Yeah, it's going to be awesome. Well, here we are talking about your new book, which I have read. And to me, prophecy watchers, here we are. And you guys know this as well as an audience, which is probably why many of you watch what we do. We love to go out on the fringe. We love to talk about not only Bible doctrine, which of course we love, Jesus is the Savior, but we also like to look at some of the interesting things that God has done in the world or that is in the world, and to look at them through a biblical lens. And this is exactly what you've done with your book Hidden Mysteries in the Bible. So kind of give us a little background here. You know, you've written many books which we've Interviewed before and why this book?

Well, it just seems that there are so many questions that people who are watching and people around the world, they have questions about what's going on today. And especially with so many of the scientific discoveries and things that are happening with the government. The great disclosure, you know, we talked about that a little earlier before we came on about how the government is Disclosing now that UFOs are not a matter of do they exist, but more of a matter of what are they and who are they? And in some ways, it's preparing the public, in my opinion, preparing the public for the rapture. Because when the rapture of the church takes place, the people left behind are going to have to have an explanation, and it's going to be the great abduction by the aliens. But there are so many questions about eternal life, the ancient structures. And you're big into astronomy. You are the most famous astronomer that I know.

Well, I appreciate that.

But there are so many discoveries about space. And with the new James Webb Telescope, questions are being asked, what's out there? How big is our universe? And is this the only universe? And why does science not seem to align with the Bible? And I think that's a valid question. So I went on a quest to find out, what does the Bible say about these things? Does the Bible even address UFOs? Does it address transhumanism? What about time travel? And I began to discover that the Bible addresses all of these things, actually giving better explanations and better answers than what the world gives. So after a few years, the book came together and here we are.

Well, I find it fascinating, too, because as many of you know, we have the opportunity to lead our Psalm 19 project. You can check out Psalm19project.com where we take photographs of the heavens. And it's interesting, Larry, because, you know, for most of human history, humanity has not had access to what we see. But now, for the most part, anybody can get a telescope. They can put a camera on it, and you can do. It's very complicated, but you can take pictures. But this leads us to whether it's the James Webb telescope or as we talked before Hubble in the 1990s, the space telescopes take pictures. I could take the same picture, and we can verify it, and it is there. But it leads to questions of ultimately, are we alone? And you bring that up right out of the gate, which I think is good. So kind of set the stage for us. And you asked the question, are we alone? Of course. And in your first chapter, you answer that question. But what were you gauging? You were looking to answer that for a variety of people. So how did you answer that?

Well, this generation is different than any other generation that we've. You know, Daniel said that in the end of days that knowledge would increase and people would go to and fro. And it's interesting that from the time Adam was kicked out of the Garden Until Jesus, 4,000 years. And we had the genealogy all the way from Jesus back to Adam, so we know that that's accurate. And from Jesus till now is 2,000 years. So we could say for 6,000 years, man traveled on this Earth using the fastest animal he could find. He would either ride on a horse, a camel, or in some places an ostrich, whatever, but man couldn't travel any faster than the fastest animal. And then in one generation, all of this changed. My grandmother told me one time that she saw her first automobile when she was 13 years old. And then before she passed away, she saw people landing on the moon. That's in one generation. So in one generation, everything changed. Knowledge has increased. When I was in elementary school, we were being taught that the sun was the center of the solar system, really, and that that was it. And by the time I got into high school and college, things began to change. And then we had the Hubble telescope and. And Edwin Hubble, you know, he's from Missouri. He is, yeah.

Marshfield. Yeah. He is, yes.

And then all of a sudden, in one generation, we discovered that our solar system and our star wasn't the only solar system and star. In fact, it was just one of billions of stars in the Milky Way. And the Milky Way was a galaxy. And I remember being taught that it was the only galaxy out there. And now we know that there's over 2 trillion galaxies. You know, back 200 years ago, it was possibly easy for people to see the Earth and God and the angels all centered around the Earth. But now we realize that the Earth is just one grain of sand in an ocean. And the questions have changed. Now, how could God care about me? If God is really this big, how could he care about me? But the answer is still the same. No, we are not alone. We still have a God.

Absolutely. And you bring up, which I think is a very fascinating topic, you bring up time travel. So again, we can only, as is typical, you know, we can only scratch the surface in some of these topics, but you bring up time travel. Talk about that.

Well, time is something that most people feel has always existed. But in Titus 1:2, the word of God Tells us that there was a time before time began. So time. We can look at it this way. Time was created so that God could insert his creation into it. And it's hard for us to grasp that time could not exist. Yeah, but we need to understand that before time, God was. Let me ask you a question. Since you're interviewing me, let me ask you a question. And it's rhetorical, but how could God give prophecies in his word about what's going to happen in the future, about the rapture of the church, the second coming, the tribulation, the millennial reign, where Jesus himself is going to rule and reign on this Earth for 1000 years, and then after that, the great White throne judgment, and then after that, a new heaven and a new earth and a new Jerusalem coming down. And then giving us specific specifications of this new Jerusalem, that it's going to be 1500 miles wide and 1500 miles deep and 1500 miles high. How could he know these things? Is it that he says it and then it's going to happen? Or is it that God himself is the ultimate time traveler and that he can insert himself into time in the past or into the future? The reason he knows exactly what's going to happen is he's already been there. Is that possible? See, and then somebody will say, well, then we don't have free choice. Everything is predestined. No, here's the paradox of the whole thing. God knows exactly what's going to happen in the future without altering our ability to have free choice. Now, somebody says, I have this from time to time at a conference. He'll say, well, why do you think that God can travel in time? Give us something in the scripture that shows us that when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, the Bible tells us that old things pass away. All things become new. We become a new creation. One version of the Bible says, creature, a new species in Christ. But it goes on to tell us in his word that our sins are erased. They're eradicated. So how can they be eradicated? How can the sin that you committed 20 years ago be eliminated from history now if it's already recorded in history? It's because God can go back in time and take away all of the sin, eradicate the sin that you did, and in his eyes, you've never done it.

I mean, it's a beautiful thing. And when you think about even the sins that I hopefully will not commit in the future, but being a sinner, I probably will, those are also put on the cross and Jesus paid for them in advance, which with all my sins at the time, pretty fascinating. Welcome back. And we are talking to Larry Ollison about your new book. And we talked about time travel. You have other subjects in here. Artificial intelligence, transhumanism. You have a chapter in here which I thought was very appropriate especially for the confusion in our world. The title of the chapter is simply Ghosts. So I've seen the deception of. For example, I'll just give this and kind of throw it at you. When I was younger, I had just gotten saved, I got saved at 18 and I had three younger sisters not too far away from my age. And one time I came home and they were freaking out and they had some friends over and they were playing with a Ouija board and they were Talking to this 8 year old boy who was telling him things. And the one kid who was not a believer, they didn't know anything. He came to me and goes, man, I'm freaking out. It told us things that I've never told anybody before. And so he said, who's the little boy? Tell him. Talk to us about that.

Okay? There's a great fascination with ghosts. And just to bring back and piggyback onto something that you said, if the children who were experimenting with this with the Ouija board, if they were afraid, if it was bringing fear, I can tell you right now that it's not God, it's not a source from God, because God has not given us the spirit of fear. He brings peace. Well, we know that there are spirits on this earth. There are fallen angels, there are demonic spirits. They're here on this earth and they take several forms. And in fact, when Jesus was walking on the water, the Bible tells us that the disciples thought that they were seeing a ghost or a spirit. The Greek word there is pneuma, which is spirit and ghost. So Jesus didn't rebuke them and say no, he told them that he wasn't a spirit, he wasn't a ghost. But he didn't say that they didn't exist. And we know that there are manifestations. So what are they? And how could children in a room with a Ouija board have something told to them that nobody else knew? Well, there's such a thing as familiar spirits. There's demonic spirits, but they know that their time is coming. Remember when the spirit said to Jesus, why are you here? To torment before our time? So they know that their time is limited. The demons even believe. And the Scripture tells us, and they tremble. So they exist. And we know that Satan, we know that he, as their leader, he. He's a liar. John 8. 44. Jesus said that Satan was a liar, always has been, from the beginning. There's no truth found in him. So what are these ghosts we see today? Well, if they bring fear, if they bring fear, they're not of God. Now, we know that angels are present in this realm. As far as you and I are concerned, there could be angels in this room right now that we just don't see. But sometimes there are angels and demonic spirits that we do see. Now, when it comes to the angels of God, Paul said this. He said, you need to watch yourself when you encounter a stranger or somebody that you don't know because you might be interacting with an angel and not really realizing. So the angelic world, the demonic world, they are real, and they manifest themselves in physical ways many times. But as a Christian, we've been given a gift, and it's called discerning of spirits. First Corinthians 12, it talks about that. So we should be able to discern the difference between an evil spirit and a good spirit.

And we should not, according to Scripture, be trying to conjure up demonic spirits. And the source. The source is the enemy. Yeah. And the result of trying to do it is not good. You know, King Saul, when it talks about his demise, it lists several things that he did that caused his demise. And one of them, seeking a medium. Yep.

So the witch at Endor.

You know, it's something that's kind of culturally popular. But I'll say this. To these wonderful people who are watching today, I'll say this. Do not play with demonic spirits. If you have a Ouija board in your house or anything that's connected with the occult, get it out of your house. Have nothing to do. Give no place to the enemy. Because if you want to talk to the enemy through a Ouija board, trust me, he'll talk back, and he'll tell you something that maybe you don't think he had any way of knowing. But don't fall for the tricks and the lies of the devil.

Amen to that. And to me that is the moral of the story is not seeking a familiar spirit because they will tell you what you want to hear and they'll deceive you. That's why God forbid it actually to the point of the death penalty in the Old Testament because he knew that it was nothing but deception. Larry, one of the things that you talk about here, which, you know, again, I love, I love science and certainly astronomy and other things, but you, it's kind of a very interesting topic. You bring up the idea of the multiverse. And, you know, we have the universe, which means one versus a multiverse, meaning many. What do you think? Tell us about the multiverse?

Well, some of the deep thinkers of our generation have questions that almost seem unanswerable. But if we have this one universe, the question is, is it endless? And they determined that if it is not endless, then are there other universes? And when you get into the subject of the multiverse, then there's parallel universes, interdimensional universes. Could there be, and I heard this from a college professor, could there be another you in another universe that's actually making different decisions than you're making? And if the universe is endless and if time is endless, then the logical assumption is then given enough time, given enough space, everything that's ever happened once could happen again. If there's no limit to eternity and no limit to time. Well, if you parallel this with the Bible and I get deeper into it, into the word of God, but actually the concept of a multiverse is just a paradox and it's impossible. How's that?

Yeah, no, that's good. That's really good. I mean, the. I think I would, I totally agree with that because we think in terms of mathematics at times, and certainly you could put something on paper with an equation or formula, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's in reality. It has a reality to it, except just again, in theory. But you talk about this would be a good segue for just talking to the audience here. You bring up heaven, hell and eternity, which I think is certainly appropriate because every individual has to make that decision because it's on us, no matter what. Heaven, hell, eternity is real. Once you've been born, you're never going to cease to exist. In that regard, kind of give us your thoughts on that as well as talking to the audience about what you want them to know.

Well, too many people in this generation and possibly past generations, but I'm seeing more of it now. They're bringing man's logic into their thought realm and excluding what the word of God actually says. And just this last week I had someone tell me that hell certainly doesn't exist because God is love and his ultimate love means that he is going to forgive everyone. And if there is a heaven, then everyone's eventually going to be there. And the reality is hell does not exist. However, Jesus clearly said, and the word of God clearly says, there is a heaven and there is a hell. And there's only one way to the Father and that's through Jesus Christ. And excluding Jesus out of the formula will not get you into heaven. So reality is this one way to the Father. If you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that God raised him from the dead, you confess it, you repent and don't deny Jesus. Then you're born again and heaven is your home and hell will not be your final destination.

Amen. And you know, Larry, and for you guys that might not know this, Larry has written a book on heaven which of course we carry at Prophecy Watchers. You and I did a three hour DVD series on heaven, which that really is the heart of God and wanting. And that's why he did what he did in providing the atonement that Jesus made, because he's making an invitation for all of us to go to heaven. But you must put your faith and trust in Jesus.
