Foreign share. Something really fascinating that we've been working at, product led and this is called the Product LED Scorecard. This is a completely free tool. But one of the main things this is going to help you do is really understand and get clear on like what are those levers in your business that you really need to focus in on and improve? And what I noticed is the most successful product led businesses, there's four main levers of growth. You can really focus on acquisition, you can really focus on engagement, which is how you activate and retain your users. And then there's monetization and overall expansion of the customer's value. So there's four main buckets there that you could focus on in your business. But oftentimes it's pretty hard to understand like which one is floundering. Maybe it's like if you don't have any customers, maybe it's like super duper easy for you to be like, yeah, it's monetization, we should focus there. But a lot of times, especially when you are getting to scale, it becomes more difficult to really understand where it is that we need to focus more of our attention on. And throughout your product led journey, you're probably wondering a lot of times too, are we making progress? Because it's not always easy to be like, okay, of course, like when you launch a free trial or when you launch a premium model, it pretty easy to see that progress. But when it comes to improving that, when it comes to all the other aspects of the business around, expansion engagements, monetization as well as acquisition, sometimes it's hard to understand, where's your baseline and has it improved? Are you going in the right direction and really discussing this as a team? So that's actually why we put together the product led scorecards. It's the equivalent of 16 personalities. Instead of getting your own personal personality, it will actually give you the personality and makeup of your business. And so if you're thinking about, okay, why would I ever spend six minutes ever filling this out? Here's why you're going to actually learn, okay, here's the strengths and here's the weaknesses of your business. But, but more importantly, you're also going to be able to see, okay, here is our business, where it is today, and here's some recommended actions that we could do to really move the needle and where we should really focus for our business. This is something completely new that we're launching. I just wanted to share it with you because you are our loyal podcast listeners and of course wanted to share it with you first. So if you want to take the Product LED scorecard, just head on over to productled scorecard.com and you'll be one of the first to take it out. And since you're one of the first, I can't promise you this since I'm not sure how many people this is going to get, but you will. Some of you will get a personalized video where I'll go through your results and really give you feedback on what I think based on what you've told me in your scorecard should be some of the main things you focused in on your business. So it's all 100% free. Go check it out. Productled scorecard.com can't wait to see you fill it out. Cheers. Thank you for listening to the Product LED podcast.
