Laura explained to me how experiencing an earthquake while living in Hawaii taught her that being in touch with darkness is key to living more fearlessly and authentically (19:40). We also discussed how humanity’s innate desire to take cognitive liberty can only result in open-mindedness and a capacity to engage in dialogue (30:02).
