Tokes is well known in the Aotearoa Product Community. He launched ProductTank Wellington and is chair of Product Aotearoa. His claim to fame is being the first Product Manager at Xero back in the day. He is currently focusing on Product Leaders in Aotearoa and developing a network of CPOs across the country.
