So this morning. Well, let me say this. I got to California, and I got to the house, and the first morning I was there, I'm sitting in the living room, just looking out. You guys, you gotta come to my house and see my house. Okay? The view is beautiful. Sonya's gonna help me. She's got great ideas. So we're talking. But. But it was. I was sitting there, and I had a vision in the living room, and I'm going to share it with you this morning. And it's a little deeper, but I asked the Lord, I said, is this just for me or is this for the church? And I just felt like it was good to share it. And so I'm going to share with you this morning. And so the message today is called summoned to prayer. Summoned to prayer. But I was. I want to talk to you about it because we're going into deeper waters. Let me just go back for a second. When we were there this week, the message was so high, it took the brakes off on the inside. And it was. I remember when Dr. Winston was here, he said to us, you're behind. And I knew. I know he's right. Whatever he says, he's right. So there's no. There's no pushback from me. Zero. I'm like, yeah, you're right. But I said to the Lord afterward, I said, lord, explain it to me. Because I said, we are praying. We are really praying about this. We're praying in the 166. And all last year, before we knew that number, we were praying, but there was no pushback in me. I just literally wanted to know. I know we are. Why are we. Why are we behind? And when we were down in California, they were talking about the now of faith and how you've already been broken through. And we hear this, but you have to have revelation of it, because if you don't have revelation of it, you're in a waiting mode. People say, well, some things take time. Yeah, but they're not supposed to take the time that they're taking. There's no condemnation. Breakthrough comes with revelation and with growth. So the Lord kind of explained it to me. The knowledge of it came up in my spirit. He said, because you're waiting, because you're thinking, we're going to pray this thing and we're going to take it. He said, that's true. He said, but there's a weight in you that I don't want. He said, because I want you to focus on. I'm already through. So I'm not here. I'm here. And if I'm here, then it's like my faith will have jet fuel. My faith will go, oh, yeah, I'm taking it. And it's not like I'm not going to coast in the waiting. I'm like, well, it's coming, it's coming. No, it's like, I already called it. It's already here. And now I'm doing this because I know it's got to show up. And so my faith, real faith, accelerates it. It's not that there's no faith present. It's not that. And it's not that there's no time that has to pass. But when faith sits back, there's a delay caused by the enemy. We're coasting. There's a ferocious faith that has to understand it is done. I am cleaning this up. I am charging ahead. You've heard people say the press of faith. Well, then you know that there's. There's different meters, different measurements in faith. You can have faith, but is your faith taking? Is your faith accelerating? Is your faith now faith rather than sitting back in it? And it's a spiritual revelation, because when God showed it to me, I saw it. I saw my waiting. And I didn't feel like I was waiting. I thought, no, I'm speaking. No, I'm praying, I'm praying. But when God showed it to me, it was like he put me on the other side and I could see what he saw. And he said, jennifer, you're waiting on me. You're waiting on me. Take it. Take it now. And then when you take it now, you'll look and you'll see people coming. You'll see them coming. And I said, I got it. I got it, Lord. So anyway, I'm there, I'm sitting in the living room and I'll explain it and so that you can see what I saw. But I was actually in a different passage. I was in Matthew and I was seeing Jesus talk to the disciples about. He was actually talking to the Pharisees because they were upset that. They were upset about. They were legalistic about saying, you know, things shouldn't be done on the Sabbath. And he talked to them about their legalism. And he said, you know, even the priests, it says in the Old Testament, the priests profane the tabernacle, meaning that they're working on the Sabbath that you call so holy that you don't even want people healed on the Sabbath because you're calling it work. So legalistic, so evil. Right? Jesus gave Them the best example ever, he said. I said, technically, the priests that are working in the tabernacle, in the temple, they profane the Sabbath. So what's he saying? There's exceptions. There's exceptions for duty, there's exceptions for work. There's exceptions. And he talked about even David went through the field. Actually, that was the disciples. David and his ones he had with him ate the showbread in the tabernacle. Why? Because the Sabbath is made for man. There's exceptions. It's like if we say the word says in Corinthians, don't eat communion as a meal. Don't be casual. Treat it like just everyday eating. It's not everyday food. It's not everyday. You can have communion every day, but you're not treating it like a common meal. That's what he meant. Right. And so. But if we were to have something happen and we had to house people in the church and we're eating at the altar, there's an exception because people are above the rules and laws of the Sabbath. Does that make sense? So that's where I was. It has nothing to do with this message. But as I'm sitting there, I had a vision come up in my eye. I saw the Lord, and he took me to Matthew 26. Let's go. Let's go to Matthew 26. Matthew 26:36. That's where I'll start. Matthew 26:36. It says, Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane. And said unto the disciples, sit you here while I go and pray yonder. And he took with him his three Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, which are James and John, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy. Then saith he unto them, my soul is exceeding sorrowful. Can you imagine the Son of God saying that to you? His soul, the one they relied on to be strong. And he's still strong, but this is a different operation. He said, my soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death. Tarry you here and watch with me. And he went a little further and fell on his face and prayed, saying, o my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will. And he cometh unto the disciples and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, why could you not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray that ye enter not into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. He went away again the second time and prayed, saying, oh, my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me except I drink it. Thy will be done. And he came and found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy. And he left them and went away again and prayed the third time saying the same words. Then cameth, sorry, cometh he to his disciples and saith unto them, sleep on now and take your rest. Behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. So he sang, that window is closed. There was something that was open for the span of about three hours. And he was urging them because he knew things that were coming. He was urging them to strengthen themselves in the spirit. But they missed the opportunity. So when I was sitting, that's. That's the reference for today. That's where we're going from. But when I was sitting in the living room, Jesus, I saw him in this vision. And I saw the disciples asleep on the ground. And I saw that they were heavy in sleep. And he walked through them. And I saw him. And he was so beautiful, and he was so kingly. And he walked through the midst. And I'm watching him. And as he's going, I can see him. And his robe is extended on the ground behind him, and his chin is kind of up. And he's doing a very slow walk through the midst of his disciples. And they're out. And that included all of them, even the three. And I watched him as he walked. And at one point, he turned and he summoned me, and he summoned me to follow him. Now, remember, I'm telling you this, but it's for you just as much as it is for me. He summoned me to follow him into places of prayer. And it's precious, actually, that place that he summons us, it was like his whole being turned around to summon me. He wanted to catch my eye. He was calling me beyond the normal. And the disciples were asleep because of the oppression of the hour, okay? And Jesus walked slowly through them. So we know that there are battles that are different and the enemies are different in different places, in different places of the Spirit that you go. You know, like, we don't want to be too heavy on the disciples because they were encountering something that they had not encountered before. This kind of oppression that they were walking through. It actually put them to sleep from the pressure of it. So he was trying to get my attention that there's a place to go when others sleep due to the heaviness of the hour. Now, what I'm saying sounds heavy, but you understand anything that is preached is always about your victory. Because Jesus endured so that he would see the sons that he had birthed, so that he would give birth to the church. And it says the joy set before him, and none of us are called to go to a cross. He took the weight of that. We'll never have to do that. So when this vision came and he was summoning me, there was no fear, there was joy. It was a very peaceful, strong joy. But I knew that he was talking to me about some of the heavier things that the church will encounter as we go forward. But we're in the land of Goshen. While Egypt rages, we're in the land of Goshen. But in the land of Goshen, you are summoned to prayer. You understand that the disciples came up to something and they failed because they were not in the place spiritually they needed to be for that event. Jesus was talking to them, but they didn't get it. They didn't really understand. If you had talked to the disciples and said, well, you need to pray, they would have said, oh, yes, of course we know we need to pray. And yet they're asleep because of the heaviness of the hour, right? So Jesus said to me in the spirit during this vision, he said, there is strength to endure hardship in this place. In this place in the spirit, anything that we're encountering, I said it in the offering. Jericho was a place of hardship. We love to focus on the end result. The end result was something they'd never seen before. But he led them, and he led them to walk around those walls, right? He led them to walk around doing the actions of the spirit, even though they weren't in the spirit, but the spirit was with them. For us, there's places to endure so that strength, strength has to be put in us so that all we can see is the word of God, so that with joy, all we can see is the joy of the manifestation of what we're going through. That's it. That's all we see, is the answer. And that's a very real thing. I don't mean that in a religious way, like where we say we're in peace and there's no peace. You know, we say we're healed, but we're sick all the time. I'm talking about a real place, and that's what God was talking about. He said, the flesh is weak. Oh, let me say this. In this place of being summoned into an inner sanctuary of prayer, it's a place of pure power. This is a place where the shout comes out of where no enemy, no harat, nothing, nothing can stand in this place. It's a place of pure power. Jesus said, the flesh is weak, but the spirit is ready. And actually, when I looked up the word on my Bible, it said the word ready or willing means fierceness. Your spirit is fierce. And it says passionate wrath, like there's a ready in you. That's your spirit man. That is the real you. But your spirit man can only be filled up with God to endure and have strength in places that would oppose you in what's coming. It's not here yet. Now, I want us to be very careful that I say to you this is not to put in you like a watch now for things, because things are going to get so bad. That's not what this is about. This is about power. That's all this is about. All of us live here. All of us know at different times we face difficult things. So what? So what? What this message is about is power. It's not about what's coming. It's already here. But it's just when it shows up for you, right? It's if it deepens, as if it comes against. And I've got my notes, but there's something I have to cover today before I leave, because the Lord showed me something about the four years of fire. And it's pretty important. It's very powerful. It's about the mantle, Amy Semple McPherson's mantle. So I'll talk to you about that. But if you go into this, this message with a sense of that means things are going to get really bad. That's not what he was saying to me. It was such a place of peace. What he was showing me was it doesn't matter at all because of the power, because of being summoned into a place with him that you wouldn't sleep, that you wouldn't be oppressed and lie on the ground, but the strength would come that would be so strong in you that you would just come out the other side in complete victory. That's what he was emphasizing to me, that there would be absolutely no fear. When Joshua went into that land, they had so many enemies, so many enemies that were established, that were not afraid of them, that were mightier than them in terms of numbers, in terms of they're in the land, they've been warring for years. They're not like the Israelites. The Israelites moved in by the power of God. We move in by the power of God because God has broken through for us. He's already paved the way we're just going to believe it and do what he says because our eyes are not on us anymore. Because the power of God comes. So please understand this message. This is not about doom and gloom. This is about power in the place of prayer. That's what it. I want to be very careful about that because the enemy loves to energize the wrong thoughts about a message. He'll make you afraid in church. He will. He likes to come to church. It's our job to keep him out. Amen. So let me give you an example about the flesh being willing. Sorry? Flesh being weak, spirit being willing. Peter's response to Jesus in the Same chapter, verse 35, Jesus said unto Peter, verily I say unto you that this night before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me. Three times Peter and Peter said unto him, though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee. And then all the disciples said the same thing. Says likewise, said all the disciples. It wasn't just Peter. They all said it right, because his untested flesh was convinced he meant what he said. Though you die, I'm going to go with you. Even if we all die together. That's what the flesh says. And then when something comes or something hits the family, because the devil comes, right? He's trying to destroy something, you know, and then. Then we'll see if we're sleeping or if we're. We're following Jesus into that deeper place of prayer where. Where we are strengthened with such power and such might that there's actually joy and peace, joy and peace, keeping up those. Keeping the enemy out of our inner sanctuary. If God is in your inner sanctuary, and he is, but you are attuned to him. You are used to communing with him. You turn to him. This is the real you. The real you will shine when tests and trials come. The real you will stand up because this one is fed and is strong and is in communion with the Lord. That's why in church we hear, read your Bible, get into prayer. But it's not just a should do list. You are being prepared so that anything that comes, your spirit steps forward. And your spirit is fierce. Your spirit is a man of war. Your spirit assesses your enemy. Knowing Jesus went before me, says, I'm through. So now my ear. Or should I say, my ear is now. Okay, Lord, I'm waiting. Any new instruction? I have the word. But if there's any new instruction, specifics that need to be added, like walking around the walls 13 times in total, then we're Good for it. But you walk around those walls knowing the knowing is critical that you have been given the victory. There is no room for defeat. But we can't do those things. Starving to death, a low word life, a low worship life, a low prayer life, means you're starving to death on the inside. That's what it means. Because when things come, even little things, you'll faint, you'll be asleep. You will not be who you were made to be, who he made you. Because you have to have strength. You have to be sustained from the inside out. And have joy in things. Have joy. I'll never Forget, years ago, Dr. Was still with us. And we were in that little tiny room back there. We've made it larger since, but it was half the size it is today. And they were all sitting around. And I remember they were talking about something. And like, for a moment, they looked like a bunch of wizened old warriors. I can't explain it. It was just. I never forgot it. I looked around. They were talking about these problems. And they were hard problems, and they were. They would say it and laugh. And they all look at each other and laugh. And I thought, I'm so grateful to be in this room. And it was a real place. There was a bit of a savagery about it because things had come against them and they had gone into places of prayer. They had stayed with the Word, stayed with the Lord. And they watched it completely fall, Completely fall. You know, why are things allowed to remain in our lives? Because we have to be strengthened in the Spirit. Then we tear it down with our own hands. The instruction from the Word makes us ready and warlike. Don't ever forget that we are the head, we are not the tail. Ever, in any circumstance. It doesn't matter if it looks like we are the tail. We will turn it. We have the power of God on our side. We have that power. So Peter's flesh was untested. And when it was tested, because his spirit man, because he didn't. It wasn't just that moment, you understand? There's a lifetime of moving into those places. But this, The Holy Ghost selected this. What happened? To show us that it's only the spirit. It's only by the Spirit that you overcome. The spirit causes you to overcome. The spirit grows almonds. The Spirit brings life. It's the life of God. This is what's been given to us. We don't want to live natural lives. We live by the Spirit of God. We're one with him and everything. And we keep Saying it, we'll always say it. That provision has been given already. So now our eyes have to be opened so that we would cooperate with, with this great power that's given. We don't want our flesh to come up against mountains. No, our spirit runs out ahead of us when it's mountains and the spirit says, oh, I already know. I already know what to say. I already know. Oh, you're going to become a plain, a mountain. He didn't say a hill. So this looks big, but I'll make you flat. That's what the word. This is the might given to us in the spirit. And it's ferocious. I use that word on purpose. When you feel the anointing come on you in your life, and you feel that feeling like Elijah, you know, running before the king or slaying the prophets of BAAL to reinstitute national worship back to Jehovah. He took out a whole system. He took out a whole system in one day that was carefully erected against the children of God. And none of them were going with Elijah. But the system was overturned in one day. That's the might of God. That is the might of God. Jesus wanted the disciples quickened. See, this is spirit talk. Spirit action quickened with strength and might. Not to be delivered from something in this instance, but to go through something, many things. We are delivered from sickness. We're not going through sickness, okay? We're not going through accidents and the lack of protection. We're not going through poverty. But there are circumstances that will come and God is going to walk you through them. You're going to come out on the other side victorious. But he wants you to be strengthened, to go through. And when you're being strengthened, you know you're being added to. You never go back to who you are. Not things by the spirit. The mental realm maybe, but not the spirit. Because when you learn something in the spirit, there's something added to your. To your knowing on the inside. And once you know it, it's like walking into your living room. You know exactly where the furniture is. You could probably turn the lights off and walk through at night if you had to, because you know the room, you know, you know certain things. It's the same. Your spirit knows things and you don't regress. You keep going forward. Right now, I love this. There was strength that night, to not be scattered, to endure. Even though they're seeing Jesus go through the greatest hardship, which is hard on them, they didn't know they'd make it out alive. There was no prophecy, saying, you'll all make. So they're facing it with him, but they scatter because they're terrified. This is a violent group. Both the Jews and the Romans are coming to get Jesus, okay? And they know what the Romans do. The Romans were cruel and vicious to the nation of Israel, and they're under Roman law. So when they fill up the Garden of Gethsemane, they're terrified. They're terrified. But Jesus, it says in one of the passages in the Gospel he spoke. He said, I am he. And when he said it, every single person fell backward on the ground. And so there you see a man, yes, he's the Son of God, but he laid aside his deity. Remember that. You see a man anointed by God, full of strength and power. And you see that power push them down to the ground. And then you look at men that were not filled with strength and power, that were not in that place of prayer, because they weren't. They were not able to handle it, not even for a moment. From the onset of the night, they fled for their lives. And in the natural, you can understand it, but there was something that was prepared for them to take. In that prayer in the garden, Jesus was given strength to do something way beyond humanity, Right? That's Jesus. But whatever the disciples had, and they weren't going to be crucified, but whatever they needed to not be scattered, they didn't obtain. They didn't obtain because they were too much in their flesh and not enough in their spirit. Some things you will be delivered out of, others must be walked through. I said that before. Look at Psalm 30, verse 5. It says, his anger endures, but a moment in his favor is life. So the unpleasant is a moment. The favor of God is life is life. Okay? Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. This is temporary, okay? Followed by restored joy in God. So go with me to 2nd Corinthians 1, verse 4. I'm going to read it quickly. It says, Paul, an apostle. 2nd Corinthians 1:4. Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God and Timothy, our brother unto the church of God, which is at Corinth with all the saints which are in Achaia. Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be God. Even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, the God of all comfort, who comforteth us in all our tribulation. That is very important that you don't read that. With a religious mind, comfort is very real. It's a force of God. It brings peace and unexplainable peace. Hallelujah. Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble. And by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. What's he saying? Whatever we learn in that place, whatever we learn by the Spirit, that comfort of God, we're able to give it to those around us. We're able to transfer it so that the church is strong because they're learning something by the Spirit. This is not natural, normal comfort. This has weight, this has action, this has power. Okay? For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. And remember, he's showing a comparison here. He's saying this trouble abounds in this moment, this trouble abounds. But he says that our consolation, our comfort, also aboundeth by Christ. He's saying, it's here. His consolation is here. We are not left without consolation. And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer. Or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. Let me go down to the bottom. But I love this. I love this. For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia. That we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life. But we had the sentence. This is my. Just listen. Listen to this. But we had this. The but counters what was said before. But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, in ourselves, in ourselves. That we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead. So death, something felt so awful. It felt like death, like they didn't have the power to overcome it in ourselves. But then he's saying, but we don't trust in ourselves. So he's saying, this felt like death, but we don't trust in that. We trust in God who raises the dead, who raises us. Right. He said, who hath delivered us from so great a death and does deliver in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us. Listen to what Paul is saying. Yeah, we're covered. We were covered. We were surrounded in Asia. We felt that come against our very being, so that in ourselves we felt the death of this situation. So it looked like they weren't coming out alive. Most of us can't say we faced that. But Even if you did, you got word. You got word now. Okay, he's saying, God, which raises. Who delivered us from so great a death? What's he talking about? Salvation? He's already delivered us and raised us up from death, from the curse of the law, from hell itself. He's already done that. Okay. He said, who's delivered us from so great a death and does deliver. So that action is ongoing, that deliverance is always present, always remains, is forever with us. This deliverance and does deliver in whom we trust. There you go. Paul was a man of the spirit. He was a man of prayer. We trust that he will deliver us. These are not flimsy words. This is the strength that came from being in the presence of God. So. So he's saying, in the hardest of situations, I won't have you ignorant. And he also says, he talks about this comfort that we know of God that helps us. We're going to show you. We're going to give it to you. We're going to tell you how to be comforted by the Holy Spirit. We're going to teach you how to be strong. We're going to teach you how not to trust in yourself. We're going to teach you to only trust in the one that has delivered and continues to deliver. That's what he's saying. So many people read this and all they see is the hardship. But Paul is telling you, you don't trust in yourself. You bear the mark. What are the sufferings? It's not sickness. I'm not saying sickness doesn't afflict and that we don't have to overcome it at times. I don't mean that. But the sufferings being rejected in this system, this kingdom of the earth rejects the kingdom of heaven. So we truly feel like aliens here because we are our way of thinking, our way of believing. We've overcome. He's broken us through. Not only that, the earth is relegated to natural. And the natural, the Bible says cannot it's enmity against the Spirit. They cannot understand each other. They will not understand. So there's a hostility there. There's a hostility. But Paul is saying, let me talk to you about this. You know, it says that Paul went to the Lord about this thorn, this messenger of Satan that was given to Buffett him so that the revelations wouldn't come. Now, you know, revelations come from the Lord. So it's not God. There is an enemy that sees Paul in the spirit, grabbing revelations that are going to be forever housed by the church for now and all eternity. And this spirit comes to buffet him, to bring suffering. And so he goes to the Lord. And what does the Lord say? Of course, the religious world said it wrong. My grace is sufficient for you. What is grace? It's power. He's saying, my power is enough for you, Paul. But he had to go three times Jesus in the garden. Three times he went back, gaining strength, gaining strength, gaining strength. So that why he was prepared. And I mean, our minds are never going to be able to grasp, not on this side of heaven, how Jesus, even with angelic hosts coming, even to strengthen him. It says they came to strengthen him and he bled drops of blood in the garden that so great was the agony. But the Word tells us so. We know it's true. He was strengthened in that place to walk through the unspeakable. To walk through the unspeakable. So we have Paul who overcame that spirit that buffeted him. You see, there's a pressing in prayer. There's a communion, there's a summoning in prayer. There are a lot of people that won't go into the place of prayer, not necessarily because they don't want it, but because they've never been there. They don't actually know what they're missing. They see it as work. They see it as inconvenient. They see it as hard. They see it as maybe not as necessary. They see it as pure, nothing but pure sacrifice. They have not yet gotten into a place of pure joy, of pure communion, of pure power, or of being able to turn to the Lord when things outwardly are, like Paul said, unbearable, and have such peace, so much peace that they can pass it to their brothers. That's what Pastor Nancy did. When doctor Went home. She had so much peace that she comforted. That's a perfect example. She comforted us who loved him and felt the loss. Because we thought we had Dr. Forever. She comforted us. It is a wow. I had never seen that. Never seen that, like that. If you get to know Pastor Nancy, she is warm and loving. She is not cold as she has been accused of or unfeeling. She had something in the spirit. It was another place. And voices came up to criticize that place. Why? It doesn't make them evil. Their report is evil. But they're not up the mountain where she is. They can't understand because they don't have this. They can't see. They're down here where the forest is. You understand? They're not at the vantage point. And so she is telling the church. She even said she Recognized that not few were there. Sorry, few were there at that place. But God's not keeping us out. God. The invitation is for all who would come. All who would come. And I will say this. In revival that's coming, God will use a remnant in this church to drag the others in. That is the mercy of God and that is the goodness of God. Because sometimes we don't see. That's why we've got other people that do see around us, so that we can acknowledge they're seeing something. They're a place I'm not. But I'm going to go with them. I'm going to grab a hold of their coattails and I'm going to go and he's going to sweep a revival in. And you're going to see people that are indifferent. You're going to see people that are barely just not interested, not faithful. You're going to see people like that completely transform because they're going to touch the glory of God and that flame is going to rise up and it's going to envelop this place. Now, those who still don't want it, well, they just have to go their own way. Right? But he's going to do that in this place. But thank God and I speak over this place, that in this place we have people that are summoned to prayer and say, yes, they go into what is prayer? It's going into another realm. It's accessing another place, another kingdom. So that you don't live here. Your flesh lives here, but your spirit is called to live in another place, another kingdom. And that spirit far outweighs the natural realm. So that the natural realm is so subdued that in you, your speech is subdued. Sickness can't operate. Failure doesn't come. You're in another place, in another kingdom, operating by a different set of rules and laws. And that is what we're called to. And we're going in together. We are going in together. Amen. When we're summoned, we go, ah. There was a person that I was praying in the spirit for. I think I've probably mentioned it in this place. So I'm just not going to bring up the name today. Although I've said the name before, but I was protecting them in the spirit. I still protect them in the spirit. I stand in front of things for them because they're not at a place where they can do it for themselves. And I thought that what they were facing would turn in six months, and not from an arrogant, oh, I got this. It wasn't that But I've never faced something of this magnitude. And so one day when I was driving home, God opened my eyes in the spirit. And I saw about 100 meters up the road, it was in April, actually, it was snowing. Thanks, Canada. But anyway, we love Canada. And my eyes were open in the spirit and I saw a demon spirit. And he was. He was half goat, half man. That's what he looked like. And you guys have heard me say it, but I remember that he was turned to the side and he was amused and he had his hand over his mouth, but I could see him smirking. He was very coy. And he was looking at me and he was smiling. And so I used my authority, but it was like he stood back, but he didn't leave. And so I went home that night and I said, lord, that thing didn't leave because I've spoken to things and it leaves then. And I said, why didn't it leave? And so he didn't answer me on the spot. I just assumed. I thought, well, I guess I'll just keep going then. And it will leave. I'll just keep going. And so that night he woke me up. And I read the passage to you. But in Second Corinthians, chapter 1, verse 4, he says about tribulation. And it says, yes, who comforteth us? Verse 4, the Lord who comforteth us in all our tribulation. And when I got well, when I went to bed that night at 12 o', clock, the Lord woke me up, 12 o' clock on the dot. And he said, go to second Corinthians, chapter one. And I sat up in bed to thank God for I love paper Bibles, but I'm just saying, you can't read them in the dark. And I got. Sometimes I got little people with me. So anyway, I sat up and I took my phone and I. And my phone has certain words underlined so you can drill down, you tap the word and it takes you to the Greek or Hebrew meaning, which I love. I highly recommend it. And I got to the word tribulation and the Holy Spirit said, stop right there. So I hit the word and it brought me down four levels, four levels of tribulation. It said something different. Every time I would hit the number, you know, the strongest number, I'd hit it. And finally it got to the fourth one and the fourth one said to gnaw like a he goat. And I sat up quickly and I went, that's what he was showing me. That's what I saw in the Spirit. Because the devil didn't just show up because he's not permitted. I don't permit him. So when God shows me something in the realm of the spirit, it's because God is showing me something. Now, I'm not saying that the devil comes, you handle him, you got to handle him. But he's just not allowed to show you anything he wants. So that's why I knew there was a vision from the Lord. Seeing, discerning of spirits is what it is. It was a gift in operation. But when I saw that the Lord was showing me this thing showed up to try to gnaw. In other words, he's in a process. You just withstand him and you'll see the day when that thing is no longer here. You'll see the day when he's completely. See, that's something that I had to walk through. It wasn't instant. I will say this. I believe that the higher you are in the spirit, even those things can be instant. But he's training me and he's training you. And so in that he was warning me. But he was also. Whenever the Lord shows you something, he will usher you into peace. He will usher you into comfort. You literally live above it as if it's not happening to you. But if you're not used to it, you may have to take some time to get your feet underneath you. You have to take some time to get your spiritual self encouraged to live in that vein. Only in that vein. No sorrow, no grief. We don't live in sorrow and grief. Why? Because he broke through for us. He broke through for us, which means we're through. Which means we don't live under the weight of those things. Things we don't. People say, well, things have already happened. Okay, if they've already happened, you still don't live under the weight of what's already happened. Well, how is that possible? Your spirit man knows. If you will do the Word and be a doer of the word, you will come into a place where you will know what I'm talking about. You will live in that place. You will remain untroubled and the consolation of the Lord, every and the comfort of the Lord. You'll know it personally. You'll be able to give it to others. You'll be able to say, no, no, no, we don't grieve. We don't grieve like the world. We don't grieve. We don't enter into sorrow. We don't rehearse things with our mouth. When I was much Younger in the Lord, it seemed to me. I felt like, well, Lord, we're human beings. We have emotions. We're not allowed to talk about anything. We're not allowed to express anything that seems robotic to me or, or flat out insincere because I'm feeling it. But now I'm not allowed to even get it off my chest. Pastor Nancy would say things like, when you let it out, you're letting it in. It took me a while to understand those things because in the flesh there's somewhat relief at first if you let stuff out. But if you ever notice the relief doesn't last and you find yourself repeating it, repeating it. And I discovered I found out the hard way, my gosh, I'm still in the same ditch. There is no relief for this. Talking about things, expressing my emotions. There is. Listen, between God and I, I can express many things. I'm not a robot. But you do graduate to a place where, because the word is so much in you, even you, your true self is not interested in the rehearsal of the old man, of the old woman, because you're looking to get out. Because he's the door and he already said he put you through it. So now what you're looking for are handles. Because now if you go through the door, you're through. That's the revelation. If you don't understand it this morning, just keep listening. Because I understood it to a measure. But every time you hear it, you get more. You are through and you will learn that you're a real man. There's relief in the real man. There's relief in the word, there's answers. And that's where you live. And you will tire of old methods. You will tired of the old life. You will tired of the old way. Because the way of the Spirit is so exciting and it's so high. It is so high. It's a wonderful place to live to the point where you feel like, do I actually get to live that here? Yes, you do. That's where we live. That's where we're called. So I said that and then I got to hurry up. When I was in California the second night after I had that vision, the Lord woke me up at 2:30 in the morning. I'm talking to you about things that pertain to the Spirit because this is for all of us. He woke me up at 2:30 in the morning. And I'll just be blunt. I was casting the devil out of somebody lying in bed in California in the Spirit for half an hour. And my Being if you've ever had pins and needles from head to toe. I was enveloped in the power of God from head to toe. And then he left and I rolled over and went back to sleep. Operations of the Spirit for every one of us. This is not for the pastor. These are operations of the Holy Ghost. Because he wants us so ready that when he just drops something, we're ready to go. We're not looking at us. We know us here, ready to go. Praise the Lord. To walk through in total victory, one must follow Jesus through, pushing past obstacles called suffering or difficult situations. Let the laying down of fleshly things to avoid sleeping through crucial moments or becoming offended. Now, that word. Because there's a way we kind of feel about the word offended. It's better to say it this way so that we can avoid this prayer life avoids us from being tripped up, led astray, backing down, walking away without what is needed. There's a sense of the hardship makes you go. It's not just, I feel bad, I don't like what you said. You know what I mean? Offended is a turning away from. Because emotionally there's been a trigger. Something has bothered us so much that what do we do? We're led astray, we're tripped up, we're backing down. Fine. That's what offended means. You can be so offended with the Word and not even know it because you're thinking, I'm not offended with anyone. Something is tripping you up or you're leaving without what you need. Why? Because you're arguing with the Word, with what the Word says. I'm not talking about, like, the pastor or. I'm talking about with what the true Word says. And there's so much offense in the body of Christ about so many things in doctrine. Miracles have passed away. Being baptized in the Holy Spirit, which is the entire New Testament, by the way. The entrance into the New Covenant, you know, that's called devilish language. I mean, this is offense, walking away without what is needed. You're not walking away filled and baptized with the Holy Ghost, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, because. Oh, you know, you're assessing it in the mind. Right. That's weird. No, there's absolutely nothing weird about it. It is so high. It is so high. We're not offended with doctrine. We see it in the Word. We believe it. Keeping your eyes on the Father in close communion like Jesus did, will take you through in peace, even if the circumstances are uncomfortable or seemingly overwhelming. I was going to tell you about Gideon, but it will have to wait. Intercession, a measure of intercession. The Lord showed me this is coming. And it's driven by a burden for souls, mantles and the kingdom of God. And at times it will feel like the suffering of Gethsemane for the redemption of mankind. You know, we hear about past revivals, but the spirit of prayer falling on a church and people that have never wept or never groaned in prayer, never cried out unto the Lord or couldn't do more than maybe 15 minutes in prayer or three hours on the ground because the spirit of prayer came. And you know, he's going to help us, that we're being obedient. But he's going to come and he's going to bring his presence, and he's going to make things that seem almost like a dry riverbed is going to make the waters rise. And he said to me, he said, there's a. I'll say it again. A measure of intercession coming, driven by a burden for souls, mantles, and the kingdom of God. Doesn't that sound heavenly? That's heavenly language. And it will feel like the suffering of Gethsemane for the redemption of mankind. That's what Jesus did. Anything Jesus did. We don't go to the cross. But anything Jesus did, he's called his church to do the same things. He's the only one that could do the cross. But other than that, we're called to walk and imitate him, be followers of him. And it will involve weeping and crying out in the Spirit before the throne room of God. There is strength from heaven to take on this prayer burden and feel the lostness of humanity. And succeed in it. And succeed in it. I told you this was a weightier message. It is good, isn't it? It's yummy. It's so. It's the depth of the Spirit. I was so. He made my week. He showed up at the very beginning of the week. I felt like I was walking on a cloud. Hallelujah. So following Jesus down the pathway of prayer, seeing Jesus, removing things that appear normal in the flesh but are abhorrent due to the Holy Spirit's prompting. So let me say this. There's coming a consecration with that fire. And I don't want you to be afraid of it because you'll agree with the Spirit because of that fire, things that you thought that were okay. And listen, I'm talking about things that are not in and of themselves sinful in the least. They are not sinful. But because of the Spirit in you, it will be abhorrent to him and you will feel him push that away from you. But it's not that the thing is bad. Some things are bad. They're obvious things. I'm talking about an operation of the Spirit that cleanses his church so much that things that they're not sinful, but they're not going to be yours. You're called into something deeper. Anything that I've ever given up to follow after God, I have never missed. Not for a moment. Because you're filled up in that place. He doesn't take things away and leave you empty. He takes it away and fills you up. And instead of natural things, they're things of the kingdom. It is amazing. And you're transformed by those things. The Spirit, like a flame, pushes those things away, acting as protection. The Spirit dictates these boundaries known as surely as one's own name. Not legalism. Not legalism. When he operates, you'll know it won't be. You can't use scissors on a Sunday. You understand? Not legalism. You know, this holiness, in years past, they got a lot done because they were holy. You know, I'd rather take a little bit of legalism and be holy. But of course, we want the pure. We don't want any legalism. We want the Spirit to dictate and fashion us so that we're not wood and stubble in the house of God, but vessels of glory, vessels of honor, Vessels that have been purified. Amen. Okay, so this is what I want to get to. And I got like nine minutes to do it. Praise the Lord. Okay, so this is so exciting. So God comes and he talks about the four years of fire, right? We've got Elijah, right, that we're looking at this year. Next year is the burning bush. After that is the cloven tongues of fire. And after that is the fiery furnace. And I want to talk to you a little bit about it because the Lord showed me something that I'm just so excited about. I actually, we've been going and going and going. And my husband and I, if we don't have proper, a proper moment to get things of the Spirit, we'll leave it. So you'll hear him say, I haven't even told my wife this yet. Or I have not even told him this yet because I have not had time. We got home 1:30 on Friday night. Craig was on a plane. He left. He was up at 9 o' clock the next morning. Had to repack. Yeah. So we didn't have any turnaround time. He Didn't. Anyway, we did, but. So he hasn't heard this yet, but there were four square Gospel symbols of Amy's mantle. I don't know if you've ever seen it. I wish I had a slide for you. I apologize. I don't. But hers was. It was a cross. Okay. It was a cup. It was the dove, and then it was a kingly crown. And they were. They'd put them in a circle or they'd face them. So that's why they called it the four square Gospel. And I had seen that, but I never thought about it. And then I think. I don't know if you and I were discussing it. I think you and. Yeah. Joey pulled up a picture of their. The four square. The four pictures, like it was their logo. He pulled it up, and when he pulled it up, from that moment, God began to speak to me. And he said, I am. The Lord is magnificent. He said, I am laying the four years of fire on top of the four symbols of Amy Semple McPherson's mantle. And I thought, you are. Well, how does it work? Well, let me tell you what he said. So he said, there's a return to the roots of the four symbols because the mantle is rising again. So he said, I'm just going to do it like I have a screen, which I don't. But he said, where there's a cross. He said, for you, I've shown an altar. And he said, the cross serves as the ultimate altar, where Jesus offered himself as the final sacrifice, fulfilling and ending the old sacrificial system. But he showed it to Amy as the cross symbol. But he's showing it to us as an altar. But they mean the same thing. It's for atonement. It's for atonement and sacrifice. And that's. One is laid on top of the other. And he said to me, this is so amazing. I would never have seen this if it wasn't for the Spirit. He said, the cup equals the burning bush. He said, the burning bush and the cup, they represent consecration. Because Jesus took our cup. He took the cup of wrath. And when he did, remember, he didn't. He said to Judas, you know, I'm going to go and do whatever you have to do, go and do it quickly. Because it had finished then. And Jesus had taken the cup for our. For his consecration to redeeming us. And the burning bush is the same. It called Moses. It was purifying fire, but it was consecration. And it was a call. And Moses went into Egypt against insurmountable insurmountable odds. And he was consecrated to that. The Lord had to talk to him a little bit, but he took. He took the cup. He took the cup. And when that burning bush showed up, next year we're going to be putting up a picture of a burning bush because the fire is coming this year. But you know, God always increases things. We don't stay the same. You have to increase from glory to glory. So next year there will be more consecration, there will be more fire, There will be a deeper place, but we're starting here. And then the dove, over the dove, he placed the cloven tongues like as a fire. Holy Ghost speech. No impediments for us. We're not limited by speech anymore. We speak the utterances of the Holy Ghost. Well, they had the dove, we have the tongues. Do you see? Do you see where he's laying, what he's given us? I mean, who, unless the Spirit shows these things, you wouldn't even think they're anything the same. They don't seem the same. The symbols don't seem the same, but they are. They represent the same thing in the same order. Hallelujah. So the tongues point to the tongue like flames, and to spirit enabled speech. And Exodus 19, verse 18 describes Mount Sinai engulfed in fire when God descends, mirroring the theophany at Pentecost as a new Sinai for all nations. And then lastly, the kingly crown equals the fiery furnace. And the Lord said this to me. It's for national reigning, which includes Canada and overcoming persecution. These four pictures of fire will come up because of the rising mantle. And the Lord said this to me, and he said it to me in the spirit. And I pieced it into this message. But he was showing these four symbols. I said to Craig, these four pictures keep coming up before my spirit. They would literally, in prayer, they would do this. They would come up and stand there and I would see them. And it started funny enough, not in order for me. The Lord told my husband the order because I kept seeing burning bush, the burning bush, it kept coming up before me. And then it was the others. But with the crown, see, there's power to reign. God's power backs his mantles and his people that he puts in those mantles if they're obedient. But with the fiery furnace, people think of it as just the hardship. This is the mind that does this, always focusing on those things. But the Lord said to me, I was standing on the stage and he said, he said, when I show up, I turn the fires of Persecution into fire, fires of glory. And that's what he said. I want my church to focus on. I'm showing up. If you dare to do that to my people, not only will it not your natural things, not affect them, but I personally will come. I will turn that natural fire into the fire of his glory. I mean, the persecution, that is the worst. That's as bad as it gets. Then you exit and go to heaven. You. You know what I mean? But Jesus didn't allow it. Why? Because there's a crown there, there's a kingly reigning. And he said, but I'm going to show up. And that fourth year, he's getting us ready with all the elements. He's getting us ready with that fire. He's getting us filled with the Holy Ghost ready so that there's a kingliness in us, so that we can carry that glory into anything where the enemy listen, Nebuchadnezzar was filled, remember filled. He was a psychopath. He was filled with wrath. He didn't even care that his own men were dying because of the heat of the furnace being turned up seven times. He was on one mission to completely destroy them and make a show of them because they stood up against what he wanted. But when the Son of God came, you see him do a 180, the one that was their greatest persecutor, with the greatest power to hurt them, became their greatest protector and said, if anyone touches them, I'll turn their houses into a dung heap. He turned, and he was not ashamed. Nebuchadnezzar saw the Son of God and immediately pulled his horns back in and said, they serve the true God. So even though he was wicked and evil, in that moment he humbled himself and he actually, in a sense, under the old covenant because became a believer and protected the order of God. And so in those places, and they will come in those places as the fire gets hotter, your only focus is to be. We are not careful, O king, to answer you in these matters, for God will surely deliver us. And they went into that place, you know, the spirit rushed. He was not in, but he was on. They could feel him. He was there. I'm telling you, we are to focus our eyes on who is with us. David did it and slew the giant. Joshua did it and took Jericho. We're not like the ten spies. We're not talking about the size of the giant. We are certainly not saying that we are grasshoppers in their sight. We are not. We walk with a giant. And that giant has put Us in Him. He's placed us in Him. He never expected us to be on the outside of Him. That's Old Covenant. And look at the amazing things he did for his people in the Old Covenant. He showed up the greatest miracles other than salvation. But the greatest miracles are listed in the Old Testament. And God will show Himself strong through signs and wonders. And this is why you're summoned to prayer, so that you may know him. So that you can do the exploits. Why can you do the exploits? Because you're so aware of Him. You're not a grasshopper in your own sight. You are so aware of the kingdom and how it works and how beloved you are. And called for such a time as this that you wouldn't faint at this world's kingdom, that you would get your eyes so off this kingdom. Listen, even if this kingdom fails, we're covered. If the finances go down, ours go up. We know exactly like Paul said. I know how to be abased. I know exactly what to do when it looks like there's not enough. I know how to handle that situation. And I know what to do when I'm abounding because I'm a sower. The Word is in me. I'm constantly producing. That's what he's saying. So when I end this message today, I want you to go out rejoicing. Inside of you or outside is fine. But this was not a message to warn us. It was not that. He came in such beauty and he came in such peace. What's he saying? You walk into those places with me, you come out the other side, but you come out in victory. You come out with the answers that you need. You don't come out offended, turning away from the Word as if the Word itself is not true, as if the Word will not do what it promises to do. You don't let go of your healing because the Bible says by his stripes you were healed. And so that will dispel the waiting. Because faith is now. And then that power in you rises up and walks in it instead of letting it take you down a road you're never supposed to to go. Amen. Well, Father, I thank you for the awesome word of God, Lord. I believe you're pleased. I believe, Lord, your word has come forth. And these people are there, so precious to my husband and I. We see them in the spirit. We see them called to the assignment. We see them growing. And it is such a joy, such a precious treasure to be able to be a part of this together, Lord. Hallelujah, Lord. The glory center is coming. But you used promise of life, that name, that seed to grow us up into the glory center. Father, we thank you that your fire is visiting us. We set it. We've got the picture up. Lord, the fire. You said the fire is beginning this year. Lord, we believe you for the fire of God, both in miracles, signs and wonders. But we believe you for revelation and utterance. We believe you for fire in all the different arenas. And we are hooked in, Lord. We are hooked in for this next four years and beyond. But thank you for the preparation. We hear you summoning us to prayer. I say, father, I believe that their spirits have received it, that every person in this room within the sound of my voice leaves, going for more, going further in following the Lord Jesus, following the pattern of the Lord Jesus himself and obtaining that place of comfort, obtaining that place of pure power. Father, we are vessels. And Lord, you chose us for this time. You sent our spirits to earth for this time. We originated in you. Our bodies begin here, but we originated in you. You sent us, Lord, for this time. The church of the living God, the great God Jehovah. We worship. We worship you. We thank you. We keep our eyes on you. We see what you're saying, what it means for us. We prevail in prayer, overturning edicts and judgments, overturning things that could not be turned like Hezekiah, and yet they are. Because we know you. Extending life for those that would go home early. But because we're in a place, setting the captives free, Lord. Setting them totally and utterly free. Yes, Father, thank you for the examples. In the Word, we prevail in prayer. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you for what awaits us in that prayer place. Things we know not yet, but we shall know by the glory of God as you take us into that room. Lord, we ask, I put on record today, officially, for a spirit of prayer to prevail in this house like a beehive. Lord, the hum of prayer of God's speech by the Holy Ghost through our human spirit, bound up with you in that inner place. And, Lord, as you lay, as you lay travail as you lay intercession that souls and babies would be birthed into the kingdom. Oh, Father, we thank you. It will be such a furnace of fire. A place where your glory is shown within. A place where the angelic is seen, where fire is seen. And purifying fire, Lord, for all of us. Because no man is good except for the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ. But Lord, because we're in you. You made us righteous. But no man alone is good. But we thank you, Lord. In you we are made new. In you we're made whole. In you we're healed. In you we are delivered. And he that doth deliver, he shall yet deliver us again. You, the deliverer, you live with us. So we worship you. And thank you for it, Father. And bless your name, the name you gave to us. The names precious, high and holy, pure and true, Undefileable, invaluable. Thank you, master. We worship you, Lord, for your word. Thank you for your word. We will go in.
Promise of Life Church | Pastor Jennifer Field | January 18, 2026
In this deeply spiritual and prophetic sermon, Pastor Jennifer Field shares a personal vision from the Lord that centers on the church being “summoned to prayer.” Drawing from her experiences and biblical teaching—especially the events in Gethsemane—she explores how believers are called not just to routine prayer, but to deeper, more powerful communion capable of preparing them for both challenges and victories ahead. The message spans key lessons on the nature of “now faith,” spiritual readiness, enduring hardship, and the emergence of a new season symbolized by "four years of fire" connected to the legacy of Amy Semple McPherson's mantle.
"He summoned me to follow him into places of prayer. And it's precious... He was calling me beyond the normal." — Pastor Jennifer, [14:00]
"Take it now, and then when you take it now, you'll look and you'll see people coming. You'll see them coming." — [06:40]
"There’s a place to go when others sleep due to the heaviness of the hour. Now, what I’m saying sounds heavy, but... anything that is preached is always about your victory." — [22:05]
"A low word life, a low worship life, a low prayer life means you’re starving to death on the inside." — [37:25]
"This message is not about doom and gloom. This is about power in the place of prayer." — [48:30]
"You are being prepared so that anything that comes, your spirit steps forward. And your spirit is fierce." — [40:00]
"Comfort is very real. It’s a force of God. It brings peace and unexplainable peace." — [58:00]
"You will learn that your real man—there is relief in the Word, there are answers, and that’s where you live." — [70:00]
"The Lord said: When I show up, I turn the fires of persecution into fires of glory." — [1:25:30]
"We are not a grasshopper in our own sight. We are so aware of the kingdom and how it works and how beloved we are and called for such a time as this." — [1:34:10]
"Lord, as you lay travail, as you lay intercession, that souls and babies would be birthed into the kingdom... It will be such a furnace of fire, a place where your glory is shown within." — [1:36:20]
Revelation on Faith:
“My faith will have jet fuel...I already called it. It’s already here. And now I’m doing this because I know it’s got to show up.” — [07:25]
Vision of Summoning:
“As he’s going, I can see him...at one point, he turned and he summoned me...He was calling me beyond the normal.” — [14:20]
On Spiritual Readiness:
“The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Willing means fierceness. Your spirit is fierce.” — [27:10]
On Revival and Remnant:
“In revival that’s coming, God will use a remnant in this church to drag the others in...that is the mercy of God and that is the goodness of God." — [1:20:35]
Pastor Jennifer’s message is a rallying cry to rise above the natural, to live and pray in the Spirit, and to be ready for a new season of power, consecration, and glory. The “summons to prayer” is both personal and corporate, a call to be transformed and to transform others as God ushers in revival and the fulfillment of His promises.
