"Answering Problems From Your Spirit" - Pastor Je…

Well, I was telling Rosita in the back room, I'm teaching on answering from your spirit. Answering from your spirit. And I was telling her, this is something I'm teaching, but it's a season. You never stop answering from your spirit. But it's a season where I feel at every turn, it feels like I'm casting something, I'm wrestling something. I'm speaking, I'm answering. So please know that as I teach this, that I'm engaged with you. I'm doing the same things. And when I got up this morning, there was an unusual oppression. And I said to the Lord, well, usually when that happens, it's just resistance to keep you from getting into places. I'm not a depressed person. I don't. I'm a happy person, to be honest with you. But I know the difference between something that visits me. And I was thinking about it. You know, when Craig got back, the day that he got back from India, it was like we ran into a wall. And people say, well, what happened? Nothing happened. Nothing happened. It was a wall of resistance. Because the enemy knows that the mantle is beginning to move. He knows, and he comes to make you stop. That's his job, to make you stop. Now, how many of you know if you just persist past it? Yes, you persist past it. And the life of the believer is a joyful one. It's a joyful one. And it's joyful when you hit a season that would take the normal person out. And you're steady, you're staying straight, and you're developing in the midst of it. So this is the title, Answering Problems from youm Spirit Man. Vesna, I keep hearing the Lord say He wants you to speak a whole lot more that you're speaking, but he wants you to get, like, a flow of speaking, like you're speaking before you encounter things. You're speaking and speaking and speaking. And it's a season where you'll greatly enlarge. You'll be very aware of it, and a great change in many different areas, not just one, but there's different areas that are going to be affected because there's rewards for sitting under the Word. And His Spirit is present to help you. And so keep speaking and answering, but do it more. Amen. Do it more. Okay, okay. So answering problems from your spirit man. Let me start off with a story. It's something that flashed in my spirit a couple years ago, and I saw a boxing ring. It was just something that I saw with my spirit man. It wasn't in my Mind. And the Lord was in this vision and he was standing in the middle of the boxing ring, and he had me beside him. And on the outer parts, you know where the ropes are. Was the enemy was standing outside those ropes, but he was leaning over the ropes and he was trying to get my attention and he was trying to draw me out of the ring. And I heard the Lord say, in that ring, as long as you stay in this ring with me, you don't leave this place to go outside. You're not drawn outside, you'll win every victory. As long as he can't draw you out, he can't make you get out of that ring. He said, because I've seated you here or stood you here with me. But it was something I could see. It was a visual picture, and I never forgot it. Because our spiritual life is not fighting the devil. It is not fighting the devil. The Bible is true when it says that Jesus defeated our enemy and gave that victory to us. What is our part is we get birthed into a spirit realm. God gives us His Word. And now we're learning the skill of standing on that Word and not allowing anything to take us off that Word so that for us, there's manifestation after manifestation after manifestation of victory. And it's always about becoming skillful in an area. It's about learning what the Word says and being not just a doer, an avid doer of the Word of God because our weapons work, the weapons he gave us. Aren't you glad that you don't have to get in the dirt with the devil? And I think most of us know what it has been like to get down in the dirt with him and thinking that that's the wrestling that the scripture is talking about. And it's not. It's being skillful with the Word, being skillful in the spirit, pruning our lives, staying very obedient and very keen to what is being taught. So turn with me in the word to second Timothy 1, verse 7. We all know this verse, but it's an incredible verse. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. And if he has not given it, we have no business taking it. Just imagine the spiritual supply that is available to us as believers to never fear again. But you're not going to not fear because you got a strong mind. You're not going to not fear because you were just born with a powerful personality. This is something of the spirit. And every believer is given this if they will Learn, if they will learn how to stay in the word, how to resist things, how to answer things, answer problems. The amplified says, I love it. God did not give us a spirit of timidity. Don't you love that? Timidity is weakness. It cringes, it draws back, it's weak. It says of cowardice, of craven, and here's the word again. And cringing and fawning fear. But he has given us a spirit of power and, and of love and of a calm and well balanced mind and discipline and self control. Now I want to narrow in on the word discipline. Discipline means work. It means work. There's, oh, there's activity, there's intention there, there's energy. Putting into disciplining the mind. The word discipline shows us that we have to be thoughtful and pay attention to what we allow in our thought life. Craig says it, and I say, I still remember being in Russia around that table. We were going through a pretty big trial in the ministry. Somebody had moved against us and they were talking about the newspapers and whatever and it was just, it just hurt. It was just a bad feeling. And so we were telling her about it and she said to us, oh, Pastor, you're in the mental arena and the devil's going to beat you up there. And I remember thinking, what does that mean? I'm serious. I thought, what? Not in a bad way, but I knew what she was saying was true. But I didn't know what she meant, not really. What does that mean? Thoughts come. Hurts come. What does that mean? You're in the mental arena because we all have a mind. But she began to teach us at that table that you could reject the thoughts that come. Since I got up this morning, I have rejected so many thoughts. And I mean, today was an unusual day. Today was like a stomping day. I'm not kidding. Like I got out of bed. That's what it was like in the realm of the spirit today. Every day is not that way. But it's like my finger was out today. And I was answering. I had to make sure that I'm answering the lies, what he's bringing on many different fronts. So I'm answering, but I, it. How old was I in 2016? I don't know. That's about what, eight, nine years ago? So 40. That never dawned on me after all the reading, all the things that I'd done that I had perfect power to discipline my mind, to say, you're not coming in, you're not coming in. I choose not to think on you. I'm not meditating on that. No, that will not happen. Because I have authority in the realm of the spirit. That might be true, but it's coming from the wrong source. So I reject it. My father doesn't speak to me that way. It's important. We have to pay attention. Because if we don't pay attention, you will take a thought, and before you know it, you've meditated on it for a day, a week, years, years. How you think about yourself, if it's not a reflection of what the word says about you, you're meditating on a lie. If the word is not saying it, people say, well, you know, there could be truth to it. Oh, yes, there's much improving we can do. But it still has to come from the right source. It still has to come from love. You know, we all need correction. But things that tear us down, that hurt us, that change our identity, lies that come, that are embedded. If you've meditated on them and you've accepted them, you have to discipline your thought life. And if you've been doing it for years, or maybe even since you were a little child, you're going to feel like I was today. What I was facing today didn't come from childhood. It was just an onslaught from the enemy. But it's gone. It's gone. Probably because of that word that was going to come forth in the beginning of the service. Because I felt it as soon as I walked in. I felt the anointing drop strong. That discipline is to turn those lies and to trample them. And when you trample them, the power that's behind those lies stops. And you just walk through doors that you didn't even know existed. The right doors. The right doors emotionally, the right doors mentally. God has so much to say about disciplining the mind. And you have to first recognize where the thought comes from. I guarantee you, before the night is over, you will have an opportunity to recognize a thought. And then you can discipline your mind. Now, when I say we don't think about. There's lots of things. Listen, even in your jobs in ministry, there's things, unpleasant things, that you have to deal with. So we don't refuse to deal with things. It's not that, but it's the right way of dealing with things, the right way of answering things, the right way of turning down any thought that comes. That's troubling. In the natural, it may be troubling, but we have a spiritual supply. Thus comes the discipline. Thus comes the answering. What words are we Speaking even I like the way Pastor Nancy says it. Even if something's out of place and we know it, it's not because it's perfect, but the disciplined thought life. Remember, if you're not allowed to fear, what are you allowed to do? Because that's where we need to engage. We're not allowed to fear. Isn't that good news? We're not allowed to worry. If you're not allowed to worry, it's because there's an answer. It's not because you're a robot. It's because there's an answer from the realm of the spirit. And a disciplined mind has walls around it. Let me tell you distinct boundaries that are placed around your mind. And you will hear yourself saying things like, oh, no, you don't. Oh, no, I'm not thinking that. No, there's another way. No, God's with me on this one. The answer's coming. How about the thoughts? You're not good enough. How about those thoughts? Right? I mean, but that's not what the word says. So a disciplined mind has to answer from the spirit, answer those things until the power of those things just breaks. And you don't believe it anymore, and you don't say it anymore. You don't act like it anymore. And it has no power over you because you've disciplined your mind like a fortress about what comes in in all manner of life, especially when you're hitting troubled waters because he gave you an entire book to load your dialogue with. Your speech is loaded when it comes to the Word. And not only it's just Logos is awesome, but rhema, he will pick something up. Right now, one of the verses I'm dwelling on is in Psalm 27, and it's talking about the Lord leading you in perfect paths. It's so important. Well, I mean, we have just spent, what, two months telling the congregation. This changed. That changed. There's more coming, by the way. There's more coming. I don't know what they all are, but I know whenever I get in my car to go, the Spirit comes and he is changing things. And he even said this. He said, and I'm turning over the little stones as well. I'm doing this because. Because, well, first of all, you're aware now. You're aware now. And so we just get in the car and we just pray and pray and pray, and the Lord leads us. But the changes that come, they're being prayed out ahead of time. And so that verse for me is, lord, I want to know those plain paths Lead me in plain paths so that my enemies, people say, who are your enemies? The wrong path is my enemy being in the wrong place with the wrong people. You know, I need the right supply, I need the divine connections, I need to be in the right conferences. I don't need to be anywhere that I don't need to be the enemies. And of course there's enemies can be that mean person, but let me tell you, it's much more diverse than that. So disciplining my mind is the answers are coming and my spirit's being seasoned. I'm going to be led in a plain path because I'm seeking the Lord and so are you. The key is stopping those thoughts and recognizing them, that wrong flow, and weighing them against the word. Now this, this is so important. If you don't, if you don't want to do this, you don't have to do this, you don't have to do this. But if you want a peaceful mind, and when you walk into a situation, your authority is working for you, you have got to discipline your mind. God gave you his mind, gave you the words to put in your mind, gave you the spirit to lead you into distinctions of those words. And so he's trying to get our attention. He needs us to discipline our thought life. Like a soldier. Gideon had what, 30,000, was it 30,000? Does anybody know 30? Yeah, right. Yeah. So he's got all of these people and he's going to war and only 300, like 1%, get down, put their face to the water the right way, and they're looking up, they're aware they're ready to fight, they're on guard even as they're doing leisure, a leisure activity. And God chose them. And you had to know that that was not easy, watching the retreating backs of 29 something thousand and a few hundred. And we got a war to fight in the natural that was not encouraging. But because he had 300 that were disciplined, because that's what that meant, they were aware he could take the enemy. Our thought life is like that. If you have a disciplined thought life where everything, everything, everything, everything is weighed against the word, your whole thought life now has a demand on it to change. Because it's a spiritual thought life. It's all about dominion and authority. And believe it or not, there's muscle memory. That's why Dr. Would say, oh, no, you don't. First thought, no you don't, because there's a better way to say it maybe, but there's muscle memory to knowing how to discipline and you're not coming in. I know you. I know what you are. I know what that is. That's not right. God doesn't talk to me like, I don't feel like that when God deals with me, even when I'm being corrected. A disciplined thought life. Disciplining our thought life protects the flow of a sound mind. Even if you never say a word to anybody else about what you're thinking, if what you're thinking is wrong, the enemy is taking ground in you. And any mind that is not disciplined has the clutter all through it of unbelief. The clutter of unbelief, stopping the flow of those promises God gave us because we don't speak them, we don't believe them, not really. We've filled our mouth with something else. Reactionary words to whatever it is that we're facing, whatever it is we see, whatever it is we feel, the feelings. A disciplined thought life. It requires something of you. And not everyone wants it, but the Word requires it of us if we're going to be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. Your job is to get your mind into a spiritual flow of peace based on God's word. And that's where faith flows. Ephesians 6:12 says, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Second Corinthians 10, 4, 5. It says, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty. Through God to the pulling down of strongholds. He's telling the truth. He's telling the truth. He's telling the truth. Strongholds. Casting down is a violent action. It's to throw down. That's the picture of a mind that is disciplined. It does not allow things. It's militant about what it allows in. We got to see that with Pastor Nancy when doctor went home. I mean, it was militant and peaceful at the same time. Because God told her three years earlier, practice peace. Well, do you know, I mean, you can get out of peace because you can't find your car keys? Yeah, stressful. Are you running behind on something and someone's mad at you when you get there? And then, yeah, you can be stressed out about family things. You could be stressed out in your marriage. You could be stressed out with your kids. You could be stressed out with relationships or a best friend or a sibling or just a lack of circumstances coming together for you. But if you want it changed, you got to cast down imaginations. What about rejection what about loneliness? The enemy will surround you. I know because I've been a pastor for some years now, and I see it. He will surround you with proof that you are lonely, that you are rejected, that things don't go your way. He will surround you. He will surround you. If you don't arm your mind, if you don't discipline your mind to reject it, and then speak and answer. Answer on the offensive. Get back. This is how it's going to be. Not that if you take those thoughts, you're a victim. And that peace flow that he gave you. Remember Jesus said, my peace I leave with you. I give it on to you. Don't be troubled. Don't be troubled. Casting down, casting down, throwing down every imagination. The mind can be a wonderful thing and your worst enemy. So the faster you get to building those boundaries, those blocks with the Word, the faster you build infrastructure around your mind to make your mind at peace and a safe place, a place where the enemy doesn't get to play. That means you're growing up spiritually. Most people don't even think about this. They don't even know they have a choice. They don't know it's the enemy at work. They don't know that he surrounds them with hooks so that they'll grab it and take it and plant the seed down in their heart and get an awful harvest. But we are supposed to wrestle it to the ground and bring every thought. He didn't say bring thoughts. He was very succinct in this verse. Every thought to the obedience of who? Christ? To the standard of what the Word says. Now, you do that on purpose. You do that on purpose. If you meditate on something long enough, it becomes a habit. And the devil will energize a habit. Pastor Nancy says that so well, he will energize. It will start off a habit. It will get worse and worse and worse. But when you have authority over your own mind, your mind belongs to you. Don't ever give up the thought or don't ever give up the authority of your own mind. Don't believe that you don't have what it takes to control your own mind. You. You do. You completely do. You may get into seasons where you have to batten down the hatches, spend more time meditating, but you have what it takes, and God wants you to do that. Whenever those things come, we're to take on the instruction of the Word. But you understand, this is all mindful. This is all intentional. This is all the gospel is free. But our lives Are filled with the energies of putting the word in. Putting the word in, Putting the word in. It's like I was thinking about it the other day. It's like if you were to. Danielle, you'll appreciate this, but it's like if you start working out, and I've said that before too, but in the moment, you don't feel the strength, but three months in, you can feel the strength in your body. You feel the change. It's like the Word is like that. When you're sitting in the chair in the morning, you're going through the. You're diligent, but putting the Word in, believing it from your heart. You might not feel the full effects of that verse right then, but when you get up and you go out and you're faced with something, whatever it is, big or small, you can feel the effects of that word. It's like a strengthened muscle because you put the time in, whether it felt good, whether it felt dry, whether you felt like you wanted to get up and do it. Like working out, putting the Word into your spirit is the exact same thing. You are working out your spirit. You're demanding that your mind be disciplined, spiritual. It's highly spiritual. Highly spiritual. It makes you talk like Jesus, look like Jesus, and you don't react. Think about it. If you have a disciplined mind, the days of reactionary anger, panic, depression, moodiness, touchiness, they're gone because you're holding yourself in a certain place. But it's more than just you holding yourself there. You have exercised a spiritual activity that changes you. It's not just we're mimicking the actions of victory. No, it's a flow. It's a hammer. It's a hammer. The strength comes out and it's. Oh, that's what that does. The same thing with disciplining the mind. When you're young in these things and you're around people that are more mature than you, sometimes they will accuse you of being word police or whatever. And people can be that way. But there's a maturing that, you know, no, no, no, no, we don't do. No, we're not going there. We don't do that. There's no victory there. I know you hear me talk about this a lot, but I know in my life, in my life, hearing it repeated over and over, and I get something new, and it's kind of like, where was I the last three years? You know, what it. Over and over and over, the spirit life, what it does, what we do with it, what it produces to Grow us up. Pay attention to what brings fear in your life. Pay attention to what brings dread. Pay attention to the things that the enemy is trying to sow. Because then what you do is you turn fully toward it and you take the arsenal of the Word and then you go after it. You're going towards it because it's a weak place. And remember, God called you to fight the fight of the spirit. So you are putting the Word and your faith into things to change it. Plus, when you hear yourself speaking the Word, there's no room for fear. There's no room for fear. There's only room for the offense. That's it. People that know God, that go into situations that they shouldn't make it out of, they always make it out when they know God. Look at brother Jerry. He's not supposed to make it out of that. Knew one verse, the memory of the upright is blessed and gets out and has to, you know, he's got, you know, half his body's not working. He's trying to start all the cars, and he walks out healed. I mean, that's what the Word will do. If you discipline your mind. And there's. See, what was he saying? What was he saying? The word. That word was offensive for him. If he could see it in the spirit, I'm sure it was a sword. And then it took very little time to restore his life to him. Very little time. We're no different. We're no different. But he puts the word in, in, and he's disciplined. Does your mind activity, please God. God said to me within the last year, he said, if you sow noise into your mind, you will reap noise. Does anybody here like Instagram? I love Instagram. I told my husband, I said, I have gotten so many great products off of Instagram. I mean, it's astonishing. I'm actually connected with the world because of Instagram, Facebook, whatever. But Instagram's my jam. And I'm like, if I don't look at Instagram, I'm not going to have any products. And those products are changing my life. But I noticed a new. And I'm not talking. I'm not talking about hours on it. I'm not talking about giving it hours. I'm talking about, you've done your day. You get in bed and you start scrolling, right? And next thing I know is like, oh, 30 minutes, you know, okay, but 30 minutes is not so bad, you know? And that's what he said to me, because I felt something in my mind, like a noise, like a Little bit of a scatter, a little bit hard to bring it in. And I thought, what is that? And that's what he said to me. If you sow noise in your mind, you're going to reap. You're going to reap it. And he's not telling me, I can't look at it. I mean, if he does, it's over, it's over and I'll end it. But he's saying to me, very little you can touch has no priority. Very little I'll let you touch it. Don't do more than touch it or I'll take it away. I'm like, okay, I got it. Does the activity of your mind, please God, your thoughts, are they running around, banging around, clattering? Well, you don't know what I'm facing. Oh, but a disciplined mind will take that in and sit your mind down. It will not allow your mind to bang around and cause trouble for you. No peace. A disciplined mind brings joy. It brings the right. Only the right words are coming out. If you don't know what to say, you talk to the Father so that your communion is sweeter. You seek his face. You wait on Him. Anything that doesn't arrive, you at peace. Don't touch it in your thought left. Now, when we say that or I say that, people go, oh, yeah, if I tell you not to touch something, that means don't have contact with it, don't touch it. That's not a casual attitude. Don't touch it in your thought life. So then what we do is we reason why it's reasonable for us to touch it in our thought life. You're allowed to pray it out. You're allowed to talk to the Father about it. You're allowed to inquire in the word. There's much talking that you can do that is perfect for it. But you're not allowed to take that poison into you and let it begin to do a work until it rapes your emotions and leaves you frustrated and struggling and no answers. God forbids it because you're not allowed to worry. No contact with it whatsoever. What is he trying to do? He's trying to give you days. Heaven on earth, that's what he's trying to do. Where you're so solid, your happiness. And while he cares about the outward happiness. But your true happiness is generated from the inside in your spirit, man. So much that really no one can take it away from you because it's a spirit of joy. It's not, oh, you know, it's Not a natural flow, which is nice, but that doesn't last. As soon as something bad comes along, that's out the window. This is something different. You have to be aware of what you need to put your faith on. And do you understand how concrete faith is? Faith is concrete. It turns and looks at something and demolishes. Doesn't take no for an answer. It seeks God because it knows, once things have told it that it's impossible. Faith goes, nope, not impossible. That's what faith does. If it's impossible in the natural, it just engages a totally other realm. It's not intimidated at all. So you understand that this requires skill. Skill. So tomorrow when you get up, something comes. And it will, because I'm not even talking about the big things. That comes too. As soon as something comes, recognize it. That's your homework. Because some of us are better at it than others. I mean, Pastor Nancy's amazing. I'm just running up the road after her, trying to. The first thing starts with awareness. Oh. Oh, my goodness. I've been thinking about this today. I didn't realize, like, I think about this, I think about this, I think about that, I respond to that. I'm grumpy by the afternoon. We hate Mondays because apparently it's an epidemic. Everyone hates Mondays, you know? I'm serious. I'm serious. The kingdom doesn't have that. Listen, I'm not saying we can't joke with our friends a little bit, you know what I mean? But the flow of death, we gotta get it out of us. Get it out, get it out, eject it, recognize it, and then go on a full assault of, that's not how we talk anymore. That's not how we believe anymore. That's not who we are anymore. What do we do when we realize that a thought is wrong? Well, I start off by saying we answer it with the word. But the word is direct hand to hand combat. To keep the enemy from dragging you into his arena. You cannot out think it. You have to understand what he's doing. Out thinking it is natural. You can spend so much time, there will be no answers there. Answering with the word is spiritual. It's totally different. Words cannot be stopped. Pastor says this. Words cannot be stopped with thoughts. Thoughts. Something will hit you. And in your mind you're thinking about it. And you know, I just kind of, oh, I feel this way about it. Whatever, oh, I'm so sick of this. Or blah, blah, blah. And before you know it, you've spent half the day under a cloud because you didn't stop those words when they came, they came as thoughts. They came from that realm as thoughts against your mind. When the enemy speaks specific words to your mind, you can't stop those words with thoughts. You have to force yourself with your words to answer those words. And if you think that that is a natural reaction, it's not. I said it before, I'll say it again. It's like when I was doing scuba diving lessons in Jamaica. They were fake. And what I mean by that is they train you in the pool. And it's not like a deep dive of 100ft. It was like 30ft down. But I had to put the scuba equipment on me, and I had to. It was a cloudy day and it was raining, and I was in the pool, and the water was being stirred up by the rain, so it was murky. And the guy who was instructing us kept saying, you know when you put your head underwater, like, make sure you breathe in. And I'm thinking, well, of course we're going to breathe in. We're not going to stop breathing under the water. But I was amazed. I had to focus on breathing. That was shocking to me. I felt like that would be so, like, breathing natural, like breathing. And it wasn't. You'd find yourself holding your breath and you. And you'd draw it in. And that was a shocker to me. But this is the same thing. So once you've learned how to scuba dive and you do it all the time, nobody got to tell you to breathe in, focus on your breath. No one has to tell you to do that. You just naturally do it, answering wrong thoughts with your words because those thoughts came. They're words from another source, an evil source. You have to speak. You have to speak. Those words carry force. Your words stop the force of those words. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. It doesn't matter if it's a good tongue or a bad tongue. There's life in it. Well, life and death in it, if you get what I mean. If it's coming from death, you've got to answer it with life. You've got to stop the movement of those words. And I feel like a broken record. I feel like I get up, I'm preaching the same thing every time. But it's changed my life, and I know how long it took me to get it. And I'm still focusing on it and focusing on it because it's the best news I ever had in my life, that I have a say. And my mind is at Peace. That means everything to me. When those words come against your thought life, you pick up God's words and speak those words to those thoughts. That's how you stop the force of wrong words, which are wrong words, as you put God's words into action, into motion. I wish I had learned this when I was 20. I would be further along. Pastor Nancy tells a story about how she was overcoming harassment. And for a year and a half, she did everything she knew how to do, and it didn't budge. And so the Lord told her to praise him, and the enemy did not want her to praise him. He kept saying, this is not going to work because of the magnet. He was making a lot of noise in her life, a lot of pain. And he kept saying, this is. This is not going to change this. You just saying, praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. She said she praised the Lord until something clicked. What happened? She went from here, there, down in her spirit. People say, I don't know how to get in my spirit. I don't know what you mean. Just keep going. Keep praying in tongues, keep listening. Because, well, Pastor Nancy said this story, and I love this. She said, when she was a little girl, she started kindergarten. She was age 5. And the teacher said, open your books and we're going to start reading at such and such a place. And she said, everyone opened their books. And she said, I had this overwhelming thought of, I don't know how to read. Everyone here must know how to read. I don't know how to read. It was just the language the teacher used. Nobody else knew how to read either. But she said, open your books. We're going to read. And she said, so I started crying. That's what she said. Little girl, she was crying, right? Because she thought everyone knew how to read but her. And so she said, so what happened? She went every day until she learned how. She just kept going. If you want to learn the things of the spirit, if you want to learn how to be led, if you want to learn how to get into deeper realms of prayer, you just keep going, be around it, watch it. And when there's things said in church, go away and meditate on it. And God will push you over. He will. He'll push you over. He'll push you in. You'll begin to understand some of the things just come. I was out praying yesterday, and I reached a certain point in the road. It's country road. And when I reached that point in the road, I don't know how to describe spiritual things. But I could feel like a rumble of like a. Like when a wave rolls in. And I knew it had to do with prayer, and I knew it was elevating some things in my prayer life. Like, that's hard to. I mean, I can explain. It's not really that hard to explain, but the way that it felt, I could feel that spiritual wave coming in. No one tells you that other than you just keep going, hunger, keep going, and God will give you the desires of your heart. He will give you the desires of your heart, make you a very spiritual Christian where you understand spiritual things. You understand the magnitude of spiritual things. When we were in our 20s, we would hear people say things like, well, you got to pray for your pastor. So I remember my thoughts were, okay, well, we'll pray, you know, that they prosper and that their kids are, you know, protected. And all those things are good. But that's not what. That's not it. That's not it. It's picking. It's going in the realm of the Spirit with no agenda. It's. You just go in and you start praying. And as you start praying, he will grab. It's like he grabs ahold of you and pulls you. Today in prayer, while we were praying, the Spirit emphasized greatly, we didn't pick this subject. He emphasized the turning of little stones in the congregation. There's things that are happening, things of the spirit, things that are being turned. I don't know how to turn them. My husband doesn't know how to turn them. The Spirit is going ahead to turn things. Well, see, you bring that into your families. You don't know how to turn them. Some things you've talked to till you're blue in the face. You've modeled the good stuff, you've done this, you've done that, you've waved your hanky, you've been spiritual, you've done it all. But you don't know how to turn that stone. But the Spirit knows how. And so as you go in, you go in, you go in, and it's. The realm of the Spirit is beckoning. Every born again believer, if you are washed in the blood, God wants to enlist you in a massive way to show you that realm, to make you effective. So as you go in, you are tearing down things that shouldn't be there, and then other things are being built up. And then it's like a year later. We were praying this out a year ago, but I didn't know what it meant. I just knew. Change, change, change. Because we pray in tongues and the interpretation would come, change. I didn't know what was being changed. I didn't know what was coming. But I can tell you just from my spirit, just from the feeling in my spirit there's so much happening right now to change things. But I can't tell you what it is. I just know we'll see it. When we see it, we'll go, oh, okay. That's another change. That's another thing. The maturity of a church happens the same way. You hear the preaching of the Word. But as the people pray, as they begin to learn to get in, everything changes. Because God is able to flow. He's able to go through our prayers. I said to the Lord, I said, why do we have to pray? I think that's the question. I mean, I want to pray, but why? And he said, I gave you my authority. My authority rests in the church. So whether you're speaking in English or whether you're commanding things in tongues, he said, it's coming through my church. And he said, I hook up with them there, and it's this perfect union, and my desires just flow through you. But you're praying it out. It's not just him. He's got to have his church pulling things into this realm. And so I don't know why I'm saying that with this particular sermon. It fits, but I don't think it really fits. But anyway, we'll make it. We'll chinch it in there and make it fit. I've stayed with a disciplined mind tonight because I think that everybody needs to go away and really focus on it. Focus on what that means in your life. Focus on where you're letting the enemy come in, and you will get a harvest of peace. You'll shut those doors. Shut those doors one day. If the Lord lets me, I will talk about the seasons, especially the last four years, but I'm not permitted right now. And the things that I've had to deal with and the things that I've had to pray through and the things he's told me by the Spirit. And I'm not a secretive person. I just know there's restraint right now. I suspect that when the full manifestation comes and there's joy, then he'll let me share some things more fully, and that'll be okay. But what he's taught me in this season, he's taught me about a spiritual mind and the peace of a spiritual mind that I didn't know existed. I knew my spiritual mother had it, but that doesn't mean I Have it. People around you can have it. But if you don't cultivate, no one can get that for you. No one can get that mind for you. You've got to have that for you. But if you have it, you can affect a tremendous amount in the spirit realm. You can save things that would otherwise be destroyed. You can use your authority, and yet you're not fighting the devil. You're not fighting the devil. You're not. If you are, you got to come up out of that. You are not fighting him. You are listening to God's word and you're using those weapons and you're using those words and you're praying things out in the spirit. And you will see change. You might feel like nothing. Jeanne Wilkinson said that. She said some seasons of her life. She said, if I had to go by what I'm seeing, nothing. Nothing. And she said, yet I'm putting in the time. There's tears, there's burdens. They come, they leave. And she said, but she said, I can tell you from a life well lived. She said, I got it all in the end and before the end. But she said, but by the time her life had traversed, she just could look back and go, look at that. The glory of God just gave answer after answer after answer. So you have to do your job. You get in and then you protect that mind like a soldier. And then God will have you living a life of peace no matter what's going on around you. And if you know him, he's going to bring good things your way. He's going to bring good things, especially with a spiritual mind on it. That's one thing I've enjoyed watching Pastor Nancy's life ascend. I've watched her. I'm so grateful to have, like, front row seats. There's a piece that marks her almost more than any, I think, more than anyone I know. I'm sure there are people, but there's something about her. It's almost like an atmosphere around her. And she has. The Word has done it, but she has built that around her life. Just the fact that that's available should want us hungering and going after that, because he offered it to every believer, every single one of us. He's so precious. He's so perfect. He's so high. Pay attention to the way words make you feel. Pay attention. It'll help you know where to put the guards on. It'll help you know what to not let in. And he'll. He'll keep you in perfect peace because your mind Is stayed on him. Father, thank youk for your word. It's light. It's a lamp. A bright lamp down the pathway, Father. Never in darkness. Never, never alone. Never defeated. I worship you. We worship you, Lord. Thank you. Thank you for the grandness of your plan, Lord. You're about to hit earth, Lord. You're going to come back soon, Lord. We've got some years to run, to do things with you. And we're excited about this mantle. We're excited about seeing the Word come off the page, alive in our lives. The Holy Spirit being everything he said he would be. Thank you, Lord. Those that know their God shall be strong and do great exploits. But it's all in the knowing. All of it is in the knowing. So we worship you. We ask you over and over again. Come into this place in a brand new way as things are being changed and turned and fortified and we're being changed. As the consecration levels are going higher and higher, Father, we are, we are positioning ourselves for you to come in a majestic and a strong way, full of miracles, signs and wonders, heralding who you are here and to those that would come and see that. We worship you, Lord. Father, for every person listening tonight, those here and those via livestream, Lord God, let the word go in rich. Let them change tonight. They could be so different after tonight. Their minds can be changed, fortified, strengthened. Everything in place, Father. That's what we want for this church. Victory, spirituality, high maturity, high levels of knowing God, I thank you. I thank you. I thank you. I thank you. I thank you, thank you for your goodness. Thank you, Lord. Where we've disappointed you, Lord, with our thought life, Lord, we say we're sorry we pick ourselves up tonight, Lord, and we determine we're going to have a disciplined mind because you gave it to us. You gave us your mind and we love you for it. We thank you for it. We exercise that mind in the mighty name of Jesus. Everyone said amen.
