And for those who might not know you, I always like to give the guests an opportunity to introduce yourself to the audience and kind of give us a little background.

Yeah, so I started Prophecy Recon back in February of 2025 really just as a local movement for our church and I really started it before that. But I went public with it in February of 2025 and I wanted to post articles, I wanted to write my own articles which I had Been writing for some period of time. I got with Pete Garcia with Rev 3:10. He would post my articles. Terry James with raptureready.com they would post my articles. And eventually by happenstance, Bob Ulrich reached out and wanted to post my articles in your magazine. So that's really how I got my start. But what I do is I take the events that's going on around the world really, not just in America specific, not just in Israel. I try to look at the entire world and I try to summarize these articles in two paragraphs or less. Just short reads for the reader from a biblical perspective. Why am I sharing this article with you? Because oftentimes we wonder or people will wonder why a particular Bible scholar may share an article and they don't know why. So I try to put provide scriptural references in my article. Not on every single one. I'm just one guy right now, right. So I try to summarize it as much as I can. But I do try to summarize it with scriptural references as to why this is relevant. Things such as persecution all over the world, not just in Israel, not just in America, not just in the uk, but persecution in Africa, in Nigeria, in the Congo, areas like that. We see the rise of the Antichrist system being built right before us. This surveillance state that's being built, we just saw in September where the UK is making digital IDs mandatory for the right to work. And what does that mean for us as believers? I mean, is it the mark of the beast to take a digital id? Well, of course it's not the mark of the beast, but is it building to that system? And I would assert that everything that we see from a technological sense is building to that system. And there's a lot of people that have sworn off technology altogether because they're afraid that they're going to buy into the system. And what I try to make sure that my readers leave with is the hope that something is going to happen before that system is fully operational. Whenever you have to give your allegiance to the Antichrist, you're not going to be able to. You're not going to do that right now because there's a certain event that hasn't happened yet. And that event being the Rapture.

Yeah, absolutely. I mean, when you think about it and you look around, we believe we're in the last days of the last days. We all understand scripturally that the last days began in the first century when Jesus left, no doubt. And if you look at overall history, the Last days begin. The Hebrews chapter one says that First Peter says that. But we also know the other phrase that is used, especially in the Olivet discourse, is the end of the age. And as we look around, we believe we're at the end of the age. Israel came, became a Nation in 1948. That was 77 years ago. So we're seeing that. Of course we know that the primary emphasis of the 70th week of Daniel is Israel. And so you had to have Israel in order to fulfill that final week. But you wrote a book, Pre Rapture Reconnaissance Strategic Intelligence for the Last Days. And again, the heart of our ministry. And which is why we appreciate what you've done here is to equip you. Because I think many people in the church, and especially those maybe not in our, the people at the conference, I think that they're engaged. Okay, so that's why they're there. Right? It's not their first conference. Generally, even though we had a lot of new people, I was very pleased by that. I was encouraged. So the word is getting out. And so what we do need is we need stuff like this to say, hey, I mean, your book is. It's not this thousand page book that's so dense that people are like, oh, I'm overwhelmed. Kind of give us an intro, why you wrote the book and what's your goals.

The book was written in the form of seven intelligence reports. So being prior military in the law enforcement, we have to get a lot of information in a little bit of words. We have to make sure the reader that we're presenting our information to gets all of the information that's relevant. So the same applies to us. Right? And there were a lot of new attendees there and there's a lot of new believers that have come our way since the 2020 situation. Right. And a lot of people want to know what it is that all of this stuff means. So in the book I've identified seven prophetic, hot, apostasy, moral decay, global wars and disasters, persecution, the beast system, deception, and of course, the epicenter of Bible prophecy, Israel. And any one of these, as you were just saying, any one of these would be an indicator that we're in the last days, just based off of the scripture references that you listed. But we see all seven of these hot zones active and alive today, just as I mentioned before, we see the beast system being built. We see deception on the rise like you can't imagine, especially with AI and with these deep fakes. And there's new stuff coming out Every day. You cannot tell on what's real or what's not anymore. It used to be these AI deep fake pictures. Oh, that's completely fake. There's no way that you can find. But now it's starting to get to the point to where you can't figure it out. You have to have that really trained eye to know. Moral decay, the societal collapse of our society. We saw the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and what did a generation of people do? They started celebrating death, tweeting out, I'm so happy that Charlie Kirk died. He deserved it. I mean, that's Romans one mindset that is depraved. That is a depraved mind. That is the heart of stone that Ezekiel talks about. These people no longer appear to have a heart of flesh. We, of course, still need to pray for them, but have they been completely turned over to that reprobate mind that we read about in Romans 1? And that's what the book talks about. I go into these hot zones and. And I provide short little threat profiles under each one of these main headers. For example, apostasy, the New Apostolic Reformation, the Prosperity Gospel, the Social Justice Gospel. We see things like this. It's just. It's out there. This book is a great resource. Very short read, less than 100 pages. Like Mondo said, it's meant for you to pick it up, get the information, whet your appetite so that you can go do the research yourself and pass it on to your friends that need to be woke up. Or let me rephrase that to need to be awakened. We don't want to use the word woke around here.

Amen to that. When I think about equipping people, especially even young people, teenagers, et cetera, what you've done here is. It's pithy. It's great. Again, it's not overwhelming. It's thorough, though. You have a great outline and it helps them to understand. Wait, wait. You know, really, if I look around, that's what we're seeing in the church right now is some. Most of the church, again, many of our brothers and sisters whom we love, they just don't. They're in these churches where the pastor is either intimidated or whatever the reasons are. We don't know all of them, of why they don't teach prophecy. But the church is ill equipped to. First, it needs to recognize that we are the generation. We're watching this unfold. And yet the church is ill equipped to be, again, a light, which is what we're supposed to be. Well, welcome back. We are talking to Joe Hawkins who wrote the book Pre Rapture Reconnaissance. And before the break we were simply just discussing about the need for all of us to be equipping not just unbelievers in our families, but I would say as well in the churches. So what I see the perfect thing for this book is maybe a parent for sure, maybe a grandparent. They get this. I mean it's got a great look to it. It's appealing again, it's not overwhelming. And for Them to buy it for their grandson or their granddaughter, their teenager or whatever. Get it for somebody who's know, is overwhelmed by the whole idea of prophecy in general. And I think this would be a perfect way to wake people up. Kind of what we were talking about.

Yeah. At the conference I had a lady that came to our table numerous times and she bought, I believe, eight copies of my book. And if you're watching, thank you for that. But that was the reason why she bought that many copies. She bought one copy, she thumbed through it and she said, you know what, I need to get these for my kids and my grandkids because this information is straight. It's just to the point, it's information that they need to know. These indicators in this book, it would help the reader, especially if you're a young person reading it, understand that these hot zones are active and alive. It's not just. I'm not just putting this information out there and saying, oh well, the bee system is being built. Oh well, I hear that all the time. No, I'm providing you with the actual evidence, the threat that this stuff is out there. Oh well, deception. Is it really on the rise? Yes, I'm providing you with numerous threat profiles showing you that deception is indeed on the rise.

You know, you mentioned earlier that, you know, your background's law enforcement and you know, I imagine that obviously God trained you in that you learned things. Obviously you're learning a very specific methodology. How did that kind of come into play here?

Oh yeah. So in a previous life when I was actively involved in law enforcement, I'm in an administrative capacity now, but, but I would have to write reports and whenever the court system, the grand jury, the judge, whoever is reviewing my materials, in a sense, whether it's a pre sentence investigation, whether it's an actual investigative report, you have to get their attention right away. You have to make sure that you provide them with the information that the assailant, the suspect has committed this crime, that crime, whatever it may be, and you have to get it and you have to provide that evidence right away. If you write a long, drawn out report that it takes you forever to get to the information, then you're liable to not get a conviction. You're liable to not even get an arrest warrant to go after this person or to prove that they don't deserve to be on probation anymore in the sense of a pre sentence investigation report. So that's really what I did to this. Now in a current capacity to. Part of what I do is strategic planning. And that's where the strategic aspect of this book comes into play. And that's why I wrote it like this. So it could be short, to the point so that they can get the information.

Yeah, I mean you have your strategic intelligence for the last days as a subtitle. And I think the younger generation, again, like I think about my daughters, they're all in their 20s or maybe even now those that are even younger, in the teens, they're used to like you're saying, scrolling through, seeing a sound bite. Unfortunately they get their a lot of most of their under of the world or current events from the media, which is a sad indictment for sure. But one of the things that the reason I like this is because look, you know, you give them a big book, they're not going to read it. They need quick, they need something simple. They need to the point that's a better way to say it. And again, this is under 100 pages, which is phenomenal to say, hey, take a look at this. It's not going to be overwhelming for them. And so I really appreciate. Exactly. I really hope and pray that God will just equip the parents and the grandparents to be like, no, hey, check this out. Or maybe even let's, you could do this as a Bible study, you know, and I think that's probably did it come out of that in the sense of even in your own church.

Well, I'll say that the young people that I would love to reach that are in the church, a lot of those young people are not properly discipled growing up. Right. And that's where I think the church has failed in mass is proper discipleship of young people. They give them a watered down message in Sunday school. And by the time that they get out of Sunday school and they get to the primary congregation or they want to go to the adult Sunday school classes, there's nothing for them. They don't feel like there's anything that's being offered to them. I think that churches, I think especially from young people, and I'm one of the younger people, not so young like you said, but I think that the young people want to be spoken to like they're an adult. You know, a lot of times when we look at these 18, 19, 20 year olds, we still treat them like they're 15, 13 and 12 year olds. If we were to provide them with the information that they need. And that's where I wish that churches would get more bold their stance on the entire council of God instead of just nitpicking on the messages. And, you know, I don't want to offend anybody. I don't want to talk about this. I don't want to talk about that. I believe that churches need to get more bold in their stance for the gospel message, also dive into the topics that are, I guess we would call fringe or controversial on a Sunday morning. I truly believe that young people, they want to hear that. They don't want to be just catered to. They don't want to be given a message that's just going to make them feel good. Because what's going to happen is 10 years down the road, they're going to say, I wish that I knew this information. I wish that somebody gave this information to me. And that's why I was so thrilled to see parents pick up this book for their children, grandparents pick it up for their grandchildren, because if they can get it to them and they can see that, hey, this information is out there, I can go search now. This is a real problem. The convictions that I have in my heart that I could see that there's something not right, there's a reason why my church isn't speaking out on certain topics. This just verified that for me. Now I need to go do some research myself. And that's how a lot of people got started doing what we're doing. We didn't just start this out of the blue. I started off watching you guys years ago. Been a consumer of prophecy conferences and prophecy updates for years. It wasn't just until recently that I stepped out on faith and said, you know what? I feel like I got something to offer. And this is one of those gaps that's out there. And I need to make sure that I get this information out so that everybody can read it and everybody can see it. Not just to get my name out there, but just so that the information can get out there.

Yeah, there is. There's no lack of opportunity in what we're seeing now in the current events. I really think that we're going to continue over the next, who knows how many years until the Lord comes sooner, hopefully sooner rather than later. But, wow, 20, 25 was amazing. I can't believe there's, you know, what's 26? And we're going to go, oh, wow, 26 blows 25 out of the way, and 27 is, you know what? So as we're watching all this again, even in the Middle east, again, you have a chapter on Israel, persecution on that, in the sense of persecution. What do you see? What do you envision in the sense of the discussion of persecution.

So we've certainly seen a rise in persecution, especially over the past two years after October 7, from a Jewish persecution standpoint. Anti Semitism is on the rise now. Christian persecution. Americans don't seem to be so much worried about it now. Those that are in the church that are awakened to the realities of what's going on, we see it. Yeah, we see it. Me and you see it. But there's a lot of people in churches, even on Sundays, they don't see it. I don't see Christians being persecuted. There's been a lot of soft persecution that's been happening in America over the past 20 years. I mean, we can take the. The Colorado baker, the California Baker. I mean, that's soft persecution. And we've seen some instances where some people's convictions during the COVID crisis where they didn't want to take the vaccine because of their stance on that, and some of them lost their jobs. And eventually I believe a lot of them got it back, but they stood on their convictions and their faith, and that was the reason for not taking it. That's soft persecution. The level of persecution that we see happening with the Jews right now. I honestly, truly believe that we're going to see that within the Christian community in America in the very near future. Now, I mean, when I say the very near future, how long is that going to be? I don't know. We know that it's going to be here because we're told that we're going to be hated for the name of Jesus Christ. And if we stand on that truth of Jesus Christ, then the world is going to hate us. I shared a video of a gentleman after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and I'm going to use gentleman loosely. So if you go watch that, you'll see what I'm talking about. It's the last video clip there. But he was demonically possessed. I truly believe he was demonically possessed. He was ecstatic that Charlie Kirk had gotten shot. And there was one phrase that he said in there to all of the Zionists, and then he said to all of the Christian Zionists, may you become like the shop, the target, so that we can take you out. That's what that's. And that's the enemy. Satan wants to take out as many of us as he possibly can. If we're standing firm on the truth of Jesus Christ, you do become a target. And I believe that that target is going to grow and grow and grow as time progresses. Because as we get closer to Daniel's 70th week. As we get closer to that time of Jacob's trouble, we get closer to the time where Jesus comes to get us from the clouds. We're going to see a rise in Christian persecution, not just in Jewish persecution. I believe that the level of Jewish persecution is going to rise to the level to where we're going to see what was prophesied, where the Jews are going to go back to their land because that's the only place that they have that's safe for them. And we see that happening in America right now with the college campuses and so on and so forth. Well, once the Jews are gone, who were they going to hate on them? Well, they're going to hate on the Christians because we stand for truth and we support them.

Yeah, the lines of good and evil are being clearly drawn in the sense of, you know, again, people rejoicing over Charlie Kirk's death. It just reminds me of Revelation 11 with the two witnesses where the world rejoices that these two guys are sending presents. I mean, it's almost the equivalent of what you saw on social media with the death of Charlie Kirk. Well, we're going to take a little break here. We can see how to get Joe's book. Take a listen.

I think it's safe to say that our world is not getting better. While we see small pockets of revival on college campuses around the country, for the most part, America is on the wrong path. Well, welcome back. I do hope you get the book by Joe because I think it's powerful Again in my own mind, I think in terms of of my own grandsons. I got two grandsons now that are younger and as they get older we'll see how long the Lord tarries. But as always, the phrase that I keep coming back to is a little bit of a modification where Jesus says occupy until I come. Well, with all the date setting and the rapture stuff, now I have to say Jesus said occupy until I actually come. Okay. And that unfortunately is a challenge. And as always, I think it's our goal. And as I said early on, our goal is to rescue people from the tribulation. And you know, in here you share again, as we should, the gospel talk about that.

And that was one of the questions that I was asked a couple of times this weekend. Actually, does your book present a clear gospel message in it? Because I want to make sure that my grandson reads that. And I said absolutely. Every book that I'm going to write is going to have a gospel message in it. And you know, the Rapture is extraction point. It is a rescue op. And it's up to us as believers to get as many people to that extraction point as possible. And the only way that we as believers can do that is by presenting a clear, accurate gospel message to the world. And I laid out my gospel just like I do with any other intelligence report that I have in here. You know, our mission objective is to present the gospel clearly and urgently to all, offering the only path to eternal life, forgiveness and rescue from the coming judgment. This coming judgment that is upon the world. It's going to be devastating. And we're not here to try to leave you with any type of fear. We want to leave you with hope. So if you have not placed your faith in Jesus Christ today, if you've come across this program by happenstance, maybe you're flipping through the TV late at night and you see these two good looking guys on TV and you are like, oh, what do they have to say? Well, we just pray that you can make today the day of salvation. This information that we presented to you, it's real. It's meant to be real, because it is real. It is the reality of the world that we live in today. There is persecution going on. We do see Israel back in the land, we do see the beast system infrastructure being built. But we also understand that we were born into this spiritual battle. And we see these spiritual, these battles going on right before our very eyes. And we understand that both Mondo and I, we've both sinned, we've both fallen short of the glory of God, just as you have that you're watching on TV right now. But. There's always a but right there, right? But Jesus Christ came to this earth. God took on flesh, came to this earth, lived a perfect spirit, sinless life, took on the sins of the entire world, took that cross up that hill with his stripes hung on the cross, took his final breath, said, it's finished for you, for me, for you, for Mondo, for everybody that's watching this, for each one of us. And it's only up to you to accept that reality. And, and once you accept that and you put your full faith in Jesus Christ, you will be saved and you will be, your eternity will be sealed forever.

Amen. Amen. One of the three greatest words ever, it is finished. Jesus paid the penalty for us. And that again is ultimately our hope. It's how we are going to be rescued prior to the tribulation period and even for eternity, even hypothetically, if we were wrong about the pre trib position. We're going to be saved eternally and that's the ultimate goal. We appreciate you watching today.
