I'm joined by the dynamic Cyndy Silva. Cyndy, who ranks in the top 1% of agents, discusses her journey from the construction industry to becoming a top agent. She offers valuable tips for new agents, emphasizing the importance of giving 110%, being comfortable in front of strangers, and how open houses are a powerful way to build a database. Cyndy also shared her strategy for open houses and client engagement, including: Not pressuring people for anything in an open house. Welcoming people first. Starting a conversation that has nothing to do with real estate, such as asking if they are "familiar with this neighborhood". Giving clients a "pop by" item that is tangible and has her name on it, like hand sanitizer, which can be purchased for pennies after a holiday sale.
