
Resolution Minerals Ltd CEO of US Operations Craig Lindsay talked with Proactive about the company securing US Federal FAST-41 Transparency coverage for its Golden Gate tungsten-gold target in Idaho. The designation is Resolution Minerals’ second FAST-41 status for the Horse Heaven critical minerals project, following the inclusion of Antimony Ridge in the program in April 2026. Both of the project’s primary development targets have therefore been prioritised for a more coordinated federal permitting process. Lindsay explained that FAST-41 is intended to reduce permitting uncertainty by establishing agreed timelines, improving coordination between government agencies and publicly tracking progress. He said the permitting process had historically been one of the main obstacles facing critical minerals projects in the United States.
