Who doesn't know diets. Who hasn't heard about one or two popular diets? What do all diets have in common, and how do we build a successful diet that not only takes us to a goal we have in mind, but we're able to sustain it forever?

What goes on between most of our ears? That we are not good enough, valuable enough, cool enough, ect... It's always some low self concept. The reality is you are everything you've ever wanted to be. The fact that you think it, you are. You are what you are seeking, but no seeking is necessary. You are it.

An occurring theme I've seen over and over again with myself and others is you can find substance abuse with a lack of purpose.

You have so much to offer. The problem is we just can't see what that is, but it's there. We're so focused on negative things we perceive. How do we fix this? Check it out.

No matter where you are in life, there always will be this question in your mind. Will I ever get to where I want to go. It's a fair question, a good question, and one I believe is hardwired in our brain to keep pushing forward even if we do accomplish goals or not.

All we have is today. Today builds tomorrow. If you want to accomplish something you have to have a plan. And your day has to have urgency in it to complete your daily plan. Either at daytime or night time, doesn't matter, urgency to get things done in the day.

All of us are always looking for things to make our life more exciting. This is simpler than you may believe. Learn something new, anything. And when you do that, you start seeing opportunity all around you. This trickles into your mood, happiness, and overall well being. Learn something new.

One of the best things to build a better life is asking others great high quality questions. Great ideas can spurn when asking others great questions.

I haven’t forgotten. Stay tuned.
