Before diving into my healing from chronic illness series, I wanted to put out something to show support for Palestine given the horrific recent (and ongoing, and historical) actions of Israel.

So, I am reposting the episode* I did with activist Jacob Z back in 2021 with an epilogue update, which starts at 1:16:30, to give an update on the situation and calls to action and additional resources for those who want to help.

Calls to Action

Attend demonstrations.
Contact (email) representatives.
If in a union, have union endorse ceasefire.
Engage in disruptive action (blocking arms shipments, etc.).
Boycott businesses that support Israel.
Join a solidarity organization.
Never vote for Israel-supporting politicians.
Never stop talking about how fucked up this is.
