We both got into the IG world around the same time and have been dreaming about having an impact ever since. The reason we had Andy back on is he recently made the next step in that journey by staring his own business called Moment PT & Performance.

During this conversation we talk about the process of starting his own business, how he has progressed clinically over the last few years, and what the mission behind Moment PT & Performance is.
