#418Will power is at the talk of having to have discipline. But what if you could leverage your strongest pain points to create discipline. Today's episode is a killer if you're struggling with discipline and motivation.

#416The one thing I have found reliable for myself and others through anytime in life is to have a daily plan. Some call it a to do list, goal accomplish list, target task list, ect. Doesn't matter what you call it. As long as it has things for you to get done minimum of 1 thing and max a few, and doesn't matter what it is, this will always lead you in any time of your life.

#415This is a common thing I see. You'll go to the gym routinely, and never see progress. And I'll ask the same questions and I'll get the same answers. I ask them because I know the answer, but to point it out to you. Are you tracking your calories, macros ect. Are you tracking your workouts? The answer is always no, or not consistently enough. When you get these things tracked consistently, you'll see results.

#414Boundaries are talked about a lot. But it's key in really respecting yourself. It requires uncomfortability at first as in saying what you know you need to say, but the more you do it the more you get comfortable with it

#413Is it the fear of rejection or is it in reality the fear of looking stupid?

Episode #412Ever felt worn out after going hard for a couple months or more?

Episode #411You ever notice your energy levels drop from dieting or after a really good sweat? I have. A low key factor to low energy levels is low sodium in your body. It's an electrolyte. Your body needs it.

Episode #410Lot's of content and questions on the internet about peptides. Do they work, are they for you, and wreckless advice. Today I'm only going to be talking about two. And after listening please do your own research before trying.

Episode #409 Been a long time. Welcome back. First episode in nearly a year. The topic. Trust your gut. More often than not it's right. You know this.

Who doesn't know diets. Who hasn't heard about one or two popular diets? What do all diets have in common, and how do we build a successful diet that not only takes us to a goal we have in mind, but we're able to sustain it forever?
