Most speakers think the problem with their keynote is the content. It's rarely the content. He then moves into the writing-stage tells that show up once a talk is drafted, particularly the overuse of rhetorical devices deployed because they pattern-match to "sounds like a keynote" rather than because the moment earned them.

The throughline: AI can't lose you a booking, so it never needs to hedge. Everything it writes for you sounds finished. That's the tell, because nothing true costs that little to say.
