It started the way a lot of bad decisions do—teenagers, alcohol, and an abandoned house in the middle of the night.

At first, the place didn’t seem especially creepy. Run down, sure. But not dangerous. The group settled in, plugged in lights, and tried to turn the empty house into their own private hangout.
