This is the Pursuit of Wellness podcast and I'm your host, Mari Llewellyn. What is up, guys? Welcome to today's holiday Gift Guide solo episode. Happy holidays. Oh, my gosh, this feels so crazy. I feel like 2024 flew by. I can't believe we're talking about holiday gifts. Thanksgiving just passed. I hope you all had a lovely, lovely day. I know it can be a lot for everyone, so I'm sending well wishes. Hope you're doing some self care, some wellness things after Thanksgiving. I wanted to make this episode for you guys because I have myself started to think about gifts that I want to get for my wellnessy friends, my family members, even if they're not wellnessy things that are just going to encourage them to live life better. I feel like we have so many amazing products on this list that would benefit absolutely anyone. And I also feel like nowadays wellness is such a trendy topic. I think anyone who's into Ballerina farm, maybe she's into her sourdough, she's into cooking, she's into chickens, she's into home life. This is going to be for her.
