give a gift and try to take it back. So he can take that l go.
Lavelle Dante
Have fun to me it seemed like some old shit that he used to talk to.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Came back and now it's working out.
Lex P
Again with his new thing.
Lavelle Dante
And now he acting funny.
Lex P
Yeah.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, yeah. I don't even fuck with you, bitch.
Lex P
I'll tell you what he liked to.
Draya Nicole
Who he really wanted came back.
Lex P
I'm telling y' all right now, if a nigga spin the block on you, I promise you it's because whatever situation, his new thing is not working out or something. And then as soon as the new that he really want comes back, he's leaving you in the dust. I don't care if he told you he love you. Y' all was having doing this and doing that. Y' all could be like, oh, my God, it's meant to be, girl, I got bad news for you. And if it does end up working out with y', all, it's just because the new girl done moved on and she don't want him no more.
Draya Nicole
Yeah.
Lex P
I'm being honest.
Lavelle Dante
What should she do? First of all, she said the Chris Bond concert and she got two tickets or one ticket?
Lex P
Two.
Lavelle Dante
I'll sell one of the and keep one for myself and go see Chris Breezy. It's Chris Brown. Yeah.
Lex P
He got everybody on that summer walk, and it's 2000.
Lavelle Dante
$2,000.
Lex P
Yeah.
Draya Nicole
You better hit a lick one 2k.
Lex P
And then I go and go get your 2k and get you a nice outfit.
Lavelle Dante
That's what you do. You block them. Talking to you anyways. Block them.
Draya Nicole
I wouldn't be giving them tickets back. I'm sorry.
Lavelle Dante
Yeah, what you gonna do?
Draya Nicole
You snooze, you lose.
Lex P
Period. All right. Hey, beautiful ladies. Love y' all down. So I'm an 85 percenter straight woman, and that other 15% is reserved for my celebrity crush, which will never happen. I've never liked another regular woman before. But recently, for some reason, I've started having feelings for my very good friend of nine plus years. I'm trying to stop having feelings for her, but that's not how feelings work. What should I do? Should I end the friendship, Distance myself or just hope this goes.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, this is a good one. I ain't never had.
Lex P
I'm gonna say I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I wouldn't do it.
Draya Nicole
I wouldn't either.
Lex P
I would just kind of maybe distance yourself from her for a little bit to kind of make those feelings go away. I think. If y' all have been friends for nine plus years and she's never gave you an inkling, I don't know if she has or not. But I think like messing up a friendship up to make something romantic. Trust me, it don't work out. I agree.
Draya Nicole
And that's somebody who has had sex with a few of their friends.
Lavelle Dante
That's what you got. That's another shot.
Lex P
Yes, it is. Let me get another shot.
Lavelle Dante
Would you like one?
Lex P
You know, he said, now, where am I now?
Draya Nicole
Let's end this with a bang period. So as somebody who has had sex with a few of their home. And I'm talking about homegirls when I was younger, it's just never a good idea. It's never a good idea to cross.
Lex P
She like, please, sir, can I have some more?
Lavelle Dante
No, I didn't want her to walk in front of Allah.
Lex P
I'm weak. Why am I crying?
Draya Nicole
But yes. I just feel like it's never a good idea. It usually never pans out well because one person is always going to end up having more feelings than the other person. And you won't be able to go back to the friendship. I think that you need to make sure that these real feelings that you having too and not list yes, not.
Lavelle Dante
No, or the vice versa. Because sometimes. Because everything going wrong and you just keep dating. These ain't girls or boys or they. And now all of a sudden you like.
Draya Nicole
Cause you always there for me.
Lavelle Dante
You always got my back so hard. Yeah, you just lost. You probably don't even like her for real. You probably just like. You're confusing the type of loves. Cause it's different love that you have for people. That might not even be an intimate thing. Cause y' all might end up getting in the bedroom. You be like, oh, bitch. Oh, you my sister. I forgot. Like, relax, close your legs, go back, get a rose.
Draya Nicole
Yeah, I think don't get that.
Lavelle Dante
Why?
Draya Nicole
That's intense.
Lex P
Never mind too much.
Draya Nicole
Cause I got one.
Lex P
What you mean I don't have one?
Lavelle Dante
You didn't say you had one. You said you had have it still.
Lex P
I do.
Draya Nicole
I still have it.
Lex P
You use it still on occasion when.
Draya Nicole
My other ones are dead.
Lavelle Dante
So how you going to tell her not to get one? You still got one?
Draya Nicole
Because it's just not if. If you trying to get into toys. Toys. That ain't the one that you need to get.
Lavelle Dante
What does a rose do?
Draya Nicole
It vibrate.
Lex P
It is hard. Remember that, man, I was telling y' all about the first time that. No, it's like this.
Lavelle Dante
Oh, it's harder than.
Lex P
Yes.
Lavelle Dante
It's like a neutral bullet.
Lex P
Oh, my God.
Draya Nicole
And you can't. And you can't really turn it down.
Lex P
It don't have, like, settings on there. That man I was telling y' all about.
Draya Nicole
Well, it do, but they just all fast.
Lex P
They're all hard.
Draya Nicole
It's like it start off fast, then you press it and it just go faster and faster.
Lex P
That man I was telling y' all about. The first time I used a rose. He used it on me and I really. I passed away.
Lavelle Dante
I had a toy.
Lex P
What kind of toy was it?
Lavelle Dante
I had a Fleshlight.
Lex P
What's. Oh, did you like it?
Lavelle Dante
These are. I had to throw it away.
Draya Nicole
Cause you was using it too much.
Lavelle Dante
I wasn't even eating. I said I. He was waking up rolling over, literally.
Lex P
Not. That was your boob.
Lavelle Dante
I went to sleep in it.
Lex P
I know that's right.
Draya Nicole
Going to sleep in it is wild. Lavelle.
Lavelle Dante
I woke up like, you really threw.
Draya Nicole
It away and started again.
Lavelle Dante
I had to.
Lex P
It was taking over your life.
Lavelle Dante
I'm looking at this plastic blue thing and getting horny. That's not right. That's like. My mind is like.
Lex P
You had to change your life. Yes.
Lavelle Dante
I threw it away and I bought another one.
Draya Nicole
You. You out thinking body. Can't wait to get home. Oh, I can't wait.
Lavelle Dante
Yes. I was cutting off when I got that. I literally, like, was like, you layman.
Lex P
I don't need lame.
Draya Nicole
She need to get a massager. I like the massagers.
Lex P
Yeah, the massagers are cool, but them roses too much. Yeah, I had to take me a little break.
Draya Nicole
Yeah, you was cutting up over there. But yeah, get you a little massager. You don't need to go mess with your friend. It's not a good idea. If you really take some time and sit and think about it, sis, you gonna be like, you know what? I'm so glad that I listened to them on Poor Minds and I did not mess with my homegirl because it's gonna ruin the friendship if it don't work out.
Lavelle Dante
You need to just honor that relationship. Keep that what it is. You are. You're desperate. Get a therapist in a weighted blanket.
Lex P
Better help.
Draya Nicole
A weighted blanket.
Lex P
Blanket and a massager. Waterproof, so let the people know where they can find you. Tour dates, social media, all that good stuff.
