Foresight Environmental Infrastructure raises dividend for 12th consecutive year

Foresight Environmental Infrastructure (LSE:FGEN) investment manager Charlie Wright joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion to discuss annual results, dividend growth and the outlook for its diversified environmental infrastructure portfolio. FGEN raised its dividend for a 12th consecutive year, with a FY27 target of 8.04p per share and dividend cover of 1.25x. Despite modest NAV per share slippage to 105.2p, the portfolio delivered a positive NAV total return of 6.2%, with shareholders receiving 7.96p in dividends over the period. Wright emphasised that growth is coming from within the existing portfolio rather than new acquisitions. "The exciting thing for us is that the opportunities are really coming from assets we already own," he said, pointing specifically to the anaerobic digestion portfolio and CNG Fuels platform, where biomethane adoption by HGV fleets is gaining momentum.
